在本实施例中,本次清洗水由加热装置进行加热,第一蓄水腔301进一步经第一排水管路440连通至集水腔210,集水杯200和/或第一排水管路440上进一步设置有排水泵520,排水泵520用于在清洗过程完成后将本次清洗水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,以在冷漂过程中与第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水进行热交换,第三供水管路430进一步在冷漂过程完成后将热交换后的外部新水导入集水腔210,以作为本次热漂水,能够省去对热漂水的加热过程,节省加热所需的电量,从而降低餐具洗涤设备10的耗电量,有利于节能环保。
在其他实施例中,第二供水管路420、第三供水管路430以及第一排水管路440也可以连通至内胆100,经内胆100再汇集至集水杯200内,在此不做限制。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括设置于第二供水管路420上的分流阀530以及经分流阀530连通至第二供水管路420的第二排水管路450,分流阀530用于将热交换后的本次清洗水经第二排水管路450排出,排水泵520进一步在热漂过程完成后将本次热漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,进而实现对本次热漂水的回收。
在本实施例中,排水泵520进一步在冷漂过程完成后将本次冷漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,并通过分流阀530经第二排水管路450排出。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括合路元件540,合路元件540用于将第二供水管路420和第三供水管路430合并成一路后连通至集水腔210,能够使得管路排布更加简单,餐具洗涤设备10的结构更加紧凑,减小占用空间。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括外壳600,内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱300都设置于外壳600内,外壳600能够对内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱300等结构起到保护作用,并且能够使得餐具洗涤设备10的外观更加规整。
一并参见图4至图9,在本实施例中,水箱300包括第一子水箱310和第二子水箱320,第一子水箱310设置于第二子水箱320内部,进而在第一子水箱310内部形成第一蓄水腔301,并在第一子水箱310和第二子水箱320之间形成第二蓄水腔302,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的洗涤水通过第一子水箱310与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水进行热交换,通过将第一子水箱310设置于第二子水箱320内部,能够使得第一子水箱310的外表面都能够与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水接触,从而使得换热面积更大,换热效率更高。
在本实施例中,水箱300设置有第一出水口311、第二出水口321、分别与第一出水口311和第二出水口321连接的第一转接管路330和第二转接管路340,第一出水口311连通第一蓄水腔301,第二出水口321连通第二蓄水腔302,且第一出水口311和第二出水口321位于水箱300的顶部,第一转接管路330用于将从第一出水口311溢出的洗涤水导引至水箱300的底部,以通过第三出水口312排出,第二转接管路340用于将从第二出水口321溢出的洗涤水导引至水箱300的底部,以通过第四出水口322排出。本实 施例通过将第一出水口311和第二出水口321设置于水箱300的顶部,能够省去阀门的设置,使得餐具洗涤设备10的结构更加简单、紧凑,减小占用空间。
在本实施例中,第二供水管路420与第三出水口312连接,进而通过第一转接管路330与第一出水口311连接,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的前次热漂水在排水泵520所泵送的本次清洗水的推动下经第二供水管路420流入集水腔210。
在本实施例中,第三供水管路430与第四出水口322连接,进而通过第二转接管路340与第二出水口321连接,以使得第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水在外部水源所送的外部新水的推动下经第三供水管路430流入集水腔210。
在本实施例中,水箱300的底部设置有第一入水口313和第二入水口323,第一入水口313连通第一蓄水腔301,第二入水口323连通第二蓄水腔302。
具体的,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括控制器(图中未示出),餐具洗涤设备10开启,控制器控制外部新水经第二入水口323导入第二蓄水腔302,以使得前次存储于第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水经第四出水口322被推出,并经第三供水管路430及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次清洗水,通过洗涤泵510和加热装置进行预洗和主洗,其中,在主洗过程中,本次清洗水被加热装置加热;
主洗完成后,控制器控制排水泵520将加热后的本次清洗水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,以使得存储于第一蓄水腔301内的前次热漂水经第三出水口312被推出,并经第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次冷漂水,通过洗涤泵510进行冷漂洗,在冷漂洗过程中,第一蓄水腔301内的本次清洗水和第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水进行换热;
冷漂洗完成后,控制器控制排水泵520将本次冷漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,以使得存储于第一蓄水腔301内的本次清洗水经第三出水口312被推出,并经第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及第二排水管路450排出,控制器控制外部新水经第二入水口323导入第二蓄水腔302,以使得与本次清洗水换热后的外部新水经第四出水口322被推出,并经第三供水管路430及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次热漂水,通过洗涤泵510进行热漂洗;
热漂洗完成后,控制器控制排水泵520将本次热漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,以使得存储于第一蓄水腔301内的本次冷漂水经第三出水口312被推出,并经第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及第二排水管路450排出,洗涤结束,第一蓄水腔301内的本次热漂水及第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水与外部空气换热直至室温。
参见图10,在另一具体实施例中,第二供水管路420可以直接与第一出水口311连接,第三供水管路430可以直接与第二出水口321连接,以省去转接管路的设置,能够使得餐具洗涤设备10的结构更加简单、紧凑,减小占用空间。
复参见图4至图9,在本实施例中,水箱300呈L形设置,并至少局部覆盖内胆100的侧壁和顶壁,第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302呈与水箱300形状对应的L形设置,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的洗涤水能够与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水进行热交换,能够实现对洗涤水的热量回收,节省加热洗涤水的电量,从而降低餐具洗涤设备的耗电量,有利于节能环保,通过将水箱300设置成L形,能够便于与内胆100的安装,且换热面积较大,有利于提高换热效率。
在本实施例中,第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302的容积比例为0.9至1.1,例如0.9、1或1.1,能够使得清洗水、冷漂水和热漂水的水量基本保持一致,以便于洗涤水的回收利用。
在本实施例中,第一子水箱310的表面呈起伏状设置,例如波浪形或锯齿形,能够增大第一子水箱310与第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的接触面积,从而增大第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的换热面积,以提高换热效率。
参见图5、图11至图13,在另一具体实施例中,第一子水箱310可以包括并排设置的多个换热管314、与多个换热管314一端连接的分流管315以及与多个换热管314另一端连接的集流管316,洗涤水经分流管315流入多个换热管314,并经集流管316流出,通过设置多个换热管314,能够进一步增大第一子水箱310与第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的接触面积,从而增大第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的换 热面积,以提高换热效率。
参见图5、图14至图16,第一子水箱310的表面也可以呈平面设置,使得第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水能够进行换热,在此不做限制。
参见图17,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例包括内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱300,内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱300之间通过供水管路和排水管路相互连接,并通过洗涤泵510、排水泵520、分流阀530以及合路元件540实现洗涤水的导入和导出,其排布结构参见图3所示的餐具洗涤设备10实施例,在此不再赘述。
本实施例与上述实施例的不同之处在于,所述餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括第一阀门610和第二阀门620,第一阀门610设置于第二供水管路420上,用于控制第二供水管路420的导通或关闭,第二阀门620设置于第三供水管路430上,用于控制第三供水管路430的导通或关闭。
一并参见图18至图22,在本实施例中,水箱300包括第一子水箱350和第二子水箱360,第一子水箱350设置于第二子水箱360内部,进而在第一子水箱350内部形成第一蓄水腔301,并在第一子水箱350和第二子水箱360之间形成第二蓄水腔302,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的洗涤水通过第一子水箱350与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水进行热交换,通过将第一子水箱350设置于第二子水箱360内部,能够使得第一子水箱350的外表面都能够与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水接触,从而使得换热面积更大,换热效率更高。
在本实施例中,水箱300的底部分别设置有第一出水口351、第一入水口352、第二出水口361以及第二入水口362,第一出水口351和第一入水口352分别与第一蓄水腔301连通,第二出水口361和第二入水口362分别与第二蓄水腔302连通,第二供水管路420与第一出水口351连接,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的前次热漂水在自身重力的作用下经第二供水管路420流入集水腔210,第三供水管路430与第二出水口361连接,以使得第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水在自身重力的作用下经第三供水管路430流入集水腔210。
具体的,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括控制器(图中未示出),餐具洗涤设备10开启,控制器控制第一阀门610开启,第二阀门620关闭,以使得前次存储于第一蓄水腔301内的前次热漂水在自身重力的作用下经第一出水口351、第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次清洗水,控制器控制第一阀门610关闭,通过洗涤泵510和加热装置进行预洗和主洗,其中,在主洗过程中,本次清洗水被加热装置加热;
主洗完成后,控制器控制排水泵520将加热后的本次清洗水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,控制器控制第二阀门620开启,以使得第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水在自身重力的作用下经第二出水口361、第三供水管路430及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次冷漂水,控制器控制第二阀门620关闭,并控制外部新水经第二入水口362导入第二蓄水腔302,通过洗涤泵510进行冷漂洗,在冷漂洗过程中,第一蓄水腔301内的本次清洗水和第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水进行换热;
冷漂洗完成后,控制器控制第一阀门610开启,以使得存储于第一蓄水腔301内的本次清洗水在自身重力的作用下经第一出水口351、第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及第二排水管路450排出,控制器控制第一阀门610关闭,并控制排水泵520将本次冷漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,然后控制器控制第二阀门620开启,以使得与本次清洗水换热后的外部新水经第二出水口361、第三供水管路430及合路元件540导入集水腔210,以作为本次热漂水,控制器控制第二阀门620关闭,并控制外部新水经第二入水口362导入第二蓄水腔302,通过洗涤泵510进行热漂洗;
热漂洗完成后,控制器控制第一阀门610开启,以使得存储于第一蓄水腔301内的本次冷漂水在自身重力的作用下经第一出水口351、第二供水管路420、分流阀530以及第二排水管路450排出,控制器控制第一阀门610关闭,并控制排水泵520将本次热漂水经第一排水管路440泵送至第一蓄水腔301,洗涤结束,第一蓄水腔301内的本次热漂水及第二蓄水腔302内的外部新水与外部空气换热直至室温。
复参见图18至图22,在本实施例中,水箱300呈L形设置,并至少局部覆盖内胆100的侧壁和顶壁,第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302呈与水箱300形状对应的L形设置,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的洗涤水能够与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水进行热交换,能够实现对洗涤水的热量回收,节省加热洗涤水的电量,从而降低餐具洗涤设备的耗电量,有利于节能环保,通过将水箱300设置成L形,能够便于与内胆100的 安装,且换热面积较大,有利于提高换热效率。
在本实施例中,水箱300的覆盖内胆100的侧壁的部分与覆盖顶壁的部分之间的夹角θ为92°至95°,例如92°、93°或95°,能够使得第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302对应内胆100的顶壁的部分内的洗涤水能够在重力作用下往水箱300的底部流动。
在本实施例中,第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302的容积比例为0.9至1.1,例如0.9、1或1.1,能够使得清洗水、冷漂水和热漂水的水量基本保持一致,以便于洗涤水的回收利用。
在本实施例中,第一子水箱350的表面呈起伏状设置,例如波浪形或锯齿形,能够增大第一子水箱350与第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的接触面积,从而增大第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的换热面积,以提高换热效率。
参见图23和图24,在本实施例中,第一子水箱350的顶部形成有第一排气孔353,第一排气孔353与第一蓄水腔301连通,第二子水箱360的顶部形成有第二排气孔363,第二排气孔363与第二蓄水腔302连通,以防止第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水在向底部流动时产生负压,洗涤水无法顺利排出。
在本实施例中,第一排气孔353与第二排气孔363彼此嵌套设置,能够减少第二子水箱360的开孔数,使得第二子水箱360的结构更加简单、规整。
在其他实施例中,第一排气孔353和第二排气孔363也可以为间隔设置,在此不做限制。
参见图19、图25至图27,在另一具体实施例中,第一子水箱350可以包括并排设置的多个换热管354、与多个换热管354一端连接的分流管355以及与多个换热管354另一端连接的集流管356,洗涤水经分流管355流入多个换热管354,并经集流管356流出,通过设置多个换热管354,能够进一步增大第一子水箱350与第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的接触面积,从而增大第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的换热面积,以提高换热效率。
参见图28至图30,第一子水箱350的表面也可以呈平面设置,使得第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水能够进行换热,在此不做限制。
参见图31至图35,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例中水箱300包括主箱体370以及隔板380,主箱体370形成一总腔体,隔板380设置于总腔体内,并将总腔体分隔成位于隔板380两侧的第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302,以使得第一蓄水腔301内的洗涤水通过隔板380与第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水进行热交换,隔板380呈平面设置,通过主箱体370和隔板380形成第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302,能够使得水箱300的结构更加简单,便于制备。
在本实施例中,水箱300的底部分别设置有第一出水口381、第一入水口382、第二出水口371以及第二入水口372,第一出水口381和第一入水口382分别与第一蓄水腔301连通,第二出水口371和第二入水口372分别与第二蓄水腔302连通。
一并参见图36和图37,在本实施例中,主箱体370的顶部分别形成有第一排气孔373和第二排气孔374,第一排气孔373和第二排气孔374彼此错开设置,第一排气孔373与第一蓄水腔301连通,第二排气孔374与第二蓄水腔302连通,以防止第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内的洗涤水在向底部流动时产生负压,洗涤水无法顺利排出。
在其他实施例中,隔板380也可以呈起伏状设置,例如隔板380可以呈锯齿形设置(如图38和图39所示),或者隔板380也可以呈波浪形设置(如图40和图41所示),能够增大隔板380的面积,从而增大第一蓄水腔301和第二蓄水腔302内洗涤水的换热面积,以提高换热效率。
参见图42,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例包括内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱(图中未示出),其中,内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱的结构参见上述餐具洗涤设备10实施例,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,集水杯200和/或第一供水管路410上设置有洗涤泵510和加热装置700,洗涤泵510用于将集水杯200内的洗涤水经第一供水管路410泵送至内胆100,加热装置700用于选择性加热洗涤水。
在本实施例中,加热装置700包括半导体制冷器710,用于对洗涤水进行一次加热,相比通过电加热器对洗涤水进行加热的方式,通过半导体制冷器710实现加热,能够节省大量的电能,从而降低餐具洗涤 设备10的耗电量,有利于节能环保。
参见图43,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例包括内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱(图中未示出),其中,内胆100、集水杯200以及水箱的结构参见上述餐具洗涤设备10实施例,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,集水杯200和/或第一供水管路410上设置有洗涤泵510和加热装置700,洗涤泵510用于将集水杯200内的洗涤水经第一供水管路410泵送至内胆100,加热装置700用于选择性加热洗涤水。
在本实施例中,加热装置700包括半导体制冷器710和电加热器720,半导体制冷器710位于电加热器720上游,并用于对洗涤水进行一次加热,电加热器720用于经半导体制冷器710加热后的洗涤水进行二次加热,相比完全通过电加热器对洗涤水进行加热的方式,通过半导体制冷器710实现部分加热,能够节省大量的电能,从而降低餐具洗涤设备10的耗电量,有利于节能环保。
在本实施例中,半导体制冷器710的加热功率为半导体制冷器710和电加热器720的总加热功率的40%至60%,例如40%、50%或60%,使得半导体制冷器710能够在保证换热效率同时起到节省电能的作用。
在本实施例中,半导体制冷器710包括制冷端711和制热端712,制热端712用于对洗涤水进行加热,餐具洗涤设备10进一步可以包括与制冷端711相对设置的风扇730,用于加快制冷端711与外部空气或液体换热的速度,从而能够提高半导体制冷器710的换热效率。
参见图44,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例中半导体制冷器710包括制冷端711和制热端712,制热端712用于对洗涤水进行加热,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括与制冷端711连接的换热管路740、分别设置于换热管路740上的辅助换热器750和换热泵760,换热管路740形成一循环回路,辅助换热器750用于与外部空气或液体进行换热,以对换热管路740内的换热液体进行加热,换热泵760泵送换热液体沿循环回路循环流动,进而与制冷端711进行热交换。
在本实施例中,辅助换热器750可以为水冷换热器,也可以为风冷换热器,在此不做限制。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步可以包括与辅助换热器750相对设置的风扇730,用于加快辅助换热器750与外部空气或液体换热的速度,从而能够提高辅助换热器750的换热效率。
参见图45,本发明餐具洗涤设备10另一实施例中半导体制冷器710包括制冷端711和制热端712,制热端712用于对洗涤水进行加热,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括与制冷端711连接的换热管路770、设置于换热管路770上的辅助换热器750,换热管路770与连通至集水杯200的第一排水管路440配合形成一循环回路,进而以洗涤水作为换热液体,第一排水管路440上的排水泵520泵送换热液体沿循环回路循环流动,进而与制冷端711进行热交换,通过将洗涤水作为换热液体制冷端711进行换热,能够省去制冷端711的独立循环换热装置,使得餐具洗涤设备10的整体结构更加简单,且换热效果好。
在本实施例中,换热管路770的两端与第一排水管路440分别在第一位置和第二位置连接,其中第一位置位于第二位置的上游,排水泵520设置于第一位置与第二位置之间,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括设置于第一排水管路440且位于第一位置上游的第一电磁阀810、设置于第一排水管路440且位于第二位置下游的第二电磁阀820以及设置于换热管路770上的第三电磁阀830。
具体的,在清洗过程前的注水阶段,第一电磁阀810和第三电磁阀830开启,第二电磁阀820关闭,以将注入到集水杯200的本次清洗水导入循环回路,在清洗过程中,第一电磁阀810和第二电磁阀820关闭,第三电磁阀830开启,排水泵520泵送换热液体沿循环回路循环流动,在清洗过程结束后,第一电磁阀810和第二电磁阀820开启,以使得本次清洗水经第一排水管路440排出,其中,清洗过程可以为上述餐具洗涤设备10实施例中的主洗过程,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步可以包括蓄水箱840,用于存储从集水杯200接收的本次清洗水,以作为循环回路上的换热液体。
在本实施例中,餐具洗涤设备10进一步包括与辅助换热器750相对设置的风扇730,用于加快辅助换热器750与外部空气或液体换热的速度,从而能够提高辅助换热器750的换热效率。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,包括:
    内胆,用于形成容纳待洗涤餐具的洗涤腔;
    集水杯,设置于所述内胆的底部,并用于形成集水腔,以收集从所述洗涤腔流出的洗涤水,所述集水腔经第一供水管路连通至所述洗涤腔,所述集水杯和/或所述第一供水管路上设置有洗涤泵,用于将所述集水腔内的洗涤水经所述第一供水管路泵送至所述洗涤腔;
    加热装置,用于选择性加热所述洗涤水;
    其中,所述加热装置包括半导体制冷器,用于对所述洗涤水进行一次加热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置进一步包括电加热器,所述电加热器设置于所述半导体制冷器的下游,用于对经所述半导体制冷器加热后的所述洗涤水进行二次加热。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述半导体制冷器的加热功率为所述半导体制冷器和电加热器的总加热功率的40%至60%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置设置于所述集水杯和/或所述第一供水管路上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述半导体制冷器包括制冷端和制热端,所述制热端用于对所述洗涤水进行加热,所述餐具洗涤设备进一步包括与所述制冷端相对设置的风扇。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述半导体制冷器包括制冷端和制热端,所述制热端用于对所述洗涤水进行加热,所述餐具洗涤设备进一步包括与所述制冷端连接的换热管路、分别设置于所述换热管路上的辅助换热器和换热泵,所述换热管路形成一循环回路,所述换热泵泵送换热液体沿所述循环回路循环流动,进而与所述制冷端进行热交换。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述半导体制冷器包括制冷端和制热端,所述制热端用于对所述洗涤水进行加热,所述餐具洗涤设备进一步包括与所述制冷端连接的换热管路、设置于所述换热管路上的辅助换热器,所述换热管路与连通至所述集水杯的第一排水管路配合形成一循环回路,进而以所述洗涤水作为换热液体,所述第一排水管路上的排水泵泵送所述换热液体沿所述循环回路循环流动,进而与所述制冷端进行热交换。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述换热管路的两端与所述第一排水管路分别在第一位置和第二位置连接,其中所述第一位置位于所述第二位置的上游,所述排水泵设置于所述第一位置与第二位置之间,所述餐具洗涤设备进一步包括设置于所述第一排水管路且位于所述第一位置上游的第一电磁阀、设置于所述第一排水管路且位于所述第二位置下游的第二电磁阀以及设置于所述换热管路上的第三电磁阀。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,在清洗过程前的注水阶段,所述第一电磁阀和所述第三电磁阀开启,所述第二电磁阀关闭,以将注入到所述集水杯的本次清洗水导入所述循环回路,在所述清洗过程中,所述第一电磁阀和所述第二电磁阀关闭,所述第三电磁阀开启,所述排水泵泵送所述换热液体沿所述循环回路循环流动,在所述清洗过程结束后,所述第一电磁阀和所述第二电磁阀开启,以使得所述本次清洗水经所述第一排水管路排出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述餐具洗涤设备进一步包括水箱,所述水箱用于形成第一蓄水腔和第二蓄水腔,所述集水杯经所述第一排水管路连通至所述第一蓄水腔,所述排水泵用于清洗过程完成后将所述本次清洗水经所述第一排水管路泵送至所述第一蓄水腔,进而与所述第二蓄水腔内的外部新水进行热交换。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述第一蓄水腔经第二供水管路连通至所述集水腔,所述第二蓄水腔经第三供水管路连通至所述集水腔,所述第三供水管路用于将热交换后的所述外部新水导入所述集水腔,以作为本次热漂水,所述排水泵进一步在热漂过程结束后,将所述本次热漂水泵送至所述第一蓄水腔,以作为下一次洗涤过程的下次清洗水或下次冷漂水。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的餐具洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述水箱呈L形设置,并至少局部覆盖所述内胆的侧壁和顶壁,所述第一蓄水腔和第二蓄水腔呈与所述水箱形状对应的L形设置。
