エンジンの冷却水の温度を取得する取得部221と、エンジンの始動後の燃料噴射量の積算量を特定する特定部222と、冷却水の温度及び積算量に基づいて、インジェクタ11からエンジンの筒内への1サイクル当たりの燃料噴射数を増加させるための要件をエンジンが満たしているか否かを判定する判定部224と、インジェクタ11からエンジンの筒内への1サイクル当たりの燃料噴射数を増加させるための要件をエンジンが満たしていると判定部224が判定した場合に、インジェクタ11からエンジンの筒内への前記1サイクル当たりの燃料噴射数を増加させる分割噴射部225と、を備える。
