技术问题
现有回转式清污机在打捞时,遇到一些重物或者杂物卡住耙齿时,会造成清污机电机过载或者耙齿、格栅损坏。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提供一种电机不易损坏的回转式清污机。
本发明的创新点在于电机输出轴和主动链轮之间增加剪切连接,当电机过载时,剪切销无法承受电机的输出扭矩,剪切销断裂,主动链轮不再转动,回转式清污机停止运行。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种电机不易损坏的回转式清污机,包括机架,所述机架顶面设有主格栅,所述主格栅包括若干沿机架长度方向布置的竖向主格栅条,所述竖向主格栅条底面通过若干横向主格栅条连接,所述机架两侧设有环形轨道,所述环形轨道内设有环形链条,所述环形链条包括多节链节和多个滚轮,相连两个链节之间通过销轴连接,所述销轴上套设有滚轮,所述环形轨道顶部开口,开口处设有主动轴,主动轴两端通过轴承和机架连接,所述主动轴上设有两齿轮,所述环形链条套在齿轮上,所述环形链条上设有若干水平布置的打捞轴,打捞轴两端分别连接在两环形链条上,所述打捞轴上设有两排打捞齿,所述两排打捞齿在机架顶面处形成角度小于150°的且朝上的夹角,所述主动轴一端设有带动主动轴转动的驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括位于主动轴上的从动链轮、位于机架上的电机,所述电机的输出轴上设有主动链轮,所述从动链轮和主动链轮通过传送链连接,所述电机的输出轴和主动链轮之间通过连接套连接,所述连接套包括圆套和位于圆套一端的法兰盘,所述圆套和电机的输出轴连接,圆套和电机的输出轴径向固定,所述主动链轮和法兰盘通过剪切销连接。电机输出轴和主动链轮之间增加剪切连接,当电机过载时,剪切销无法承受电机的输出扭矩,剪切销断裂,主动链轮不再转动。

有益效果
本发明中电机输出轴和主动链轮之间增加剪切连接,当电机过载时,剪切销无法承受电机的输出扭矩,剪切销断裂,主动链轮不再转动,回转式清污机停止运行。

实施例1:如图1、2、3、4、5所示,一种电机不易损坏的回转式清污机,包括机架1,机架1顶面设有主格栅2,主格栅2包括若干沿机架长度方向布置的竖向主格栅条2.1,竖向主格栅条2.1底面通过若干横向主格栅条连接2.2,,机架1顶部设有和主格栅2衔接的弧形转板6,机架1两侧设有环形轨道3,环形轨道3内设有环形链条4,环形链条4包括多节链节4.1和多个滚轮4.2,滚轮4.2为尼龙材质,相连两个链节4.1之间通过销轴4.3连接,销轴4.3上套设有滚轮4.2,环形轨道3顶部开口,开口处设有主动轴5,主动轴5两端通过轴承和机架1连接,主动轴5上设有两齿轮7,环形链条4套在齿轮7上,环形链条4上设有若干水平布置的打捞轴8,打捞轴8两端分别连接在两环形链条4上,打捞轴8上设有两排打捞齿9,两排打捞齿9在机架顶面处形成角度小于150°的且朝上的夹角9.1,9.1夹角的角度为120°,主动轴5一端设有带动主动轴5转动的驱动组件10,驱动组件10包括位于主动轴5上的从动链轮10.1、位于机架1上的电机10.2,电机的输出轴10.3上设有主动链轮10.4,从动链轮10.1和主动链轮10.4通过传送链10.7连接,电机的输出轴10.3和主动链轮10.4之间通过连接套10.5连接,连接套10.5包括圆套10.51和位于圆套10.51一端的法兰盘10.52,圆套10.51和电机的输出轴10.3连接,圆套10.51和电机的输出轴10.3径向固定,主动链轮10.1和法兰盘10.52通过剪切销10.6连接;机架1顶部主动轴的两端设有滑槽11,滑槽11内设有滑动块12,主动轴5两端通过轴承和滑动块12连接,滑动块12上连接有和滑槽11平行布置的丝杆14,滑槽11的顶部设有用于穿过丝杆14的通孔15,丝杆14穿过通孔15且通孔15两侧设有旋接在丝杆14上的螺母13。
工作时,回转式清污机放置入待处理水中,电机10.2打开,电机的输出轴10.3旋转,连接套10.5转动,连接套10.5通过剪切销10.6带动主动链轮10.4转动,主动链轮10.4带动从动链轮10.1转动,从而主动轴5转动带动齿轮7转动,环形链条4回转,环形链条4带动打捞轴8在主格栅2顶面自下而上运动,打捞杂质。当电机10.2过载时,剪切销10.6承受不了电机10.2输出扭矩,剪切销10.6断裂,主动链轮10.4和连接套10.5分离,电机的输出轴10.3保持转动,回转式清污机停止工作。
