由此分析可知,第一支杆、第二支杆以及第三支杆组成架体,通过第二支杆与第三支杆相连,且形成的第一连接部能够实现下节臂与架体的连 接,通过在第一支杆设置第二连接部,能够方便第一桅杆与架体的连接,通过在第二支杆上设置第三连接部,能够方便第二桅杆与架体的连接,从而通过第一连接部、第二连接部以及第三连接部,能够将下节臂、第二桅杆以及第一桅杆集成在架体上。并且,由于第一支杆和第三支杆远离第二支杆的一端形成有第四连接部,从而能够通过架体,使下节臂、第二桅杆以及第一桅杆快速地与起重机的主臂相连接。
此外,本申请还提供一种副臂机构,包括上述的连接节以及变幅副臂组件或固定副臂组件;所述变幅副臂组件与所述固定副臂组件均包括下节臂和第一桅杆,所述变幅副臂组件还包括第二桅杆;所述下节臂的一端与所述第一连接部转动连接,所述第一桅杆的一端与所述第二连接部转动连接,所述第二桅杆的一端与所述第三连接部转动连接。
采用本申请提供的连接节的副臂机构在作业时,可以将变幅副臂组件与连接节相连接,或将固定副臂组件与连接节相连接,从而实现变幅副臂组件或固定副臂组件与主臂的连接。
而连接节可以直接与起重机的主臂相连接即可,运输时,使连接节与主臂分离,由于下节臂与第一连接孔转动连接,第二桅杆与第三连接孔转动连接,第一桅杆与第二连接孔转动连接,因此,带有连接节的副臂机构无需进行拆装,可以直接进行运输,从而在一定程度上提升了运输效率。
并且,由于下节臂、第二桅杆以及第一桅杆均能够转动至适当位置,因此,也能够在一定程度上降低副臂机构在运输时的空间占用。
本申请还提供一种起重机,包括上述的副臂机构以及起重机主体和主臂;所述主臂呈框架结构,所述主臂远离所述起重机主体的一端形成有多个连接位,所述第一支杆的第四连接部和所述第三支杆的第四连接部与多个连接位相连接,以使所述副臂机构与所述主臂相连接。
由于本申请提供的副臂机构将下节臂、第二桅杆以及第一桅杆均集成在连接节上,且连接节的第四连接部上形成有第四连接孔,因此,作业时,通过第四连接孔能够直接将副臂机构与主臂相连接,从而能够快速地完成起重机吊臂的组装,进而在一定程度上提升了作业效率。

如图1所示,本申请提供一种连接节,用于连接主臂和副臂机构,包 括架体1,架体1包括第一支杆101、第二支杆102以及第三支杆103;第二支杆102的两端分别与第一支杆101和第三支杆103的一端相连接,且第二支杆102与第三支杆103的连接处形成有第一连接孔2,第一连接孔2用于连接副臂机构的下节臂8;第一支杆101上设有第二连接孔301,第二连接孔301用于连接副臂机构的第一桅杆10;第二支杆102上设有第三连接孔401,第三连接孔401用于连接副臂机构的第二桅杆9;第一支杆101与第三支杆103远离第二支杆102的一端均形成有第四连接孔5。
相对于现有技术,本申请提供的连接节具有以下优势:
本申请提供的连接节,第一支杆101、第二支杆102以及第三支杆103组成架体1,通过第二支杆102与第三支杆103相连,且形成的第一连接孔2能够实现下节臂8与架体1的连接,通过在第一支杆101设置第二连接孔301,能够方便第一桅杆10与架体1的连接,通过在第二支杆102上设置第三连接孔401,能够方便第二桅杆9与架体1的连接,从而通过第一连接孔2、第二连接孔301以及第三连接孔401,能够将下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10集成在架体1上。并且,由于第一支杆101和第三支杆103远离第二支杆102的一端形成有第四连接孔5,从而能够通过架体1,使下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10快速地与起重机的主臂11相连接。
本申请中第一支杆101与第二支杆102均为圆柱形杆,由于副臂机构的下节臂8与起重吊钩相连接,因此,优选地,本申请中的第三支杆103由两块宽度大于第一支杆101和第二支杆102直径的支板组成,两块支板相对设置,第二支杆102远离第一支杆101的一端插入两块支板之间,从而保证了连接强度和对下节臂8的支撑强度。
此处需要补充说明的是,本申请中的第一支杆101和第二支杆102的连接以及第二支杆102和第三支杆103的连接均可以通过焊接的方式进行连接,从而使连接后的第一支杆101、第二支杆102以及第三支杆103能够形成稳定的架体1。
本申请中主臂呈框架结构,且远离起重机本体的一端形成有至少四个连接位,因此,本申请中的连接节为两个,且相对设置,两个连接节通过第四连接部与主臂11的连接位相连接,从而能够稳定的对下节臂8、第二 桅杆9以及第一桅杆10进行连接定位。
其中,如图1所示,第一连接部上形成有第一连接孔2;第三支杆103与竖直方向呈角度设置,且第三支杆103远离第四连接部的一端向远离第一支杆101的方向倾斜;第二支杆102与水平方向呈角度设置,且第二支杆102远离第一支杆101的一端向远离第三支杆103的第四连接部的方向倾斜,以使第一连接孔2的孔心偏离主臂11的延伸方向设置。
本申请中的第三支杆103与竖直方向呈角度设置,且远离第四连接部的一端向远离第一支杆101的方向倾斜,第二支杆102与水平方向呈角度设置,且第二支杆102远离第一支杆101的一端向远离第三支杆103的第四连接孔5的方向倾斜,能够使第二支杆102与第三支杆103的连接交点向远离第一支杆101的方向偏离于主臂11的延伸方向。
由于本申请中主臂11沿竖直方向设置,因此,第一连接孔2位于主臂11的延伸方向的外侧,一方面能够更加方便的进行下节臂8与主臂11的连接,另一方面,也能够使架体1具有更足够的空间布置第二连接孔301和第三连接孔401的位置,从而使下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10和架体1连接后能够独立作业,互不干扰。
具体地,如图1所示,第一支杆101和第三支杆103之间以及第二支杆102和第三支杆103之间均设有多个加强筋6。
由于本申请中的下节臂8连接吊钩,进行起重作业,因此,通过在第一支杆101和第三支杆103之间以及第二支杆102和第三支杆103之间设置多个加强筋6,能够提升架体1的整体强度和对下节臂8的支撑强度。
进一步地,如图1所示,第三支杆103上设有提升滑轮组1031,提升滑轮组1031位于第一连接孔2与第三连接孔401之间。
由于起重机吊钩的升降控制需要经过提升滑轮组1031,且本申请中的下节臂8通过第一连接孔2与架体1相连接,因此,在第三支杆103上设置提升滑轮组1031,作业时能够直接将钢丝绳通过提升滑轮组1031与下节臂8上的吊钩相连接。
优选地,本申请中提升滑轮组1031位于第一连接孔2与第三连接孔401之间,从而能够避免提升滑轮组1031在作业时,对下节臂8的转动产生干扰。
其中,如图1所示,第一支杆101上设有滑轮支架1011,滑轮支架1011上设有导向滑轮组1012。
本申请中的滑轮支架1011与第一支杆101组成三角形结构,从而能够使导向滑轮组1012的作业更加稳定,通过在滑轮支架1011上设置的导向滑轮组1012,改变主臂11的倾斜角度。
由于第一支杆101与第三支杆103位于第二支杆102的两端,因此,使第一支杆101上的导向滑轮组1012以及第三支杆103上的提升滑轮组1031位于架体1的两端,作业时,导向滑轮组1012对架体1的力和提升滑轮组1031对架体1的力能够在一定程度上互相抵消,从而在一定程度上提升了架体1的支撑强度、连接强度以及连接稳定性。
具体地,如图1所示,滑轮支架1011上设有第一连接座3,第二连接孔301位于第一连接座3上。
通过在滑轮支架1011上设置第一连接座3,使第二连接孔301位于第一连接座3上,能够降低第一桅杆10对第一支杆101施加的力,从而提升整体装置的使用强度。
并且,由于第一桅杆10在作业时需要进行转动,因此,通过设置第一连接座3,能够避免第一桅杆10的转动对第一支杆101的磨损。
进一步地,如图1所示,第二支杆102上设有第二连接座4,第三连接孔401位于第二连接座4上。
通过设置第二连接座4能够避免第二桅杆9的转动对第二支杆102的磨损,并且,由于本申请中的第二连接座4位于第一连接孔2的后方,因此,能够使第二桅杆9的重心位于下节臂8重心的后方,从而能够在一定程度上提高下节臂8的载荷能力。
更进一步地,如图1所示,第二支杆102上设有第三连接座7,第三连接座7位于第二连接座4与第一连接孔2之间;第三连接座7上开设有定位孔701,定位孔701用于连接下节臂8的防后倾支杆801。
由于下节臂8在作业时,容易产生后倾的趋势,因此,下节臂8上通常会设置防后倾支杆801。通过在第二支杆102上设置第三连接座7,且使第三连接座7位于第二连接座4与第一连接孔2之间,并在第三连接座7上开设定位孔701,能够使防后倾支杆801远离下节臂8的一端与架体1 相连接,从而能够通过防后倾支杆801使架体1对下节臂8起到支撑作用,进而避免下节臂8的后倾。
此处需要补充说明的是,本申请中防后倾支杆801的两端与架体1和下节臂8均为转动连接,一方面避免对下节臂8的转动产生影响,另一方面,也能够保证对下节臂8起到支撑作用。
图2为本申请实施例提供的副臂机构的整体结构示意图。
此外,如图2所示,本申请提供一种副臂机构,包括上述的连接节以及变幅副臂组件或固定副臂组件;变幅副臂组件与固定副臂组件均包括下节臂8和第一桅杆10,变幅副臂组件还包括第二桅杆9;
下节臂8的一端与第一连接孔2转动连接,第一桅杆10的一端与第二连接孔301转动连接,第二桅杆9的一端与第三连接孔401转动连接。
采用本申请提供的连接节的副臂机构在作业时,可以将变幅副臂组件与连接节相连接,或将固定副臂组件与连接节相连接,从而实现变幅副臂组件或固定副臂组件与主臂的连接。
而连接节可以直接与起重机的主臂11相连接即可,运输时,使连接节与主臂11分离,由于下节臂8与第一连接孔2转动连接,第二桅杆9与第三连接孔401转动连接,第一桅杆10与第二连接孔301转动连接,因此,带有连接节的副臂机构无需进行拆装,可以直接进行运输,从而在一定程度上提升了运输效率。
并且,由于下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10均能够转动至适当位置,因此,也能够在一定程度上降低副臂机构在运输时的空间占用。
优选地,本申请中下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10与架体1均为铰接,保证了下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10能够相对架体1转动的同时,也保证了连接强度。
本申请中下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10还可以通过销轴与架体1转动连接,并且,通过销轴连接能够实现下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10与架体1之间的可拆卸连接,当需要对其中某一结构进行维修时,能够快速地进行拆装。
此处需要补充说明的是,在作业状态下,本申请中的第一桅杆10与连接节相对固定,第二桅杆9能够相对连接节转动。
图3为本申请提供的起重机的整体结构示意图。
如图3所示,本申请还提供一种起重机,包括上述的副臂机构以及起重机本体主臂11;主臂11呈框架结构,主臂11远离起重机主体的一端形成有多个连接位,第一支杆101的第四连接部和第三支杆103的第四连接部与多个连接位相连接,以使副臂机构与主臂11相连接。
由于本申请提供的副臂机构可以将下节臂8、第二桅杆9以及第一桅杆10均集成在连接节上,且连接节上开设有第四连接孔5,因此,作业时,通过第四连接孔5能够直接将副臂机构与主臂11相连接,从而能够快速地完成起重机吊臂的组装,进而在一定程度上提升了作业效率。
此处需要补充说明的是,本申请中架体1与主臂11为可拆卸连接,当需要运输时,通过将架体1拆下,使副臂机构与主臂11相分离。
由于起重机的主臂11通常由多个臂架组成,因此,本申请中的架体1也可以与主臂11的其中一部分臂架相连接,安装时,直接将臂架与主臂11进行安装即可。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接节,用于连接主臂和副臂机构,包括架体,所述架体包括第一支杆、第二支杆以及第三支杆;
    所述第二支杆的两端分别与所述第一支杆和所述第三支杆的一端相连接,且所述第二支杆与所述第三支杆的连接处形成有第一连接部,所述第一连接部用于连接所述副臂机构的下节臂;
    所述第一支杆上设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部用于连接所述副臂机构的第一桅杆;
    所述第二支杆上设有第三连接部,所述第三连接部用于连接所述副臂机构的第二桅杆;
    所述第一支杆与所述第三支杆远离所述第二支杆的一端均形成有第四连接部,所述第四连接部用于所述主臂相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接节,其中,所述第一连接部上形成有第一连接孔;
    所述第三支杆与竖直方向呈角度设置,且所述第三支杆远离所述第四连接部的一端向远离所述第一支杆的方向倾斜;
    所述第二支杆与水平方向呈角度设置,且所述第二支杆远离所述第一支杆的一端向远离所述第三支杆的第四连接部的方向倾斜,以使所述第一连接孔的孔心偏离所述主臂的延伸方向设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的连接节,其中,所述第一支杆和所述第三支杆之间以及所述第二支杆和所述第三支杆之间均设有多个加强筋。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接节,其中,所述第三支杆上设有提升滑轮组,所述提升滑轮组位于所述第一连接部与所述第四连接部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接节,其中,所述第一支杆上设有滑轮支架,所述滑轮支架上设有导向滑轮组。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接节,其中,所述第二连接部为第一连接座,所述第一连接座设置于所述滑轮支架上,所述第一连接座上形成有第二连接孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的连接节,其中,所述第三连接部为第二连接座,所述第二连接座上形成有第三连接孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的连接节,其中,所述第二支杆上设有第三连接座,所述第三连接座位于所述第二连接座与所述第一连接部之间;
    所述第三连接座上开设有定位孔,所述定位孔用于连接所述下节臂的防后倾支杆。
  9. 一种副臂机构,其中,包括上述权利要求1-8中任一项所述的连接节以及变幅副臂组件或固定副臂组件;
    所述变幅副臂组件与所述固定副臂组件均包括下节臂和第一桅杆,所述变幅副臂组件还包括第二桅杆;
    所述下节臂的一端与所述第一连接部转动连接,所述第一桅杆的一端与所述第二连接部转动连接,所述第二桅杆的一端与所述第三连接部转动连接。
  10. 一种起重机,包括上述权利要求9所述的副臂机构以及起重机主体和主臂;
    所述主臂呈框架结构,所述主臂远离所述起重机主体的一端形成有多个连接位,所述第一支杆的第四连接部和所述第三支杆的第四连接部与多个连接位相连接,以使所述副臂机构与所述主臂相连接。
