发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的一种车辆提醒方法和相应的一种车辆提醒车辆。
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种车辆提醒方法,应用于车载终端,所述方法包括:

本发明的核心构思之一在于,通过与自检结果对应的显示方式显示界面提醒内容,在出行的时候给予用户有效的提醒信息,为用户出行提供便利,降低出行安全隐患。
参照图1,示出了本发明的一种车辆提醒方法的步骤流程图,应用于车载终端,具体可以包括如下步骤:

在本发明中,在确定用户上车时,可以对车辆进行自检,并可以根据自检结果确定车辆安全等级,以及采用与车辆安全等级对应的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容。通过与自检结果对应的显示方式显示界面提醒内容,在 出行的时候给予用户有效的提醒信息,为用户出行提供便利,降低出行安全隐患。
参照图2,示出了本发明的另一种车辆提醒方法的步骤流程图,应用于车载终端,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤201,对车辆进行自检;
在本发明中,车载终端在确定用户上车后可以对车辆进行自检,具体的,车辆可以设置有车辆自检模块,可以采用车辆自检模块对车辆进行自检。
其中,采用车辆自检模块对车辆进行自检,可以对车辆状态以及车辆是否影响使用进行检测,参照图3,示出了本发明中车辆自检的场景示意图,可以依次对车辆的软硬件各项进行检测,并在中控屏幕上显示正在检测的项,所检测的内容可以包括车辆所有零部件、软硬件系统等,其中,软硬件系统包括硬件系统、软件系统、通讯网络等等(如胎压、电池系统、电子刹车、网络流量、账号登录等);在对上述检测的内容进行检测完成后,还可以将自检状态显示在中控屏幕上,以及时告知用户此时车辆的状态。
步骤202,根据自检结果对界面提醒内容进行显示。
在实际应用中,车载终端在确定用户上车后对车辆进行自检之后,可以通过进行自检后得到的自检结果在车载终端的界面上显示界面提醒内容,具体为采用预设的显示方式进行显示,以便根据不同的自检结果对用户显示不同的提醒内容,实现给予用户有效且个性化的提示信息。
在本发明中,步骤202可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S11,根据所述自检结果确定车辆安全等级;所述车辆安全等级用于表示影响行车安全的严重程度;
具体的,在完成对车辆的自检并得到此次的自检结果后,可以根据自检结果确定车辆的安全等级,其中,车辆的安全等级可以根据影响行车安全的严重程度进行划分。
自检结果根据车辆状态可以包括车辆状态正常、车辆轻微异常、车辆普通异常以及车辆验证异常四种,按照影响行车安全的严重程度对车辆的安全 等级进行划分,则当自检结果为车辆状态正常时,其所对应的安全等级在四种自检结果中排序最低,可以为第一安全等级;当自检结果为车辆轻微异常时,其所对应的安全等级可以为第二安全等级;当自检结果为车辆普通异常时,其所对应的安全等级可以为第三安全等级;当自检结果为车辆验证异常时,其所对应的安全等级在四种自检结果中排序最高,可以为第四安全等级。
在实际应用中,按照影响行车安全的严重程度可以按照车辆自检结果中出现异常情况的数量进行确定,也可以按照车辆自检结果中出现异常情况所影响的程度确定,也可以结合出现异常情况的数量以及所述影响的程度进行确定,例如车辆自检时检测出的导航异常,相较车辆某个硬件出现异常的影响程度小,但若在车辆自检时同时出现导航异常、胎压不稳以及电池系统异常,其影响程度是叠加的,那么此时其影响行车安全的严重程度可能与某个硬件出现异常的程度相同。
子步骤S12,根据所述车辆安全等级采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容;其中,预设的显示方式包括多个显示方式,每个显示方式对应一个安全等级。
在本发明中,在确定车辆的安全等级后,可以采用与当前安全等级对应的显示方式显示界面提醒内容,显示方式可以包括多个显示方式,且每个显示方式与一个安全等级进行对应。
具体的,每个车辆安全等级所对应的界面提醒内容可以包括多个提醒内容,可以采用卡片显示方式对多个提醒内容进行显示,即每张卡片对应一个提醒内容,每个安全等级可以展示多张卡片。例如,可以设置天气卡片、路况卡片等,在本发明中,在用户启动车辆前,后台可以提前让车辆联网获取以及更新卡片信息,比如天气、路况等实时信息,以减少卡片信息的获取时间。
参照图4,示出了本发明中与提醒内容对应的卡片显示规则的示意图,在不同的车辆安全等级中,必出的卡片可以包括天气卡片以及路况卡片;当命中条件时可以显示体检、手机发地址、其他事件(音乐订阅、车控建议等等)卡片,后两者手机发地址以及其他事件均可以属于推送卡片,在该两种 推送卡片中可以显示优先级更高的一张,其中命中条件指的是命中不同的车辆安全等级所需要显示的提醒内容;针对显示与提醒内容所对应的卡片的数量,最少可以显示2张卡片,最多可以显示4张卡片,且卡片列队可以按优先级1-N依次排序,缺失卡片状态则跳过,下一优先级补位。
此外,车载终端系统还可以向用户提供针对卡片的亮高功能以及方控操作,有操作按钮的卡片默认为亮高(即High-light);不带操作按钮的卡片,无High-light,并可以通过方向盘的OK键执行高亮卡片的按钮动作。
需要说明的是,所显示的界面提醒内容可以从车辆系统范围内、甚至车辆仪表内的任意内容中产出,如车辆系统中含有充电模块、泊车功能模块、空调模块,以及第三方应用模块(京东、抖音、支付宝)等,均可作为界面提醒内容的信息来源,对此,本发明不加以限制。
在本发明中,子步骤S12可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S121,当所述车辆安全等级为第一安全等级时,显示第一行驶关联信息;所述第一行驶关联信息包括天气信息和路况信息;所述第一安全等级为与所述自检结果为正常时所对应的车辆安全等级;
可以出现第一种情况,当车辆处于第一安全等级,即车辆自检结果为正常时,可以显示第一行驶关联信息。第一行驶关联信息可以包括车载终端系统自带的行驶关联信息,例如,天气信息、路况信息等,示例性地,天气信息可以用于显示当前天气情况或者未来2小时内的天气情况,路况信息可以用于显示上班路况或者周边路况以及行车推荐路线等内容。
子步骤S122,获取所述移动终端的第二行驶关联信息,以及显示所述第二行驶关联信息;所述第二行驶关联信息包括目的地地址、导航引导信息、订阅更新信息和空气质量信息中的任意一项或多项。
在本发明中,车辆的车载终端系统可以与当前用户的移动终端或者第三方的移动终端进行通信,此时可以基于与移动终端通信,从通信的移动终端获取第二行驶关联信息,并在车载终端系统的中控屏幕界面上进行显示。其中,获取的第二行驶关联信息可以包括目的地地址、导航引导信息、订阅更新信息好空气质量信息中的任意一项或多项。
在一种优选的实施例中,所述第一行驶关联信息以及所述第二行驶关联信息中所包含的信息按照是否能进行交互分为可交互信息和不可交互信息;
采用与所述第一安全等级对应的第一显示规则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述第二行驶关联信息;所述第一显示规则为可交互信息的显示优先级高于不可交互信息的显示优先级。
具体的,第一行驶关联信息以及第二行驶关联信息中所包含的信息可以包括可交互信息和不可交互信息,此时在车辆处于第一安全等级时,可以对应地限定界面提示内容的显示顺序,采用可交互信息的显示顺序优先于不可交互信息的第一显示规则,对第一行驶关联信息以及第二行驶关联信息进行显示,车载终端系统尽可能地对优选内容进行显示以辅助高效出行,为用户带来更好的使用体验。
参照图5,示出了本发明中与第一安全等级对应的界面示意图,界面所显示的界面提示内容可以包括第一行驶关联信息以及第二行驶关联信息,即可以在界面上显示天气、路况、周边路况以及行车推荐路线等行驶关联信息,不显示车检信息卡片。此时用户可以通过在中控屏幕上点击天气、路况及其他卡片,实现人机交互,比如关闭天气卡片、打开路况卡片推荐路线详情、点击音频卡片的推荐内容立即播放音乐等。进一步地,用户还可以挂D/N档(空挡),以退出上述显示提醒内容的界面,且界面上所显示提醒内容将会消失。
子步骤S123,当所述车辆安全等级为第二安全等级时,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息;所述车辆安全信息为与所述自检结果对应的车辆检查情况信息;所述第二安全等级为与所述自检结果为轻微异常时所对应的车辆安全等级。
可以出现第二种情况,当车辆处于第二安全等级,即车辆自检结果为轻微异常时,可以显示第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息,车辆安全信息为与自检结果所对应的车辆检查情况信息,例如当检测到流量不足500M的信息时,可以在界面上显示相应的针对流量不足的车辆检查情况信息等。
在一种优选的实施例中,采用与所述第二安全等级对应的第二显示规 则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述车辆安全信息;所述第二显示规则为可交互信息的显示优先级高于不可交互信息的显示优先级,以及高于所述车辆安全信息的显示优先级。
具体的,第一行驶关联信息中所包含的信息可以包括可交互信息和不可交互信息,此时在车辆处于第二安全等级时,车载终端系统倾向于轻微异常不影响车辆的出行,可以对应地限定界面提示内容的显示顺序,采用可交互信息的显示优先级高于不可交互信息的显示优先级,以及高于所述车辆安全信息的显示优先级的第二显示规则,对第一行驶关联信息以及车辆安全信息进行显示,即此时在界面上显示的车辆出行信息的排序可以比轻微异常对应的安全信息靠前。
参照图6,示出了本发明中与第二安全等级对应的界面示意图,界面所显示的界面提示内容可以包括第一行驶关联信息以及车辆安全信息,按照上述与第二安全等级对应的第二显示规则,可以优先显示天气、路况等行驶关联信息,再显示车辆安全信息;当用户挂D/N档时,可以退出上述界面,且界面上所显示的提醒内容将会消失。
此外,用户可以基于语音问候语的问题引导(每次语音问候,仅会有1个操作引导,一般会对优先级更高的卡片操作进行引导。当卡片无建议操作时,语音也无操作引导),进行对应内容的语音交互操作,也可用方控确认键,确认进行引导内容的操作。其中,界面交互则可对所有卡片内容进行执行操作或单张关闭,以及设置屏蔽上车问候。
需要说明的是,语音播报的播报内容可以为个性化问候以及出行信息,此时不进行异常提示。例如:“Hi,王小明,端午节快乐。今天上车路线有1500米拥堵,需要帮你切换路线吗”、“Hi,今天天气不错,祝你一路好心情。”、“晚上好,花胖小宝贝。收到微信发来的地址,要帮你导航过去吗”等等,其中,可以对所播报的用户称呼进行自定义(账户名相关、用户自定义);可以播报个性化问候语,例如“祝你一路好心情”、“又是愉快的一天”可以基于时间日期问候,例如“早上好/晚上好”、“国庆节快乐/中秋快乐”;可以进行引导功能交互,且单个问候只引导1个操作,例如“当前 车内温度达42℃,要帮你开启急速降温吗”,答“好的、开启”等可执行操作;可以为不可交互的重要信息播报,如“气象台发布暴雨红色预警,请记得带伞哦”;语音播报的内容可以为上述内容的自由组合,以及根据车辆、环境状况信息,按规则进行播报。对此,本发明不加以限制。
子步骤S123,当所述车辆安全等级为第三安全等级时,采用与所述第三安全等级对应的第三显示规则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述车辆安全信息;所述第三安全等级为与所述自检结果为普通异常时所对应的车辆安全等级;所述第三显示规则为所述车辆安全信息的显示优先级高于所述第一行驶关联信息的显示优先级。
可以出现第三种情况,当车辆处于第三安全等级,即车辆自检结果为普通异常时,可以显示第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息,车辆安全信息为与自检结果所对应的车辆检查情况信息,车辆检查情况信息可以包括自检分数,车辆异常部件信息等。
其中,此时在车辆处于第三安全等级时,车载终端系统倾向于建议用户处理车辆的异常情况,可以对应地限定界面提示内容的显示顺序,采用车辆安全信息的显示优先级高于第一行驶关联信息的显示优先级的第三显示规则,对第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息进行显示。
参照图7,示出了本发明中与第三安全等级对应的界面示意图,以及参照图8,示出了本发明中与第三安全等级对应的另一界面示意图,界面所显示的界面提示内容可以包括第一行驶关联信息以及车辆安全信息,按照上述与第三安全等级对应的第三显示规则,可以优先显示车辆异常信息,再显示天气、路况等行驶关联信息;当用户挂D/N档时,可以退出上述界面,且界面上所显示的提醒内容将会消失。
在一种优选的实施例中,还包括播放用于引导用户处理异常的语音提醒内容。
语音播报则仅提示用户异常信息及引导联系客服处理,不进行其他内容的播报。
子步骤S124,当所述车辆安全等级为第四安全等级时,显示与所述车 辆安全信息,以及播放所述语音提醒内容;所述第四安全等级为与所述自检结果为严重异常时所对应的车辆安全等级。
可以出现第四种情况,当车辆处于第四安全等级,即车辆自检结果为严重异常时,车载终端系统倾向于不建议用户出行,界面提醒内容集中显示此时的车辆安全信息,即仅对车辆出现严重异常的车辆检查情况信息进行显示,并不对第一行驶关联信息以及第二行驶关联信息等出行信息进行显示,以及此时可以通过播放语音的方式向用户播报异常提示以及引导联系客服,以便对出现的严重异常情况进行处理。
参照图9,示出了本发明中与第四安全等级对应的界面示意图,界面所显示的界面提示内容仅对车辆处于严重异常状态时的车辆情况信息进行显示,可以包括显示车辆自检时出现异常的部件以及相应异常等级,例如电子系统出现异常,异常等级为严重;电子助力系统出现异常,异常等级为普通;电子刹车系统出现异常,异常等级为轻微等。
此外,当用户挂D/N档时,界面上所显示的提醒内容(即用于显示严重异常状态时车辆情况信息的车辆安全信息)仍旧常驻不消失,只有用户进行手动点击关闭界面后方可退出上述界面。
在一种优选的实施例中,还可以响应用户针对所述语音提醒内容的交互指令,并采用预设的通信方式联系处理人员。
具体的,用户可以采用界面点击、语音回复、方向盘控制物理键等方式下达指令,示例性地,当用户根据语音提醒内容在车载终端界面上点击选择联系客服处理车辆异常,则当前界面自动跳转到蓝牙电话拨号页面,若已连手机蓝牙,则可直接拨号,若未连接蓝牙,则提示连接后再拨打。
在实际应用中,当退出上述显示提醒内容的界面时,界面上与不同车辆安全等级对应的所显示提醒内容将会消失,参照图10,示出了本发明中退出显示提醒内容界面时的界面示意图,所显示的内容可以不受限于显示上述第一行驶关联信息、第二行驶关联信息以及车辆安全信息,以及可以不受限于上述限定界面提示内容的显示顺序;需要说明的是,在退出上述显示提醒内容的界面的同时,用户针对语音、方控操作等权限消失。
在本发明中,根据车辆自检结果确定对应的车辆异常等级,每个车辆异常等级对应不同的界面展示内容,并限定了展示内容的先后顺序,在车辆异常越严重的时候,车辆异常信息展示顺序越靠前,从而帮助用户快速处理车辆异常,设定了界面提醒内容和对应的展示规则,当确定车辆异常等级的时候,可以按照规则展示对应的提醒内容;以及,可以对上车场景相关信息(如车辆、环境、账号)进行收集、分析、重组、展示,并提供便利的多模态操作权限,为用户提高出行效率,提升上车出发场景的用户体验。
在本发明实施例中,在确定用户上车时,可以对车辆进行自检,并可以根据自检结果确定车辆安全等级,以及采用与车辆安全等级对应的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容。通过与自检结果对应的显示方式显示界面提醒内容,在出行的时候给予用户有效的提醒信息,为用户出行提供便利,降低出行安全隐患。
需要说明的是,对于方法,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的均属于优选,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明所必须的。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据自检结果采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容,包括:
    根据所述自检结果确定车辆安全等级;所述车辆安全等级用于表示影响行车安全的严重程度;
    根据所述车辆安全等级采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容;其中,预设的显示方式包括多个显示方式,每个显示方式对应一个安全等级。

    采用与所述第一安全等级对应的第一显示规则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息;所述第一显示规则为可交互信息的显示优先级高于不可交互信息的显示优先级;
    所述显示所述第二行驶关联信息,包括:
    采用所述第一显示规则显示所述第二行驶关联信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车辆安全等级采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容,包括:
    当所述车辆安全等级为第二安全等级时,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息;所述车辆安全信息为与所述自检结果对应的车辆检查情况信息;所述第二安全等级为与所述自检结果为轻微异常时所对应的车辆安全等级。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述第一行驶关联信息和车辆安全信息,包括:
    采用与所述第二安全等级对应的第二显示规则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述车辆安全信息;所述第二显示规则为可交互信息的显示优先级高于不可交互信息的显示优先级,以及高于所述车辆安全信息的显示优先级。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车辆安全等级采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容,包括:
    当所述车辆安全等级为第三安全等级时,采用与所述第三安全等级对应的第三显示规则,显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述车辆安全信息;所述第三安全等级为与所述自检结果为普通异常时所对应的车辆安全等级;所述第三显示规则为所述车辆安全信息的显示优先级高于所述第一行驶关联信息的显示优先级。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示所述第一行驶关联信息和所述车辆安全信息,还包括:
    播放用于引导用户处理异常的语音提醒内容。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车辆安全等级采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容,包括:
    当所述车辆安全等级为第四安全等级时,显示与所述车辆安全信息,以及播放所述语音提醒内容;所述第四安全等级为与所述自检结果为严重异常时所对应的车辆安全等级。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应用户针对所述语音提醒内容的交互指令,并采用预设的通信方式联系处理人员。
  12. 一种用于车辆提醒的车辆,其特征在于,所述用于车辆提醒的车辆包括:
    自检模块,用于确定用户上车时,对车辆进行自检;
    内容显示模块,用于根据自检结果采用预设的显示方式显示对应的界面提醒内容;所述界面提示内容包括行驶关联信息,所述预设的显示方式包括针对行驶关联信息的卡片显示方式。
  13. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并能够在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的一种车辆提醒方法的步骤。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的一种车辆提醒方法的步骤。
