本申请涉及衣物处理技术装置领域,具体而言,涉及一种洗涤剂盒和衣物处理设备。
背景技术
现有技术中,衣物处理装置的洗涤剂盒通常包括外盒和内盒,内盒与外盒滑动配合,然而,这种配合方式使得内盒与外盒之间的滑动不够顺畅,用户的操作体验差,存在改进的空间。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种洗涤剂盒,所述洗涤剂盒操作顺畅,且安装简单难道小。
本申请还提出一种衣物处理设备。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的洗涤剂盒,包括:固定腔体,所述固定腔体限定出具有一侧开口的容纳腔,所述固定腔体具有出液接头;活动腔体,所述活动腔体可推拉地设于所述容纳腔,所述活动腔体具有投放腔以及与所述投放腔连通的投放接头,所述投放接头适于与所述出液接头连通,其中,所述固定腔体的内表面设有第一导轨且所述第一导轨上设有第一滚轮组件,所述活动腔体的外表面设有第二导轨且所述第二导轨上设有第二滚轮组件,所述第一滚轮组件与所述第二导轨滚动配合,所述第二滚轮组件与所述第一导轨滚动配合。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒,通过设置可推拉的活动腔体,便于用户向投放腔内灌注洗涤剂;通过投放接头与出液接头的配合,使得投放腔内的洗涤剂可以进入投放组件内;通过在固定腔体上设置第一滚轮组件,在活动腔体上设置第二滚轮组件,使得活动腔体与固定腔体可以实现滚动配合,提高推拉的顺滑度;且仅需在每个腔体上设置一个滚轮组件,减少了零部件数量,降低了成本,同时可以满足洗涤剂盒内的小空间操作,降低安装难度,提高操作和装配的可行性,进而提高洗涤剂盒的市场竞争力。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒,所述第一导轨内具有第一安装腔,所述第一导轨的朝向所述第二导轨的一侧表面具有第一避让口,所述第一滚轮组件设于所述第一安装腔且包括第一滚轮,所述第一滚轮的一部分伸出所述第一避让口,以与所述第二导轨滚动配合。
在一些示例中,所述第一导轨的一端设有第一插口,所述第一插口与所述第一安装腔以及所述第一避让口连通,所述第一滚轮组件适于从所述第一插口装入所述第一安装腔。

如图1-图19所示,根据本申请一个实施例的洗涤剂盒100包括:固定腔体10和活动腔体20,固定腔体10限定出具有一侧开口的容纳腔101,固定腔体10具有出液接头11,活动腔体20设于容纳腔101,且活动腔体20可以在容纳腔101内推拉活动,活动腔体20具有投放腔201和投放接头21,投放接头21与投放腔201相连通,且投放接头21适于与出液接头11连通,该投放腔201为洗涤剂的存储空间,这里的洗涤剂可以为去污剂、柔顺剂等各种衣物处理剂。
其中,固定腔体10的内表面设有第一导轨14,第一导轨14上设有第一滚轮组件15,活动腔体20的外表面设有第二导轨24,第二导轨24上设有第二滚轮组件25,第一导轨14设于第二导轨24上或者第二导轨24设于第一导轨14上,且第一滚轮组件15与第二导轨24滚动配合,第二滚轮组件25与第一导轨14滚动配合,由此实现活动腔体20与固定腔体10的滚动配合。
根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒100,通过设置可推拉的活动腔体20,便于用户向投 放腔201内灌注洗涤剂;通过投放接头21与出液接头11的配合,使得投放腔201内的洗涤剂可以进入投放组件200内;通过在固定腔体10上设置第一滚轮组件15,在活动腔体20上设置第二滚轮组件25,使得活动腔体20与固定腔体10可以实现滚动配合,提高推拉的顺滑度;且仅需在每个腔体上设置一个滚轮组件,减少了零部件数量,降低了成本,同时可以满足洗涤剂盒100内的小空间操作,降低安装难度,提高操作和装配的可行性,进而提高洗涤剂盒100的市场竞争力。
如图18和图19所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,第一导轨14内具有第一安装腔141,第一导轨14的朝向第二导轨24的一侧表面具有第一避让口142,第一滚轮组件15安装在第一安装腔141内,第一滚轮组件15包括第一滚轮151,第一滚轮151的一部分伸出第一避让口142,以便于第一滚轮151与第二导轨24滚动配合。
其中,第一导轨14的一端设有第一插口143,第一插口143与第一安装腔141连通,第一滚轮组件15适于从第一插口143装入第一安装腔141,此外,第一插口143与第一避让口142连通,由此使得在第一滚轮组件15插入时,第一滚轮151可以从第一避让口142伸出,避免其他结构件干涉到第一滚轮151的插入。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,第一滚轮组件15包括:第一安装壳152,第一滚轮151可转动地安装于第一安装壳152,第一安装壳152设于第一安装腔141内,通过第一安装壳152与第一导轨14连接,由此实现第一滚轮151在第一安装腔141内的固定。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,第一滚轮组件15具有第一固定条153,第一固定条153沿第一导轨14的长度方向延伸,第一固定条153的一端与第一安装壳152固定连接,第一固定条153的另一端形成自由端,自由端设有第一卡钩154,第一导轨14上设有第一卡孔,第一卡孔与第一安装腔141连通,第一卡钩154适于与第一卡孔配合,由此实现第一滚轮组件15在第一导轨14上的安装固定。

如图19所示,在一些示例中,第一导轨14沿前后方向延伸,第一导轨14的前侧具有第一插口143,第一滚轮组件15从第一导轨14的前侧插入第一安装腔141内,第一固定条153后端的第一卡钩154与第一卡孔卡接配合,第一避让口142位于第一安装腔141的上方,第一滚轮组件15安装到位后,第一滚轮151可以凸出第一导轨14的上表面。
第一安装壳152上设有第一固定孔155,第一固定孔155位于第一滚轮151的后侧,且第一固定孔155沿竖向贯穿第一安装壳152,第一导轨14的下侧具有位置对应的第一 安装孔,通过第一紧固件贯穿第一安装孔和第一固定孔155,将第一安装壳152与第一导轨14紧固连接,避免第一滚动组件与第一导轨14脱离而影响整体结构的稳定性。
第一安装壳152的下表面还具有凸出的凸筋257,在第一滚轮组件15安装到位时,凸筋257与第一导轨14的内表面止抵,由此保证第一滚轮151与第一导轨14的内壁面间隔开,避免第一滚轮151与第一导轨14止抵导致第一滚轮151无法转动等。
第一导轨14上设有第一限位部145,第一限位部145形成阶梯状结构,第一安装壳152的前端具有与第一限位部145适配的第一限位槽156,通过第一限位部145与第一限位槽156的配合,可以对第一滚轮组件15起到限位的作用,保证第一滚轮组件15的滚轮的转动轴线相对于第一导轨14保持不变,避免第一滚轮组件15倾翻等影响活动腔体20与固定腔体10的滑动配合。
也就是说,在本实施例中,第一滚轮组件15可以沿水平方向插入第一导轨14的第一安装腔141内,由于固定腔体10内部空间狭小,上下方向插入较为困难,通过在前后方向上插入第一滚轮组件15,由于固定腔体10的前侧开口,因而便于第一滚轮组件15的插入。此外,第一紧固件可以从固定腔体10的外侧底部将第一滚动组件与第一导轨14紧固连接,安装方便,整体结构组装方便,操作便利。
如图10和图11所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,第二导轨24内具有第二安装腔241,第二导轨24的朝向第一导轨14的一侧表面具有第二避让口,第二滚轮组件25安装在第二安装腔241内,第二滚轮组件25包括第二滚轮251,第二滚轮251的一部分伸出第二避让口,以便于第二滚轮251与第一导轨14滚动配合。
其中,第二导轨24的一端设有第二插口243,第二插口243与第二安装腔241连通,第二滚轮组件25适于从第二插口243装入第二安装腔241,此外,第二插口243与第二避让口连通,由此使得在第二滚轮组件25插入时,第二滚轮251可以从第二避让口伸出,避免其他结构件干涉到第二滚轮251的插入。
如图11所示,在一些示例中,第二滚轮组件25包括:第二安装壳252,第二滚轮251可转动地安装于第二安装壳252,第二安装壳252设于第二安装腔241内,通过第二安装壳252与第二导轨24连接,由此实现第二滚轮251在第二安装腔241内的固定。

如图11所示,在一些示例中,第二导轨24沿前后方向延伸,第二导轨24的后侧具有第二插口243,第二滚轮组件25从第二导轨24的后侧插入第二安装腔241内,第二固定条253后端的第二卡钩254与第二卡孔244卡接配合,第二避让口位于第二安装腔241的下方,第二滚轮组件25安装到位后,第二滚轮251可以凸出第二导轨24的下表面。
第二安装壳252上设有第二固定孔255,第二固定孔255位于第二滚轮251的前侧,且第二固定孔255沿竖向贯穿第二安装壳252,第二导轨24的上侧具有位置对应的第二安装孔,通过第二紧固件贯穿第二安装孔和第二固定孔255,将第二安装壳252与第二导轨24紧固连接,避免第二滚动组件与第二导轨24脱离而影响整体结构的稳定性。
第二安装壳252的上表面还具有凸出的凸筋257,在第二滚轮组件25安装到位时,凸筋257与第二导轨24的内表面止抵,由此保证第二滚轮251与第二导轨24的内壁面间隔开,避免第二滚轮251与第二导轨24止抵导致第二滚轮251无法转动等。
第二导轨24上设有第二限位部245,第二限位部245形成阶梯状结构,第二安装壳252的后端具有与第二限位部245适配的第二限位槽256,通过第二限位部245与第二限位槽256的配合,可以对第二滚轮组件25起到限位的作用,保证第二滚轮组件25的滚轮的转动轴线相对于第二导轨24保持不变,避免第二滚轮组件25倾翻等影响活动腔体20与固定腔体10的滑动配合。
可以理解的是,第二导轨24支撑在第一导轨14上,活动腔体20可向前推拉出,第二滚轮组件25设置在活动腔体20的后端,由于活动腔体20可以从固定腔体10拆卸下,即活动腔体20可以取出,从而可以方便的将第二滚轮组件25安装在活动腔体20的后端。
如图11和图19所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,第一滚轮组件15和第二滚轮组件25的结构相同,在安装时两者上下翻转,一个从活动腔体20的后侧进行装配,一个从固定腔体10的前侧进行装配,即可实现固定,通过采用相同的结构,减少了零部件,降低了制作成本,同时可以提高装配效率。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第二导轨24与第一导轨14互相平行且层叠设置,例如第二导轨24位于第一导轨14的上方,第一导轨14可以对第二导轨24起到一定的支撑作用,同时第一滚轮151凸出第一导轨14的上表面,第二滚轮251凸出第二导轨24的下表面,在活动腔体20推拉时,第二滚轮251与第一导轨14的上表面滑动配合,第一导轨14还可以对第二滚轮251起到导向的作用,便于活动腔体20的活动。
根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体10的内表面设有两个相对布置的第一导轨14,活动腔体20的表面设有两个第二导轨24,两个第一导轨14与两个第二导轨24位置一一对应,每个第一导轨14设有第一滚轮组件15,每个第二导轨24设有第二滚轮组件25,通过设置两个相对布置的第一导轨14,可以更好地对活动腔体20进行支撑,通过两组导轨和滚轮组件配合,提高活动腔体20推拉时的顺畅性,同时提高整体结构的稳定性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,活动腔体20可以在第一位置和第二位置之间推拉活动,在活动腔体20处于第一位置的状态下,投放接头21与出液接头11相配合,投放腔201内的洗涤剂通过出液接头11与投放组件200连通,进而可以实现洗涤剂的投放。
在活动腔体20处于第二位置的状态下,投放接头21与出液接头11相分离,第一滚轮组件15靠近第二滚轮组件25,且第二滚轮组件25位于第一滚轮组件15的后侧,由此可避免活动腔体20与固定腔体10分离;其中,固定腔体10具有积液腔102,此时,投放接头21位于积液腔102的开口的正上方,由此投放接头21处残留的洗涤剂可以流至积液腔102内。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备,包括根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒100,通过采用上述洗涤剂盒100,提高了活动腔体20推拉的顺滑度;且仅需在每个腔体上设置一个滚轮组件,减少了零部件数量,降低了成本,同时可以满足洗涤剂盒100内的小空间操作,降低安装难度,提高操作和装配的可行性,进而提高洗涤剂盒100的市场竞争力。
下面结合图1-图26,描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备。
衣物处理设备包括箱体组件、门体组件、投放装置300和洗涤桶,洗涤桶设置在箱体组件内,且洗涤桶包括第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶,第一洗涤桶位于第二洗涤桶的下方,门体组件包括第一门体和第二门体,第一门体位于第二门体的下方,第一门体与第一洗涤桶对应,用于打开或关闭第一洗涤桶,第二门体与第二洗涤桶对应,用于打开或关闭第二洗涤桶。
投放装置300包括洗涤剂盒100和投放组件200,下面结合图1–图19描述根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒100的结构。
如图1和图2所示,洗涤剂盒100包括:固定腔体10和活动腔体20,固定腔体10限定出具有前侧开口的容纳腔101,固定腔体10包括后壁161、上侧壁、下侧壁163以及过渡壁164,上侧壁的两端与下侧壁163的两端分别通过过渡壁164连接,下侧壁163的内表面形成凹弧面,固定腔体10的底部设有安装凸块17,固定腔体10具有两个出液接头11,出液接头11设于安装凸块17且向前延伸,出液接头11的侧壁与固定腔体10的下侧壁163连接,出液接头11内具有顶柱,出液接头11适于与投放组件200相连通。
固定腔体10具有积液腔102,积液腔102的开口设置在下侧壁163的中部,积液腔102具有排液口1021,排液口1021通过通液管84与投放组件200连通;出液接头11的进口处设有清洁刷30,清洁刷30位于积液腔102的上方,清洁刷30包括两个刷头31,清洁刷30的两个刷头31与两个出液接头11位置一一对应,其中,清洁刷30的刷头31沿出液接头11的进口的下边沿的周向延伸,清洁刷30的刷头31朝该接口的中心延伸。
活动腔体20设于容纳腔101内,且活动腔体20可以在容纳腔101内推拉活动,从而可以在第一位置和第二位置之间活动,活动腔体20限定出两个投放腔201和两个投放接头21,投放腔201与投放接头21一一对应连通,活动腔体20的后壁具有向内凹陷设置的安装凹槽29,投放接头21设于安装凹槽29内,安装凹槽29的底部敞开。
在活动腔体20处于第一位置的状态下,安装凸块17的至少一部分适于插接至安装凹槽29内与安装凹槽29插接配合,出液接头11套设在投放接头21的外侧,投放接头21与出液接头11插接配合,投放腔201内的洗涤剂通过出液接头11与投放组件200连通,进而可以实现洗涤剂的投放。
具体而言,投放接头21内设有封堵件,在常态下封堵件处于封堵投放接头21,以使投放腔201与外界断开;在投放接头21插接至出液接头11内时,顶柱将封堵件顶开,以使投放接头21与出液接头11连通,从而使洗涤剂可以流至投放组件200内,且通过上述结构,可以进一步避免活动腔体20安装时漏液的情况,提高用户的使用体验。此外,在投放接头21插接至出液接头11内时,清洁刷30可以对投放接头21进行清洁,保证投放接头21的干净度。
在活动腔体20从第一位置活动至第二位置时,如图6所示,活动腔体20可以向前移动L距离,清洁刷30可以对整个投放接头21实现清洁,提高了清洁效果;在活动腔体20处于第二位置的状态下,投放接头21与出液接头11相分离,且投放接头21位于积液腔102的开口的正上方,由此投放接头21处残留的洗涤剂可以流至积液腔102内。
其中,每个投放腔201内设有限位杆27,限位杆27沿竖直方向延伸,限位杆27的上端为固定端,限位杆27的下端为自由端,限位杆27上套设有沿其轴向(如图14所示的上下方向)可移动的浮子272。
如图14所示,在一些实施例中,投放腔201的顶壁2011内表面设有限位凸环281,限位环的内周壁设有内螺纹结构,限位杆27的上端设有外螺纹273结构,外螺纹273结构适于与内螺纹结构配合,由此实现限位杆27的安装固定,通过设置限位凸环281,增加限位杆27与投放腔201的配合面积,提高限位杆27的稳定性。
投放腔201的顶壁2011具有环形支撑面282,限位杆27的上端设有支撑台271, 环形支撑面282形成圆锥面,支撑台271支撑在环形支撑面282上,由此可以避免限位杆27安装时向下移动量过大而落入投放腔201内,即环形支撑面282可以对限位杆27起到竖向的限位作用,当然环形支撑面282也可以形成水平面或者台阶面等。
活动腔体20的顶壁2011设有投放口202和用于开闭投放口202的盖体203,投放口202靠近活动腔体20的前壁设置,以便于活动腔体20向前拉出一部分后即可灌注洗涤剂,限位杆27靠近活动腔体20的后壁设置,使得整体结构更加紧凑合理。
活动腔体20的底壁2012内表面形成凹弧面,一方面便于洗涤剂汇集至凹弧面的最低处,从而使洗涤剂可以及时通过投放接头21流出,另一方面,在浮子272向下移动时,可以被弧形的底壁2012限制,由此实现浮子272下端的限位,且由于底壁2012的内表面形成弧面,因而在浮子272与底壁2012止抵时,洗涤剂盒100内仍存在一定的洗涤剂,供当前洗涤使用,同时发出洗涤剂不足的信息,提醒用户及时灌注。
如图6所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体10具有固定部12,活动腔体20具有固定配合部22,固定部12形成设于容纳腔101内的固定柱,固定配合部22形成卡爪,在活动腔体20处于第一位置的状态下,固定柱与卡爪卡接配合,采用卡接配合的方式,在两者配合到位时可以听到咔哒的声音,由此得到固定腔体10与活动腔体20配合到位的信息,配合简单,拆卸方便,提高用户的操作体验。
其中,固定柱沿竖直方向延伸,固定柱的周壁通过连接筋与固定腔体10的后壁161连接,由此保证提高固定柱的结构强度,提高整体结构的稳定性和使用寿命;卡爪的开口朝后设置,卡爪具有与固定柱的周壁相配合的弧形配合面,在活动腔体20与固定腔体10配合到位的状态下,卡爪与固定柱卡接,且固定柱与弧形配合面贴合,实现活动腔体20的稳定固定,配合方便,稳定性好。
如图2和图3所示,在一些示例中,固定腔体10的内表面设有第一导轨14,第一导轨14沿前后方向延伸,活动腔体20的外表面设有第二导轨24,第二导轨24同样沿前后方向延伸,第二导轨24支撑在第一导轨14上,通过第一导轨14与第二导轨24配合,由此对活动腔体20的安装起到导向的作用。
具体而言,固定腔体10的内表面设有两个相对布置的第一导轨14,活动腔体20的表面设有两个第二导轨24,两个第一导轨14与两个第二导轨24位置一一对应,每个第一导轨14设有第一滚轮组件15,每个第二导轨24设有第二滚轮组件25,通过设置两个相对布置的第一导轨14,可以更好地对活动腔体20进行支撑,通过两组导轨和滚轮组件配合,提高活动腔体20推拉时的顺畅性,同时提高整体结构的稳定性。
第一导轨14上设有第一滚轮组件15,第二导轨24上设有第二滚轮组件25,第二导轨24与第一导轨14互相平行且层叠设置,第二导轨24位于第一导轨14的上方,第 一导轨14可以对第二导轨24起到一定的支撑作用,同时第一滚轮151凸出第一导轨14的上表面,第二滚轮251凸出第二导轨24的下表面,在活动腔体20推拉时,第二滚轮251与第一导轨14的上表面滑动配合,第一导轨14还可以对第二滚轮251起到导向的作用,便于活动腔体20的活动。
此外,如图17所示,第二导轨24上设有安装件26,安装件26为可弹性变形的结构件,安装件26沿第二导轨24的长度方向延伸,安装件26的两端与第二导轨24相连,安装件26的中部与第二导轨24间隔开设置,安装件26上形成有限位配合部23,限位配合部23形成设于凸出其上表面的限位凸起,固定腔体10的内表面具有限位部,在常态下,安装件26处于非变形结构,限位配合部23可以与限位部配合,以实现对活动腔体20的限位;在对安装件26施加外力使其变形时,可以使得限位配合部23随其活动,从而可以使限位配合部23与限位部脱离配合,进而可以将活动腔体20与固定腔体10完全分离,实现活动腔体20的拆卸,便于对活动腔体20的维修或更换等,提高用户的使用体验。
下面结合图18-图19,描述根据本申请实施例的第一导轨14与第一滚轮组件15的结构与配合。
第一导轨14沿前后方向延伸,第一导轨14内具有第一安装腔141,第一导轨14的前端设有第一插口143,第一插口143与第一安装腔141连通,第一导轨14上表面具有第一避让口142,第一插口143与第一避让口142连通,第一导轨14的下表面具有第一卡孔,第一卡孔与第一安装腔141连通,第一导轨14的前端还设有第一限位部145,第一限位部145形成阶梯状结构。
第一滚轮组件15包括第一滚轮151、第一安装壳152和第一固定条153,第一滚轮151可转动地安装于第一安装壳152,第一固定条153沿第一导轨14的长度方向延伸,第一固定条153的一端与第一安装壳152固定连接,第一固定条153的另一端形成自由端,自由端设有第一卡钩154,第一滚轮组件15适于从第一插口143装入第一安装腔141,在第一滚轮组件15插入时,第一滚轮151可以从第一避让口142伸出,即凸出第一导轨14的上表面,避免其他结构件干涉到第一滚轮151的插入;且第一卡钩154适于与第一卡孔配合,由此实现第一滚轮组件15在第一导轨14上的安装固定。
第一安装壳152上还设有第一固定孔155,第一固定孔155位于第一滚轮151的后侧,且第一固定孔155沿竖向贯穿第一安装壳152,第一导轨14的下侧具有位置对应的第一安装孔,通过第一紧固件贯穿第一安装孔和第一固定孔155,将第一安装壳152与第一导轨14紧固连接,避免第一滚动组件与第一导轨14脱离而影响整体结构的稳定性。
第一安装壳152的下表面还具有凸出的凸筋257,在第一滚轮组件15安装到位时, 凸筋257与第一导轨14的内表面止抵,由此保证第一滚轮151与第一导轨14的内壁面间隔开,避免第一滚轮151与第一导轨14止抵导致第一滚轮151无法转动等。
第一安装壳152的前端具有与第一限位部145适配的第一限位槽156,通过第一限位部145与第一限位槽156的配合,可以对第一滚轮组件15起到限位的作用,保证第一滚轮组件15的滚轮的转动轴线相对于第一导轨14保持不变,避免第一滚轮组件15倾翻等影响活动腔体20与固定腔体10的滑动配合。
第一滚轮组件15可以沿水平方向插入第一导轨14的第一安装腔141内,第一固定条153后端的第一卡钩154与第一卡孔卡接配合,第一滚轮组件15安装到位后,第一滚轮151可以凸出第一导轨14的上表面。由于固定腔体10内部空间狭小,上下方向插入较为困难,通过在前后方向上插入第一滚轮组件15,由于固定腔体10的前侧开口,因而便于第一滚轮组件15的插入。此外,第一紧固件可以从固定腔体10的外侧底部将第一滚动组件与第一导轨14紧固连接,安装方便,整体结构组装方便,操作便利。
下面结合图10-图11,描述根据本申请实施例的第二导轨24与第二滚轮组件25的结构与配合。
第二导轨24沿前后方向延伸,第二导轨24支撑在第一导轨14上,第二导轨24内具有第二安装腔241,第二导轨24的下表面具有第二避让口,第二导轨24的后端设有第二插口243,第二插口243与第二安装腔241连通,第二插口243与第二避让口连通,第二导轨24的上表面具有第二卡孔244,第二卡孔244与第二安装腔241连通,第二导轨24的后端还设有第二限位部245,第二限位部245形成阶梯状结构。
活动腔体20可向前推拉出,第二滚轮组件25设置在活动腔体20的后端,由于活动腔体20可以从固定腔体10拆卸下,即活动腔体20可以取出,从而可以方便的将第二滚轮组件25安装在活动腔体20的后端。第二滚轮组件25包括第二滚轮251、第二安装壳252和第二固定条253,第二滚轮251可转动地安装于第二安装壳252,第二安装壳252设于第二安装腔241内,第二固定条253沿第二导轨24的长度方向延伸,第二固定条253的一端与第二安装壳252固定连接,第二固定条253的另一端形成自由端,自由端设有第二卡钩254,第二滚轮组件25适于从第二插口243装入第二安装腔241,在第二滚轮组件25插入时,第二滚轮251可以从第二避让口伸出,即凸出第二导轨24的下表面,避免其他结构件干涉到第二滚轮251的插入,且第二卡钩254适于与第二卡孔244配合,由此实现第二滚轮组件25在第二导轨24上的安装固定。
第二安装壳252上还设有第二固定孔255,第二固定孔255位于第二滚轮251的前侧,且第二固定孔255沿竖向贯穿第二安装壳252,第二导轨24的上侧具有位置对应的第二安装孔,通过第二紧固件贯穿第二安装孔和第二固定孔255,将第二安装壳252与 第二导轨24紧固连接,避免第二滚动组件与第二导轨24脱离而影响整体结构的稳定性。
第二安装壳252的上表面还具有凸出的凸筋257,在第二滚轮组件25安装到位时,凸筋257与第二导轨24的内表面止抵,由此保证第二滚轮251与第二导轨24的内壁面间隔开,避免第二滚轮251与第二导轨24止抵导致第二滚轮251无法转动等。
第二安装壳252的后端具有与第二限位部245适配的第二限位槽256,通过第二限位部245与第二限位槽256的配合,可以对第二滚轮组件25起到限位的作用,保证第二滚轮组件25的滚轮的转动轴线相对于第二导轨24保持不变,避免第二滚轮组件25倾翻等影响活动腔体20与固定腔体10的滑动配合。
下面结合图20–图26描述根据本申请实施例的投放组件200的结构。
投放组件200包括投放盒40和安装座50,安装座50限定出通液腔51,通液腔51通过通液管84与积液腔102连通,安装座50的下端具有与通液腔51连通的通液口52,通液口52位于通液腔51的底部,通液口52与第一洗涤桶连通,以使得冲刷后的洗涤剂可以在重力作用下完全流出,提高冲洗效果。投放组件200具有冲洗流道60(冲洗流道60包括第一冲洗流道61和第二冲洗流道62),通液腔51通过冲洗流道60与第一出液口43连通,第一出液口43流出的洗涤剂或水通过冲洗流道60流至通液腔51内,对通液腔51内的洗涤剂进行冲洗。
其中,在竖直方向上,安装座50位于洗涤剂盒100的积液腔102的下方,积液腔102通过通液管84与安装座50连接,由此使得洗涤剂可以在自身重力作用下流至安装座50内,进而流至洗涤桶,且在向安装座50内通水后还可以对洗涤剂冲刷,以加快洗涤剂的排出速度。
投放盒40安装在安装座50上,投放盒40包括:投放盒体401和投放盖体402,投放盖体402盖设在投放盒体401的上方,投放盖体402与投放盒体401之间限定出投放流道47(即主流道471、第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473)和第一冲洗流道61,投放盒体401与投放盒40盖可以采用焊接工艺焊接制造成型,保证主流道471、第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473的相对密封性,从而可以准确地控制向第一洗涤桶供水供液,或向第二洗涤桶供水供液;其中,投放盒40具有第一进液口41、第二进液口42、投放流道47和第一出液口43、第二出液口44,两个进液口设置在投放盒体401上,进液口与洗涤剂盒100的出液接头11连通,两个出液口设置在投放盖体402上,每个出液口均通过投放流道47与进液口连通,第一出液口43与第一洗涤桶、冲洗流道60连通,第二出液口44与第二洗涤桶连通,由此整体布局更加合理,结构紧凑,便于在衣物处理设备上的安装。
如图26所示,在一些示例中,投放组件200具有进水接口46,进水接口46与主流 道471连通,进水接口46与进水阀相连,在进水阀打开时,外界水源通过进水接口46进入主流道471,进入主流道471的水可以将进入主流道471的洗涤剂冲走,以沿主流道471流入第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶内。
具体而言,主流道471内稀释的洗涤剂通过第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473进入第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶,主流道471可以同时与第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473连通,但为了保证进水效率,主流道471可与第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473不同时连通,即在需要双桶洗涤时,主流道471先与第一投放流道472和第二投放流道473中的一个连通,在该流道对应的洗涤桶供足水后,再与另一个连通,以对另一个供水。
如图26所示,投放组件200还包括切换阀83,切换阀83具有主切换口、第一切换口、第二切换口,主切换口可以与第一切换口连通,或者与第二切换口连通,投放盒40还具有主配合口474、第一配合口475和第二配合口476,主配合口474与主流道471以及主切换口连通,第一配合口475与第一投放流道472以及第一切换口连通,第二配合口476与第二投放流道473以及第二切换口连通,也就是说,通过将切换阀83设置在投放盒40上,使主配合口474和主切换口对应,第一配合口475与第一切换口对应,第二配合口476与第二切换口对应,即可通过切换阀83的切换实现水路的流通。
其中,切换阀83可以为电磁阀,在电磁阀通电时,阀芯向一侧移动,从而将第一切换口封堵,此时,主切换口与第二切换口连通,主配合口474便可以与第二配合口476连通,从而使主流道471与第二投放流道473连通,洗涤剂或洗涤水由此可以通入第二洗涤桶内;在电磁阀断电时,阀芯回至初始位置,从而将第二切换口封堵,此时,主切换口与第一切换口连通,主配合口474便可以与第一配合口475连通,从而使主流道471与第一投放流道472连通,洗涤剂或洗涤水由此可以通入第一洗涤桶内,也就是说,通过电磁阀的通断电,即可实现对流道的切换,在断电时也可以实现对第一洗涤桶的供水或供液,既简化了结构,又可以节能省电,提高产品的市场竞争力。
投放盒40还具有进液流道,进液流道与进液口相连通,进液流道在液流方向上位于进液口与主流道471之间,投放组件200还包括投放泵82,投放泵82连接在进液流道与主流道471之间,投放泵82可以将从进液口进入的洗涤液泵入主流道471,这里的洗涤液可以为洗涤剂、柔顺剂等,外界水源通过进水接口46进入主流道471,并将投放泵82泵入主流道471的洗涤液冲走,以沿主流道471流入第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶内。多个进液口和多个进液流道一一对应连通,通过设置多个进液口和进液流道,使得投放盒40可以投放多种洗涤液,由此实现一盒多投的方式,且洗涤液还可以投入多个洗涤桶内,实现多种洗涤模式,提高用户的使用体验。
投放泵82为一个,该投放泵82包括多个泵进口和多个泵出口821,多个泵进口与多个进液流道一一对应连通,多个泵出口821均与主流道471连通,泵进口和泵出口821处均设有单向阀,以保证洗涤液单向流动,每个泵进口具有对应的泵出口821,在投放泵82的控制下,使得一种洗涤液可以从一个泵进口流入并通过对应的泵出口821流至主流道471,投放泵82还可以控制另一种洗涤液从另一个泵进口流入并通过对应的泵出口821流至主流道471。
如图26所示,在一些示例中,投放盒40还具有暂存腔48,暂存腔48与进液口连通,且暂存腔48与进液流道连通,暂存腔48在液流方向上位于进液口与进液流道之间,主流道471、第一投放流道472、第二投放流道473以及暂存腔48布置在同一平面内,进液流道位于主流道471、第一投放流道472、第二投放流道473以及暂存腔48的下方,由此使得洗涤液首先进入暂存腔48内,投放泵82用于吸入暂存腔48内的洗涤液,此外,通过设置暂存腔48,可以对暂存腔48内的液位进行检测,无需在洗涤剂盒100内设置液位检测装置,避免了接线障碍等问题,提高了检测的可靠性和准确性。
如图21-图25所示,投放组件200还包括冲洗管81,冲洗管81设于投放盒40的顶部,冲洗管81限定出第二冲洗流道62,投放盒40还具有与第一冲洗流道61连通的过液口45,冲洗管81的一端与第一出液口43连通,另一端与过液口45连通,投放流道47内的洗涤剂或水通过第一出液口43流出,一部分直接流入洗涤桶内,另一部分通过冲洗管81内,沿着第二冲洗流道62流至过液口45处,进而流至第一冲洗流道61内,第一冲洗流道61将洗涤剂或水通入通液腔51内,对通液腔51进行冲洗。
如图25所示,在一些示例中,冲洗管81形成弯管,冲洗管81包括第一竖管811、横管812和第二竖管813,第一竖管811的下端与第一出液口43连通,第一竖管811的上端与横管812的一端连通,第二竖管813的下端与过液口45连通,第二竖管813的上端与横管812的另一端连通,整体结构紧凑,减少冲洗管81的占用空间。
如图21-图25所示,在一些示例中,投放盒40上设有三通管70,三通管70的第一接口71与第一出液口43连通,三通管70的第二接口72通过连接管连接至第一洗涤桶上的门封喷淋孔,由此第一出液口43流出的洗涤水可以经门封流入第一洗涤桶内,由此进水过程可以被用户直观明显的观察到,同时可以对门封处形成更好地冲洗作用;三通管70的第三接口73通过冲洗流道60与通液腔51连通,由此第一出液口43流出的洗涤水也可以通过冲洗流道60流入通液腔51内;其中,第三接口73的高度高于第二接口72的高度,由此保证洗涤水优先流入洗涤桶内,在水流大、水量充足的情况下,洗涤水通入冲洗流道60内。通过设置三通管70,无需额外在投放组件200上设置开口,即可形成出冲洗流道60,降低制造工艺的难度,且装配简单,便于连接。
此外,通过第一出液口43流出的洗涤剂可以直接通入下方的第一洗涤桶内,也可以通过冲洗流道60、通液腔51再通入下方的第一洗涤桶内,保证第一出液口43流出的洗涤剂全部通向第一洗涤桶;由此还可以使第一洗涤桶可以实现双重进水,第一洗涤桶内形成多方位立体水流,提升清洗效果。
如图22所示,在一些实施例中,三通管70包括竖直管段74和水平管段75,竖直管段74的两端分别形成第一接口71和第三接口73,第一接口71位于竖直管段74的下端,第三接口73位于竖直管段74的上端,水平管段75的一端与竖直管段74的中部连通,水平管道的另一端形成第二接口72,用于与洗涤桶连接,由此使得第三接口73的高度高于第二接口72,保证洗水优先流至洗涤桶。
由此,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备,第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶可以单独使用或同步一起使用,两个洗涤桶都可以实现自动投放洗涤剂的功能;且洗涤剂盒100的积液腔102与通液腔51连通,从而无需用户手动清理积液腔102,通液腔51内的洗涤剂通过冲洗流道60冲刷,因而也无需手动清理通液腔51,提高用户的使用体验;此外,通过第一滚轮组件15和第二滚轮组件25,使得活动腔体20与固定腔体10可以实现滚动配合,提高推拉的顺滑度,进一步提高用户的操作体验;由于仅需在每个腔体上设置一个滚轮组件,且两个滚轮组件的结构相同,从而可减少零部件数量,降低了成本,同时可以满足洗涤剂盒100内的小空间操作,降低安装难度,提高操作和装配的可行性,进而提高洗涤剂盒100的市场竞争力。
在本申请的实施例中,洗涤剂需做广义理解,洗涤剂可以为在洗涤过程中添加至洗涤桶内的洗涤用剂,包括但不限于洗涤剂,例如可以为常用洗涤剂、柔顺剂、洗衣液、消毒剂等。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,包括:
    固定腔体,所述固定腔体限定出具有一侧开口的容纳腔,所述固定腔体具有出液接头;
    活动腔体,所述活动腔体可推拉地设于所述容纳腔,所述活动腔体具有投放腔以及与所述投放腔连通的投放接头,所述投放接头适于与所述出液接头连通,
    其中,所述固定腔体的内表面设有第一导轨且所述第一导轨上设有第一滚轮组件,所述活动腔体的外表面设有第二导轨且所述第二导轨上设有第二滚轮组件,所述第一滚轮组件与所述第二导轨滚动配合,所述第二滚轮组件与所述第一导轨滚动配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一导轨内具有第一安装腔,所述第一导轨的朝向所述第二导轨的一侧表面具有第一避让口,所述第一滚轮组件设于所述第一安装腔且包括第一滚轮,所述第一滚轮的一部分伸出所述第一避让口,以与所述第二导轨滚动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一导轨的一端设有第一插口,所述第一插口与所述第一安装腔以及所述第一避让口连通,所述第一滚轮组件适于从所述第一插口装入所述第一安装腔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第一滚轮组件还包括:第一安装壳,所述第一滚轮可转动地安装于所述第一安装壳,所述第一安装壳设于所述第一安装腔内且与所述第一导轨连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第二导轨内具有第二安装腔,所述第二导轨的朝向所述第一导轨的一侧表面具有第二避让口,所述第二滚轮组件设于所述第二安装腔且包括第二滚轮,所述第二滚轮的一部分伸出所述第二避让口,以与所述第一导轨滚动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第二导轨的一端设有第二插口,所述第二插口与所述第二安装腔以及所述第二避让口连通,所述第二滚轮组件适于从所述第二插口装入所述第二安装腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第二滚轮组件还包括:第二安装壳,所述第二滚轮可转动地安装于所述第二安装壳,所述第二安装壳设于所述第二安装腔内且与所述第二导轨连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述第二导轨的背向所述第一导轨的一侧具有卡孔,所述卡孔与所述第二安装腔连通,
    其中,所述第二滚轮组件具有沿所述第二导轨的长度方向延伸的固定条,所述固定条的自由端设有适于与所述卡孔配合的卡钩。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,
    所述第一导轨上设有第一限位部,以限制所述第一滚轮组件的滚轮的转动轴线相对于所述第一导轨保持不变;
    所述第二导轨上设于第二限位部,以限制所述第二滚轮组件的滚轮的转动轴线相对于所述第二导轨保持不变。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述固定腔体的内表面设有两个相对布置的所述第一导轨,所述活动腔体的表面设有两个所述第二导轨,两个所述第一导轨与两个所述第二导轨位置一一对应,每个所述第一导轨设有所述第一滚轮组件,每个所述第二导轨设有所述第二滚轮组件。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述活动腔体在第一位置和第二位置之间可推拉地设于所述容纳腔,
    在所述活动腔体处于所述第一位置的状态下,所述投放接头与所述出液接头相配合,在所述活动腔体处于所述第二位置的状态下,所述投放接头与所述出液接头相分离且所述第一滚轮组件靠近所述第二滚轮组件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述固定腔体具有积液腔,在所述活动腔体处于所述第二位置的状态下,所述投放接头与所述出液接头相分离且所述投放接头位于所述积液腔的开口的正上方。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒,其特征在于,所述开口形成在所述固定腔体的前部,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨分别沿前后方向水平延伸。
  14. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒。
