现有技术中,衣物处理装置的洗涤剂盒通常是直接插接在前封门上,洗涤剂盒与前封门配合安装,然而,这种方式不仅制造工艺复杂,且对洗涤剂盒对固定效果一般,洗涤剂盒容易发生晃动等情况,从而影响了用户的使用体验,存在改进的空间。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种安装横梁,所述安装横梁可以安装洗涤剂盒并保证洗涤剂盒的稳定性。

在一些示例中,定位孔2521包括多个,多个定位孔2521沿承托板252的长度方向间隔设置,通过多个定位孔2521与定位凸起301的配合,避免了洗涤剂盒30转动等,进一步提高整体结构的稳定性。
如图18和图19所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,安装横梁本体251设有第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513间隔布置,洗涤剂盒30与第一安装部2512相连,同时与第二安装部2513相连,由此实现洗涤剂盒30的牢固固定,避免洗涤剂盒30向上活动脱出洗涤剂盒安装区2511。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513在承托板252的长 度方向上间隔布置,且承托板252位于第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513之间,也就是说,洗涤剂盒30的下部支撑在承托板252上,洗涤剂盒30的两端可以与安装横梁本体251固定连接,由此实现洗涤剂盒30的多方位固定,提高洗涤剂盒30稳定性。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,在承托板252的宽度方向上,第一安装部2512形成朝远离承托板252的方向(如图18所示的前侧)延伸的安装凸部,第二安装部2513也形成朝远离承托板252的方向(如图18所示的前侧)延伸的安装凸部,通过设置安装凸部,一方面可以提高连接处的结构强度,避免安装部受力变形等,另一方面,安装凸部与承托板252的延伸方向不同,由此可以对洗涤剂盒30的前部和后部同时固定,提高洗涤剂盒30的稳定性。
如图18和图20所示,在一些示例中,洗涤剂盒30的两端分别设有连接凸耳302,其中,连接凸耳302设有第一穿孔303,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513中的每一个设有第二穿孔2515,通过紧固件穿设于第一穿孔303和第二穿孔2515,实现洗涤剂盒30和安装横梁本体251的固定连接,其中,这里的紧固件可以为螺栓,安装方便,连接可靠。
如图18所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,安装横梁本体251的顶部具有安装缺口,安装缺口形成洗涤剂盒安装区2511,洗涤剂盒30安装在安装横梁本体251的顶部,安装横梁本体251也可以对洗涤剂盒30起到支撑的作用,提高洗涤剂盒30安装的可靠性和稳定性。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,承托板252设置在安装缺口的底部边沿,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513设置在安装缺口的侧部边沿的顶部,由此洗涤剂盒30支撑在承托板252上,洗涤剂盒30的两端分别与安装缺口的两侧边沿相连,实现洗涤剂盒30的稳定固定。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,安装缺口的两侧边沿分别设有过渡翻边2514,过渡翻边2514与承托板252过渡连接,其中,过渡翻边2514与承托板252位于安装横梁本体251的同一侧,通过在安装缺口处设置过渡翻边2514,一方面使得安装缺口处光滑无毛刺,避免划伤操作人员;另一方面可以提高安装缺口处的结构强度,再一方面,过渡翻边2514可以对洗涤剂盒30的安装起到导向的作用,在洗涤剂盒30安装到位后过渡翻边2514还可以对洗涤剂盒30起到支撑的作用,提高洗涤剂盒30安装的可靠性和稳定性。
在一些示例中,承托板252与安装横梁本体251一体成型,且承托板252与过渡翻边2514的下端连接,过渡翻边2514的上端与第一安装部2512或第二安装部2513连接,由此提高安装横梁25结构强度和结构的稳定性。
箱体组件200包括:支撑框架20和前封门10,支撑框架20包括基座21、多根自基座21向上延伸的竖梁以及安装横梁25,安装横梁本体251的两端与其中两根相邻布置的竖梁相连;前封门10与支撑框架20相连,前封门10具有前后贯通的洗涤剂盒插入口103,洗涤剂盒插入口103与洗涤剂盒安装区2511位置对应。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,安装横梁本体251的一部分向下凹陷形成第四凹部2516, 第四凹部2516包括多个,部分第四凹部2516沿上下方向延伸,第四凹部2516上具有固定孔或定位翻边,竖梁上具有与其对应的配合孔,由此将安装横梁本体251与竖梁固定连接,在第四凹部2516的延伸方向上、固定孔或定位翻边与加强凸起25161交错布置;部分第四凹部2516沿左右方向延伸,第四凹部2516上还具有向上凸出的加强凸起25161,以增加第四凹部2516的结构强度。
下面结合图1-图39,描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100。
衣物处理设备100包括箱体组件200、门体组件400、投放装置300和桶体组件500,投放装置300包括洗涤剂盒30,门体组件400包括第一门体61和第二门体62,桶体组件500包括第一洗涤桶63和第二洗涤桶64,第一洗涤桶63位于第二洗涤桶64的上方,第一门体61位于第二门体62的上方,第一门体61与第一洗涤桶63对应,用于打开或关闭第一洗涤桶63,第二门体62与第二洗涤桶64对应,用于打开或关闭第二洗涤桶64。
箱体组件200包括前封门10,下面结合图4-图10描述根据本申请实施例的前封门10。
如图4-图10所示,根据本申请一个实施例,前封门10的宽度方向沿左右方向延伸,前封门10的高度方向沿上下方向延伸,前封门10的厚度方向沿前后方向延伸,前封门10具有洗涤剂盒插入口103,洗涤剂盒插入口103贯通前封门10的前后方向,在前封门10的宽度方向上,洗涤剂盒插入口103位于前封门10的中部。
其中,前封门10在水平面(这里的水平面是指垂直于上下方向的平面)上的投影在前后方向上的尺寸不同,具体而言,在前后方向上、投影的中部的尺寸(即洗涤剂盒插入口103所在区域在前后方向的尺寸)大于投影的两端的端部的尺寸(即前封门10的左端部及右端部在前后方向的尺寸),洗涤剂盒插入口103所在区域在前后方向的尺寸为H,前封门10的左端部及右端部在前后方向的尺寸均为h,H与h的比值限定在1.2-2.5之间,即H比h可以为1.2、1.6、2.0、2.4等,以避免H过大或h过小,会导致整体结构美观性差,影响用户的视觉体验,同时避免H过小,洗涤剂盒插入口103处的厚度过小,影响洗涤剂盒30的安装。
由此,通过将前封门10设计为中部厚的形式,便于洗涤剂盒30插接在前封门10的中部,由此可以增大洗涤剂盒30在前后方向上的尺寸,提高洗涤剂盒30的容量,还可以减少与衣物处理设备100的其他部件之间的干涉,便于洗涤剂盒30的安装;此外,前封门10的端部厚度较薄,从而从侧面观察时显得整体厚度较小,这使得整体结构更加美观,提高了用户的视觉体验。
如图6和图7所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,前封门10从左至右依次包括:第一边板11、主体段12和第二边板13,第一边板11的一端形成前封门10的一端(如图6所示的左端),主体段12的一端与第一边板11的另一端相连,第二边板13的一端形成前封门10 的另一端(如图6所示的右端),第二边板13的另一端与主体段12的另一端相连,主体段12位于前封门10的中部,洗涤剂盒插入口103位于主体段12,且主体段12在前后方向上的尺寸相对于前封门10的左端或右端的尺寸较大,由此便于主体段12和洗涤剂盒30的配合,且不影响整体结构的美观性。
如图7所示,在一些示例中,在左右方向上、第一边板11和第二边板13中的每一个的前侧表面从靠近主体段12向远离主体段12的方向逐渐向后延伸,也就是说,第一边板11的前侧表面可以为倾斜面,也可以为弧形面;第二边板13的前侧表面为倾斜面,也可以为弧形面,以使得前封门10呈现中间厚两边薄的形状,且前封门10的前侧表面为光滑的平面,提高前封门10的美观性。
如图6和图7所示,在一些示例中,主体段12在左右方向上的宽度尺寸为s,s大于第一边板11在左右方向上的尺寸,s也大于第二边板13在左右方向上的尺寸,以避免s过小,导致洗涤剂盒插入口103的尺寸减小,并导致前封门10的前侧表面具有较大的倾斜面,影响视觉效果。
根据本申请的一个实施例,前封门10具有至少一个衣物取放口,洗涤剂盒插入口103设置在靠近至少一个衣物取放口的位置,由此使得整体结构紧凑,且便于洗涤剂盒30内的洗涤剂投入衣物处理腔内,减少洗涤剂的投放路径长度,提高投放效率。
如图5和图6所示,在一些示例中,衣物取放口包括第一衣物取放口101和第二衣物取放口102,第二衣物取放口102位于第一衣物取放口101的下方,洗涤剂盒插入口103位于第一衣物取放口101和第二衣物取放口102之间,且洗涤剂盒插入口103位于第一衣物取放口101的正下方,其中,由于洗涤剂盒30内的洗涤剂可以在重力作用下流入第二衣物取放口102对应的衣物处理腔内,洗涤剂需要在投放泵44的作用下投入第一衣物取放口101对应的衣物处理腔内,为了减少投放泵44的泵送力来降低成本,设计时将洗涤剂盒插入口103与第一衣物取放口101之间的距离限定为小于洗涤剂盒插入口103与第二衣物取放口102之间的距离,由此还符合整体结构的布局,使得前封门10以及衣物处理设备100结构更紧凑,用户使用更方便。
如图5和图6所示,在一些示例中,前封门10的前侧表面具有向后凹陷的第一安装凹部141,第一安装凹部141沿第一衣物取放口101的周向延伸,且第一安装凹部141形成圆环形区域,第一衣物取放口101也设置为圆形,第一衣物取放口101的圆心高于第一安装凹部141的圆心位置,即,第一衣物取放口101相对于第一安装凹部141更加靠上设置,这使得第一衣物取放口101下方具有更大的空间进行洗涤剂盒安装;洗涤剂盒插入口103设置在第一安装凹部141内,洗涤剂盒插入口103的下边缘1032形成为圆弧状,在一些实施例中,洗涤剂盒插入口103的下边缘1032与第一安装凹部141的下边缘接近,即洗涤剂盒插入口 103的下边缘1032与第一安装凹部141的下边缘之间的距离较小,以增大洗涤剂盒插入口103的尺寸;或者洗涤剂盒插入口103的下边缘与第一安装凹部141的下边缘重合,洗涤剂盒插入口103的上边缘1031沿左右方向延伸,通过设置第一安装凹部141,使得洗涤剂盒30插入后不会凸出前封门10的前侧表面,前封门10前侧形成光滑的平面,提高整体结构的美观性,同时增大了洗涤剂盒插入口103的尺寸,进而可以增大洗涤剂盒30的尺寸,以容纳更多的洗涤剂。
如图5所示,在一些示例中,第一安装凹部141的一部分向后凹陷形成第二安装凹部142,第二安装凹部142位于洗涤剂盒插入口103的上方,衣物处理设备100的门体的一部分适于安装在第二安装凹部142处,由此使得安装后的门体不会过多的凸出前封门10的前侧表面,提高结构的美观性;第二安装凹部142的一部分向后凹陷形成第三安装凹部143,门体的转轴安装在第三安装凹部143,由此便于门体的关闭,同时在门体关闭时保证门体与第二安装凹部142抵接,提高配合的可靠性,而门体的其他部分可以装配于第一安装凹部141,这使得洗涤剂盒30的前侧表面被衣物处理装置的门体遮盖,洗涤剂盒30即被隐藏,从而衣物处理装置的外表面更加美观、整洁。
如图8所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,前封门10的后侧表面具有沿洗涤剂盒插入口103的周向延伸的定位凸筋15,定位凸筋15凸出前封门10的后侧表面且向后延伸,由此在洗涤剂盒30安装时,定位凸筋15可以对洗涤剂盒30起到导向的作用,同时在洗涤剂盒30安装到位后对洗涤剂盒30起到支撑作用,提高洗涤剂盒插入口103处的结构强度,此外,定位凸筋15的设置避免了洗涤剂盒插入口103处不光滑或存在毛刺等,避免了操作时被划伤的风险。
如图8和图9所示,在一些示例中,前封门10的上端的后侧设有朝下延伸的第一连接翻边16,第一连接翻边16沿前封门10的宽度方向延伸,第一连接翻边16上设有多个间隔布置的第一连接孔161,多个第一连接孔161沿第一连接翻边16的长度方向间隔布置。
如图9所示,在一些示例中,前封门10的左右两侧部分别设有安装翻边18,且两个安装翻边18位于前封门10的后侧,且两个安装翻边18分别朝彼此靠近的方向延伸,例如,前封门10左侧的安装翻边18向右延伸,右侧的安装翻边18向左延伸。
安装翻边18上具有配合部181和第二连接孔182,配合部181形成为限位孔,限位孔的上部的尺寸小于限位孔的下部的尺寸,第二连接孔182位于安装翻边18的上端。
如图8和图10所示,在一些示例中,前封门10的下端的后侧设有第二连接翻边17,第二连接翻边17朝下延伸,第二连接翻边17上具有固定孔位,以便于对前封门10的下端进行固定。
箱体组件200还包括支撑框架20,下面结合图11-图18描述根据本申请实施例的支撑 框架20。
如图11所示,支撑框架20包括基座21、多根自基座21向上延伸的竖梁(如图11所示的第一竖梁221、第二竖梁222、第三竖梁223和第四竖梁224),以及位于顶部的连接架(如图11所示的第一连接架241、第二连接架242、第三连接架243和第四连接架244),第一竖梁221和第二竖梁222在左右方向上间隔布置,第三竖梁223和第四竖梁224在左右方向上间隔布置,第一竖梁221的上端、第二竖梁222的上端、第三竖梁223的上端和第四竖梁224的上端分别与连接架相连,第一竖梁221的下端、第二竖梁222的下端、第三竖梁223的下端和第四竖梁224的下端分别与基座21相连。
第一竖梁221可以为两根竖梁组合而成的结构形式,以便于制造成型,第一竖梁221也可以一根竖梁的结构形式,以便于装配,具体结构形式以实际情况具体确定,且第二竖梁222、第三竖梁223和第四竖梁224与此相同,在此不再赘述。
如图11所示,支撑框架20还包括连接横梁23,连接横梁23包括连接横梁本体231和支撑座232,其中一个连接横梁本体231的两端与第一竖梁221和第四竖梁224连接,一个连接横梁本体231的两端与第二竖梁222和第三竖梁223连接。
如图11和图15所示,在一些示例中,连接横梁本体231的一部分向连接横梁本体231的内侧凹入,以在连接横梁本体231的内侧表面形成横梁凸部2312,并在连接横梁本体231的外侧表面形成横梁凹部2313。

此外,如图15所示,横梁凸部2312的至少一部分向连接横梁本体231的外侧凹入,以在连接横梁23的内侧表面形成加强凹部2314,并在连接横梁23的外侧表面形成加强凸部2413,由此进一步提高连接横梁23的结构强度。
如图15-图17所示,在一些示例中,连接横梁本体231的下部分为竖直面,且连接横梁本体231的下边沿具有第二安装通孔233,箱体组件200还包括侧板50,侧板50的外侧表面向内凹陷形成安装槽51,安装槽51的底壁5101具有第一安装通孔511和安装开口512,第一安装通孔511位于安装开口512的上方且与安装开口512间隔布置,第一安装通孔511与第二安装通孔233位置对应,由此通过紧固件贯穿第一安装通孔511和第二安装通孔233 即可实现连接横梁23与侧板50的固定连接,侧板50的前部和后部还与竖梁固定连接,侧板50的上部和下部分别与连接架和基座21固定连接,实现侧板50的牢固固定;此外,安装开口512用于安装把手70,以便于用户搬运,且在搬运时,把手70的受力一部分传递到连接横梁23上,从而可以防止侧板50变形。
支撑框架20还包括安装横梁25,下面结合图18–图19描述根据本申请实施例的安装横梁25的结构以及安装横梁25的组装。
根据本申请一个实施例,安装横梁25包括:安装横梁本体251和承托板252,安装横梁本体251的顶部具有安装缺口,安装缺口形成洗涤剂盒安装区2511,用于安装洗涤剂盒30,承托板252设置在安装缺口的底部边沿,且承托板252与洗涤剂盒安装区2511的位置对应,在洗涤剂盒30安装至洗涤剂盒安装区2511内时,承托板252用于支撑洗涤剂盒30。
如图18和图19所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,安装横梁本体251的长度方向沿横向(如图18所示的左右方向)延伸,安装横梁本体251的宽度方向沿纵向(如图18所示的上下方向)延伸,承托板252的长度方向沿左右延伸,承托板252的宽度方向沿前后方向且向后延伸,这里的向后是指自安装横梁本体251向支撑框架20内部的方向,由此使得承托板252形成一个水平延伸的板件,以洗涤剂盒30安装到位后,承托板252可以对洗涤剂盒30起到较好的支撑作用,提高洗涤剂盒30的稳定性。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,承托板252的前侧与安装横梁本体251相连,承托板252的后侧远离安装横梁本体251,由此避免承托板252凸出安装横梁本体251的前侧而影响前封门10的安装;承托板252具有定位孔2521,定位孔2521包括多个,多个定位孔2521沿承托板252的长度方向间隔设置。
如图18所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,安装横梁本体251设有第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513设置在安装缺口的侧部边沿的顶部,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513间隔布置,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513在承托板252的长度方向上间隔布置,且承托板252位于第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513之间,第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513中上均设有第二穿孔2515。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,在承托板252的宽度方向上,第一安装部2512形成朝远离承托板252的方向(如图18所示的前侧)延伸的安装凸部,第二安装部2513也形成朝远离承托板252的方向(如图18所示的前侧)延伸的安装凸部,通过设置安装凸部,一方面可以提高连接处的结构强度,避免安装部受力变形等,另一方面,安装凸部与承托板252的延伸方向不同,由此可以对洗涤剂盒30的前部和后部同时固定,提高洗涤剂盒30安装的稳定性。
如图19所示,在一些示例中,安装缺口的两侧边沿分别设有过渡翻边2514,过渡翻边 2514与承托板252过渡连接,其中,过渡翻边2514与承托板252位于安装横梁本体251的同一侧,通过在安装缺口处设置过渡翻边2514,一方面使得安装缺口处光滑无毛刺,避免划伤操作人员;另一方面可以提高安装缺口处的结构强度,再一方面,过渡翻边2514可以对洗涤剂盒30的安装起到导向的作用,在洗涤剂盒30安装到位后过渡翻边2514还可以对洗涤剂盒30起到支撑的作用,提高洗涤剂盒30安装的可靠性和稳定性。
如图18所示,在一些示例中,安装横梁本体251的一部分向后凹陷形成第四凹部2516,第四凹部2516包括多个,一部分第四凹部2516位于安装横梁本体251的下侧且沿水平方向(图18所示左右方向)延伸,另一部分第四凹部2516位于安装横梁本体251的左侧,还有一部分位于第四凹部2516位于安装横梁本体251的右侧,位于左侧和右侧的第四凹部2516沿上下方向延伸,且该第四凹部2516上具有固定孔或定位翻边,第一竖梁221和第二竖梁222上具有与其对应的配合孔,由此将安装横梁本体251与竖梁固定连接,承托板252与安装横梁本体251一体成型,从而实现了安装横梁25的安装。
此外,第四凹部2516上还具有向前凸出的加强凸起25161,以增加第四凹部2516的结构强度。在其延伸方向上、固定孔或定位翻边与加强凸起25161交错布置。
在安装横梁25安装到位后,可以将前封门10与支撑框架20进行固定连接,下面结合图4–图14描述根据本申请实施例的支撑框架20与前封门10装配。
如图11所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,第一连接架241上设有固定部2411,固定部2411形成朝上延伸的固定翻边,固定翻边上设有多个间隔布置的第一固定孔2412,多个第一固定孔2412沿固定翻边的长度方向间隔布置,且多个第一固定孔2412和多个第一连接孔161位置一一对应。
如图12所示,在一些示例中,固定部2411的两端设有第二固定孔2414,固定翻边中部的两部分朝前凸出设置以形成加强凸部2413,加强凸部2413位于相邻两个第一固定孔2412之间,通过在相邻两个第一固定孔2412之间设置加强凸部2413,一方面提高了固定翻边的结构强度,提高配合后的稳定性,另一方面便于第一固定孔2412和第一连接孔161的对准定位,提高前封门10与固定翻边的装配效率。
如图13所示,在一些示例中,第一竖梁221和第二竖梁222上分别设有限位件2211,其中,这里的限位件2211为限位螺钉,限位孔下部的尺寸大于限位螺钉头部的尺寸,限位孔上部的尺寸小于限位螺钉杆头部的尺寸,第一竖梁221或第二竖梁222上设有安装孔,限位螺钉的螺杆固定在安装孔处,限位螺钉的头部与该竖梁间隔开布置。
安装时,前封门10通过第一连接翻边16挂设在固定翻边上,在前封门10挂设后第一紧固件通过在前封门10的后侧穿设于第一固定孔2412和第一连接孔161上,这里的第一紧固件可以为螺栓,实现固定翻边和第一连接翻边16的连接,固定翻边位于第一连接翻边16 和前封门10的前侧之间,且固定翻边限制了前封门10向下移动,由此提高前封门10挂设后的稳定性;且在前封门10的前侧不会看到第一紧固件,提高了整体结构的美观性。
其中,在前封门10挂设时,竖梁上的限位螺钉首先插入限位孔的下部,随着前封门10的下移,限位孔相对于限位螺钉向下移动,在前封门10挂设到位后,限位螺钉插接至限位孔的上部,限位孔的边沿夹设在限位螺钉的头部和对应的竖梁之间。
在一些实施例中,通过第二紧固件穿设第二固定孔2414和第二连接孔182,这里的第二紧固件可以为螺栓,使得固定部2411和安装翻边18相连,由此固定部2411同时与第一连接翻边16和安装翻边18装配,即前封门10的两侧和上端均与支撑框架20的上端固定,可以提高前封门10安装的稳定性,进而提高整体的结构强度。
最后,前封门10的下部的第二连接翻边17与基座21通过第三紧固件相连,这里的第三紧固件可以为螺栓,第三紧固件可以包括沿第二连接翻边17的长度方向间隔布置的多个,以提高前封门10下端固定的可靠性。
在前封门10装配到位后,前封门10上的洗涤剂盒插入口103与安装横梁25上的洗涤剂盒安装区2511位置对应,用于安装洗涤剂盒30。下面结合图20–图23描述根据本申请实施例的洗涤剂盒30的结构以及洗涤剂盒30的具体安装。
根据本申请一个实施例,洗涤剂盒30包括:固定腔体31和活动腔体32,固定腔体31限定出容纳腔310,活动腔体32设置在容纳腔310,容纳腔310的前侧具有开口,活动腔体32可以在容纳腔310内推拉活动。固定腔体31具有第一接口311和第二接口312,活动腔体32限定出两个投放腔(该投放腔可以为衣物处理剂的存储空间),在活动腔体32与固定腔体31安装到位的状态下,两个投放腔与两个接口一一对应连通。
如图21所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,活动腔体32的顶部设有投放口和盖体324,投放口与投放腔连通,盖体324用于开闭投放口;活动腔体32的前部具有视窗321,用户可以通过视窗321观察投放腔内液位,以便于及时补充洗涤剂,提高用户的使用体验;活动腔体32的前侧设有安装凹腔322,安装凹部内设有把持件323,其中,把持件323可以在安装凹部内转动,在不需要使用把持件323时,把持件323隐藏在安装凹部内,以提高用户的视觉体验,在需要推拉活动腔体32时,将把持件323转出,以便于操作使用。
如图21所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体31具有后壁3101以及沿后壁3101的周向延伸的周壁,固定腔体31的周壁包括上侧壁、下侧壁3103以及过渡壁3104,上侧壁的两端与下侧壁3103的两端分别通过过渡壁3104连接,下侧壁3103形成弧形面,固定腔体31的后壁3101和固定腔体31的周壁限定出容纳腔310,接口设置在固定腔体31的后壁3101上且向前延伸。
如图22所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体31的下侧壁3103具有积液槽313, 积液槽313位于第一接口311和第二接口312的下方,积液槽313可以承接接口处流出的洗涤剂,洗涤剂在重力的作用下向下流动,汇集在积液槽313内。
如图22所示,固定腔体31的下侧壁3103还具有导向轨314,导向轨314包括两个导向筋3141,两个导向筋3141平行且间隔开布置,每个导向筋3141沿前后方向延伸,两个导向筋3141的前端圆滑过渡连接,两个导向筋3141之间设有多个间隔布置的连接筋3142,活动腔体32的外壁面具有导向槽,导向槽与导向轨314滑动配合,由此对活动腔体32的安装起到导向的作用,避免活动腔体32安装错位影响接口与投放腔的配合,同时通过两者的滑动配合,还便于活动腔体32的沿前后方向推拉活动。当然,导向轨314也可以设置在活动腔体32的外壁面,导向槽设置在固定腔体31的内壁面,导向槽与导向轨314滑动配合。
如图23所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体31的过渡壁3104设有支撑台315,活动腔体32的外壁面设有支撑凸部325,支撑凸部325支撑在支撑台315上,支撑台315沿前后方向延伸,在活动腔体32推拉时,支撑台315还可以对活动腔体32起到导向的作用,避免活动腔体32在容纳腔310内晃动或转动等。
如图23所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,固定腔体31的前侧具有第一环形凸筋316和第二环形凸筋317,第一环形凸筋316沿前侧开口的周向延伸,第二环形凸筋317同样沿前侧开口的周向延伸,第二环形凸筋317位于第一环形凸筋316的内侧,第二环形凸筋317与第一环形凸筋316之间限定出环形凹槽,在活动腔体32与固定腔体31安装到位的状态下,活动腔体32的边沿位于环形凹槽内。
如图20所示,在一些示例中,固定腔体31的外侧具有定位凸起301,定位凸起301凸出固定腔体31的下侧面且向下延伸,固定腔体31的外侧的两端分别设有连接凸耳302,其中,连接凸耳302设有第一穿孔303。
在洗涤剂盒30安装时,定位凸起301适于插接至安装横梁25的定位孔2521内,多个定位孔2521与定位凸起301的配合,以避免洗涤剂盒30转动,通过紧固件穿设于第一穿孔303和第二穿孔2515,使得固定腔体31的两端与第一安装部2512和第二安装部2513相连,由此实现洗涤剂盒30的牢固固定,避免洗涤剂盒30向上活动脱出洗涤剂盒安装区2511;洗涤剂盒30的下部支撑在承托板252上,洗涤剂盒30的两端可以与安装横梁本体251固定连接,由此实现洗涤剂盒30的多方位固定,提高洗涤剂盒30稳定性。
如图24所示,投放装置300还包括投放组件40,洗涤剂盒30安装到位后,洗涤剂盒30的第一接口311和第二接口312通过连接管与投放组件40连通,其中,如图39所示,洗涤剂盒30可以为两个,两个洗涤剂盒30间隔布置以便于方式不同洗涤剂;当然,洗涤剂盒30也可以为一个,在单个洗涤剂盒30的活动腔体32内分隔形成不同的存放区域,于不同的存放区域内存放不同种类的洗涤剂。下面结合图25–图38描述根据本申请实施例的投 放组件40。
如图25–图28所示,根据本申请一个实施例,投放组件40包括投放盒41,投放盒41包括:投放盒体4101和投放盖体4102,投放盖体4102盖设在投放盒体4101的上方,投放盖体4102与投放盒体4101之间限定出主流道411、第一流道412和第二流道413,第一流道412与第一洗涤桶63连通,第二流道413与第二洗涤桶64连通,主流道411可切换地与第一流道412和第二流道413中的一个连通,投放盒体4101与投放盖体4102可以采用焊接工艺焊接制造成型,保证主流道411、第一流道412和第二流道413的相对密封性。
其中,主流道411包括:第一延伸段4111、中间连接段4113和第二延伸段4112,第一延伸段4111沿第二流道413的长度方向延伸,第一延伸段4111位于第一流道412和第二流道413之间,第二延伸段4112沿第二流道413的长度方向延伸且位于第二流道413的远离第一流道412的一侧,中间连接段4113的两端分别与第一延伸段4111和第二延伸段4112连通,由此,进水口41014、与泵出口442连通的泵入口443可以位于第二延伸段4112上,外界水源连接管、进水阀和投放泵44等可以设置在第二延伸段4112的一侧,避免将其设置在第一延伸段4111的一端,由此可以减小投放组件40在第一延伸段4111的延伸方向上的长度,减小安装时占用的空间,同时还使得整体结构更加紧凑。
如图27和图33所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,投放盒体4101具有进水口41014、进液口41015、暂存腔416、过液口41016以及进液流道414,进水口41014与主流道411连通,外界水源通过进水口41014进入主流道411,进液口41015和进液流道414分别包括两个,两个进液口41015一端(图28所示的前端)与洗涤剂盒30的第一接口311和第二接口312对应连通,两个进液口41015另一端(图28所示的后端)分别通过两个暂存腔416和两个进液流道414一一对应连通,即暂存腔416与进液口41015连通且暂存腔416与进液流道414连通,如图33所示,过液口41016位于暂存腔416的底壁,即暂存腔416通过过液口41016与进液流道414连通,暂存腔416在液流方向上位于进液口41015与进液流道414之间,由此使得液体首先进入暂存腔416内,投放泵44用于吸入暂存腔416内的液体。
如图27和图33所示,在一些示例中,主流道411、第一流道412、第二流道413以及暂存腔416布置在同一平面内,且进液流道414位于主流道411、第一流道412、第二流道413以及暂存腔416的下方,由此可以充分利用投放盒41在竖向上的空间,提高空间利用率。
如图33-图34所示,根据本申请一个实施例,投放盖体4102具有过孔41021,过孔41021的边沿设有环形凸筋41022,环形凸筋41022凸出于投放盖体4102的上表面,也凸出于投放盖体4102的下表面。投放盖体4102的上表面设有防护凸肋41023,防护凸肋41023沿环形凸筋41022的周向延伸,防护凸肋41023的两端之间限定出侧向开口41024。
如图31所示,投放组件40还包括两个液位检测部件46,每个液位检测部件46具有正极柱461和负极柱462,正极柱461和负极柱462插接在过孔41021处,且分别与对应位置处的环形凸筋41022紧密连接,正极柱461的周围环绕有一个防护凸肋41023,负极柱462的周围环绕有一个防护凸肋41023,正极柱461和负极柱462的下端均伸入暂存腔416内。
在暂存腔416内具有液体时,正极柱461和负极柱462均于液体接触,使得正极柱461和负极柱462可以导通,从而可以检测到电流信息,在暂存腔416内无液体时,正极柱461和负极柱462之间无法导通,从而无法检测到电流信息,据此,可以根据是否可以检测到电流信息判断暂存腔416内液体的液位,保证了检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
此外,由于暂存腔416不会活动从而避免了接线障碍或接线断裂的风险,保证了检测结果的准确性和可靠性,提高投放装置300的使用寿命;通过设置防护凸肋41023,从而可以起到保护液位探测部件的作用,防止液位探测部件与其他结构触碰或受潮,影响检测效果;防护凸肋41023还可以对液位探测部件进行限位,避免液位探测部件活动影响检测效果,由此提高了投放装置300的使用体验,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
如图31所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,投放盒41具有第一投放部418和第二投放部419,第一投放部418与第一流道412连通,且第一投放部418与第一洗涤桶63连通,即第一投放部418位于第一流道412和第一洗涤桶63之间,用于将第一流道412内的洗涤剂或洗涤水通入第一洗涤桶63内。
如图36和图38所示,第二投放部419与第二流道413连通,且第二投放部419与第二洗涤桶64连通,第二投放部419包括第一投放口4191和第二投放口4192,第一投放口4191设置在投放盖体4102上,且与第二洗涤桶64的喷淋口连通,第二投放口4192设置在投放盒体4101上,且与第二洗涤桶64的进水波纹管连通,由此使得第二洗涤桶64可以实现双重进水,第二洗涤桶64内可以形成多方位立体水流,提升清洗效果,进而可以提高洗涤效率和衣物洁净度。
根据本申请的一个实施例,投放盒41的底部还具有排液凹部417和排液流道415,排液凹部417位于主流道411的下方,且排液流道415的上端连通至排液凹部417的底壁,排液流道415用于将主流道411内的残留液排出,以避免液体残留结冰、导致投放盒41发生冻裂破坏等风险。
在一些示例中,排液流道415的通流量较小,例如排液流道415径向尺寸在1.5mm左右,在主流道411向第一流道412或第二流道413供液时,由于液流量较大,仅有较少的液体通过排液流道415流出,大部分液体通过切换阀43的切换流入第一流道412或第二流道413;在主流道411停止向第一流道412或第二流道413供液时,残留的液体没有压力的作用而无法通过切换阀43流出,在自身重力的作用下留至排液流道415内排出,避免液体残留结冰、 导致投放盒41发生冻裂破坏等风险。
如图27所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,投放组件40还包括排液部件42,排液部件42设置在投放盒41内,且排液部件42配置为控制排液流道415的通断,具体地说,在投放组件40向第一洗涤桶63或第二洗涤桶64投放液体的状态下,排液部件42断开排液流道415,主流道411内的液体只能流向第一流道412或第二流道413内;在投放组件40停止向第一洗涤桶63和第二洗涤桶64投放液体的状态下,排液部件42导通排液流道415,主流道411内的液体可以通过排液流道415排出。
由此,在没有液体投放时排液流道415导通,主流道411内的液体可以通过排水通道排出,从而防止液体残留,进而避免温度过低结冰、导致投放盒41发生冻裂破坏等风险。
如图28和29所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,在主流道411内的液体压力低于预定值的状态下,排液部件42导通排液流道415,由此在液体压力较低时,保证主流道411内的液体可以通过排液流道415排出,在主流道411内的液体压力高于预定值的状态下,排液部件42断开排液流道415,也就是说,在主流道411内具有足量液体时,主流道411内的液体不会通过排液流道415排出,而是在切换阀43的作用下与第一流道412或第二流道413连通,以将液体及时供入第一洗涤桶63或第二洗涤桶64。
如图28所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,排液部件42包括:移动件421、弹性件423和封堵部422,移动件421包括移动杆4211,移动杆4211沿上下方向延伸,移动杆4211的上端与封堵部422连接,移动杆4211的下端设有防脱凸起4212,以防止移动杆4211在活动过程中脱出排液流道415。
移动杆4211的上端具有第二限位座4213,排液流道415内具有第一限位座41017,且第一限位座41017位于排液流道415的底部,第一限位座41017与排液流道415的内壁通过筋条连接,第一限位座41017与排液流道415的内壁之间形成排液间隙,第二限位座4213与第一限位座41017正对布置,弹性件423可以为弹簧,弹性件423套设在移动杆4211上,且弹性件423的两端分别与第一限位座41017与第二限位座4213止抵,弹性件423用于常推动封堵部422打开排液流道415的进口。
如图29所示,在投放组件40向第一洗涤桶63或第二洗涤桶64投放液体的状态下,由于液流压力较大,在液流压力的作用下弹性件423压缩,封堵件关闭排液流道415的进口,排液流道415断开,主流道411内的液体只能流向第一流道412或第二流道413内;如图30所示,在投放组件40停止向第一洗涤桶63和第二洗涤桶64投放液体的状态下,液流压力较小,无法压缩弹性件423,封堵件在弹性件423的作用下反向移动,打开排液流道415的进口,排液流道415导通,主流道411内的液体可以通过排液流道415排出,由此避免液体残留。
如图26-图36所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,投放组件40还包括安装座45,安装座45与支撑框架20固定连接,安装座45的后侧具有投放泵安装部453,安装座45具有安装腔451和通液口452,通液口452与安装腔451相连通,且通液口452与第二洗涤桶64连通。
投放盒41安装在安装腔451内,第二投放口4192与安装腔451连通,投放盒41的排液流道415与安装腔451连通,投放口流出的液体、投放盒41溢出的液体,或是投放盒41内残留的液体也可以流入安装腔451内,通过通液口452通入第二洗涤桶64的波纹管。
如图26-图34所示,在一些示例中,投放组件40还包括投放泵44,投放泵44设置在投放泵安装部453,且投放泵44与投放盒41连通配合。
投放泵44连接在进液流道414与主流道411之间,在一些具体的实施例中,与洗涤剂存放区域相对应的,投放泵44可以为多个,如洗涤剂存放区域有两个,分别用于存放洗涤剂盒柔顺剂,则投放泵44也为两个,每个投放泵包括一个泵进口441和一个泵出口442,两个泵进口441与两个进液流道414一一对应连通,从而与两个投放腔对应连通,两个泵出口442通过两个泵入口443与主流道411连通,以将从进液口41015进入的液体泵入主流道411,外界水源通过进水口41014进入主流道411,并将投放泵44泵入主流道411的液体冲走,以沿主流道411流入第一洗涤桶63和第二洗涤桶64内。其中,两个泵入口443位于主流道411的底壁,且两个泵入口443在主流道411的延伸方向上间隔布置。
此外,泵进口441和泵出口442处均设有单向阀,以保证液体单向流动,在投放泵44的控制下,使得一种液体可以从一个泵进口441流入并通过对应的泵出口442流至主流道411,投放泵44还可以控制另一种液体从另一个泵进口441流入并通过对应的泵出口442流至主流道411。
如图37和图38所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,如上所述,投放组件40还包括切换阀43,切换阀43安装在投放盒41的右侧,切换阀43具有主切换口431、第一切换口432、第二切换口433,主切换口431可以与第一切换口432连通,或者与第二切换口433连通,
其中,投放盒41还具有主配合口41011、第一配合口41012和第二配合口41013,主配合口41011位于第一延伸段4111的右端,第一配合口41012位于第一流道412的右端,第二配合口41013位于第二流道413的右端,三个配合口均位于投放盒41的右侧壁上,主配合口41011与主流道411以及主切换口431连通,第一配合口41012与第一流道412以及第一切换口432连通,第二配合口41013与第二流道413以及第二切换口433连通,也就是说,通过将切换阀43设置在投放盒41上,使主配合口41011和主切换口431对应,第一配合口41012与第一切换口432对应,第二配合口41013与第二切换口433对应,即可通过切换阀43的切换实现水路的流通。
如图38所示,在一些示例中,切换阀43可以为电磁阀,在电磁阀通电时,阀芯434向左侧移动,从而将第一切换口432封堵,此时,主切换口431与第二切换口433连通,主配合口41011便可以与第二配合口41013连通,从而使主流道411与第二流道413连通,洗涤剂或洗涤水由此可以通入第二洗涤桶64内;在电磁阀断电时,阀芯434右移至初始位置,从而将第二切换口433封堵,此时,主切换口431与第一切换口432连通,主配合口41011便可以与第一配合口41012连通,从而使主流道411与第一流道412连通,洗涤剂或洗涤水由此可以通入第一洗涤桶63内,通过电磁阀的通断电,即可实现对流道的切换,在断电时也可以实现对第一洗涤桶63的供水或供液,既简化了结构,又可以节能省电,提高产品的市场竞争力。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100,第一洗涤桶63和第二洗涤桶64可以单独使用或同步一起使用,两个洗涤桶都可以实现自动投放洗涤剂的功能,且投放组件40采用一个进水阀进水,通过切换阀43和洗涤剂盒30内流道的巧妙设计,实现对两个洗涤桶内洗涤剂的共同投放;第一洗涤桶63可以针对婴儿、儿童、或特殊衣物的洗涤及处理;实现上下区分,达到健康洗涤的目的,避免成人与婴幼儿之间衣物上细菌交叉传染,也可以降低内衣或外衣的交叉传染;两个洗涤桶上下布局,占用空间小,操作方便。
在本申请的实施例中,洗涤剂需做广义理解,洗涤剂可以为在洗涤过程中添加至衣物处理腔内的洗涤用剂,包括但不限于洗涤剂,例如可以为常用洗涤剂、柔顺剂、洗衣液、消毒剂等。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“之上”或“之下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种安装横梁,其特征在于,包括:
    安装横梁本体,所述安装横梁本体适于固定在所述衣物处理设备的支承结构上,所述安装横梁本体具有洗涤剂盒安装区;
    承托板,所述承托板设于所述安装横梁本体且与所述洗涤剂盒安装区位置对应,用于支撑所述洗涤剂盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述安装横梁本体的长度方向沿横向延伸,所述安装横梁本体的宽度方向沿纵向延伸,
    所述承托板的长度方向沿所述横向延伸,所述承托板的宽度方向沿垂直于所述横向和所述纵向的方向向后延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述承托板在其宽度方向的一侧与所述安装横梁本体相连,所述承托板在其宽度方向的另一侧朝远离所述安装横梁本体的方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述承托板具有定位孔,所述定位孔适于与洗涤剂盒的定位凸起配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述定位孔包括多个,多个所述定位孔沿所述承托板的长度方向间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述安装横梁本体设有间隔布置的第一安装部和第二安装部,所述洗涤剂盒与所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部在所述承托板的长度方向上间隔布置,所述承托板位于所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部之间。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,在所述承托板的宽度方向上,所述第一安装部和所述第二安装部中的每一个形成朝前延伸的安装凸部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述安装横梁本体的顶部具有安装缺口,所述安装缺口形成所述洗涤剂盒安装区的至少部分。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述承托板设于所述安装缺口的底部边沿,所述洗涤剂盒的两端分别与所述安装缺口的两侧边沿相连。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的安装横梁,其特征在于,所述安装缺口的两侧边沿分别设有过渡翻边,所述过渡翻边与所述承托板过渡连接,
    其中,所述过渡翻边与所述承托板位于所述安装横梁本体的同一侧。
  12. 一种箱体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑框架,所述支撑框架包括基座、多根自所述基座向上延伸的竖梁以及根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的安装横梁,所述竖梁形成为所述支承结构,所述安装横梁本体的两端与其中两根相邻布置的所述竖梁相连;
    前封门,所述前封门与所述支撑框架相连,所述前封门具有前后贯通的洗涤剂盒插入口,所述洗涤剂盒插入口与所述洗涤剂盒安装区位置对应。
  13. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的安装横梁;或者,包括根据权利要求12所述的箱体组件。
