技术领域
本申请涉及家用电器领域,具体而言,涉及一种加湿器。
背景技术
目前,加湿器已成为居民缓解空气干燥的首选产品,随着人们对卫生健康的不断认识和提高以及科技水平的不断进步,用户对加湿器的安全、卫生要求越来越高。风道作为加湿器的关键结构是不可或缺的,但风道长时间处于湿润的环境较容易滋生细菌和形成水垢。
然而,现有的加湿器因其风道多为设置在水箱上的细长的管道,用户很难对其进行清洗,会给用户的健康构成极大威胁,也会降低用户的产品体验。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种加湿器,以解决现有技术中的加湿器的风道难以清洗的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种加湿器,包括:风道部件,风道部件包括风道主体、盖板和风道,风道主体具有安装孔,盖板可拆卸地设置在风道主体上,以封堵安装孔或打开安装孔;其中,在盖板处于封堵安装孔的安装位置时,风道主体和盖板围成风道。
进一步地,风道部件还包括第一卡设部,盖板上设置有第二卡设部,盖板与风道主体通过第一卡设部和第二卡设部卡接。
进一步地,第一卡设部具有第一卡设面,第二卡设部具有凸起部,凸起部具有第二卡设面;在盖板处于安装位置时,凸起部位于第一卡设面远离盖板的一侧,第二卡设面压设在第一卡设面上。
进一步地,风道主体上设置有第一定位部,盖板上设置有与第一定位部相适配的第二定位部,以通过第一定位部和第二定位部对盖板定位。

本申请提供了一种加湿器,请参考图1至图5,包括:风道部件10,风道部件10包括风道主体11、盖板12和风道13,风道主体11具有安装孔111,盖板12可拆卸地设置在风道主 体11上,以封堵安装孔111或打开安装孔111;其中,在盖板12处于封堵安装孔111的安装位置时,风道主体11和盖板12围成风道13。

如图2和图5所示,第一卡设部14具有第一卡设面141,第二卡设部20具有凸起部21,凸起部21具有第二卡设面22;在盖板12处于安装位置时,凸起部21位于第一卡设面141远离盖板12的一侧,第二卡设面22压设在第一卡设面141上。这样的设置方便盖板12的安装和限位。
可选地,第一卡设面141和第二卡设面22均倾斜设置且二者的倾斜角度相同。
具体地,第一卡设部14位于风道13内,第一卡设部14设置在水箱50的顶盖上,第一卡设部14与顶盖为一体结构。
其中,第二卡设部20为弹性件,在安装和拆卸盖板12时,通过第二卡设部20的变形使第二卡设部20与第一卡设部14卡接或与第一卡设部14分离。
在图中未示的另一个实施例中,风道主体11上设置有第一紧固孔,第二定位部40上设置有第二紧固孔,盖板12通过插设在第一紧固孔和第二紧固孔内的紧固件与风道主体11固定。其中,紧固件为螺钉。这样的设置实现盖板的拆卸与安装。
如图2和图3所示,风道主体11上设置有第一定位部30,盖板12上设置有与第一定位部30相适配的第二定位部40,以通过第一定位部30和第二定位部40对盖板12定位。这样的设置方便盖板12扣在风道主体11上,具有导向作用。

如图1和图2所示,水箱50的侧壁包括第一侧壁51和第二侧壁52,盖板12为第一侧壁51的部分侧壁;加湿器还包括面板部件,面板部件与水箱50可拆卸地连接,面板部件用于盖设在第一侧壁51上。其中,面板部件与第二侧壁52共同形成加湿器的外观。在盖板12安装完成后,将面板部件盖设在第一侧壁51上,这样可以通过面板部件遮盖盖板12,避免盖板12外漏,进而避免盖板12损坏,同时使得加湿器的外观更美观。
具体地,风道主体11与水箱50的主体部为一体结构。其中,水箱50的顶盖盖设在主体部上。
具体地,在装配盖板12时,先保证盖板12和密封圈15完好,防止密封圈15或盖板12存在缺陷导致漏风、漏雾;确认完整后,将盖板12底部的第一定位部30插入风道对应位置,抵设在第一定位部30上,第二卡设部20压入风道内对应的第一卡设部14处,扣上盖板12,第一卡设部14的凸起部移动至第二卡设部20的后侧,凸起部的第一卡设面压设在第二卡设面上,第一卡设部14和第二卡设部20卡接完成,这样就形成了一个完整的风道。拆洗风道时,用手轻轻向下按压拉手部121,使第二卡设部20的凸起部从第一卡设部14上脱下(即凸起部移动至第一卡设部14的下方),同时向外拉盖板12,即可轻松对风道内部和盖板12进行清洗。
具体地,盖板12的大小与风道13的大小有关,要保证风道13内的每一个位置都能被清洗到,避免产生卫生死角,致使风道清洗不充分。整个可拆洗风道结构很好的解决了传统风道封闭不能拆洗的难题,方便用户随意对风道进行拆洗,带给用户更卫生的产品体验。
本申请采用可拆卸的盖板12,解决了传统封闭式风道不可拆洗、易脏的问题。
本申请的盖板设置拉手部和第二卡设部,采用斜插式装配,方便拆装,易于清洗,保证装配效率,防止装错,解决了盖板拆装不便的问题。
本申请的盖板与风道主体11之间设置密封件,采用过盈配合,保证装配强度和密封效果,防止漏风、漏雾。
本申请的有益效果为:用户在使用前或使用后能将风道部件上的盖板拆下,对整个风道进行清洗,且易于拆装,保证整个风道的干净、卫生,给用户良好的体验。同时,盖板与风道主体之间设置密封圈,能有效防止漏风、漏雾,保证加湿器良好的工作状态。
本申请的风道部件的一侧设置盖板,使得盖板能随意拆装、清洗,避免产品长期使用形成污垢、滋生细菌。
本申请的盖板形状与风道对应,并在相应位置设置拉手部,下端斜插定位,上端卡扣扣合在风道相应位置,方便装配和拆卸。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本申请的加湿器的风道部件10包括风道主体11、盖板12和风道13,盖板12与风道主体11可拆洗地连接,在盖板12处于安装位置时,风道主体11和盖板12围成风道13,加湿器可正常使用;在拆卸下盖板12后,通过安装孔111对风道主体11、盖板12和风道13进行清洗,保证风道部件10的干净、卫生,给用户良好的体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加湿器,其特征在于,包括:
    风道部件(10),所述风道部件(10)包括风道主体(11)、盖板(12)和风道(13),所述风道主体(11)具有安装孔(111),所述盖板(12)可拆卸地设置在所述风道主体(11)上,以封堵所述安装孔(111)或打开所述安装孔(111);
    其中,在所述盖板(12)处于封堵所述安装孔(111)的安装位置时,所述风道主体(11)和所述盖板(12)围成所述风道(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述风道部件(10)还包括第一卡设部(14),所述盖板(12)上设置有第二卡设部(20),所述盖板(12)与所述风道主体(11)通过所述第一卡设部(14)和所述第二卡设部(20)卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一卡设部(14)具有第一卡设面(141),所述第二卡设部(20)具有凸起部(21),所述凸起部(21)具有第二卡设面(22);在所述盖板(12)处于所述安装位置时,所述凸起部(21)位于所述第一卡设面(141)远离所述盖板(12)的一侧,所述第二卡设面(22)压设在所述第一卡设面(141)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述风道主体(11)上设置有第一定位部(30),所述盖板(12)上设置有与所述第一定位部(30)相适配的第二定位部(40),以通过所述第一定位部(30)和所述第二定位部(40)对所述盖板(12)定位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的加湿器,其特征在于,在所述盖板(12)处于所述安装位置时,所述盖板(12)的底部压设在所述安装孔(111)的底壁上;所述第一定位部(30)设置在所述风道主体(11)的内壁上,所述第一定位部(30)为第一定位台阶;所述第二定位部(40)设置在所述盖板(12)的底部,所述第二定位部(40)为第二定位台阶;在所述盖板(12)处于所述安装位置时,所述第一定位台阶与所述第二定位台阶相贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述风道部件(10)还包括密封圈(15),在所述盖板(12)处于所述安装位置时,所述密封圈(15)位于所述盖板(12)和所述安装孔(111)的孔壁之间,以密封所述风道(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述盖板(12)具有拉手部(121),以通过所述拉手部(121)安装或拆卸所述盖板(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述盖板(12)具有凹陷部(122),所述凹陷部(122)朝向所述风道(13)凹陷设置,所述拉手部(121)设置在所述凹陷部(122)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述加湿器还包括:
    水箱(50),所述风道主体(11)与所述水箱(50)连接,所述风道主体(11)的部分主体部设置在所述水箱(50)内;所述风道主体(11)的部分风道壁为所述水箱(50)的部分侧壁,在所述盖板(12)处于所述安装位置时,所述盖板(12)为所述水箱(50) 的部分侧壁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述水箱(50)的侧壁包括第一侧壁(51)和第二侧壁(52),所述盖板(12)为所述第一侧壁(51)的部分侧壁;所述加湿器还包括面板部件,所述面板部件与所述水箱(50)可拆卸地连接,所述面板部件用于盖设在所述第一侧壁(51)上。
