进一步的实施例中,基于展示区在图像帧中的相对位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息的步骤包括如下具体步骤:
确定视频流的全幅尺寸,以视频流的全幅尺寸建立坐标系;
计算所述展示区的至少两个对角顶点在该坐标系下的坐标形成计算结果,或者,计算所述展示区的任意一个顶点的坐标以及该展示区的矢量长度和矢量宽度形成计算结果;
将所述计算结果封装成所述的坐标信息。
更具体的实施例中,所述广告信息包括可视化对象和作为远程访问入口的链接,所述可视化对象为文字、静态图像或动态视频,且携带所述链接以响应于触控事件而打开该链接。
本申请基于第二方面目的而提供的一种广告信息定位装置,其包括:
视频单元,用于接收直播间的主播用户经其终端设备推送的视频流;
检测单元,用于检测视频流中的图像帧,从图像帧中识别出具有特定颜色区域/特定轮廓的展示区;
计算单元,用于基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息;
推流单元,用于向直播间推送所述的视频流及坐标信息,以使接收该视频流的终端设备根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出所述的展示区,在该展示区中显示远程获取的广告信息的可视化对象。
本申请基于第二方面目的而提供的一种电子设备,包括中央处理器和存储器,所述中央处理器用于调用运行存储于所述存储器中的计算机程序, 以执行所述的广告信息定位方法的步骤。
本申请基于第二方面目的而提供的一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有依据所述的广告信息定位方法所实现的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被计算机调用运行时,执行其相应的方法所包括的步骤。
相对于现有技术,本申请的优势如下:
首先,本申请为网络直播活动与电子商务活动的深度融合提供了解决方案,主要表现在如下各方面:
其一、通过对直播间的主播用户所产生的视频流进行识别,实现对广告信息展示区的定位,基于该展示区的定位,建立起生活实景与视频场景之间的技术关联。具体而言,本申请所提供的广告信息定位方法,通过从主播用户的视频流图像帧中识别出特定颜色区域或特定轮廓的物品,将该物品所占的图像空间确定为展示区,计算出该展示区相应的坐标信息,然后将视频流与坐标信息一并推送到直播间中,直播间的终端应用程序在播放视频流的同时,可以依据所述的坐标信息确定出所述的展示区,然后通过获取远程分发的广告,在本机绘制所获取的广告信息中的可视化对象。由此,主播用户所摄录的生活场景中的特定空间位置,便可借助某些物品的定位功能,来为广告分发提供技术基础条件,使直播间的用户在观看视频流的同时,能够同步看到分发的广告。
其二、通过利用随同主播用户视频流推送的坐标信息,与广告分发相关的远程服务器交互,实现在直播视频中进行广告分发和导购等功能。具体而言,本申请所提供的广告信息展示方法,通过将其随同主播用户视频流获取的坐标信息可以实现对所述展示区的定位还原,然后借助本机的图像绘制能力,将其从广告分发远程服务器上获取的广告信息中的可视化对象绘制到正在直播的视频流上,使可视化对象处于所述展示区中进行展示,实现广告分发功能。由于广告信息也包含相关链接,通过作用于所述的可视化对象的触控指令即可访问相关链接,因此可以用于实现电子商务平台的引流,使直播间用户通过访问主播用户视频流展示区中的可视化对象(一般是商品),即可直接被引导下单,实现直播间的电子商务功能。
其次,在技术层面上,本申请基于文件读写的指令模式实现直播间用 户端与广告分发服务器之间的协议功能,使得广告分发服务器可以将指令下行到各个用户的终端设备,而用户终端设备根据其本地的协议文件识别指令,适时开放和关闭广告分发所需的本地绘制,由此,便于广告分发服务器按需实时更新各个终端设备的广告信息,各个终端设备的广告信息也由此同步于广告分发服务器。
再者,本申请将实现广告展示的技术实现部署于用户所在的终端设备,由终端设备自行负责获取广告信息,可以允许广告分发服务器依据每个用户所提交的用户身份特征数据来为其提供个性化的广告信息,当前用户提交主播用户的身份特征数据时,可以依据该主播用户的特点来为当前用户推送相匹配的广告信息,同理,当前用户提交自身的身份特征数据时,广告分发服务器可依据其个人的大数据来为其定制相匹配的广告信息,因此,确保了广告分发服务器具备定位用户实现精准的广告分发的能力,也使直播间的广告效率得以大大提升。

本申请所称的“服务器”、“客户端”、“服务节点”等名称所指向的硬件,本质上是具备个人计算机等效能力的电子设备,为具有中央处理器(包括运算器和控制器)、存储器、输入设备以及输出设备等冯诺依曼原理所揭示的必要构件的硬件装置,计算机程序存储于其存储器中,中央处理器将存储在外存中的程序调入内存中运行,执行程序中的指令,与输入输出设备交互,借此完成特定的功能。
需要指出的是,本申请所称的“服务器”这一概念,同理也可扩展到适用于服务器机群的情况。依据本领域技术人员所理解的网络部署原理,所述各服务器应是逻辑上的划分,在物理空间上,这些服务器既可以是互相独立但可通过接口调用的,也可以是集成到一台物理计算机或一套计算机机群的。本领域技术人员应当理解这一变通,而不应以此约束本申请的网络部署方式的实施方式。
请参阅图1,本申请相关技术方案实施时所需的硬件基础可按图中所示的架构进行部署。本申请所称的服务器80、88部署在云端,作为前端的应用服务器,其可以负责进一步连接起相关数据服务器、视频流服务器以及其他提供相关支持的服务器等,以此构成逻辑上相关联的服务机群,来为相关的终端设备例如图中所示的智能手机81和个人计算机82提供服务。所述的智能手机和个人计算机均可通过公知的网络接入方式接入互联网, 与云端的服务器80、88建立数据通信链路,以便运行所述服务器所提供的服务相关的终端应用程序。在本申请的相关技术方案中,服务器80、88负责建立直播间运行服务,终端则对应运行与该直播间相对应的应用程序。由于服务器80、88均部署在云端,因此可以理解,其也可被称为远程服务器,本领域技术人员对此应当通晓。
图1中示出两台服务器80、88,适应本申请的架构的要求,可分别用于实现不同的功能,例如,其中服务器80作为网络直播的第一服务器,可用于实现对直播间的主播用户的视频流的采集和处理,最后实现将处理结果推送到直播间中;服务器88则作为直播间的第二服务器,用于实现对直播间用户的广告分发,因此也可称之为广告分发服务器。另一方面,应当理解,本申请的第一服务器80和第二服务器88分别所实现的功能,理论上也可合并于同一台服务器运行实现,因此,不应以此为由限制对本申请所应涵盖的保护范围的合理主张。
本申请所称的网络直播,是指一种基于前述的网络部署架构所实现的一种直播间网络服务。
本申请所称的直播间,是指依靠互联网技术实现的一种视频聊天室,通常具备音视频播控功能,包括主播用户和观众用户,主播用户与观众用户之间可通过语音、视频、文字等公知的线上交互方式来实现互动,一般是主播用户以音视频流的形式为观众用户表演节目、传播信息,并且在互动过程中还可产生经济交易行为。当然,直播间的应用形态并不局限于在线娱乐,也可推广到其他相关场景中,例如教育培训场景、视频会议场景、产品推介销售场景以及其他任何需要类似互动的场景中。
直播间的应用将产生相关数据,包括主播用户实施网络直播而生成的视频数据,也包括用户访问历史而形成的各类历史访问数据,以及伴随视频数据而产生的其他各种类型的用户活动数据,这些数据与各个用户相应关联,成为这些客户相关联的账户数据,均被存储在云端的服务器上,以便随时进行访问调用。
直播间中会产生派发电子礼品的行为,本申请所称的电子礼品,是非实体的,代表一定的有形或无形价值的电子形式的标记,这种标记的实现形式是广泛而灵活的,通常会以可视化的形式例如以图标和数量、价值的形式呈现给用户识别。电子礼品通常需要用户进行购买消费,也可以是互联网服务平台提供的赠品,但是,电子礼品一经产生后,其本身既可支持与现实证券相兑换,也可为非兑换品,视互联网服务平台技术实现而定,这本质上并不影响本申请的实施。相应的,用户购买电子礼品的行为便构成了用户消费电子礼品的行为。可以理解,这些行为所相应产生的各种消费数据,同理也属于相应用户的所述账户数据的一部分。
通常,提供直播间网络直播服务的平台方会提供相关的应用程序,以便主播用户和观众用户可以通过运行于各类终端电子设备的相关应用程序接入云端服务器,来实现直播交互。这些应用程序当然还可以提供其他增值服务,例如提供一些访问历史视频数据和所述账户数据的服务,也包括提供访问广告信息的服务。
本申请的各种方法、装置,通过实现于存储于非易失性存储介质的应用程序在电子设备中运行来实现,这种应用程序运行后表现为进程,依据其所实现的方法不同,这种进程可以是提供图形用户界面的前端应用程序进程,也可以是用于与该些应用程序服务的服务进程,这些实现在服务器的服务进程则可通过互联网开放相应的网络直播服务,来为终端设备侧的相对应的平台方提供的应用程序用户服务,这些用户可以是主播用户或者观众用户,以及任何可以运用该应用程序并受平台所认可的用户,包括游客用户。
本领域技术人员对此应当知晓:本申请的各种方法,虽然基于相同的概念而进行描述而使其彼此间呈现共通性,但是,除非特别说明,否则这些方法都是可以独立执行的。同理,对于本申请所揭示的各个实施例而言,均基于同一发明构思而提出,因此,对于相同表述的概念,以及尽管概念表述不同但仅是为了方便而适当变换的概念,应被等同理解。
对本申请的阐述将涉及图1所示的多个构成部分,主要包括在第一服务器80也即视频合成服务器一侧运行的一种广告信息定位方法及其相应的其他发明创造,也包在终端设备一侧运行的一种广告信息展示方法及其相应的其他发明创造,并且,也将涉及对在第二服务器88也即广告分发服务器所实现的功能的揭示,以便全面系统地介绍本申请的技术方案。
为便于理解,先行介绍依照本申请的各种方法所实现的一个网络直播平台所实现的应用实例场景:
在主播用户一侧,主播用户可以按照正常的直播流程实施直播活动,在其摄像设备可采集图像的有效空间范围内,按照直播平台依据本申请的方法所规范的要求,提供一个具有特定颜色区域或特定轮廓的物品,例如一个绿色的矩形板,竖立于主播用户实人不遮挡的位置,作为直播背景的一部分而存在。
作为直播效果,在直播间的任意用户的视频播放窗口中,用户将能看到主播用户所摄录的视频图像,但是,所述具有特定颜色区域或特定轮廓的物品将会被运用了本申请的方法所实现的功能所替换,被替换成广告分发服务器所分发的可视化对象。
由此可知,主播用户可以通过调整所述物品在视频播放窗口中出现的位置,来实现对广告展示区位置的调整。借助本申请所实现的各种方法的作用,直播间中便可实现电子商务相关的广告推广,用户进一步可通过触控操作而访问广告商品,最终甚至可实现下单、支付等购买操作。
请参阅图2,本申请的一种广告信息定位方法,是运行在直播间第一服务器一侧的技术方案,其典型的实施例包括如下步骤:
步骤S11,接收直播间的主播用户经其终端设备推送的视频流:
负责采集主播用户的视频流的第一服务器,按照直播平台方正常部署的技术逻辑,接收该些视频流。该些视频流无论采用何种编码方式,均为该第一服务器预协议的数据形式。视频流的采集,通常是处于直播间中的 主播用户所上传的,由主播用户所在的终端设备相连接的摄像设备负责摄录,经终端设备上传给第一服务器。
步骤S12,检测视频流中的图像帧,从图像帧中识别出具有特定颜色区域/特定轮廓的展示区:
第一服务器接收主播用户的视频流后,对视频流中包含的图像帧进行技术检测,以图像帧为单位,识别出符合其默认规则所要求的特定对象,也即识别出所述由主播用户放置的物品,从而将该物品所占的近似平面空间确定为本申请所需的展示区。
更具体的,识别出所述物品的方式,本申请以两种具体实施方式提供了以下可选的示例,分别是识别特定颜色区域和识别特定轮廓:
对于识别特定颜色区域的情况,所述特定颜色区域被反映为基于RGB色彩模式或CMYK色彩模式的标准色而定义出的允许一定容差范围的颜色。由此,第一服务器可以设置一个基色例如绿色的表达式,给出RGB或CMYK色彩模式下其相应的颜色数值,并且给予一定的容差范围约束,构成所述的默认规则。当第一服务器从图像帧中识别出符合所述表达式定义的特定颜色区域,并且相关颜色未超出容差范围时,便认可其成立展示区的相应条件。
而对于识别特定轮廓的情况,第一服务器可以将默认规则表达为对于一个矩形或一个柱形的特征描述,在识别图像帧的过程中,当检测到某一区域存在这样的轮廓时,可视之为符合默认规则,从而认可其成立展示区的相应条件。
更多的通过物品某一方面特征来识别出展示区的方式,本领域技术人员可以根据此处的示例无限推广,恕不赘述。
通常,第一服务器可以进一步识别特定颜色区域和特定轮廓所占的图像大小是否满足条件,因此,第一服务器识别出展示区的过程中,还可进一步检验其所依赖的特定颜色区域或特定轮廓,检测其构成的平面尺寸是 否符合所述默认规则的另一方面即关于尺寸的要求,当其满足这些尺寸时,便可最终确定所述的展示区已经存在以及居于图像帧中何种位置。
如前所述,展示区是依赖于用户在其直播背景中放入的物品来检测的,对这些物品通常重点要求其颜色、轮廓等类似方面的特征,以便识别出是否存在所述的展示区,本领域技术人员可以理解,展示区所依赖的特定颜色区域、特定轮廓等据以确定是否存在所述展示区的特征要素是本步骤检测出展示区的必要条件,但展示区所对应的物品在图像帧中所占的尺寸本身却未必能构成对展示区的最终尺寸的限制,因为第一服务器可以在识别出该些特征后,自行基于该些特征所在的图像区域按照预定尺寸限定一个矩形区域作为所述的展示区。这种情况下,可使该矩形区域略大于所述特定颜色区域、特定轮廓所占的图像区域,同理可最终确定出所述的展示区。
作为本申请推荐的一种方式,在检测图像帧识别出展示区的过程中,可以根据具有所述特定颜色区域或特定轮廓的物品所占据的图像范围将其拟合为一个矩形区域(包括方形特例),可以要求该矩形区域的长度与宽度达到预设阈值,和/或,要求其面积达到预设阈值,当未能达到该些阈值时,视为不存在所述的展示区。由此,主播用户放置的供识别的物品便需要满足这种默认规则的约束,例如提供某一特定尺寸的绿色立板,确保其占据视频画面适当范围,以便第一服务器结合颜色和尺寸等特征来识别出所述的展示区。
步骤S13,基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息:
前一步骤中,所述展示区一经通过检测图像帧而确定,其矩形区域便已形成,其坐标信息也便得以确定。为了便于直播间接收视频流的用户的终端设备确定出所述的展示区,第一服务器需要基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出其相应的坐标信息。请参阅图3,本典型实施例中,采取如下具体步骤实现对所述坐标信息的确定:
步骤S131,确定视频流的全幅尺寸,以视频流的全幅尺寸建立坐标系;
一般而言,对于同一直播平台而言,视频流的全幅尺寸是确定的,且为第一服务器所掌握,尽管视频流在终端设备播放时会因分辨率的不同而呈现坐标绝对值的变化,但对于第一服务器而言,只要基于同一分辨率标准进行计算即可,例如对于1080P的视频帧,其全幅尺寸便可按照1080P显示图像为标准建立坐标系进行计算。本领域技术人员对此原理已经通晓,恕不赘述。
步骤S132,计算所述展示区的至少两个对角顶点在该坐标系下的坐标形成计算结果,或者,计算所述展示区的任意一个顶点的坐标以及该展示区的矢量长度和矢量宽度形成计算结果:
如前所述,展示区被定义为一个矩形区域,因此,可以理解,有多种方式可以确定该矩形区域相对于一个既定图像尺寸的坐标信息。例如,一种典型的方式中,主播用户在其视频背景放置一个绿色的矩形立板,这种情况下,第一服务器识别出该矩形立板的绿色块,从而确定出作为展示区的矩形区域。只要以画幅为参考系,给出该矩形区域的对角顶点的绝对坐标,包括横轴坐标和纵轴坐标,便可利用两个顶点的横轴坐标之差值确定矩形区域的长度(宽度),利用两个顶点的纵轴坐标之差值确定矩形区域的宽度(长度),因此,可以理解,这样的两个对角顶点的坐标便足以描述一个矩形区域所居视频流画幅中的位置和大小。再如,提供该矩形区域任意一个顶点的坐标,然后再给出其矢量长度和矢量宽度,同理也足以描述该矩形区域的位置和大小。诸如此类,属于本领域技术人员所知晓的手段,且可灵活采用各种公知的实现方式替换之,恕不赘述。
步骤S133,将所述计算结果封装成所述的坐标信息:
无论采用何种方式表述所述的展示区的位置和大小,最终形成的计算结果,便构成本申请所需的坐标信息,第一服务器可以将相应的计算结果封装成这样的坐标信息,以便后续推送给直播间用户。
步骤S14,向直播间推送所述的视频流及坐标信息,以使接收该视频 流的终端设备根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出所述的展示区,在该展示区中显示远程获取的广告信息的可视化对象:
当第一服务器确定了所述坐标信息后,便向直播间摄像头所述的视频流及坐标信息,直播间用户便会接收该视频流,一边在其直播间的视频播放器中播放所述的视频流,一边在该视频流的在播窗口中,在利用所述的坐标信息定位还原出所述的展示区的位置和大小的基础上,将从第二服务器也即广告分发服务器获取的广告信息中的可视化对象绘制到该展示区中,实现对其显示。
为了实现与网络直播活动与电子商务活动的深度融合,所述的广告信息中也将携带一个与所述可视化对象相关联的链接,终端设备上的直播间应用程序在绘制可视化对象的同时,也为该可视化对象关联该链接,该链接实际上是作为远程访问入口而存在的,由此,该可视化对象可响应于用户的触控事件,包括鼠标点击事件、手指触屏事件等,当用户针对可视化对象触发这些事件时,便可打开该链接相对应的页面,通常是一个商品购买页面。至于所述的可视化对象,既可以是文字形式,也可以是始终保护内容不变的静态图像,还可以是具有动画效果的动态视频,这些动态视频当然也包含动画形式。
关于直播间的用户如何利用第一服务器推送的视频流和坐标信息实现广告信息展示的过程,将在下文进行更深入的揭示,此处恕不赘述。
通过上述的揭示,可以知晓,第一服务器执行本申请的广告信息定位方法,对主播用户的视频流进行前置识别,确定出展示区的坐标信息,为直播间中实现广告信息的展示提供了技术前提。
因此,本申请的一种广告信息展示方法在直播间客户端,也即直播间用户的电子设备中执行,如图4所示的典型实施例中,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S21,获取直播间主播用户的视频流及相应携带的坐标信息:
如前所述,为本申请所部署的架构中,包括两处服务器,即用于实现视频流推送的第一服务器和用于实现广告分发的第二服务器,本步骤中,直播间应用程序进入主播用户的直播间后,第一服务器便向其推送主播用户的视频流及相应携带的坐标信息。
如本申请的一种广告信息定位方法的各个实施例所揭示,所述的坐标信息用于在直播间应用程序的视频播放器中定位还原出所述的展示区,这一展示区所在的位置通常与主播用户实景空间中的某种特定物品(例如具有特定颜色的矩形立板)相对应,将用于播放广告信息,具体表述为广告信息中的可视化对象。
步骤S22,在直播间的视频播放器中播放所述的视频流:
按照直播间应用程序通常实现的程序逻辑,当其获取第一服务器推送的视频流后,将在直播间的图形用户界面的视频播放器中播放该视频流,直播间通常只提供一个视频流的在播窗口,直播间的观众用户通过该在播窗口,可以接收主播用户传达的各种信息。而本申请中,将通过结合所述的坐标信息确定展示区、在展示区中显示来自第二服务器的广告信息,为直播间的用户提供内容不受主播用户主观限制的另类信息。
步骤S23,获取广告信息,所述广告信息包括可视化对象以及作为远程访问入口的链接:
如前所述,第二服务器负责分发广告信息,因此,为了实现在所述的展示区中播放广告信息,需要向广告分发服务器获取所述的广告信息。
众所周知,广告分发服务器通常会依据自身的逻辑为各种类型的访问者分发相应类型的广告信息。本申请中,通过向广告分发服务器提交主播用户或者当前用户的身份特征数据例如主播用户ID或当前用户ID,广告分发服务器便可依据自身的匹配策略,为相应的用户匹配相应的广告信息。
一种典型的实现方式中,广告分发服务器获取所述的主播用户或当前用户的身份特征数据例如用户ID后,根据用户ID调用该用户的账户数据, 依据账户数据所表征的用户个人历史访问特征来确定与之匹配的广告信息,使得所确定出的广告信息更能适配该用户的个人行为习惯或个人实际需求。可以知晓,正是由直播间用户负责提交身份特征数据来进一步获取相广告信息,使得不同的用户在相同时间内可以获得不同的广告信息,实现广告信息的个性化推送。
当然,可以用多种方式来获取广告信息,例如,直播间应用程序可以直接调用预存在本地的广告信息,而不必向第二服务器请求获取最新广告信息,这种情况下,也应视为符合本申请的创造精神的实现方式。
如前所述,用户获取的广告信息,包括可视化对象和与之相关联的作为远程访问入口的链接。所述可视化对象可为文字、静态图像或动态视频。无论何种形式,在电子商务场景中,可视化对象主要用于承载商品信息,例如表述为书籍、手机、床上用品等。而所述的链接则可用于在直播间图形用户界面响应触控事件时打开这些商品信息所指向的下单网页,用户通过该链接所打开的网页的导引,可以一步步导向执行下单、添加到购物车、支付订单等页面,直到用户最终完成购买可视化对象所表征或相关联的相关商品。
步骤S24,根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出用于显示广告信息的展示区,在所述展示区显示所述广告信息中的可视化对象,使该可视化对象适于响应触控事件而打开所述的链接:
如前所述,坐标信息是由第一服务器依据几何知识而描述的坐标数据,依据这些数据,可以理解,本领域技术人员可以将其逆向还原为视频流在播窗口的具体位置和尺寸,使得在视频播放窗口中出现的展示区用于显示广告信息的可视化对象时,可视化对象所占据的地方即为主播用户放置供识别的物品(例如前述的矩形立板)的位置,并且大小相近。
具体而言,以坐标数据被表述为两个对角顶点在视频流的画幅中的绝对坐标值为例,依据每个顶点的横轴和纵轴的绝对坐标可以确定该两个顶 点,依据两个顶点之间横轴绝对坐标值之差可以确定其横向尺寸(长度),依据两个顶点之间纵轴绝对坐标值之差可以确定其纵向尺寸(宽度),由此便还原了展示区的整个矩形区域,也就确定了整个展示区。
可以理解,在直播间用户一侧定位还原展示区的具体算法,与第一服务器确定展示区的坐标信息的方法是相逆的,只要遵循这一原理,即可实现展示区的定位还原。
在一些实施例中,主播用户可能在其工作背景中放置多个用于确定展示区的供识别的物品,这种情况下,所述坐标信息会包含多个展示区的坐标数据,按照上述方法一一计算还原这些展示区即可。
当在视频播放窗口中确定所述的一个或多个展示区后,直播间应用程序便可进一步执行输出广告信息的动作。具体而言,其将广告信息中的可视化对象绘制到整个展示区中,必要时可做展示区边缘像素与视频流图像帧相近区域像素之间的融合调整,使得可视化对象的图像与视频流图像之间浑然一体。
直播间用户侧的应用程序,其图形用户界面中一般存在多个绘制图层,为了使展示区所显示的可视化对象适于用户控制,应用程序在调用相关界面图像绘制指令时,可将展示区作为一个整体图层进行绘制,适宜将展示区的可视化对象绘制于所述视频播放窗口的顶层中,由此,可以避免干扰直播间应用程序的一些全屏动画特效,但又确保其响应触控的优先权高于视频播放窗口的其他部件,使广告信息更易于被用户触及。
由于直播间应用程序会将所述可视化对象与广告信息中的相应的链接进行关联,因此,该可视化对象能够响应用户触控指令,当用户对可视化对象作用触控指令时,构成本方法的后续步骤,在该步骤中响应作用于所述可视化对象的触控指令,可打开所述的链接,切换到网页浏览界面,在浏览界面显示与其相应的所述链接所指向的页面,该页面包含供产生所述触控指令的用户访问以最终到达货款支付页面的引导链接。由此,用户便 可通过所述的可视化对象实现电子商务交易。
所述网页浏览界面可以是通过区别于直播间应用程序的第三方浏览器呈现的,也可以是直播间应用程序内建的浏览器呈现的,后者尤其适宜以半窗状态,与所述视频流播放窗口共存同一图形用户界面中,使得用户可以在电子购物的同时,仍不影响接收和观看主播用户的视频流。
可视化对象适于响应的所述的触控事件,应当理解为广义的概念,包括但不限于由各种指点设备输入而触发的指令,这些指点设备可以是便于控制个人计算机终端设备的鼠标、键盘等,进一步也可以是触摸输入设备,例如个人笔记本电脑这类终端设备常见的触摸板,手机、平板等终端设备上的触摸屏等。无论通过何种类型的设备,只要能提供作用于所述可视化对象的控制操作的触控输入设备的,均可导致所述的触控事件的触发,从而产生相应的用户指令,并执行对所述与可视化对象相关联的链接的打开操作,实现对网页的远程访问。
由以上的揭示可知,按照本申请前述的各个步骤的运行,即可由主播用户借助特定物品来实现对展示区的定位,而在直播间用户一侧则将其获得的广告信息输出到该展示区中进行显示。在这些交互的背后,存在一套由直播间应用程序与所述第二服务器,也即广告分发服务器之间的协议机制,以下将进一步揭示这一协议机制所起的作用,以及其如何支持各步骤的执行,以便进一步强化本申请的创造价值:
本申请的广告分发服务器与直播间应用程序之间遵守共同协议,相互认知协议指令,形成对话机制。典型的实施例中,基于TCP Socket(套接字)协议实现这种对话机制构造出Socket通信通道,通信的双方可以通过套接字文件的读写操作实现通信指令的交互,这种套接字文件便构成了双方通信的协议接口,因此,可以在直播间应用程序所在的终端设备(本机)中找到这一协议接口文件,而通信双方的指令正是以这种协议接口的形式被写入所述的协议接口文件中。当然,类似的机制的应用并不一定要遵守TCP Socket协议的文件规范,也可以是直播间平台自己内建的机制,只要遵守 类似于Socket的基于文件读写的方式来实现服务器与终端设备之间的指令传输即可。
具体到本申请的直播间应用程序中的应用,其构成本申请的广告信息展示方法的一个并行运行的步骤,该步骤响应于提供广告信息的服务器的协议指令,而控制所述获取广告信息、显示广告信息的可视化对象相关的步骤。换言之,在一个实施例中,步骤S23与步骤S24的执行受制于所述的协议接口文件,尤其是受制于写入其中的指令。
为了细化这种通信协议机制的控制作用,第二服务器与直播间应用程序之间至少协议三个指令,例如分别是表征“开始渲染”、“广告渲染”、“结束渲染”的第一、第二、第三指令。
直播间应用程序在其运行过程中,常态化读取所述的协议接口文件,当其读取到广告分发服务器向该协议接口文件写入的最新状态为第一指令时,表征需要开始渲染广告信息,便进入所述步骤S23和步骤S24相关的程序执行逻辑,相当于开放执行步骤S23获取广告信息以及步骤S24显示可视化对象的执行权限。
当直播间应用程序在其运行过程中读取到广告分发服务器向该协议接口文件写入的最新状态为第二指令时,表征需要开始绘制所述的可视化对象实现广告信息的展示,由此可执行步骤S23获取相应的广告信息,解析出其中的可视化对象和相应的链接,在图形用户界面上绘制出关联了所述链接的可视化对象,使该可视化对象的显示与主播用户的视频流叠加显示于直播间的视频播放器的在播窗口中。较理想的状态下,对于可视化对象已经被融合为视频流中的背景内容的一部分的情况而言,观众用户在视觉上难以发现可视化对象是经过第二服务器加工嵌入的。
当直播间应用程序在其运行过程中读取到广告分发服务器向该协议接口文件写入的最新状态为第三指令时,表征需要结束对展示区中的可视化对象的渲染,由此,可以清除已经绘制的展示区中的广告信息的可视化对 象,同时也相当于关闭了执行步骤S23和步骤S24的权限。
可以看出,通过Socket的通道机制,广告分发服务器可以通过指令集中管控各个直播间用户的广告展示的控制。在同一主播用户举行直播活动的过程中,即使主播用户的摄像镜头未切换,也可以先后多次开启和关闭这样的广告信息的推送。因此,在一个典型的应用场景中,在直播间应用程序的视频播放器播放所述视频流的过程中,可能先后出现两次或两次以上不同可视化对象的展示,例如展示区先出现书籍广告持续十分钟,随着广告分发服务器发送Socket指令实施控制,十分钟后,同一展示区又被切换为用于展示汽车,以此类推,广告分发服务器可以控制用户所在的终端设备的同一展示区不断切换各种广告。当然,在这一过程中,不同的可视化对象关联不同的链接,可分别导向各自对应的商品详情页面,以便用户执行下单购买,最终执行支付指令完成支付。
如前所述,广告分发服务器可以为接收视频流的用户定制相匹配的广告信息。当用户提交主播用户的身份特征数据时,其可根据主播用户所属频道、所属品类、开播时段、开播时间等任意一项或任意多项来依照其自有策略匹配相适应的广告信息,从而使用户终端设备所显示的可视化对象与主播用户的特征建立起关联。同理,当用户提交其自身的身份特征数据时,广告分发服务器可根据当前用户的账户数据中的个人访问历史数据进行大数据挖掘之后形成的特征数据为其匹配相适应的广告信息,使其所接收显示的可视化对象与其历史访问经验相匹配。由此,广告分发的效率和精准度将得以大大提高。
另一方面,根据广告分发服务器与直播间应用程序之间建立的协议机制的控制作用,可以理解,当广告分发指令未指示终端设备开始渲染时,也即Socket协议接口文件的最新状态为所述第三指令时,此时视频流在播窗口的展示区处于无渲染的状态,不会显示任何叠加的图像或文字。这种情况下,根据本申请前述的相关原理和方法的揭示可以知晓,视频流在播窗口展示区位置处,将显示主播用户放置用于确定展示区的具有特定颜色 区域或特定轮廓的物品。其中,如前述各示例的对应关系所揭示,所述物品的特定颜色区域将反映为基于RGB色彩模式或CMYK色彩模式的标准色而定义出的允许一定容差范围的颜色,而所述特定轮廓具有矩形或柱形特征。
进一步可以理解,依照本申请所揭示的发明原理,主播用户在直播过程中,可以随时调整其用于指示展示区在视频流中的位置的特定物品所处的空间位置,物品空间位置的变换,最终将导致直播间用户的图形用户界面上的展示位置的变化,但理论上并不影响本申请的技术实现。
进一步,可以通过将上述各实施例所揭示的方法中的各个步骤进行功能化,构造出本申请的一种广告信息定位装置,按照这一思路,请参阅图5,其中的一个典型实施例中,该装置包括:
视频单元11,用于接收直播间的主播用户经其终端设备推送的视频流;
检测单元12,用于检测视频流中的图像帧,从图像帧中识别出具有特定颜色区域/特定轮廓的展示区;
计算单元13,用于基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息;
推流单元14,用于向直播间推送所述的视频流及坐标信息,以使接收该视频流的终端设备根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出所述的展示区,在该展示区中显示远程获取的广告信息的可视化对象。
同理,构造出本申请的一种广告信息展示装置,参阅图6所示,在其典型实施例中,其包括:
接收单元21,用于获取直播间主播用户的视频流及相应携带的坐标信息;
播放单元22,用于在直播间的视频播放器中播放所述的视频流;
匹配单元23,用于获取广告信息,所述广告信息包括可视化对象以及作为远程访问入口的链接;
广告单元24,用于根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出用于显示广告信息的展示区,在所述展示区显示所述广告信息中的可视化对象,使该可视化对象适于响应触控事件而打开所述的链接。
进一步,为便于本申请的执行,本申请提供一种电子设备,包括中央处理器和存储器,所述中央处理器用于调用运行存储于所述存储器中的计算机程序以执行如前所述的各实施例中所述广告信息定位/展示方法的步骤。
可以看出,存储器适宜采用非易失性存储介质,通过将前述的方法实现为计算机程序,安装到手机之类电子设备中,相关程序代码和数据便被存储到电子设备的非易失性存储介质中,进一步通过电子设备的中央处理器运行该程序,将其从非易性存储介质中调入内存中运行,便可实现本申请所期望的目的。因此,可以理解,本申请的一个实施例中,还可提供一种非易失性存储介质,其中存储有依据所述的广告信息定位/展示方法各个实施例所实现的计算机程序,该计算机程序被计算机调用运行时,执行该方法所包括的步骤。
综上所述,本申请实现了网络直播与电子商务的技术融合,允许直播间主播用户借助物品在其视频流中定义广告展示区,使得直播间用户可以在视频流在播窗口中的展示区处获取相关的广告信息。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,本申请包涉及用于执行本申请中所述操作、方法中的一项或多项的设备。这些设备可以为所需的目的而专门设计和制造,或者也可以包括通用计算机中的已知设备。这些设备具有存储在其存储器之内的计算机程序,这些计算机程序选择性地激活或重构。这样的计算机程序可以被存储在设备(例如,计算机)可读介质中或者存储在适于存储电子指令并分别耦联到总线的任何类型的介质中,所述计算机可 读介质包括但不限于任何类型的盘(包括软盘、硬盘、光盘、CD-ROM、和磁光盘)、ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随即存储器)、EPROM(ErasableProgrammable Read-Only Memory,可擦写可编程只读存储器)、EEPROM(ElectricallyErasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦可编程只读存储器)、闪存、磁性卡片或光线卡片。也就是,可读介质包括由设备(例如,计算机)以能够读的形式存储或传输信息的任何介质。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以用计算机程序指令来实现这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的每个框以及这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的框的组合。本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以将这些计算机程序指令提供给通用计算机、专业计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来实现,从而通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来执行本申请公开的结构图和/或框图和/或流图的框或多个框中指定的方案。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,本申请中已经讨论过的各种操作、方法、流程中的步骤、措施、方案可以被交替、更改、组合或删除。进一步地,具有本申请中已经讨论过的各种操作、方法、流程中的其他步骤、措施、方案也可以被交替、更改、重排、分解、组合或删除。进一步地,现有技术中的具有与本申请中公开的各种操作、方法、流程中的步骤、措施、方案也可以被交替、更改、重排、分解、组合或删除。
以上所述仅是本申请的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种广告信息展示方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    获取直播间主播用户的视频流及相应携带的坐标信息;
    在直播间的视频播放器中播放所述的视频流;
    获取广告信息,所述广告信息包括可视化对象以及作为远程访问入口的链接;
    根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出用于显示广告信息的展示区,在所述展示区显示所述广告信息中的可视化对象,使该可视化对象适于响应触控事件而打开所述的链接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方式,其特征在于:所述视频流和坐标信息获取自第一服务器,所述广告信息获取自第二服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于:获取广告信息时,通过向负责广告分发的服务器提交主播用户/当前用户的身份特征数据实现获取与该主播用户/当前用户相匹配的广告信息,所述服务器依据所述身份特征数据调用该主播用户/当前用户的账户数据,依据其账户数据确定相应的广告信息而实现所述匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于:
    所述坐标信息包含与所述展示区相对应的描述一个或数个矩形区域的坐标数据,根据该些坐标数据确定所述展示区在视频流在播窗口中的位置,从而实现对所述展示区的定位还原。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于:所述可视化对象为文字、静态图像或动态视频。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的展示方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    响应于提供广告信息的服务器的协议指令,而控制所述获取广告信息、显示广告信息的可视化对象相关的步骤的执行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的展示方法,其特征在于:
    当所述指令为表征开始渲染的第一指令时,开启执行该些步骤的权限以便执行该些步骤;
    当所述指令为表征广告渲染的第二指令时,执行该些步骤以实现所述 可视化对象的显示;
    当所述指令为表征结束渲染的第三指令时,清除所述可视化对象并关闭执行该些步骤的权限。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的展示方法,其特征在于,在本机与所述提供广告信息的服务器之间建立有基于文件读写的协议接口,所述指令以所述协议接口的形式存在于本机的所述文件中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的展示方法,其特征在于,在视频播放器播放所述视频流的过程中,先后至少执行两次不同可视化对象的展示,不同的可视化对象对应携带不同的所述链接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的展示方法,其特征在于,当所述获取广告信息、显示广告信息的可视化对象相关的步骤未被执行时,所述展示区显示为具有特定颜色区域或特定轮廓的物体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的展示方法,其特征在于,所述特定颜色区域被反映为基于RGB色彩模式或CMYK色彩模式的标准色而定义出的允许一定容差范围的颜色,或,所述特定轮廓具有矩形或柱形特征。
  12. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的展示方法,其特征在于,还包括如下步骤:
    响应作用于所述可视化对象的触控指令,切换到网页浏览界面,在浏览界面显示与其相应的所述链接所指向的页面,该页面包含供产生所述触控指令的用户访问以最终到达货款支付页面的引导链接。
  13. 一种广告信息定位方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    接收直播间的主播用户经其终端设备推送的视频流;
    检测视频流中的图像帧,从图像帧中识别出具有特定颜色区域/特定轮廓的展示区;
    基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息;
    向直播间推送所述的视频流及坐标信息,以使接收该视频流的终端设备根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出所述的展示区,在该展示区中显示远程获取的广告信息的可视化对象。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述特定颜色区 域被反映为基于RGB色彩模式或CMYK色彩模式的标准色而定义出的允许一定容差范围的颜色/所述特定轮廓具有矩形或柱形特征。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述展示区被拟合为矩形区域,其长度与宽度,和/或面积,至少达到预设阈值。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的定位方法,其特征在于,基于展示区在图像帧中的相对位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息的步骤包括如下具体步骤:
    确定视频流的全幅尺寸,以视频流的全幅尺寸建立坐标系;
    计算所述展示区的至少两个对角顶点在该坐标系下的坐标形成计算结果,或者,计算所述展示区的任意一个顶点的坐标以及该展示区的矢量长度和矢量宽度形成计算结果;
    将所述计算结果封装成所述的坐标信息。
  17. 根据权利要求13至16任意一项所述的定位方法,其特征在于,所述广告信息包括可视化对象和作为远程访问入口的链接,所述可视化对象为文字、静态图像或动态视频,且携带所述链接以响应于触控事件而打开该链接。
  18. 一种广告信息展示装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    接收单元,用于获取直播间主播用户的视频流及相应携带的坐标信息;
    播放单元,用于在直播间的视频播放器中播放所述的视频流;
    匹配单元,用于获取广告信息,所述广告信息包括可视化对象以及作为远程访问入口的链接;
    广告单元,用于根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出用于显示广告信息的展示区,在所述展示区显示所述广告信息中的可视化对象,使该可视化对象适于响应触控事件而打开所述的链接。
  19. 一种广告信息定位装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    视频单元,用于接收直播间的主播用户经其终端设备推送的视频流;
    检测单元,用于检测视频流中的图像帧,从图像帧中识别出具有特定颜色区域/特定轮廓的展示区;
    计算单元,用于基于展示区在图像帧中的位置确定出该展示区的坐标信息;
    推流单元,用于向直播间推送所述的视频流及坐标信息,以使接收该视频流的终端设备根据所述坐标信息从所述视频流的在播窗口中定位还原出所述的展示区,在该展示区中显示远程获取的广告信息的可视化对象。
  20. 一种电子设备,包括中央处理器和存储器,其特征在于,所述中央处理器用于调用运行存储于所述存储器中的计算机程序,以执行如权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的广告信息展示方法的步骤,或执行如权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的广告信息定位方法的步骤。
  21. 一种非易失性存储介质,其特征在于,其存储有依据权利要求1至12中任意一项所述的广告信息展示方法所实现的计算机程序,或存储有依据权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的广告信息定位方法所实现的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被计算机调用运行时,执行其相应的方法所包括的步骤。
