Abstract
본원 발명은 고투과성 복합막의 물리적 노화를 억제하기 위하여 고무상 고분자를 거터층에 도입한 복합막에 대한 것으로 보타 구체적으로는 다공성 지지층; 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 형성되는 거터층; 및 상기 거터층 상에 형성되는 활성층을 포함하고, 상기 거터층은 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(Poly(l-trimethlsilyl-l-propyne: PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 블렌드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본원 발명에 따른 복합막은 고투과 성능을 가지면서도 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 현상인 물리적 에이징(physical aging) 현상이 현저하게 감소되어 상업적 활용성이 매우 우수하다.
Description
본원 발명은 고투과성 복합막의 물리적 노화를 억제하기 위하여 고무상 고분자를 거터층에 도입한 복합막에 대한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 다공성 지지층; 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 형성되는 거터층; 및 상기 거터층 상에 형성되는 활성층을 포함하고, 상기 거터층은 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(Poly(l-trimethlsilyl-l-propyne: PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 블렌드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막 및 이의 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
본 출원은 2020년 07월 15일에 출원된 한국 특허출원 제10-2020-0087222호에 기초한 우선권을 주장하며, 해당 출원의 명세서 및 도면에 개시된 모든 내용은 본 출원에 원용된다.
증류기술, 흡착기술, 추출기술 등 다양한 분리기술 중 분리막 기술은 저에너지, 친환경 기술로 에너지와 환경문제가 대두되고 있는 상황에서 매우 중요한 기술 분야이다. 특히 기체 분리막은 이산화탄소와 같은 지구온난화 기체를 분리하거나, 메탄, 일산화탄소, 수소와 같은 화학전환이 가능한 유용한 가스를 선택적으로 분리하는데 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 이를 위해 특정 가스를 선택적으로 분리할 수 있는 무수히 많은 소재 개발이 진행되었으며 높은 선택성을 가지면서 고투과성까지 보유한 소재들이 개발되었다.
그러나 이러한 높은 선택성과 고투과성의 선택층의 소재를 적용하기 위해서는 선택층 소재를 지지할 수 있는 지지층과, 지지층과 선택층 상이에서 가교역할을 할 수 있는 거터층(Gutter layer)이 필수적이고, 이러한 거터층은 선택층에서 구현하는 투과선택성을 저해하지 않으면서 각 계면에서도 매우 균일한 두께로 존재하여야 한다.
이러한 거터층이 도입된 기체분리막과 관련한 종래기술로 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2020-0017680호 및 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2019-0051879호에는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(Poly(l-trimethlsilyl-l-propyne: PTMSP) 및 폴리디메틸실록산(polydimethlysiloxane: PDMS) 등의 고분자 소재는 기체분리막에 있어서 거터층 또는 활성층 상에 형성되는 보호층의 소재로 사용하고 있으나, 보호층의 형성에 있어서 단순히 용액 코팅의 방법을 사용하고 있어서 다공성 지지층의 다공 구조 내부로 거터층의 고분자가 존재할 수밖에 없는 등 매우 균일한 두께의 박막의 형성이 실질적으로 불가능한 방법을 사용하는 점에서 효과적인 거터층의 구조가 아닌 점에서 한계가 있다.
한편, 최근에는 이러한 거터층의 소재 중 하나인 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(Poly(l-trimethlsilyl-l-propyne: PTMSP)는 기체투과성능이 매우 높은 소재(CO2 기준 47,000 Barrer)이지만 이로부터 제조된 분리막은 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 현상인 물리적 에이징(physical aging) 현상이 매우 심각하게 발생하며, 이로 인해 초기 투과성능의 95% 이상이 감소하는 단점을 가지고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있고, 이러한 물리적 노화 현상을 해결해야만 산업용 복합막개발에 있어서 직접적인 선택층 소재는 물론 선택층 소재를 위한 고투과성 거터층으로써의 효율적인 사용이 가능할 것으로 전망하고 있다.
반면에 대표적인 고무상 고분자로 알려진 폴리디메틸실록산(polydimethlysiloxane: PDMS) 고분자 소재는 에이징 현상이 존재하지 않는 고무상 고분자이나 PTMSP와 비교하여 투과도(CO2 기준 3,800 Barrer)가 현저히 낮아 현재까지 보고된 복합막 성능기준 CO2 permeance = ~6,000 GPU 정도를 나타내고 있어 거터층의 소재로서는 PTMSP에 비하여 적합하지 않은 것으로 알려져 있다.
본원 발명의 발명자는 이러한 거터층 고분자의 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 현상인 물리적 에이징(phygical aging) 현상을 개선하기 위한 다양한 연구의 결과로 본원 발명을 완성하였다.
본원 발명은 상기 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 개발된 것으로, 거터층 고분자의 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 현상인 물리적 에이징(phygical aging) 현상을 개선한 복합막 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본원 발명에서는 선택층에서 구현하는 투과선택성을 저해하지 않으면서 각 계면에서도 매우 균일한 두께의 거터층을 포함하는 복합막 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하고자 한다.
본원 발명에서는 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 에이징 현상이 없는 고무상 고분자를 고투과 성능을 가진 실리콘계 유리상 고분자와 다양한 조성으로 블렌드한 거터층을 포함하는 복합막을 제공한다.
또한, 본원 발명에서는 선택층에서 구현하는 투과선택성을 저해하지 않으면서 각 계면에서도 매우 균일한 두께의 거터층을 제조하기 위하여 고무상 고분자를 고투과 성능을 가진 실리콘계 유리상 고분자와 유기용매를 사용하여 혼합용액을 제조한 후 수면 상에서 워터캐스팅법으로 필름을 형성하여 거터층을 제조하여 이를 다공성 지지층 상에 도입하는 복합막의 제조방법을 제공한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본원 발명에 따른 복합막은 고투과 성능을 가지면서도 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 현상인 물리적 에이징(physical aging) 현상이 현저하게 감소되어 상업적 활용성이 매우 우수하다.
본원 발명에 따른 복합막에 있어서 거터층은 워터캐스팅법으로 제조하여 다공성 지지층 상에 도입됨으로써 선택층에서 구현하는 투과선택성을 저해하지 않으면서 각 계면에서도 매우 균일한 두께로 존재가 가능하다.
또한 본원 발명에 따른 거터층은 산업용 복합막개발에 있어서 직접적인 선택층 소재는 물론 선택층 소재를 위한 고투과성 거터층으로써의 사용이 가능한 장점을 가진다.

이하, 본원 발명에 대해 상세하게 설명하기로 한다. 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니 되며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본원 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
본원 발명에서는 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 다공성 지지층; 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 형성되는 거터층; 및 상기 거터층 상에 형성되는 활성층을 포함하고, 상기 거터층은 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(Poly(l-trimethlsilyl-l-propyne: PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 블렌드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막을 제공한다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 다공성 지지층은 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리에테르에테르설폰 및 폴리페닐설폰, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드-아미드, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리에테르에테르케톤, 폴리우레탄, 나일론, 폴리비닐리덴플로우라이드 중 선택되는 1 종 이상의 고분자일 수 있다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 활성층은 상기 고분자를 포함하여 아세틸화 메틸 셀룰로오스, 내재적 미세 기공성 고분자(polymers of intrinsic microporosity), 열전환계 고분자(thermally rearranged polymers) 및 과불소계 고분자(perfluoropolymers) 중 선택되는 1 종 이상의 고분자일 수 있다. 또한, 통상적인 기체 분리막의 소재로 사용되는 다양한 고분자 소재를 제한 없이 사용할 수 있다.
이 때, 내재적 미세 가공성 고분자(polymers of intrinsic microporosity)는 분자 내의 화학구조적으로 미세기공성을 가지는 고분자로 센서, 기체분리막, 등에 널리 사용되고 있는 소재로 어느 것이나 사용이 가능하다.
또한, 열전환계 고분자의 대표적인 예로는 히드록시기 및 아민기 중 적어도 하나의 작용기를 포함하는 폴리이미드 또는 상기 폴리이미드를 포함하는 공중합체로부터 열처리 공정을 통해 유도된 것으로, 구체적으로는 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리이미드로부터 유도된 폴리벤조옥사졸, 아민기를 갖는 폴리이미드로부터 유도된 폴리피롤론, 히드록시기 및 아민기를 갖는 폴리이미드로부터 유도된 폴리벤조옥사졸-피롤론 공중합체, 및 상기 폴리이미드를 포함하는 공중합체로부터 유도된 폴리피롤론-이미드 공중합체 및/또는 폴리벤조옥사졸-이미드 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상일 수 있다.
본원 발명에 따른 열전환계 고분자는 상기한 폴리이미드 또는 폴리이미드를 포함하는 공중합체로부터 열처리 공정을 통해 유도될 수 있으며, 구체적으로는 소정의 열처리 공정에 의함으로써, 히드록시기를 갖는 폴리이미드는 폴리벤조옥사졸로, 아민기를 갖는 폴리이미드는 폴리피롤론으로, 히드록시기와 아민기를 갖는 폴리이미드는 폴리벤조옥사졸-피롤론 공중합체로 전환될 수 있고, 또한 상기 폴리이미드를 포함하는 공중합체는 소정의 열처리 공정에 의해 폴리피롤론-이미드 공중합체 및/또는 폴리벤조옥사졸-이미드 공중합체로 전환될 수 있다.
이때, 상기한 열처리 공정을 통해 유도된 열전환계 고분자는, 열전환 반응에 의해 밀도가 감소하고, 미세 기공이 좀더 커짐에 따라, 자유 부피 분율(fractional free volumn, FFV)이 크게 증가하고, 면간거리(d-spacing) 또한 증가하는 등의 모폴로지 변화가 일어나 기체 투과도가 크게 증가하며, 고분자의 내화학성 및 내열성 또한 향상되어 바람직하다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 거터층의 두께는 10 내지 10,000 nm의 범위일 수 있고, 보다 바람직하게는 50 내지 1,000 nm의 범위이다. 해당 두께 범위를 초과하면 투과성의 감소가 나타나고, 해당 두께 미만의 경우에는 기계적 물성이 낮아서 거터층으로 사용이 불가하게 된다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 고무상 고분자는 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 실리콘계 고무(Silicon Rubber), 폴리부타디엔(Polybutadiene), 니트릴 고무(Nitrile Rubber), 아크릴 고무(Acryl Rubber), 부틸 고무(Butyl Rubber), 폴리이소프렌(Polyisoprene), 폴리스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체(Poly(Styrene-co-Butadiene)) 및 OOOO 중 선택되는 1 종 이상의 고분자일 수 있다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 고분자의 블렌드는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 혼합비가 중량을 기준으로 9:1 내지 5:5의 범위 일 수 있다.
또한, 본원 발명에서는 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 다공성 지지층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 다공성 지지층 상에 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 블렌드로 거터층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 거터층 상에 활성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법을 제공한다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 고분자의 블렌드는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 혼합비가 중량을 기준으로 9:1 내지 5:5의 범위 일 수 있다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자를 유기용매를 사용하여 혼합용액을 제조한 후 수면 상에서 워터캐스팅법으로 필름을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계의 유기용매는 클로로포름, 다이프로필아민, 이소부탄올, 사이클로헥센, 부탄올, 이소발레릭산, 에틸에테르, 이소아밀알콜, 에틸아세테이트, 펜탄올, 2-펜타논, 헥산올, 헵탄올, 무수아세트산, 펜틸아세테이트, 옥탄올, 사이클로헥산, 2-헥사논, n-부타이로니트릴, 디에틸카보네이트, 사이클로헥산올, 헵타알데히드, t-부틸클로라이드, 벤질알코올, 니트로메탄, 디아이소부틸케톤, 아닐린 및 아세토페논 중 선택되는 1 종 이상을 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계의 혼합용액은 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 함량이 0.01 내지 10 중량%의 범위일수 있고, 0.1 내지 2 중량%의 범위가 더욱 바람직하다. 상기 범위를 초과하는 높은 농도의 경우에는 거터층의 두께가 두꺼워져서 투과성의 저하가 나타나고, 상기 범위 미만의 낮은 농도에서는 제조되는 거터층의 두께가 너무 얇고 기계적 물성이 낮아서 거터층으로 사용이 불가하게 된다.
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따르면, 상기 거터층의 두께는 10 내지 10,000 nm의 범위일 수 있고, 보다 바람직하게는 20 내지 1,000 nm의 범위이다. 해당 두께 범위를 초과하면 투과성의 감소가 나타나고, 해당 두께 미만의 경우에는 기계적 물성이 낮어서 거터층으로 사용이 불가하게 된다.
이하, 본원 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부한 도면과 같이 본원이 속하는 기술 분야에서 일반적인 지식을 가진 자가 쉽게 실시할 수 있도록 본원의 구현 예 및 실시 예를 상세히 설명한다. 특히 이것에 의해 본원 발명의 기술적 사상과 그 핵심 구성 및 작용이 제한을 받지 않는다. 또한, 본원 발명의 내용은 여러 가지 다른 형태의 장비로 구현될 수 있으며, 여기에서 설명하는 구현 예 및 실시 예에 한정되지 않는다.
<제조예> 거터층 고분자 블렌드 용액의 제조
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 거터층을 구성하는 고분자의 블렌드는 다음의 방법으로 제조하였다.
폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP) (GELEST, INC)와 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS) (제품명: Sylgard 184 Elastomer Base, 구입처: Dow Corning Corperation)을 PTMSP 고분자 대비 PDMS 고분자를 0 내지 100의 중량비율로 클로로폼 용매에 용해하고, 고분자의 농도는 상기 제조된 용액에 클로로폼 용매를 추가함으로써 0.1 내지 2 중량%로 조절하였다.
<실시예 A> 거터층을 포함하는 복합막의 제조
본원 발명의 일구현예에 따른 상기 제조예에 따라 제조한 거터층 고분자 블렌드 용액을 25도로 온도가 조절된 수조에 물을 채운 후 제조된 용액을 마이크로 피펫으로 0.5 마이크로리터를 수면 위에 떨어뜨림으로써 필름을 제조하였으며, 제조된 필름은 다공성 폴리설폰(PSF) 지지체(pore diameter: 10-20 nm, Toray Chemical Korea Inc.)를 수면 아래에서 들어 올려 수면상의 필름이 지지체에 올라갈 수 있도록 하여 복합막을 제조하였다. 이후 자연건조를 통하여 제조된 복합막의 수분을 제거하였다. 이때 제조된 복합막의 거터층 제조시 사용된 조성 및 거터층의 두께를 하기 표 1에 정리하였다.

본원 발명에서는 복합막에서의 에이징 현상을 비교하기 위해 워터캐스팅 방법을 이용하여 수면상에 얇은 단일필름을 형성시킨 후 다공성 폴리설폰(PSF)지지체에 올려 복합막을 제조하였다. 이를 위해 PTMSP 고분자 대비 PDMS 고분자를 0 내지 1의 중량비율로 클로로폼 용매에 용해하여 용액을 제조하였다. 이때 상기 용액 내에 고분자의 총함유량은 클로로폼 용매 대비 0.1 내지 2 중량%의 농도로 조절하여 거터층을 제조하였다.
이때, PTMSP 고분자 대비 PDMS 고분자의 혼합비가 5:5를 초과하게 되면 PDMS의 높은 유동성으로 인하여 수면상에 적절한 기계적 강도를 가지는 필름을 형성할 수 없어 다공성 지지체에 안정적으로 필름을 부착시키기 어려움을 가진다. 또한, PTMSP 고분자 대비 PDMS 고분자의 혼합비가 9:1 미만일 경우 역시 매우 얇은 두께의 필름이 형성되므로 적절한 기계적 강도를 가지는 필름을 얻을 수 없었다.
하기 표 2에는 PDMS의 혼합비에 따른 복합막의 초기 CO2 투과 성능 및 에이징 이후 투과성능 및 CO2/N2 선택도 비교(고분자농도 = 0.75 중량%)하여 정리하였다. 모든 조건에서 24시간 에이징 이후 CO2 투과율은 에이징 전 CO2 투과율과 비교하여 감소했으나 PTMSP만으로 제조된 복합막과 비교하여 두 배 이상 향상된 에이징 이후 투과율을 보여주었다. 또한 에이징의 효과로써 약간의 선택도 증가도 함께 관찰되었다.

<분석예> 복합막의 기체투과도 및 에이징 개선효과 분석
본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 제조된 복합막의 기체투과도 실험은 제조된 복합막을 내경 지름 2 cm 의 구멍을 가지는 외경 지름 7 cm 및 두께 100 μm의 두꺼운 원형 PET 필름과 부착하여 투과측정용 복합막 디스크를 제조하였다.
원형의 stainless steel로 제작된 상판에 고무 가스켓이 장착된 dead-end 기체투과 셀을 이용하여 밑판과 상판 사이에 상기 제작된 투과측정 셀을 거치시킨 후 기체가 세어나가지 않도록 단단히 고정하여 투과측정 준비를 하였다.
기체투과는 순수 CO2 및 N2 기체를 이용하여 측정하였으며 각각의 기체를 2바로 가압하여 투과셀에 공급하고 제조된 복합막 디스크를 통과하여 나온 투과부의 기체 유량을 버블유량계로 측정하였다.
상기 측정된 투과유량은 GPU를 단위로 하는 투과율을 하기 계산식을 통해 계산하였다.

이때 Q는 투과유량, A는 복합막의 투과면적, P는 가압된 공급기체의 압력이다.
도 1은 본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 거터층의 CO2 투과도 및 에이징 개선효과를 나타낸 그래프로, PDMS의 함유량에 따른 에이징 감소현상을 비교하기 위해 PTMSP: PDMS 중량비가 5:5, 9:1 및 PTMSP 만을 사용하여 워터캐스팅 방식을 이용하여 복합막을 제조하고 시간에 따른 투과도 감소 정도를 비교한 그래프이다.
도 2는 본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 PTMSP와 PDMS의 비율에 따른 거터층의 상대적인 에이징 개선효과를 비교하여 나타낸 것으로 도 2에서 알 수 있듯이 PTMSP만을 사용하여 제조된 복합막은 시간이 지남에 따라 80%이상 투과성능이 감소했지만 PTMSP:PDMS 9:1에서는 약 50% 5:5에서는 약 35%의 초기성능 대비 성능감소를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 시간이 지남에 따라 투과도 감소의 에이징이 일어났음에도 불구하고 5:5 비율에서 25,000 GPU의 CO2 투과성능을 확보할 수 있었다.
도 3은 본원 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 복합막의 TEM이미지(가장왼쪽), EDS 원소분석을 통해 확인된 PTMSP:PDMS 5:5 필름(가운데)과 PSF 지지체(가장 오른쪽)를 나타낸 것으로 5:5 비율의 용액 농도(총 고분자농도 2 중량%)에서 제조된 필름이 다공성 지지체 위에 200nm의 두께로 안정적으로 부착되어 있음을 TEM 사진과 EDS 분석을 통하여 구체적인 구조를 확인하였다.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고무상 고분자는 폴리디메틸실록산(PDMS), 실리콘계 고무(Silicon Rubber), 폴리부타디엔(Polybutadiene), 니트릴 고무(Nitrile Rubber), 아크릴 고무(Acryl Rubber), 부틸 고무(Butyl Rubber), 폴리이소프렌(Polyisoprene), 폴리스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체(Poly(Styrene-co-Butadiene)) 중 선택되는 1 종 이상의 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 고분자의 블렌드는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 혼합비가 중량을 기준으로 9:1 내지 5:5의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막.
- 다공성 지지층을 형성하는 단계;상기 다공성 지지층 상에 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 블렌드로 거터층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 거터층 상에 활성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 고분자의 블렌드는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 혼합비가 중량을 기준으로 9:1 내지 5:5의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계는 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자를 유기용매를 사용하여 혼합용액을 제조한 후 수면 상에서 워터캐스팅법으로 필름을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계의 유기용매는 클로로포름, 다이프로필아민, 이소부탄올, 사이클로헥센, 부탄올, 이소발레릭산, 에틸에테르, 이소아밀알콜, 에틸아세테이트, 펜탄올, 2-펜타논, 헥산올, 헵탄올, 무수아세트산, 펜틸아세테이트, 옥탄올, 사이클로헥산, 2-헥사논, n-부타이로니트릴, 디에틸카보네이트, 사이클로헥산올, 헵타알데히드, t-부틸클로라이드, 벤질알코올, 니트로메탄, 디아이소부틸케톤, 아닐린 및 아세토페논 중 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 거터층을 형성하는 단계의 혼합용액은 폴리트리메틸실릴프로핀(PTMSP)와 고무상 고분자의 함량이 0.01 내지 10 중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합막의 제조방법.
