덮개의 회전 개폐 구조를 갖는 공도배
본 발명은 공도배에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는, 공도배를 구성하는 덮개가 본체로부터 일정 각도 회전하며 개폐되게 하여 다례를 보다 정중하게 할 수 있게 되는 덮개의 회전 개폐 구조를 갖는 공도배에 관한 것이다.
다기 세트를 구성하는 공도배는 숙우라고도 불리어지는 것으로, 물성이 좋은 도자기나 투명한 유리 재질을 사용하여 물을 끓여서 차를 우리기 적당한 온도가 될 때까지 대기하거나, 우려낸 찻물을 잔에 따르기 전에 받아 두는 용도로 사용하는 것이다.
통상 찻잔에서 찻물을 우려낼 때 찻잎이 많이 있는 아래쪽은 농도가 진하고 윗부분은 농도가 옅어서 다반에서 찻잔으로 차를 바로 따르면 농도가 일정하지 않을 수 있는데, 공도배를 거치면 찻물이 섞이게 되어 우려낸 찻물의 농도를 일정하게 만들어들어주게 되므로 찻물 농도가 달라질 수 있는 염려를 하지 않아도 되게 되는 것이다.
또한, 공도배는 통상 본체 위에 찻잔 덮개가 올려놓여져서 본체의 수용부 내부로 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하고, 차의 향기를 가두며, 온도가 급격하게 낮아지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
이러한 공도배는 찻물을 공도배로부터 찻잔에 나누어 따를 때, 본체에 덮개가 있는 상태에서 따르게 되면 찻물이 덮개에 접촉하면서 주변에 퍼지게 된다. 따라서 덮개를 본체로부터 분리한 다음 찻물을 따르게 되는데, 본체에서 분리된 덮개는 아랫면이 위를 향하도록 찻상에 놓여지게 되므로 사용하기가 번거로울 뿐만 아니라, 찻상이 정갈하지 않게 된다.
본 발명은 공도배에서 덮개가 본체로부터 분리되지 않은 상태에서 찻물을 따를 수 있게 함으로써, 공도배를 편리하게 사용하며, 찻상 위를 정갈하게 하여 다례에 소홀함이 없게 되는 공도배를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 목적 및 그 기술적 과제는 앞서 기재한 기술적 과제에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 따라서 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
발명이 의도하는 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적인 특징은 찻물이 담겨질 수 있도록 개방된 상부면에 의해 일정 공간을 형성하여 찻물이 담겨지는 수용부와 손잡이가 형성되는 본체와, 상기 본체의 수용부에 담겨진 찻물의 온도를 보온하며, 본체의 수용부 내부로 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해 본체의 상부에 놓여져서 개방된 공간을 개폐하는 덮개를 포함하는 공도배에 있어서, 상기 덮개의 저면에는 상기 본체의 상부에 놓여진 상태에서 이탈되지 않도록 본체에서 개방된 공간을 형성하는 상단부가 이루는 외경을 수용할 수 있도록 본체의 상부가 이루는 외경보다 큰 내경을 가지고 돌출되는 환형상의 제1 돌기와, 본체의 상부가 이루는 내경보다 작은 내경을 가지고 돌출되는 환형상의 제2 돌기가 형성되고, 상부면에는 누름돌기가 돌출형성되어, 누름돌기가 눌려질 때 상기 덮개의 선단이 일정 각도로 열려지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적 특징에 의하면, 상기 덮개의 측면에는 본체의 외주면과 일정간격을 두고 적어도 하나의 회전제한돌기가 형성되어, 상기 누름돌기가 눌려질 때 상기 회전제한돌기가 본체의 외주면에 접촉하며 덮개의 회전범위가 제한되는 것을 포함한다.
본 발명의 기술적 특징에 의하면, 상기 회전제한돌기는 본체의 손잡이의 양쪽에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 공도배 본체에 덮개를 덮으면, 덮개에 형성된 제1 돌기와 제2 돌기 사이에 형성된 공간에 본체의 상부가 위치하게 되어 덮개가 본체에서 좌우로 이탈되지 않게 된다.
이렇게 공도배 본체에 덮개가 덮힌 상태에서 찻잔에 차를 따르기 위해 누름돌기를 누르면 제1 돌기와 제2 돌기 사이의 덮개 아랫면이 본체의 상단부에 지지되면서 회전하여 배출부가 개방됨으로써 차를 찻잔에 따를 수 있게 되며, 공도배 본체를 찻상에 내려놓으면 덮개가 신속하게 본체를 덮어주게 되는 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 공도배에 덮개를 구비하여 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하고, 차의 향기를 가두며, 온도가 급격하게 낮아지는 것을 방지하게 되면서, 덮개가 본체로부터 분리되지 않고, 일정 각도 회전하며 개폐되게 하여 찻상을 정갈하게 하고, 다례를 보다 정중하게 할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있는 것이다.

본체(110)는 외주면의 상부가 개방되어 일정 공간을 형성하여 찻물이 담겨지는 수용부(111)가 형성되고, 외주면에는 손잡이(112)가 형성되어 있다.

덮개(120)는 본체(110)에 형성된 배출구(113)를 따라 길게 연장되는 형상으로 형성되면서, 저면에는 제1 돌기(121)와 제2 돌기(122)가 형성되고, 상부면에는 누름돌기(123)가 형성된다.
제1 돌기(121)는 본체(110)에서 개방된 공간을 형성하는 상단부가 이루는 외경을 수용할 수 있도록 본체(110)의 상부가 이루는 외경보다 큰 내경을 가지고 환형상으로 돌출 형성된다.

따라서 본 발명은 제시되는 실시예에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상과 아래에 기재될 특허청구범위에 기재된 기술사상의 균등한 범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변경 가능한 실시예가 있을 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 찻물이 담겨질 수 있도록 개방된 상부면에 의해 일정 공간을 형성하여 찻물이 담겨지는 수용부(111)와 손잡이(112)가 형성되는 본체(110)와,
    상기 본체(110)의 수용부(111)에 담겨진 찻물의 온도를 보온하며, 본체(110)의 수용부 내부로 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하기 위해 본체(110)의 상부에 놓여져서 개방된 공간을 개폐하는 덮개(120)를 포함하는 공도배(10)에 있어서,
    상기 덮개(120)의 저면에는 상기 본체(110)의 상부에 놓여진 상태에서 이탈되지 않도록 본체(110)에서 개방된 공간을 형성하는 상단부가 이루는 외경을 수용할 수 있도록 본체(110)의 상부가 이루는 외경보다 큰 내경을 가지고 돌출되는 환형상의 제1 돌기(121)와, 본체(110)의 상부가 이루는 내경보다 작은 내경을 가지고 돌출되는 환형상의 제2 돌기(122)가 형성되고, 상부면에는 누름돌기(123)가 돌출형성되어, 누름돌기(123)가 눌려질 때 상기 덮개(120)의 선단이 일정 각도로 열려지게 되며, 상기 덮개(120)의 측면에는 본체(110)의 외주면과 일정 간격(S)을 두고 적어도 하나의 회전제한돌기(124)가 형성되어 상기 누름돌기(123)가 눌려질 때 상기 회전제한돌기(124)가 본체(110)의 외주면에 접촉하며 덮개(120)의 회전범위가 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덮개의 회전 회전 개폐 구조를 갖는 공도배.
  2. 제1 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전제한돌기(124)는 본체(110)의 손잡이(112)의 양쪽에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 덮개의 회전 개폐구조를 갖는 공도배.
