Abstract

Description

세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기
본 발명은 양변기에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 양변기의 본체 내부, 좌변 시트 및 수조 내부를 세척 및 살균할 수 있는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기에 관한 것이다.
좌변기라고도 호칭되는 양변기는 앉아서 대소변을 볼 수 있는 수세식 서양 변기를 말한다. 통상의 양변기는 도기로 된 변기 본체, 변기 본체 안으로 물을 흘려 보내기 위해 물을 담고 있는 수조, 변기 본체의 상부에 결합되는 변기 커버 등을 포함한다.
보통 용변을 보고 난 뒤에 변기 본체의 내면에 빈번히 용변이 묻게 되어 샤워 호스 등을 이용해서 별도로 세척을 하지 않게 되면 양변기의 청결을 유지하기가 어렵다.
종래의 양변기는 배설물에 대한 처리 기능만 설치되어 있는 경우가 많고, 세척 기능을 가진 양변기가 일부 나와 있긴 하나 변기 시트나 변기 본체의 내벽 모서리까지 세척할 수 있는 기능은 없다.
공중화장실, 학교 화장실, 음식점 화장실, 사무실화장실, 병원화장실 등에서 용변을 보기 위해 변기 시트에 앉는 경우 보통 휴지로 변기 시트를 닦게 되는데 변기 시트를 닦는 것이 번거로울 뿐만 아니라 오물이 굳어 있을 경우 잘 닦이지 않아 사용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 문제점이 있었다.
이처럼 공중 화장실의 경우 여러 사람이 양변기를 반복적으로 사용함에 따라 변기 본체와 변기 시트가 청결하지 못하여 쾌적한 사용이 어렵고, 또한 변기 시트에 묻은 배설물에서 번식하는 세균 등에 의하여 비뇨기 질환과 피부 질환 등이 발생하는 문제점도 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 변기 본체 내부 및 변기 시트를 자동으로 세척 및 살균할 수 있는 양변기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 변기 본체의 내벽 모서리 부분까지 세척 및 살균할 수 있는 양변기를 제공하는 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기는 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 동시에 중앙에 형성된 돌출부에 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 커버와, 상기 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 둘레를 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 시트를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기는 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 동시에 중앙에 형성된 돌출부에 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 커버와, 수조와 연결되어 수조의 물이 유입될 때 내부의 수로를 따라 물이 흘러가 수로와 연결된 배수로를 따라 용변실로 배출되는 변기 시트를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기는 인체 감지 센서가 설치되어 있고 변기 본체의 상부에 위치하여 모터가 연결된 힌지에 의해 개폐되는 변기 커버와, 상기 인체 감지 센서로부터 감지신호를 수신하여 인체가 감지되면 상기 모터를 정방향 구동시켜 상기 변기 커버가 올라오도록 하고, 인체가 감지되지 않으면 상기 모터를 역방향 구동시켜 상기 변기 커버가 내려가도록 하는 제어부를 포함한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 변기 커버의 내측 외주연에 설치된 노즐 및 자외선 LED에 의해 변기 시트를 세척 및 살균할 수 있고, 변기 커버의 중앙 돌출부에 설치된 노즐 및 자외선 LED에 의해 용변실의 하면뿐만 아니라 측면까지 세척 및 살균할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 변기 시트의 내측 둘레를 따라 설치된 노즐 및 자외선 LED에 의해 변기 테두리 안쪽까지 세척 및 살균할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명에 따른 변기 시트는 수조와 직접 연결된 구조를 가지고 있어서 용변 제거를 위해 물을 내릴 때 수조의 물이 변기 시트의 내부 수로를 통해 용변실 안으로 배출되면서 용변 처리와 함께 용변실과 변기 테두리 안쪽을 세척할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 양변기는 일반적인 양변기 구조를 가지며 일반적인 양변기 구조에서 변기 커버, 변기 시트 및 수조에 세척 및 살균 기능이 포함되어 있다.
일반적으로 양변기는 변기 본체(1), 변기 본체(1)의 용변실(2)로 용변 제거를 위한 물을 배출시키 위해 물을 담고 있는 수조(6), 변기 본체(1) 상부에 설치된 변기 시트(4), 변기 시트(4) 위에 설치된 변기 커버(5) 등을 포함한다.
변기 본체(1)는 용변을 보는 용변실(2), 일정 수위의 물이 차 있어 냄새를 막고 수조의 물에 의해 용변이 배출되는 용변 배출로(7) 및 내부의 수로를 통해 수조의 물이 흘러 들어와 용변실(2)로 배출되도록 하는 변기 테두리(3)를 포함한다.
본 발명에 따른 양변기는 스팀 또는 전해수를 만들어 변기 시트(4), 변기 커버(5) 및 수조(6)로 공급하는 스팀/전해수 공급부(100), 건조를 위해 열풍을 만들어 변기 시트(4) 및 변기 커버(5)로 공급하는 건조부(110), 스팀/전해수 공급부(100) 및 건조부(110)의 동작을 제어하는 제어부(120)을 포함한다.
스팀/전해수 공급부(100)는 전극을 이용해 수돗물을 이온화시켜 전해수(electro-analysised water)로 만들고 전해수를 고온으로 증발시켜 고온의 증기인 스팀을 만든다. 전해수는 살균이나 소독 기능을 가진다.
스팀/전해수 공급부(100)는 호스를 통해 수조(6)에 설치된 수조 세척부(10)와 연결되어 있다. 수조 세척부(10)에는 노즐이 형성되어 있어서 수조 내부로 스팀 또는 전해수를 분사한다. 또한 수조 세척부(10)에는 자외선 LED(미도시)가 설치되어 있어서 수조 내부를 살균할 수 있다.
또한, 스팀/전해수 공급부(100)는 호스를 통해 각각 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)와 연결되어 있다. 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)에도 노즐이 형성되어 있어서 스팀/전해수 공급부(100)로부터 스팀 또는 전해수를 공급받으면 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수를 분사하게 된다.
건조부(110)도 별도의 호스를 통해 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)와 연결되어 있다. 건조부(110)는 열풍을 만들어 호스를 통해 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)로 보내고, 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)에 형성된 노즐을 통해 열풍 또는 냉풍이 분사된다.
도 1에는 도시되어 있지 않지만, 변기 커버(5)에는 인체 감지를 위한 적외선 등의 센서가 설치되어 있다.
사용자가 용변을 보기 위해 양변기에 접근하면 변기 커버(5)에 설치된 적외선 센서에 의해 사용자의 접근이 감지될 수 있고, 사용자의 접근이 감지되면 변기 커버(5)의 힌지에 설치된 모터(미도시)가 구동(정방향 회전)하여 변기 커버(5)를 자동으로 들어 올릴 수 있다.
또한, 사용자가 용변을 마치고 양변기에서 멀어지게 되면 적외선 센서에 의해 사용자가 없다는 것이 감지될 수 있고, 사용자가 주변에 없다는 것이 감지되면 변기 커버(5)의 힌지에 설치된 모터가 구동(역방향 회전)하여 변기 커버(5)를 자동으로 닫을 수 있다.
제어부(120)는 주기적으로 적외선 센서로부터 무선 또는 유선으로 감지신호를 입력받아 분석하여 사용자 접근으로 인식되면 변기 커버(5)를 열기 위해 모터를 정방향 구동시킨다.
제어부(120)는 사용자 접근 감지 이후 사용자 없음이 감지되면 변기 커버(5)를 닫기 위해 모터를 역방향 구동시킨다. 변기 커버(5)가 닫히면, 제어부(120)는 스팀/전해수 공급부(100)를 동작시켜 스팀 또는 전해수가 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)로 공급되도록 한다.
스팀/전해수 공급부(100)의 동작이 완료되면, 제어부(120)는 건조부(110)를 동작시켜 건조를 위한 열풍 또는 냉풍이 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)로 공급되도록 한다.
건조부(110)의 동작이 완료되면, 제어부(120)는 자외선 LED(22)(도 2 참조)를 동작시킨다. 자외선 LED는 자외선을 발광하여 유해 세균을 살균시킨다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 변기 시트와 변기 커버를 나타낸 것이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 변기 시트(4)와 변기 커버(5)는 일반 양변기와 같이 힌지에 의해 상호 연결되어 있다.
변기 시트(4)의 내부에는 스팀 또는 전해수가 유입되도록 수로가 형성되어 있고 내측(아래측) 둘레를 따라 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)이 설치되어 있다.
변기 커버(5)의 내부에도 스팀 또는 전해수가 유입되도록 수로가 형성되어 있으며, 내측(아래측) 외주연을 따라 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)이 설치되어 있다.
한편, 변기 커버(5)의 중앙에는 돌출부(25) 형성되어 있다. 돌출부(25)는 용변실(2) 안쪽까지 돌출되어 있다. 중앙 돌출부(25)의 정면과 측면에도 각각 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)이 설치되어 있다. 중앙 돌출부(25)는 변기 커버(5)와 탈부착 가능하도록 설치될 수 있다. 이와 같이 중앙 돌출부(25)의 탈부착 구조에 의해 범용성 및 편의성을 높일 수 있다.
자외선 LED(20)는 자외선을 발광하여 살균 기능을 제공하며, 노즐(22)은 스팀 또는 전해수를 분사하여 세척 기능을 제공한다. 또한 노즐(22)은 열풍을 분사하여 세척 후 건조 기능을 제공한다.
변기 커버(5)의 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)은 변기 시트(4)의 세척 및 살균을 담당하고, 변기 커버(5)의 돌출부(25)의 정면에 설치된 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)은 용변실(2)의 아래 부분의 세척 및 살균을 담당하고, 돌출부(25)의 측면에 설치된 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)은 용변실(2)의 측면 부분의 세척 및 살균을 담당한다.
변기 시트(4)의 내측 둘레를 따라 설치된 자외선 LED(20)와 노즐(22)은 변기 테두리(3)의 세척 및 살균을 담당한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기를 나타낸 것이고, 도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따라 변기 시트와 수조가 연결된 구조를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3에 도시된 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기는 변기 시트(4)가 수조(6)와 연결되어 있는 점을 제외하고 도 1의 양변기 구조와 동일하다.
변기 시트(4)가 수조(6)와 연결되어 있기 때문에, 변기 시트(4)의 구조는 도 2에 도시된 변기 시트와 다르다.
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 도 4의 (b)에 도시된 바와 같이, 변기 시트(4)는 수조(6)와 연결되어 수조(6)의 물이 유입될 때 내부의 수로(40)를 따라 물이 흘러가 수로(40)와 연결된 배수로(42)를 통해 배출된다.
구체적으로, 변기 시트(4)와 대면하는 수조(6)의 일 측면에 수조(6)의 물이 유출되는 개구(32)가 형성되어, 수조 개구(32)의 일측은 신축성 있는 수로관(31)을 통해 변기 시트(4)의 개구(30)와 연결되고, 수조 개구(32)의 타측은 수조(6) 안에 설치된 내관(33)과 연결되어, 내관(33)을 통해 수조(6) 안의 물이 흘러 들어가 신축성 있는 수로관(31)을 통해 변기 시트(4)로 배출된다.
내관(33)의 단부(34)는 수조(6)의 저면에 형성된 수조구에 대응하는 위치에 설치되어 있다. 내관 단부(34)의 공간이 격벽에 의해 분리되어 제1 공간(34a)을 통해 내관(33)으로 물이 흘러 나가고, 제2 공간(34b)을 통해 수조구로 물이 흘러 변기 테두리(3)의 내부로 나간다.
즉, 내관 단부(34)의 상면은 수조(6) 안에 설치된 뚜껑(35)에 의해 개폐되는데, 사용자가 레버를 내리게 되면 닫혀 있던 뚜겅(35)이 열리면서 내관 단부(34)의 상면이 개방되어, 수조의 물이 제1 공간(34a)과 제2 공간(34b)로 각각 흘러 들어가게 된다.
이상의 상세한 설명은 모든 면에서 제한적으로 해석되어서는 안 되고 예시적인 것으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 첨부된 청구항의 합리적 해석에 의해 결정되어야 하고, 본 발명의 등가적 범위 내에서의 모든 변경은 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다.
본 발명은 종래 양변기에 자동 세척 및 살균 기능을 추가할 때 널리 응용될 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 동시에 중앙에 형성된 돌출부에 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 커버와,
    상기 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 둘레를 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 시트를 포함하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 변기 커버의 내측 외주연을 따라 자외선 램프가 설치되어 있고, 상기 변기 커버의 중앙에 형성된 돌출부에 자외선 램프가 설치되어 있고, 상기 변기 시트의 내측 둘레를 따라 자외선 램프가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 변기 커버의 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 노즐, 상기 변기 커버의 중앙에 설치된 돌출부에 설치된 노즐 및 상기 변기 시트의 둘레를 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 건조를 위한 열풍 또는 냉풍이 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수를 공급받아 수조 내부로 분사하는 수조 세척부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  5. 스팀/전해수 공급부로부터 스팀 또는 전해수가 내부로 유입되어 내측 외주연을 따라 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 동시에 중앙에 형성된 돌출부에 설치된 노즐을 통해 스팀 또는 전해수가 분사되는 변기 커버와,
    수조와 연결되어 수조의 물이 유입될 때 내부의 수로를 따라 물이 흘러가 수로와 연결된 배수로를 따라 용변실로 배출되는 변기 시트를 포함하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 변기 시트와 대면하는 상기 수조의 일 측면에 수조의 물이 유출되는 개구가 형성되어, 상기 개구의 일측은 신축성 있는 수로관을 통해 상기 변기 시트와 연결되고 상기 개구의 타측은 상기 수조 안에 설치된 내관과 연결되어, 상기 내관을 통해 상기 수조 안의 물이 흘러 들어가 상기 신측성 있는 수로관을 통해 상기 변기 시트로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 내관 단부는 상기 수조의 저면에 형성된 수조구와 대응하는 위치에 설치되되, 상기 내관 단부의 공간이 격벽에 의해 분리되어 제1 공간을 통해 상기 내관으로 물이 흘러 나가고, 제2 공간을 통해 상기 수조구를 통해 물이 흘러 나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
  8. 인체 감지 센서가 설치되어 있고 변기 본체의 상부에 위치하여 모터가 연결된 힌지에 의해 개폐되는 변기 커버와,
    상기 인체 감지 센서로부터 감지신호를 수신하여 인체가 감지되면 상기 모터를 정방향 구동시켜 상기 변기 커버가 올라오도록 하고, 인체가 감지되지 않으면 상기 모터를 역방향 구동시켜 상기 변기 커버가 내려가도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 세척 및 살균 기능을 가진 양변기.
