本公开涉及LED照明灯具领域,具体涉及一种新型的柔性LED发光灯带。
LED发光灯带在日常照明中已经得到了广泛的应用,目前市场上的LED灯带主要分为正发光LED灯带和侧发光LED灯带,正发光LED灯带指光线从LED灯带的电路基板的正面发出,发光亮度高,一般强调的是其照明效果;侧发光LED灯带指光线从LED灯带的电路基板的侧面发出,一般发光亮度较低,光线比较柔和,主要起装饰效果。但现有产品功能单一,要么只具有照明效果,要么只具有装饰效果,不能同时从正面和侧面发光或者选择从某一个侧面发光。
公开内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本公开提供一种新型的柔性LED发光灯带,所采用的技术方案是:
一种柔性LED发光灯带包括:长条状柔性电路基板以及沿所述电路基板的长度方向排列并焊接在所述电路基板上的多个发光单元,所述多个发光单元彼此并联,并且所述多个发光单元中的每一个发光单元包括正发光LED灯珠、第一侧发光LED灯珠和第二侧发光LED灯珠,所述正发光LED灯珠的出光方向与所述电路基板的所述长度方向垂直,所述第一侧发光LED灯珠的出光方向和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠的出光方向分别与所述电路基板的宽度方向平行且互为反向,其中所述所述正发光LED灯珠、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠和第二侧发光LED灯珠彼此串联。
在所述柔性LED发光灯带中,所述正发光LED灯珠是全彩RGB灯珠。
在所述柔性LED发光灯带中,所述多个发光单元中的每一个发光单元还包括为所述正发光LED灯珠、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠降电压限电流的电阻元件。

与现有技术相比,本公开实现的有益效果是:本公开的柔性LED发光灯带既可以从正面发光,起到照明效果;也可以从某一个侧面发光或两个侧面同时发光,起到装饰效果;还可以正面和两个侧面同时发光,兼顾照明和装饰功能。

以下结合附图对本公开的柔性LED发光灯带的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,标号1表示本公开的柔性LED发光灯带,所述柔性LED发光灯带1包含长条状柔性电路基板2以及沿电路基板2的长度方向排列并焊接在电路基板2的正面(发光面或LED灯珠的安装面)上的多个发光单元3,所述多个发光单元3彼此并联,并且多个发光单元3中的每一个发光单元3包括正发 光LED灯珠31、第一侧发光LED灯珠32和第二侧发光LED灯珠33,所述正发光LED灯珠31的出光方向与所述电路基板2的长度方向垂直,所述第一侧发光LED灯珠32的出光方向和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠33的出光方向分别与所述电路基板2的宽度方向平行且互为反向。在所述发光灯带1中,所述正发光LED灯珠31、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠32和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠33彼此串联。
用于照明时,所述正发光LED灯珠31使用单色白光或暖白光灯珠,用于装饰时,所述正发光LED灯珠31是全彩RGB灯珠。
常见LED灯珠的工作电压一般为3V左右,所以当生产此柔性LED发光灯带1用于不同的电压下时,会有不同的灯珠串并联方式,比如用于12V电压时,需要将3个LED灯珠串联,再串联一分压电阻元件5以限制电流大小,使LED灯珠安全工作,每3个LED灯珠和一个电阻元件5串联组成一个发光单元3,再将多个发光单元3并联起来。实际使用时,常常根据需要将发光灯带1剪断为合适的长度,但如果在一个发光单元内部某一位置将发光灯带1剪断,则会造成该发光单元上3个LED灯珠不发光,所以在发光灯带1上的相邻发光单元3之间的位置还设置有剪裁指示标志6,从所述剪裁指示标志6处将所述发光灯带1剪断不影响所述发光灯带的功能。
所述发光灯带1的两端还设置有电源输入接口71和电源输出接口72。当正发光LED灯珠31是单色白光灯珠时,所述电源输入接口71内设置4根电连接插头,其中一根电连接插头是公共端,剩余三根电连接插头分别为所述正发光LED灯珠31、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠32和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠33供电,通过控制上述电连接插头上电流的通断和电流的强弱,便可以控制所述发光灯带1的发光模式,比如仅正面发光,或仅一个侧面发光,或两个侧面都发光等等。此时,所述电源输出接口72相应地设置有4根电连接插座。上游的一个发光灯带1的电源输出接口72可以与下游的另一个发光灯带1的电源输入接口71连接。
当所述正发光LED灯珠31是全彩RGB灯珠时,由于一个全彩RGB灯珠内部实际包含红色、绿色和蓝色三个LED芯片,红色、绿色和蓝色三个LED芯片分别通入不同强度的电流即可发射和混合出各种不同颜色的光,此时所述电源输入接口71设置有6根电连接插头,6根电连接插头中,一根电连接插头为公共 端,其余五根电连接插头分别为第一侧发光LED灯珠32、第二侧发光LED灯珠33、红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片供电。此时所述电源输出接口72相应地设置有6根电连接插座。同样地,上游的一个发光灯带1的电源输出接口72可以与下游的另一个发光灯带1的电源输入接口71连接。
作为实施例,当使用者需要的发光灯带的长度大于单个柔性LED发光灯带1的长度时,只需把多个柔性LED发光灯带1的电源输入接口71和电源输出接口72首尾相连成一长串即可。
在实施例中,如图3和图4所示,所述发光灯带1还包括透明封装条4,所述透明封装条4沿所述电路基板2的长度方向延伸并构造成包裹或覆盖所述电路基板2以及焊接在所述电路基板2上的多个发光单元3中的每一个发光单元3中的正发光LED灯珠31、第一侧发光LED灯珠32和第二侧发光LED灯珠33,透明封装条4对所述发光灯带1起防水防尘作用,对使用者起到防触电的作用。
在实施例中,本LED发光灯带1还包括为其供电以及控制其发光模式的外部控制器(图中未示出)。外部控制器的输出端对接所述LED发光灯带的电源输入接口71,使用者通过外部控制器对所述LED发光灯带1的发光模式进行控制。
在实施例中,在不使用外部控制器的情况下,如图5所示,本LED发光灯带1的电路基板2的一端还设置有控制其发光模式的控制模块8和控制按钮9,通过控制按钮9可以改变LED发光灯带1的发光模式,此时不需要连接外部控制器,使用起来更加方便,轻巧。
在实施例中,所述LED发光灯带1不发光的一面(例如电路基板2的背面)还设置具有双面粘性的粘结膜,便于快速安装在需要的位置。

- 一种柔性LED发光灯带,包括:长条状柔性电路基板以及沿所述电路基板的长度方向排列并焊接在所述电路基板上的多个发光单元,所述多个发光单元彼此并联,并且所述多个发光单元中的每一个发光单元包括正发光LED灯珠、第一侧发光LED灯珠和第二侧发光LED灯珠,所述正发光LED灯珠的出光方向与所述电路基板的所述长度方向垂直,所述第一侧发光LED灯珠的出光方向和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠的出光方向分别与所述电路基板的宽度方向平行且互为反向,其中所述所述正发光LED灯珠、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠和第二侧发光LED灯珠彼此串联。
- 按照权利要求1所述的柔性LED发光灯带,其中,所述正发光LED灯珠是全彩RGB灯珠。
- 按照权利要求1所述的柔性LED发光灯带,其中,所述多个发光单元中的每一个发光单元还包括为所述正发光LED灯珠、所述第一侧发光LED灯珠和所述第二侧发光LED灯珠降电压限电流的电阻元件。
