发光二极管照明组合套件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一类以发光二极管(下称LED)为基础的照明组合套件。
背景技术
以LED为基础的照明装置已然兴起,并已投入实际使用。本实用新型则是以模块式的LED模块为基础,提供使用方便的、可选用不同电源的照明组合套件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种LED照明组合套件,该照明组合套件包括1个或复数个由LED组成的模块式照明单元,该模块式照明单元包括复数个LED元件和调节电压的电子元件串联连接而成,并且是安装在软式塑料底板之上,或封装在软式塑料外套之内,当所述的模块式照明单元是复数个时,各照明单元模块是并联连接,并且各模块是连接为长条形;以及为所述照明组合套件提供电源的电源装置。

具体实施方式
图1是本实用新型的照明组合套件的基础单元,即LED模块1的一般性示意图。它是由封装在软式塑料外套10之内的复数个LED 11(通常为3个)和调节电压的电子元件14(通常是用固定电阻)串联连接而成,把两端连接到接通电源(通常为12V DC)的导线13。图中的虚线代表连接导线。有些方案不用图中的封装方式,而是把LED 11和电子元件14安装在软式塑料底板之上(此方案未在图中示出)。当把若干个如图1的照明单元模块并联(也就是沿导线13位置依次连接成长条),则构成本实用新型的照明组合套件。
此处的LED是发出单色光,如红、蓝、绿,或者是发白色光。
常见的LED的工作电压是大约3.7V DC,3个串联需要约11.1V DC电源,配以适当的调节电压的电子元件14(通常是串联适当阻值的固定电阻)后,适于使用12V DC的电源。
图2是图1中A-A方向的视图,从另一方向示意该照明基础单元1的结构。图中标号的含义同前。
图3是图1中B-B方向的视图。它表示在照明基础单元1的发光一面设置透明塑料制成的外套15,在室外应用时起到防尘和防雨水功能。
图4是图1中C-C方向的视图。它表示在照明基础单元1的不发光的一面设置双面粘性的粘结膜(或称双面胶纸)16,在使用时可将照明组合套件固定(粘贴)在适当的表面上。
图5是本实用新型的照明组合套件的电插头2的示意图。它具有插头壳20和电插脚21。电插脚21的数目至少2个(供DC电源的正负极。本图中是4个,可以包括其它用途的、或是空置的电插脚)。
图6是本实用新型基本实施方案的照明组合套件的代表性示意图。把若干个照明基础单元1的导线13连接(实质上是并联),并且在其一端安装电插头2而成。
每一个照明基础单元1的长度是固定的,例如5cm(或2英寸)。图6中L代表各照明基础单元的总长度。它的计算式是L=a×n(a是每一照明基础单元的长度,n是照明基础单元的数目)。本实用新型的照明组合套件,例如可以提供含有2个、3个、6个、9个或12个照明基础单元的LED照明组合套件,供使用者选择,十分灵活方便,尤其适合在汽车内使用。
图7是本实用新型使用汽车电源时所用的接电插头3的示意图。它具有接插汽车内点烟器电源的正极32、负极31,还有供插接电插头2的电插座2’,它具有适配的电插孔21’。
图8是本实用新型使用室内电源时所用的变电电源装置4的示意图。它具有接插室内100–240V AC电源的插头41,以及供插接电插头2的电插座2’,它具有适配的电插孔21’。电源装置4内部的电子器件和电路属常规技术,从略。
图9是本实用新型使用可再充电电池5的示意图。图中标号24为该电池充电的输入插孔。还有供插接电插头2的电插座2’,它具有适配的电插孔21’。
在以上图7、8和9中,安排电插座2’的位置,也可以设置2个或更多个电插座2’(图中未示),以求方便。但一般最多设置2个,再多则空间位置未必能容纳。
图10是本实用新型的延伸导线的示意图。导线电缆42的一端是电插头2,另一端是供插接电插头2的电插座2’。它是供电电源距离照明组合套件较远时,延伸接线之用。
图11是本实用新型另一实施方案的照明组合套件的示意图。各个照明基础单元的LED 11’是按可见光谱顺序发出不同颜色的光。控制盒6的一端有电插座,由长条形的照明基础单元组合端部的插头2插接,控制盒6的另一端则是接取电源的插头2。控制盒6具有控制钮45,按弧形双向箭头46所示来旋转,用以选择所发光的颜色。
本实用新型的照明组合套件还可以有如下的其它实施方案(这些方案未 在图中示出):
如图6所示发单色光的照明组合套件,可以加装控制装置,使LED产生“点亮—熄灭”的闪烁效果。闪烁的频率可以调节改变。闪烁时,点亮和熄灭的时间长短比例也可以调节改变。
如图10的延伸导线,导线电缆42的一端是供插接电插头2的电插座2’,另一端不用电插头2,而改用接插电脑的USB插头,同时设有从5V DC变换为12V DC的变电装置。这样,可以从电脑上取得电源而点亮。
如图11所示发出可见光谱彩色光的照明组合套件,可以将控制装置6增加以下的功能:
1)使光色从可见光谱的一端连续地改变至另一端。光色改变的方向(从红到紫,或从紫到红)可以选择。光色变化一个循环的周期时间长短可以调节改变。
2)使光色从可见光谱的一端以跳阶方式改变至另一端,整个光谱分成的跳阶数目可以调节改变(例如,分成7阶、16阶,或其它阶数)。光色改变的方向(从红到紫,或从紫到红)可以选择。光色变化一个循环的周期时间长短可以调节改变。
3)红、蓝、绿三色轮流跳变。跳变的频率可以调节改变。
4)加装调节亮度的控制装置,用以调节光的亮度。可以是连续调节的,也可以是阶变的(例如分成16阶,或其它数目)。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种发光二极管照明组合套件,其特征是:该照明组合套件包括1个或复数个由发光二极管组成的模块式照明单元,该模块式照明单元包括复数个发光二极管元件和调节电压的电子元件串联连接而成,并且是安装在软式塑料底板之上,或封装在软式塑料外套之内,当所述的模块式照明单元是复数个时,各照明单元模块是并联连接,并且各模块是连接为长条形;以及
