Abstract

本发明公开一种幕布张紧装置,包括:幕布,用于反射投影光线,包括端部以及中间部分;幕布框架,用于承载幕布,幕布的端部以及中间部分设于幕布框架的入光侧和背光侧;连接件设于幕布的端部,带动幕布运动;连接卡条一端与连接件相卡接,另一端与幕布框架相配合,将幕布间接固定于幕布框架上;调节件,穿设于幕布框架和连接卡条之间,用于控制连接卡条沿垂直于幕布框架的边框的方向直线运动,进而带动连接件运动,相对两端的两个连接件对幕布形成相反方向的拉力。本发明的幕布张紧装置设置对应的可直线运动的调节件,通过连接卡条和连接件对幕布施加相反方向的拉力,使幕布张紧,通过调节调节件即可调整幕布张力大小,满足用户不同的使用需求。

Description

一种幕布张紧装置 技术领域
本发明涉及幕布安装技术领域,特别是涉及一种幕布张紧装置。
背景技术
目前投影屏幕分为硬幕和软幕,两者的安装存在不同的几种方式。以100寸抗光屏的硬幕为例,硬幕是直接在一块平整的蜂窝铝板或者其他金属板上贴合,整体包装出货。这种结构存在运输和安装不便的问题,例如,高层住宅中难以采用电梯搬运。以热熔PVC幕的软幕为例,一种方式是在屏幕上直接安装升降卷轴,将软幕悬挂安装,但是采用这种安装方式时无法保证屏幕的平整性。另一种方式是通过融合技术在软幕两端内包一根硬质棒,采用反包的方式将幕布包裹在框架上,然后在屏幕框架后面对应设置多个弹簧,通过拉伸弹簧来实现对软幕的安装,此种方式通过弹簧对屏幕的拉力保持了屏幕的平整性,也兼顾解决了现有的安装和包装运输不便的问题,但是此方案无法适用于具有一定硬度的PET屏幕,另外采用弹簧安装,配件多,安装繁琐,弹簧的弹力在设计时已固定,在使用时无法调整弹簧的拉力,也即无法调整幕布张力大小,无法满足用户的不同需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:提供一种幕布张紧装置,解决目前使用硬质屏幕运输和安装存在不便,使用弹簧进行幕布张紧时存在的弹力固定,无法调节幕布张力大小,使用不便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种幕布张紧装置,所述幕布张紧装置包括:
幕布,用于反射投影光线,所述幕布包括至少两个相对的端部以及 位于两个端部之间的中间部分;
幕布框架,用于承载所述幕布,所述幕布框架包括入光面和背光面,所述幕布框架的入光面承载所述中间部分,所述幕布框架的背光面承载所述至少两个相对的端部,所述幕布框架被所述幕布从所述入光面方向向所述背光面方向包裹;
连接件,设于所述幕布的至少两个相对的端部,用于带动所述幕布运动;
连接卡条,设于所述连接件的外侧,且一端与所述连接件相卡接,另一端与所述幕布框架相配合,用于将所述幕布间接固定于所述幕布框架上;
调节件,穿设于所述幕布框架和所述连接卡条之间,用于控制所述连接卡条沿垂直于所述幕布框架的边框的方向直线运动,进而带动所述连接件运动,相对两端的两个所述连接件对所述幕布形成相反方向的拉力。
其中,所述幕布框架至少包括两个相对的边框,两个相对的边框用于对所述幕布提供支撑力,还包括连接杆,所述连接杆连接两个相对的边框的中心,以支撑所述两个相对的边框。
其中,所述幕布框架包括两个相对的长边框以及两个相对的短边框,两个所述短边框分别与两个所述长边框首尾相连;
所述短边框与所述长边框的连接处设有固定件,所述固定件的一端与所述短边框连接,另一端与所述长边框相连接,从而将相邻的所述短边框与所述长边框固定为一体。
其中,所述幕布框架的背光面设有向外延伸的安装凸台,所述安装凸台内设有沿边框方向贯穿所述安装凸台的通孔,所述调节件穿过所述通孔与所述连接卡条相连接。
其中,所述安装凸台设于所述幕布框架上靠近所述幕布框架中心的一端,在远离所述幕布框架中心的一端设有端部凸台;
所述幕布的端部与所述中间部分的连接部分与所述端部凸台相接触,使所述幕布的中间部分悬空。
其中,所述连接卡条的一端为卡口,所述幕布包裹所述连接件卡入所述卡口内,使得所述连接件与所述连接卡条相卡接;
所述连接卡条的另一端设有调节件安装孔,所述调节件穿过所述通孔后进入所述调节件安装孔内,从而与所述连接卡条相连接,所述调节件运动时对所述连接件、所述连接卡条及所述幕布形成拉力。
其中,所述调节件包括螺栓和螺母,所述螺母设于所述螺栓的端部,用于对所述螺栓进行限位。
其中,所述调节件包括拉杆、轴以及凸轮;
所述拉杆穿过所述通孔,且一端伸入所述调节件安装孔内,另一端与所述轴螺纹连接;
所述凸轮安装于所述轴上,绕所述轴转动,所述凸轮的外表面在转动过程中与所述安装凸台相抵接或相脱离,从而使所述拉杆带动所述幕布张紧或释放。
其中,所述通孔和所述调节件安装孔的位置相对应,孔径均与所述调节件的直径相适配。
其中,所述调节件为多个,且多个所述调节件均匀分布于所述幕布框架上。
其中,所述幕布框架外部还设有外框和包角件;

其中,所述幕布框架上还设有金属片,所述墙体上安装有磁铁,所述金属片与所述磁铁磁力相吸从而将所述幕布框架固定于所述墙体上。
其中,所述滑块与所述金属片分别设于所述幕布框架的相对两侧边上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的幕布张紧装置达到的有益效果为:设置对应的可直线运动的调节件,通过连接卡条和连接件对幕布施加相反方向的拉力,使幕布张紧,通过调节调节件即可调整幕布张力大小,满足用户不同的使用需求。

如图9及图10所示,本申请中的幕布张紧装置包括幕布10、幕布框架1、连接件2、连接卡条3以及调节件4,幕布10用于反射投影光线,所述幕布包括至少两个相对的端部以及位于两个端部之间的中间部分,端部为绕过幕布框架1边框的边缘部分,中间部分为幕布10用于反射投影光线的部分。幕布框架1用于承载幕布10,所述幕布框架包括入光面和背光面,所述幕布框架的入光面承载所述中间部分,所述幕布框架的背光面承载所述至少两个相对的端部,所述幕布框架被所述幕布从所述入光面方向向所述背光面方向包裹,。
连接件2设于幕布10的至少两个相对的端部,其长度分别与幕布 框架1的边框的长度相对应,同时,连接件2能够带动幕布10运动,是将幕布10张紧的中间元件,进而可以避免幕布10与其它元件直接相连接而对幕布10造成损坏。
连接卡条3,设于连接件2的外侧,其长度分别与幕布框架1的边框的长度相对应且一端与连接件2相卡接,以配合连接件2进一步卡扣幕布10,另一端与幕布框架1相配合,用于将幕布10间接固定于幕布框架1上。
请继续参见图10,调节件4穿设于幕布框架1和连接卡条3之间,用于控制连接卡条3沿垂直于幕布框架1的边框的方向直线运动,进而带动连接件2运动,相对两端的两个连接件2对幕布10形成相反方向的拉力,使得幕布10被张紧。
也就是说,幕布10、连接件2、连接卡条3以及调节件4均布置在幕布框架1上,幕布10通过连接件2和连接卡条3与调节件4相连接,设置于幕布10对应两端的调节件4沿垂直于幕布框架1的边框的方向直线运动,带动连接卡条3和连接件2对幕布10施加相反方向的拉力,使幕布10张紧。当对调节件4进行调节时,使调节件4沿垂直于框架方向产生位移,则幕布10两端的拉力发生变化,幕布10的拉伸程度和张力也随之变化,相比目前的使用弹簧结构对幕布10进行张紧无法进行张力调节更加灵活,可以根据需要对幕布10的张力进行调节,满足用户不同的使用需求。以下将对幕布张紧装置做具体说明。
本申请中的幕布框架1用于承载幕布10,安装时,将幕布10的相对两端绕过幕布框架1,再通过连接件2和连接卡条3与幕布框架1相连接,以使得幕布10在幕布框架1入光面被张开,进而接收投影设备或激光电视投射的光线,再由幕布10将投射光线反射到用户的眼睛里,成为用户观看到的画面。本申请中的幕布10为软幕或具有一定硬度的PET屏幕,PET屏幕的硬度介于传统意义上的硬幕和软幕之间。为便于说明,如图9所示,将幕布10分为两个部分,其中一部分为带有连接件2的端部100,另一部分为位于两个相对的端部100之间的中间部分200。端部100用于设置连接件2,中间部分200用于在屏幕使用过程中 反射光线。端部100和中间部分200分别位于幕布框架1的背光面和入光面。
本申请中的幕布框架1至少包括两个相对的边框以及连接两个边框的连接杆,边框用于承载幕布10的端部100,连接杆用于连接和支撑两个相对的边框。幕布框架1可以有多种形式,以下将通过一个具体实施例进行说明。
其中一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,图1是幕布框架1的示意图,图2为幕布框架1的局部拆分示意图,幕布框架1整体为长方形,包括两个相对的长边框11、两个相对的短边框12以及连接两个长边框11的连接杆13,两个短边框12分别与两个长边框11首尾相连,连接杆13固定于两个长边框11的中部,可以理解的是,连接杆13主要起到对幕布框架1进行进一步固定的作用,在其他实施例中,也可以不设置此连接杆13;短边框12与长边框11的连接处设有固定件5,当短边框12与长边框11为直角边时,固定件5可以为直角连接件,具有两个连接部分,一端与短边框12连接,另一端与长边框11相连接,从而将相邻的短边框12与长边框11固定为一体。当短边框12与长边框11为倾斜边时,如短边框12与长边框11相对的边沿为45度角时,固定件5也可以选择角接件,对短边框12与长边框11进行螺丝连接。
请参阅图3,图3为幕布框架1的边框的侧面视图,本实施例中的幕布框架1的背光面设有向外延伸的安装凸台14,安装凸台14内设有沿边框方向贯穿安装凸台的通孔15,请参阅图4和图5,图4为调节件插入幕布框架时的局部示意图,图5为图4的截面视图,调节件4穿过通孔15与连接卡条3相连接;幕布10的端部100与安装凸台14同侧,幕布10的中间部分200位于幕布框架1的入光面。安装凸台14设于长边框11和短边框12的背光面,用于安装和固定连接卡条3,同时在安装凸台14所在的背光面形成一个空间,用于容纳连接件2和连接卡条3。连接卡条3的一端与安装凸台14的顶面相抵接,另一端与连接件2相卡接以控制幕布10的运动。
本实施例中的安装凸台14设于幕布框架1上靠近幕布框架1中心 的一端,在远离幕布框架1中心的一端设有端部凸台16;幕布10的端部100与中间部分200的连接部分与端部凸台16相接触,使幕布10的中间部分悬空。端部凸台16为幕布框架1的外边沿,在入光面和背光面分别形成突出部分,幕布10从端部凸台16上绕过,经端部凸台16分割成位于背光面的端部100和位于入光面的中间部分200。端部凸台16的顶面与幕布框架1的端部100和中间部分200的连接部分相接触,端部凸台16的背光面和入光面分别与幕布的端部100和中间部分200相接触,从而使中间部分200的两端都得到支撑,中间部分200与幕布框架的整体入光面为悬空状态,从而保持幕布10在使用时的平整度。如果未设置端部凸台16,则幕布10的中间部分200与幕布框架1整个入光面相贴合,幕布框架1不平时,幕布10的平整度也会受到影响,设置端部凸台16使幕布10的两端仅与端部凸台16的突出部分相接触,其余部分悬空,从而避免整个幕布框架1的平面度影响到幕布10的平整度。
本申请中的连接件2设置于幕布框架1的端部,与连接卡条3相卡接,即连接件2连带幕布10一同与连接卡条3相连。连接件2的数量至少为两个,分别设置于幕布10上两个相对的端部,即可以对幕布10进行拉伸和张紧。连接件2的数量也可以设置为多个,设置于幕布10的每一端,从而对幕布10的每一边均施加拉力,从而使幕布10的张力更加均衡。通常幕布10的形状为长方形,具有两个长边和两个短边,因此本申请中将以设置四个连接件2为例进行说明,四个连接件2分别设置于幕布10的四个边上,使用时对幕布10施加四个方向的拉力,张力较均衡,幕布10达到所预设的平整度,满足投影性能要求,对光线的反射效果较好。
本申请中的连接卡条3为中间连接结构,一端用于连接连接件2,另一端与幕布框架1连接,从而将幕布10的一端固定于幕布框架1上。
其中一实施例中,请参阅图6和图7,图6为连接卡条的结构示意图,图7为图6的侧面视图,连接卡条3的一端为卡口31,幕布10包裹连接件2卡入卡口31内,使得连接件2与连接卡条3相卡接,从而 使幕布10的端部100也卡入连接卡条3内。连接卡条3的另一端设有调节件安装孔32,调节件4穿过安装凸台14的通孔15后进入调节件安装孔32内,从而与连接卡条3相连接,调节件4运动时对连接件2、连接卡条3及幕布10形成拉力。连接卡条3与长边框11和短边框12的长度相适配,卡口31可以为一边开口的中空圆柱体,连接件2连带幕布10卡入卡口31内,卡口31下端为内部形成空腔的长方体,调节件安装孔32设于长方体底部,且沿连接卡条3的径向开设。对幕布10进行安装时,长方体的底面与安装凸台14的顶面相接触,调节件安装孔32和通孔15的位置相对应,调节件4从安装凸台14底部插入,穿过通孔15后进入调节件安装孔32,从而与连接卡条3相连接,调节件4带动连接卡条3运动,连接卡条3又带动连接件2和幕布10进行运动。通过调节调节件4在幕布框架1上的位置,改变调节件4对幕布10的拉力,即可以调整幕布10的张力,从而调节幕布10的平整度,使幕布10的张力可调。
本申请中的通孔15和调节件安装孔32的位置相对应,孔径均与调节件4的直径相适配。在具体实施例中,通孔15的孔径可以略大于调节件4的直径,调节件安装孔32的孔径等于调节件4的直径,便于安装和对幕布10的张力进行调节。
与上述实施例中的连接卡条3相对应的,连接件2为圆柱体玻璃纤维杆,玻璃纤维杆是以玻璃纤维及其制品(玻璃布、带、毡、纱等)作为增强材料,以合成树脂作基体材料的一种复合材料,具有重量轻强度高的优点,可承受较大的弯曲和剪切应力。本申请中的连接件2在安装使用过程中,需进行拉力传递,因此将连接件2设置为圆柱体玻璃纤维杆,安装时可以直接插入到连接卡条3的卡口31内,简单快捷,同时可以承受较大的拉力,满足使用的强度要求,也减轻了整个幕布张紧装置的重量。
本实施例中的连接件2可以为一体的整条杆,从连接卡条3的卡口31的一端插入,由于连接件2的直径大于卡扣31的开口,且连接件2承受的拉力只需将幕布10张紧即可,拉力不会过大,因此连接件2无 法从卡口31内脱离。另一实施例中,连接件2也可以一分为二,分别从卡口31的两端插入,以便于安装和拆卸。本申请的连接件2、连接卡条3和幕布框架1之间的安装关系请参阅图8-图10,图8为连接件、连接卡条和幕布框架安装后的局部视图,图9为图8的侧面视图,图10为图9安装调节件后的侧面视图。
本申请中的调节件4可以有多种形式,只要可以穿过安装凸台14的通孔15和连接卡条3的调节件安装孔32,与连接卡条3相连接,从而带动连接卡条3运动即可。
其中一实施例中,调节件4包括螺栓和螺母,螺母设于螺栓的端部,用于对螺栓进行限位。安装方式为将螺栓从安装凸台14底部插入通孔15内,再穿过调节件安装孔32,然后将螺母与螺栓连接,这样将螺栓卡于连接卡条3内,螺栓的上下运动带动连接卡条3、连接件2和幕布10共同运动,从而将幕布10张紧,此时,调节螺栓的位置即可调节幕布10的张力大小,并且,使用螺栓的方式调节屏幕的张紧力相比于使用弹簧实现屏幕的张紧力调节,能够弥补弹簧拉紧后固定弹力,无法调节张力的缺陷,进一步增强幕布张紧装置的安装调节可靠性。
另一实施例中,如图11所示,图11为调节件另一实施例的结构示意图,调节件4包括拉杆41、轴42以及凸轮43;拉杆41穿过通孔15,且一端伸入调节件安装孔32内,另一端与轴42螺纹连接;凸轮43安装于轴42上,绕轴42转动,凸轮43的外表面在转动过程中与安装凸台14相抵接或相脱离,从而使拉杆41带动幕布10张紧或释放。拉杆41与上述实施例中的螺栓的作用相同,轴42与拉杆41垂直,凸轮43可绕轴42进行转动。凸轮43的外表面为不规则圆弧,多个圆弧的半径不同,当凸轮43转动到半径较大的圆弧处时,凸轮43外表面与安装凸台14相抵接,当凸轮43转动到半径较小的圆弧处时,凸轮43外表面与安装凸台14相脱离,凸轮43在转动过程中,与安装凸台14之间的距离不断变化,对拉杆41施加的拉力也不相同,从而调节幕布10的张力大小。相比上述实施例中的螺栓和螺母,本实施例中采用凸轮43的转动来对幕布10的张力进行调节,调节效率更高,实现幕布10的快速 安装和调试。
本申请的调节件4的数量为多个,且多个调节件4均匀分布于幕布框架1上。同样的,通孔15和调节件安装孔32的数量与调节件4的数量相匹配。本实施例中在幕布框架1的长边框11上均设置8组调节件4,在短边框12上设置4组调节件4,同样的,长边框11上对应设置8个通孔15和8个调节件安装孔32,短边框12上对应设置4个通孔15和4个调节件安装孔32,使幕布10的张力通过多个调节件4进行调节,对幕布10的各个区域的张力分别调节,从而使幕布10整体达到使用所要求的平整度。
本实施例中的幕布框架1外部还设有外框6和包角件7,请参阅图12,图12为外框和包角件的局部视图。外框6与幕布框架1螺栓连接,包裹于长边框11和短边框12的外部;包角件7包裹长边框11与短边框12的连接处。外框6和包角件7用于保护幕布框架1,避免撞击造成的损坏,同时也可以将螺栓孔和螺栓等部件隐藏,盖住幕布10的边线,起到装饰和美化的作用。
本申请中幕布张紧装置还包括幕布承载件20,请参阅图13和图14,图13为幕布和幕布承载件的结构示意图,图14为幕布承载件边缘的结构示意图,幕布10与幕布承载件20结合为一体,幕布承载件20的边缘突出于幕布10的边缘;幕布承载件20突出幕布10的边缘翻折形成套筒30,连接件2插入套筒30内。本实施例中的幕布承载件20为尼龙布,尺寸比幕布10略大,幕布承载件20的每个边缘突出幕布10边缘30~40mm,包覆在幕布10的背面。幕布承载件20可以与幕布10通过粘胶粘贴为一体,也可以将幕布10缝纫在幕布承载件20的边缘。幕布承载件20突出的边缘翻折固定形成套筒30,套筒30为圆形套筒,直径略大于连接件2的直径,使连接件2可以较容易的放置在套筒30内。设置幕布承载件20的目的为在调节幕布10的张力时,使幕布承载件20受拉力,带动幕布10张紧,幕布10不直接受到较大的拉力,防止幕布10损坏,提高幕布10的使用寿命。
本实施例中的幕布张紧装置还包括滑块8,请参阅图3及图15,图 15为滑块和固定板的安装示意图,幕布框架1朝向幕布框架1组成的长方形的中心的一端设有槽体17,墙体上设有固定板40;滑块8的一端插入槽体17内,另一端与固定板40滑动连接。幕布框架1上端部凸台16的对侧形成槽体17,滑块8的一端形成台阶形状,插入槽体17内固定,另一端与固定板40滑动连接,固定板40上设有滑槽,滑块8可在固定板40上沿滑槽滑动。通常固定板40的滑槽沿墙面竖直方向固定,这样通过滑块8的滑动即可带动幕布框架1沿墙面竖直方向运动,调整幕布框架1在墙体上的固定位置。同时,滑块8也可在槽体17内滑动,使幕布框架1左右横向位移,调节幕布框1的水平位置。
本实施例中的幕布框架1上还设有金属片9,请参阅图16,图16为金属片和磁铁的安装示意图,墙体上安装有磁铁50,金属片9与磁铁50磁力相吸从而将幕布框架1固定于墙体上,这样在安装幕布框架1时,可以先对幕布框架1的一侧进行固定和限位,再对另一侧进行位置调整,便于安装时的定位。
本实施例中的滑块8与金属片9分别设于幕布框架1的相对两侧边上。进一步的,滑块8与金属片9分别设于幕布框架1的两个长边框11上,请参阅图17,图17为幕布张紧装置的整体结构示意图,滑块8位于上部的长边框11上,金属片9位于下部的长边框11上,使幕布框架1可以较方便的调整在墙体上的高度。当然,滑块8与金属片9也可以设置于幕布框架1的两个短边框12上,从而对幕布框架1进行水平方向的移动。
使用本发明的幕布张紧装置,设置对应的可直线运动的调节件,通过连接卡条和连接件对幕布施加相反方向的拉力,使幕布张紧,通过调节调节件即可调整幕布张力大小,满足用户不同的使用需求;由于采用螺栓或者凸轮与拉杆配合的方式代替现有的使用弹簧的方式调节屏幕的张紧力,能够弥补弹簧拉紧后固定弹力,无法调节张力的缺陷,进一步增强幕布张紧装置的安装调节可靠性;由于采用了将连接件设置于屏幕承载件的套筒中并使得连接件卡扣于连接卡条的卡口中,能够有效避免对幕布的损坏,能够使得幕布受力更均衡,防止幕布损坏,提高幕布 的使用寿命。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布张紧装置包括:
    幕布,用于反射投影光线,所述幕布包括至少两个相对的端部以及位于两个端部之间的中间部分;
    幕布框架,用于承载所述幕布,所述幕布框架包括入光面和背光面,所述幕布框架的入光面承载所述中间部分,所述幕布框架的背光面承载所述至少两个相对的端部,所述幕布框架被所述幕布从所述入光面方向向所述背光面方向包裹;
    连接件,设于所述幕布的至少两个相对的端部,用于带动所述幕布运动;
    连接卡条,设于所述连接件的外侧,且一端与所述连接件相卡接,另一端与所述幕布框架相配合,用于将所述幕布间接固定于所述幕布框架上;
    调节件,穿设于所述幕布框架和所述连接卡条之间,用于控制所述连接卡条沿垂直于所述幕布框架的边框的方向直线运动,进而带动所述连接件运动,相对两端的两个所述连接件对所述幕布形成相反方向的拉力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布框架至少包括两个相对的边框,两个相对的边框用于对所述幕布提供支撑力,还包括连接杆,所述连接杆连接两个相对的边框的中心,以支撑所述两个相对的边框。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布框架包括两个相对的长边框以及两个相对的短边框,两个所述短边框分别与两个所述长边框首尾相连;
    所述短边框与所述长边框的连接处设有固定件,所述固定件的一端与所述短边框连接,另一端与所述长边框相连接,从而将相邻的所述短边框与所述长边框固定为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布 框架的背光面设有向外延伸的安装凸台,所述安装凸台内设有沿边框方向贯穿所述安装凸台的通孔,所述调节件穿过所述通孔与所述连接卡条相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述安装凸台设于所述幕布框架上靠近所述幕布框架中心的一端,在远离所述幕布框架中心的一端设有端部凸台;
    所述幕布的端部与所述中间部分的连接部分与所述端部凸台相接触,使所述幕布的中间部分悬空。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述连接卡条的一端为卡口,所述幕布包裹所述连接件卡入所述卡口内,使得所述连接件与所述连接卡条相卡接;
    所述连接卡条的另一端设有调节件安装孔,所述调节件穿过所述通孔后进入所述调节件安装孔内,从而与所述连接卡条相连接,所述调节件运动时对所述连接件、所述连接卡条及所述幕布形成拉力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述调节件包括螺栓和螺母,所述螺母设于所述螺栓的端部,用于对所述螺栓进行限位。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述调节件包括拉杆、轴以及凸轮;
    所述拉杆穿过所述通孔,且一端伸入所述调节件安装孔内,另一端与所述轴螺纹连接;
    所述凸轮安装于所述轴上,绕所述轴转动,所述凸轮的外表面在转动过程中与所述安装凸台相抵接或相脱离,从而使所述拉杆带动所述幕布张紧或释放。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述通孔和所述调节件安装孔的位置相对应,孔径均与所述调节件的直径相适配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述调节件为多个,且多个所述调节件均匀分布于所述幕布框架上。
  11. 根据权利要求3所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布框架外部还设有外框和包角件;
    所述外框与所述幕布框架螺栓连接,包裹于所述长边框和所述短边框的外部;
    所述包角件包裹所述长边框与所述短边框的连接处。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布张紧装置还包括幕布承载件,所述幕布与所述幕布承载件结合为一体,所述幕布承载件的边缘突出于所述幕布的边缘;
    所述幕布承载件突出所述幕布的边缘翻折形成套筒,所述连接件插入所述套筒内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布框架上还设有滑块;
    所述幕布框架朝向所述幕布框架中心的一端设有槽体,墙体上设有固定板;
    所述滑块的一端插入所述槽体内,另一端与所述固定板滑动连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述幕布框架上还设有金属片,所述墙体上安装有磁铁,所述金属片与所述磁铁磁力相吸从而将所述幕布框架固定于所述墙体上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的幕布张紧装置,其特征在于,所述滑块与所述金属片分别设于所述幕布框架的相对两侧边上。
