作为另一种实施例,所述阻尼组件包括绳索和与所述绳索连接的缓降器;一个所述阻尼组件上的所述缓降器设于所述连接部分的第一端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;另一个所述阻尼组件上的所述缓降器设于所述连接部分的第二端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接。
作为另一种实施例,所述阻尼组件包括第一绳索、第二绳索及阻尼转轴,所述第一绳索和所述第二绳索以相反的方向缠绕于所述阻尼转轴上;一个所述阻尼组件上的所述阻尼转轴设于所述连接部分的第一端,所述第一绳索和所述第二绳索的端部分别与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;另一个所述阻尼组件上的所述阻尼转轴设于所述连接部分的第二端,所述第一绳索和所述第 二绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接。
本发明还提出一种使用如上所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置的马鞍式窗机的安装方法,所述安装方法包括:将一个所述阻尼组件安装至所述连接部分的第一端,其端部与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;将另一个所述阻尼组件安装至所述连接部分的第二端,其端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接;将所述马鞍式窗机连同所述底座和两个所述阻尼组件一起搬至窗口处,将所述底座放置于所述窗口上,所述室内部分位于室内侧,所述室外部分位于室外侧;所述连接部分随所述阻尼组件的拉伸逐渐朝靠近所述底座的方向运动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明提出一种马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置及安装方法,辅助安装装置包括底座和两个阻尼组件,底座位于连接部分的下方、且与连接部分之间形成一定距离,其中一个阻尼组件设于连接部分上靠近室内部分的一端,其端部分别与底座和室内部分连接;另一个阻尼组件设于连接部分上靠近室外部分的一端,其端部分别与底座和室外部分连接。安装时,先将两个阻尼组件安装至连接部分上,将阻尼组件的两端分别与底座、室内部分及室外部分连接,再将马鞍式窗机连同辅助安装装置一起搬至窗口上,底座坐落于窗口上,马鞍式窗机在重力作用下向下移动,带动阻尼组件拉伸,在阻尼组件的作用下,连接部分逐渐朝靠近底座的方向运动,从而实现马鞍式窗机缓慢下落。辅助安装装置结构简单、且便于操作。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖”、“横”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
本发明公开一种马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,应用于马鞍式窗机的安装过程中,参照图1,马鞍式窗机20包括室内部分21、室外部分23及连接部分22,其中,室内部分21位于室内侧、且位于窗口的下方,室外部分23位于室外侧、且位于窗口的下方,连接部分22用于连接室内部分21和室外部分23,窗机整体外形呈倒U型结构。连接部分22有可伸缩和不可伸缩两种形 式,当采用可伸缩模式时,连接部分22的长度可调节,以适应不同尺寸的窗口。当马鞍式窗机20安装至窗口处后,连接部分22坐落于窗口上,室内部分21和室外部分23均位于窗口的下方,可以避免窗机遮挡阳光。
为了便于下文描述,定义连接部分22靠近室内部分的一端为连接部分第一端221,连接部分22靠近室外部分的一端为连接部分第二端222,连接部分第一端221到连接部分第二端222之间为连接部分的长度方向L。
辅助安装装置10包括底座12和两个结构相同的阻尼组件,其中,底座12位于连接部分22的下方、且与连接部分22之间形成一定距离d;其中一个阻尼组件设于连接部分第一端221,该阻尼组件的端部分别与底座12和室内部分22连接;另一个阻尼组件设于连接部分第二端222,该阻尼组件的端部分别与底座12和室外部分23连接。参照图2至图4,将辅助安装装置10安装至马鞍式窗机20上后,阻尼组件处于原始状态(即未拉伸状态)或微拉伸状态,将辅助安装装置10和马鞍式窗机20一起搬至窗口上,底座12坐落于窗口上,马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动,带动阻尼组件拉伸,在阻尼组件的作用下,连接部分22逐渐朝靠近底座12的方向运动,也即底座12与连接部分22下表面之间的距离d逐渐减小,从而实现马鞍式窗机20缓慢下落。辅助安装装置10结构简单、且便于操作。
连接部分22上设有导向部(未图示),阻尼组件的部分置于导向部内,避免阻尼组件在拉伸运动过程中发生偏移,运动更加平稳。导向部可以为设置在连接部分22上表面和/或侧壁上的导向件,导向件上设有导向孔,阻尼组件穿设于导向孔中,阻尼组件沿导向孔往复拉伸运动。导向部也可以为设置在连接部分22上表面和/或侧壁上的凹槽,阻尼组件有部分置于该凹槽内,阻尼组件沿凹槽往复拉伸运动。
当辅助安装装置10固定安装至马鞍式窗机20上后,底座12的下表面内收于室内部分21的下表面和室外部分23的下表面,这样,底座12与室内部分21、室外部分23之间形成一个高度较矮的倒U型结构,当马鞍式窗机20连同底座12和阻尼组件一起放置于窗口上时,该高度较矮的倒U型结构起到了一定的定位、卡接作用,也即,将马鞍式窗机20初步定位、卡接于窗口上,当马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动时,可以保证下落后的室内部分21位于室内侧而不会与窗口产生运动干涉,室外部分23位于室外侧而不会与窗口产生运动干涉。
本发明给出四种马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置实施例,第一实施例中阻尼组件包括弹力绳111和压条118;第二实施例中阻尼组件包括绳索组件和压条118,绳索组件包括弹簧112和设于弹簧112两端的绳索113;第三实施例中阻尼组件包括绳索113和与绳索113连接的缓降器114;第四实施例中阻尼组件包括第一绳索116、第二绳索117及阻尼转轴115,第一绳索116和第二绳索117以相反的方向缠绕于阻尼转轴115上。下文对这四种实施例进行逐一详述。
第一实施例:
参照图2至图6,阻尼组件包括弹力绳111和压条118,因辅助安装装置10包括两个阻尼组件,则在第一实施例中也即包括两根弹力绳111,一根弹力绳111设于连接部分第一端221,其端部分别与底座12和室内部分21连接,另一根弹力绳111设于连接部分第二端222,其端部分别与底座12和室外部分23连接。压条118通过螺钉或卡接或粘接等固定方式与连接部分22连接,弹力绳111被压设于压条118和连接部分22之间。压条118对弹力绳111起到限位作用,避免弹力绳111在拉伸过程中发生位置偏移。
当马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动时,弹力绳111受力拉伸,弹力绳111的拉力反作用于马鞍式窗机20,从而实现马鞍式窗机20的缓慢下降。随着拉力绳111的不断拉伸,底座12与连接部分22下表面之间的距离d逐渐减小,直至底座12与连接部分22的下表面抵接。对于可伸缩式的连接部分22,再调整连接部分22的长度尺寸使其适用于相对应的窗口尺寸即可。
压条118可以为两个,每个压条118用于压设一根弹力绳111,压条118也可以为一个,本实施例采用一个,作为一种优选实施例,压条118沿连接部分的长度方向L设于连接部分22的中间位置处。为了便于实现对弹力绳111的限位,压条118的两端分别设有凹坑1181,参照图6,弹力绳111被压设于凹坑1181与连接部分22的上表面之间,凹坑1181可以进一步避免弹力绳111的偏移。需要说明的是,当弹力绳111置于凹坑1181内时,弹力绳111可以设置为被凹坑1181和连接部分22的上表面紧紧压住无法移动,也可以设置为弹力绳111可以在凹坑1181和连接部分的上表面之间左右移动,只要保证弹力绳111无法在连接部分的长度方向L上产生偏移即可。压条118也可以设置多个,沿连接部分的宽度方向W均匀布置,每一个压条 118同时压设两根弹力绳111。
室内部分的背板211上和室外部分的背板221上分别设有固定片24,固定片24上设有第一固定孔241,弹力绳111的端部穿设于第一固定孔241中。底座12位于固定片24的上方,避免马鞍式窗机20在下降过程中固定片对底座12产生运动干涉。同时,固定片24的尺寸也不宜过大,避免固定片24对马鞍式窗机20的下降产生运动干涉。
底座12的四个角上分别设有第二固定孔121,弹力绳111的端部与第二固定孔121固定连接。安装时,将弹力绳111的端部先穿入第一固定孔241内,再穿入第二固定孔121内,然后将弹力绳111的端部在第二固定孔121处缠绕打结即可,避免弹力绳111从第一固定孔241和第二固定孔121中脱落。
当弹力绳111同时穿入第一固定孔241和第二固定孔121内时,优选地,弹力绳111在上下方向上处于垂直状态,这样弹力绳111在拉伸形变时可以减小对底座12和固定片24的作用力,提高装置可靠性。
连接部分22的下表面优选地在其四个角处设有凹部(未图示),当连接部分22下降至靠近底座12时,弹力绳111端部的打结部位正好落入该凹部内,使底座12与连接部分22的下表面能够紧密贴合,使安装于窗口上的马鞍式窗机20更加稳固、美观。
底座12的尺寸设置为不大于连接部分22下表面的尺寸,这样,当连接部分22下降至与底座12抵接时,可以保证底座12不外露,更加美观。
第二实施例、第三实施例及第四实施例中,阻尼组件的端部与底座12、室内部分21、室外部分23之间的连接结构一样,故不再赘述,仅对它们之间的不同之处进行说明。
第二实施例:
参照图7,阻尼组件包括绳索组件和压条118,绳索组件包括弹簧112和设于弹簧112两端的绳索113。一根绳索组件上的弹簧112设于连接部分第一端221,设于弹簧112两端的绳索113的端部分别与底座12和室内部分21连接;另一根绳索组件上的弹簧112设于连接部分第二端222,设于弹簧112两端的绳索113的端部分别与底座12和室外部分23连接。压条118通过螺钉或卡接或粘接等固定方式与连接部分22连接,弹簧112被压设于压条118和连接部分22之间。压条118起到限位弹簧112的作用,避免弹簧 112在拉伸过程中发生位置偏移。
当马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动时,弹簧112受力拉伸,弹簧112的拉力反作用于马鞍式窗机20,从而实现马鞍式窗机20的缓慢下降。随着弹簧112的不断拉伸,底座12与连接部分22下表面之间的距离d逐渐减小,直至底座12与连接部分22的下表面抵接。对于可伸缩式的连接部分22,再调整连接部分22的长度尺寸使其适用于相对应的窗口尺寸即可。
第三实施例:
参照图8,阻尼组件包括绳索113和与绳索113连接的缓降器114,每一个阻尼组件包括两个缓降器114,每个缓降器114连接一条绳索113。其中一个阻尼组件上的两个缓降器114设于连接部分第一端221的上表面,两条绳索113分别与底座12和室内部分21连接。另一个阻尼组件上的两个缓降器114设于连接部分第二端222的上表面,两条绳索113分别与底座12和室外部分23连接。
当马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动时,绳索113在缓降器114的作用下缓慢伸出,随着绳索113的不断伸出,底座12与连接部分22下表面之间的距离d逐渐减小,实现马鞍式窗机20的缓慢下降,直至底座12与连接部分22的下表面抵接。对于可伸缩式的连接部分22,再调整连接部分22的长度尺寸使其适用于相对应的窗口尺寸即可。
第四实施例:
参照图9,阻尼组件包括第一绳索116、第二绳索117及阻尼转轴115,第一绳索116和第二绳索117以相反的方向缠绕于阻尼转轴115上。其中一个阻尼组件上的阻尼转轴115设于连接部分第一端221的上表面,第一绳索116和第二绳索117的端部分别与底座12和室内部分21连接。另一个阻尼组件上的阻尼转轴115设于连接部分第二端222的上表面,第一绳索116和第二绳索117的端部分别与底座12和室外部分23连接。
当马鞍式窗机20在重力作用下向下移动时,第一绳索116和第二绳索117在阻尼转轴115的作用下缓慢旋出,随着第一绳索116和第二绳索117的不断旋出,底座12与连接部分22下表面之间的距离d逐渐减小,实现马鞍式窗机20的缓慢下降,直至底座12与连接部分22的下表面抵接。对于可伸缩式的连接部分22,再调整连接部分22的长度尺寸使其适用于相对应的窗口尺寸即可。
马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置的安装方法包括:
将一个阻尼组件安装至连接部分第一端221,其端部与底座12和室内部分22连接;
将另一个阻尼组件安装至连接部分第二端222,其端部与底座12和室外部分23连接;
将马鞍式窗机20连同辅助安装装置10一起搬至窗口处,将底座12放置于窗口上,室内部分21位于室内侧,室外部分23位于室外侧;
连接部分22随阻尼组件的拉伸逐渐朝靠近底座12的方向运动。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,所述马鞍式窗机包括位于室内侧的室内部分、位于室外侧的室外部分及位于窗口上的连接部分,所述连接部分的第一端与所述室内部分连接,所述连接部分的第二端与所述室外部分连接;
    其中,所述辅助安装装置包括:
    底座,其位于所述连接部分的下方,与所述连接部分之间形成一定距离;
    两个阻尼组件,其中一个所述阻尼组件设于所述连接部分的第一端,其端部分别与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;另一个所述阻尼组件设于所述连接部分的第二端,其端部分别与所述底座和所述室外部分连接;
    所述连接部分随两个所述阻尼组件的拉伸逐渐朝靠近所述底座的方向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述连接部分上设有导向部,所述阻尼组件的部分置于所述导向部中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述阻尼组件包括弹力绳和压条;
    一根所述弹力绳设于所述连接部分的第一端,其端部分别与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;
    另一根所述弹力绳设于所述连接部分的第二端,其端部分别与所述底座和所述室外部分连接;
    所述压条与所述连接部分连接,所述弹力绳被压设于所述压条和所述连接部分之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述压条沿所述连接部分的长度方向设于所述连接部分上表面的中间位置处,所述压条的两端分别设有凹坑,所述弹力绳被压设于所述凹坑与所述连接部分的上表面之间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述室内部分的背板上和所述室外部分的背板上分别设有固定片,所述固定片上设有第一固定孔,所述弹力绳穿设于所述第一固定孔中;
    所述底座位于所述固定片的上方。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述底座的四个角上分别设有第二固定孔,所述弹力绳的端部与所述第 二固定孔连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述阻尼组件包括绳索组件和压条,所述绳索组件包括弹簧和设于所述弹簧两端的绳索;
    一根所述绳索组件上的所述弹簧设于所述连接部分的第一端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;
    另一根所述绳索组件上的所述弹簧设于所述连接部分的第二端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接;
    所述压条与所述连接部分连接,所述弹簧被压设于所述压条和所述连接部分之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述阻尼组件包括绳索和与所述绳索连接的缓降器;
    一个所述阻尼组件上的所述缓降器设于所述连接部分的第一端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;
    另一个所述阻尼组件上的所述缓降器设于所述连接部分的第二端,所述绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置,其中,
    所述阻尼组件包括第一绳索、第二绳索及阻尼转轴,所述第一绳索和所述第二绳索以相反的方向缠绕于所述阻尼转轴上;
    一个所述阻尼组件上的所述阻尼转轴设于所述连接部分的第一端,所述第一绳索和所述第二绳索的端部分别与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;
    另一个所述阻尼组件上的所述阻尼转轴设于所述连接部分的第二端,所述第一绳索和所述第二绳索的端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接。
  10. 一种使用如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机辅助安装装置的马鞍式窗机的安装方法,其中,所述安装方法包括:
    将一个所述阻尼组件安装至所述连接部分的第一端,其端部与所述底座和所述室内部分连接;
    将另一个所述阻尼组件安装至所述连接部分的第二端,其端部与所述底座和所述室外部分连接;
    将所述马鞍式窗机连同所述辅助安装装置一起搬至窗口处,将所述底座放置于所述窗口上,所述室内部分位于室内侧,所述室外部分位于室外侧;
    所述连接部分随所述阻尼组件的拉伸逐渐朝靠近所述底座的方向运动。
