其次,现有技术中,衬套7相对于孔转动时会发生较为严重的磨损,降低了衬套7的使用寿命,采用上述结构,由于衬套7的定位部9与连接孔11的横截面非圆,使得定位部9安装到连接孔11内时,会通过定位部9与连接孔11的形状进行周向限位,使得定位部9与连接孔11之间不会转动,进而使得衬套7与连接件5之间不会相对转动,从而使得衬套7不会与连接孔11之间发生磨损,提高了衬套7的使用寿命。
基于上述结构,衬套7即可以沿周向方向上相对于连接件5定位,又可以位于连接轴6与连接件5之间保证转动的稳定性,使得电动推杆3相对于床体和床架2转动时可以仅通过连接轴6相对于连接件5转动即可,使得电动推杆3相对于床体和床架2转动时更加稳定,进而使得床板1折叠时更加稳定且噪音更小。
现有技术中,由于电动推杆3伸缩以控制床体折叠时,相对于床体和床架2转动时会带动连接轴6对衬套7施加压力,衬套7会对连接孔11的施加压力,并且随着转动可以使得施加的压力方向进行改变,导致衬套7相对于连接孔11进行转动的同时会对连接孔11施加不同方向压力,进而使得衬套7沿周向方向上的多个位置均会发生磨损,且一个位置的磨损程度会增加,使得进一步降低了衬套7的使用寿命,而采用上述结构,连接轴6与连接孔11之间通过衬套7实现周向方向的定位,从而使得衬套7对连接孔11施加不同方向的压力时,衬套7不会发生进一步的磨损,使得衬套7与连接孔11之间可以承受沿多个方向的压力,从而可以进一步提高衬套7的使用寿命。
此外,现有技术中,床板1和床架2与电动推杆3相连的位置通常为金属件,衬套7通常为塑料件,塑料件与金属件摩擦时,由于金属件表面相对光滑,增加了塑料件相对于金属件摩擦的几率,从而增加了塑料件的磨损,而采用上述结构,衬套7不与连接孔11相对转动,故而二者之间不发生摩擦,从而减少了塑料件的磨损,增加了塑料件的使用寿命。
其中,衬套7的外表面可以与连接孔11的内表面全部接触,亦可以部分接触,同时也可以不接触,仅需要使得衬套7与连接孔11之间不会相对转动或者相对转动的幅度较小即可。
为了优化床板1和床架2与电动推杆3之间的连接,本实施例优选所述床板1和/或床架2包括连接件5,所述连接孔11位于所述连接件5上,采用连接件5相连,可以使得电动推杆3在与床板1和床架2相连时,通过连接件5进行连 接,使得当连接的位置损坏时,可以直接更换连接件5即可,不需要更换整个床板1或床架2,从而使得电动床维修售后时更加方便,其次,由于床板1和床架2的尺寸较大,采用疲劳强度较高的材料成本较高,采用连接件5可以将连接件5设置为疲劳强度较高的材料,既可以使得电动推杆3与床板1或床架2相连的位置具有较好的抗疲劳损坏的能力,又可以节省成本,同时使用者可以通过改变连接件5的尺寸,来改变电动推杆3与床板1和床架2相连的位置,使得电动推杆3可以通过不同角度的转动和不同的转动位置来控制床板1的折叠,增加了折叠控制组件的适用范围,同时也使得折叠控制组件安装时更加方便。
为了使电动推杆3能够更好地控制床板1折叠,本实施例优选所述床板1包括固定架4,所述连接件5位于固定架4上,通常相对于电动推杆3和连接件5,床板1的尺寸较大,连接件5直接安装在床板1上时,连接件5与床板1相连的位置一端受到床板1自身重力的压力,另一端受到电动推杆3伸缩时对其施加的支撑力,使得连接件5与床板1相连的位置容易损坏,降低了床板1的使用寿命,采用固定架4进行连接,可以通过固定架4将床板1自身重力的压力和电动推杆3伸缩时对其施加的支撑力进行分解,减小一个位置的受力,从而使得连接件5与床板1相连的位置不会很容易地损坏,从而增加了床板1的使用寿命。
为了使衬套7能够更好地安装在连接轴6与连接孔11之间,本实施例优选所述衬套7中定位部9的横截面形状为椭圆形,即连接孔11的横截面形状也为椭圆形,采用椭圆形,可以使得定位部9的外表面为弧形面和平面,没有呈角度的角,从而便于衬套7安装在连接孔11内。
为了使衬套7不会沿轴向方向滑脱出连接孔11,本实施例优选所述衬套7还包括限位部8,所述限位部8表面与连接件5的表面接触以实现沿轴向方向的限位,从而使得衬套7不会沿轴向方向滑脱出连接孔11。
为了使衬套7安装定位地更加牢固,本实施例优选所述定位部9沿所述连接轴6的轴向方向上的长度大于连接孔11的宽度,使得衬套7的定位部9可以穿过连接孔11,从而使得衬套7的连接孔11的内表面可以有较多的位置接触到定位部9的外表面,从而使得衬套7安装定位地更加牢固,同时可以增加衬套7的适用范围,对具有不同尺寸的连接孔11的连接件5均可适用。
为了使衬套7可以相对于连接件5固定,本实施例优选所述定位部9的外表面与连接孔11的内表面之间为过盈配合,使得衬套7可以相对于连接件5固定, 从而使得衬套7不会滑脱出连接孔11,保证衬套7安装后的稳定性。
为了防止连接轴6滑脱,本实施例优选所述连接轴6的两端均采用开口销进行限位,通过开口销限位可以使得连接轴6沿轴线方向受到限位,从而防止连接轴6滑脱,本实施例优选开口销为R形销,可以使得开口销安装拆卸更加方便,同时使得开口销定位后更加稳定,不易脱开。
为了使电动推杆3和连接件5之间更加稳定牢固,本实施例优选所述连接件5包括左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板上均设有用于穿插连接轴6的连接孔11,所述电动推杆3的端部位于左侧板和右侧板之间,通过左侧板和右侧板同时与连接轴6相连,且电动推杆3的端部位于左侧板和右侧板之间可以使得电动推杆3和连接件5之间连接的更加稳定牢固。
实施例二:
本实施例公布了一种电动床,本实施例包括床板1、床架2和折叠控制组件,本实施中所述的折叠控制组件采用实施例一或与其相等同的实施方式的用于电动床的折叠控制组件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,包括用于两端分别与床板和床架转动连接的电动推杆,其特征在于:所述床板和床架与所述电动推杆之间均设有用于实现相对转动的连接轴,所述床板和床架上均设有用于穿插连接轴的连接孔,所述床板和/或床架上的连接孔与连接轴之间设有衬套,所述衬套包括定位部,所述定位部的横截面非圆,所述连接孔的横截面形状与定位部的横截面形状相同,且所述定位部安装在连接孔内以实现沿周向方向的限位,所述衬套内设有用于穿插连接轴的通孔。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述床板和/或床架包括连接件,所述连接孔位于所述连接件上。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述床板包括固定架,所述连接件位于固定架上。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述衬套中定位部的横截面形状为椭圆形。
  5. 按照权利要求2所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述衬套还包括限位部,所述限位部表面与连接件的表面接触以实现沿轴向方向的限位。
  6. 按照权利要求1所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述定位部沿所述连接轴的轴向方向上的长度大于连接孔的宽度。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述定位部的外表面与连接孔的内表面之间为过盈配合。
  8. 按照权利要求1所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述连接轴的两端均采用开口销进行限位。
  9. 按照权利要求2所述的一种用于电动床的折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述连接件包括左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板上均设有用于穿插连接轴的连接孔,所述电动推杆的端部位于左侧板和右侧板之间。
  10. 一种电动床,包括床板、床架和折叠控制组件,其特征在于:所述的折叠控制组件采用如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于电动床的折叠控制组件。
