  1. 一种高效的纺织面料印花装置,包括工作台(1)和布料箱(2),所述布料箱(2)固定安装在工作台(1)左侧;其特征在于,所述工作台(1)上表面左侧固定安装有两个第一支架(4),两个第一支架(4)之间转动连接有第一定位辊(3);所述工作台(1)上表面还固定安装有传送机构,所述传送机构位于第一支架(4)右侧,所述传送机构上方设置有用以向传送机构上的纺织面料喷水的雾化喷头(9);所述工作台(1)上表面还固定安装有除皱机构,所述除皱机构位于传送机构右侧,所述除皱机构包括有固定安装在工作台(1)上表面的固定板(16),所述固定板(16)上固定安装有电动伸缩杆(17),所述电动伸缩杆(17)的上端固定连接有连杆(18),所述连杆(18)远离电动伸缩杆(17)的一端下侧固定安装有安装块(19),所述安装块(19)下侧固定安装有第一电热板(20),所述第一电热板(20)正下方设置有通过支撑柱(22)固定安装在工作台(1)上侧的第二电热板(21);所述工作台(1)上表面还固定安装有烘干机构,所述烘干机构位于除皱机构右方;所述工作台(1)上表面还固定安装有印花机构,所述印花机构包括有通过固定柱(29)固定安装于工作台(1)上侧的印花台(30)和通过固定杆(31)固定安装于工作台(1)上侧的印花机(32),所述印花机(32)位于印花台(30)正上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述传送机构包括固定安装在工作台(1)上表面的四个支杆(5),左右相邻的两个支杆(5)上端固定安装有连板(7),两个所述连板(7)之间转动连接有若干传送辊(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(1)下侧固定安装有水箱(11),所述水箱(11)中固定安装有微型泵(12),所述微型泵(12)上侧固定连接有水管(10),所述水管(10)穿设过工作台(1)与固定安装在雾化喷头(9)上侧的雾化器(8)固定连接;所述工作台(1)上表面还设置有集水槽(15),所述集水槽(15)位于若干所述传送辊(6)的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述传送机构与除皱机构之间的工作台(1)上固定安装有两个第二支架(14),两个所述第二支架(14)之间转动连接有第二定位辊(13);所述除皱机构与烘干机构之间的工作台(1)上固定安装有两个第三支架(24),两个所述第三支架(24)之间转动连接有第三定位辊(23);所述烘干机构与印花机构之间的工作台(1)上固定安装有两个第四支架(27),两个所述第四支架(27)之间转动连接有第四定位辊(28)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述烘干机构包括固定安装在工作台(1)上表面的固定架(26),所述固定架(26)上侧固定安装有烘干器(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(1)下侧的支腿底部固定安装有滚轮(40),所述滚轮(40)上设置有用以将滚轮(40)制动的制动闸(41)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织面料印花装置,其特征在于,所述工作台(1)上表面固定安装有支撑架(34),所述支撑架(34)上侧固定安装有冷风机(33),所述冷风机(33)位于印花台(30)右侧;所述冷风机(33)右侧的工作台(1)上还设有收卷机构,所述收卷机构包括固定安装在工作台(1)上的电机架(38),所述电机架(38)上固定安装有电机(37),所述电机(37)的输出端固定连接有转轴(39),所述转轴(39)远离电机(37)的一端转动安装于固定安装在工作台(1)上表面的支板(36)中;所述转轴(39)上固定套设有收卷辊(35)。
