本申请涉及手持云台技术领域,特别涉及一种外接装置、手持云台组件及手持云台。
通常在手持云台等手持设备中,如果在手持设备上固定设置如无线蓝牙、扬声器等扩展功能,会导致手持设备的体积及重量较大,不便于用户握持及携带手持设备,而对于不包含这些扩展功能的手持设备而言,手持设备的功能又太单一,因此,如何实现在有需要的时候使用这些扩展功能,在不需要的时候能够使手持设备恢复到较小的体积,成为需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请的实施方式提供了一种外接装置、手持云台组件及手持云台。
本申请实施方式的外接装置用于与手持云台可拆卸地连接,所述手持云台开设有卡槽,所述外接装置包括本体、卡勾及弹性件,所述卡勾能够相对于所述本体处于锁定位置及释放位置,所述外接装置连接在所述手持云台上时,所述卡勾处于所述锁定位置并与所述卡槽配合;所述卡勾处于释放位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡槽分离;所述弹性件的两端分别连接所述本体及所述卡勾,所述弹性件用于向所述卡勾提供保持在所述锁定位置的回复力;其中,所述卡勾在外力推动下由所述锁定位置切换至所述释放位置,在所述外力撤销时,所述卡勾在所述回复力的作用下由所述释放位置切换至所述锁定位置。

本申请实施方式的外接装置、手持云台组件及手持云台中,通过弹性件施加的回复力使卡勾位于锁定位置并与卡槽配合,可以将外接装置与手持云台固定连接以扩展功能,通过外力推动卡勾运动至释放位置并与卡槽分离,可以将外接装置与手持云台分离,因此,外接装置与手持云台的连接状态便于切换,以满足用户不同的使用需求。

请参阅图1至图3,本申请实施方式提供一种手持云台组件100、200、300,手持云台组件100包括手持云台20及外接装置10,手持云台组件200包括手持云台40及外接装置30,手持云台组件300包括手持云台60及外接装置50。
其中,手持云台组件100、200、300上还可以搭载有负载1a(如图4所示),负载1a可以是相机、闪光灯、智能穿戴设备、手机等任意功能器件。用户可以用手握持手持云台组件100、200、300,通过手持云台组件100、200、300上的操作按钮或触控屏等控制负载1a。
如图1所示的例子中,负载1a为相机,手持云台组件100可以通过搭载的相机进行拍摄,当然,图2及图3所示的例子中的手持云台组件200、300也可以搭载上述的负载1a,在此不再赘述。
手持云台20、40、60上可以设置上述的操作按钮或触控屏。手持云台20、40、60的一端可以与上述的负载1a连接,另一端可以与外接装置10、30、50连接。
外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60可拆卸地连接。其中,外接装置10、30、50可以是可拆卸地连接在手持云台20、40、60的底部;或者,外接装置10、30、50也可以是可拆卸地连接在手持云台20、40、60的侧部;或者,外接装置10、30、50的数量也可以是多个,部分外接装置10、30、50可拆卸地连接在手持云台20、40、60的底部,部分外接装置10、30、50可拆卸地连接在手持云台20、40、60的侧部。
在外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60连接时,外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60可以是仅进行机械连接,或者,外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60也可以是同时进行机械连接及电连接,此时,外接装置10、30、50可以与手持云台20、40、60之间可以进行电信号的传输。
在一个例子中,外接装置10、30、50安装在手持云台20、40、60上时,外接装置10、30、50可用于扩展手持云台20、40、60的功能,例如Wi-Fi功能、蓝牙功能、扬声器功能、充电功能等,丰富手持云台组件100、200、300的功能,提高手持云台组件100、200、300的趣味性。即,外接装置10、30、50包括Wi-Fi模块、蓝牙模块、扬声器模块、充电模块中的至少一种。用户还可以同时握持手持云台20、40、60及外接装置10、30、50,以便于用户握紧手持云台组件100、200、300。
在另一个例子中,外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60分离时,手持云台20、40、60及外接装10、30、50置可以分开放置,以便于携带手持云台组件100、200、300。需要说明的是,外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60分离时,手持云台20、40、60依然可以实现手持云台20、40、60本身的功能,例如控制负载1a的功能。
下面将以图1至图3所示的手持云台组件100、200、300为例手持云台组件进行示例性说明。
其中,图4至图15用于重点对图1所示的手持云台组件100进行说明。
请参阅图4至图6,手持云台组件100包括手持云台20及外接装置10。手持云台20与外接装置10可拆卸地连接。
手持云台20开设有卡槽21,卡槽21可用于与外接装置10可拆卸地连接。
在一个例子中,卡槽21开设在手持云台20的相对的两侧,以使手持云台20通过卡槽21与外接装置10连接时的可靠性较高。当然,卡槽21的具体位置还可以有其他设置,例如卡槽21环绕手持云台20开设,或者,卡槽21开设在手持云台20的一侧等,在此不作限制。
如图7所示的例子,手持云台组件100还可以包括底盖1b。底盖1b可以与手持云台20可拆卸地连接,底盖1b可以与手持云台20连接并遮盖卡槽21。
具体地,底盖1b可以与手持云台20通过过盈配合的方式可拆卸地连接,当底盖1b与手持云台20连接时,用户稍加用力就可以将底盖1b与手持云台20分离。需要说明的是,图7中的底盖1b也可以运用到图2及图3所示的手持云台组件200、300中。
请参阅图8及图9,外接装置10包括本体11、卡勾12及弹性件13。卡勾12能够相对于本体11处于锁定位置及释放位置。外接装置10连接在手持云台20上时,卡勾12处于锁定位置并与卡槽21配合。卡勾12处于释放位置时,卡勾12与卡槽21分离。
弹性件13的两端分别连接本体11及卡勾12,弹性件13用于向卡勾12提供保持在锁定位置的回复力。卡勾12在外力推动下由锁定位置切换至释放位置,在外力撤销时,卡勾12在回复力的作用下由释放位置切换至锁定位置。
通过弹性件13施加的回复力使卡勾12位于锁定位置并与卡槽21配合,可以将外接装置10与手持云台20固定连接以扩展功能,通过外力推动卡勾12运动至释放位置并与卡槽21分离,可以将外接装置10与手持云台20分离,因此,外接装置10与手持云台20的连接状态便于切换,以满足用户不同的使用需求。
请参阅图9至图11,本体11可以作为外接装置10的壳体,本体11可以作为卡勾12及弹性件13等部件的安装载体。同时,本体11上还可以开设有多种功能的孔,以实现外接装置10的扩展功能。
例如,外接装置10还包括接头17,接头17设置在本体11上。接头17可以是USB接头、Type-C接头、lightning接头、Micro USB接头等任意类型的接头。外接装置10与手持云台20连接时,接头17与手持云台20连接以传输数据,例如接头17可以与手持云台20上的接口相配合,以使外接装置10与手持云台20进行数据交互,或者,外接装置10可以通过接收手持云台20的电能以实现相关功能,例如Wi-Fi功能、蓝牙功能、拍摄功能、录音功能、发光功能等。
例如,本体11上还开设有出音孔113,出音孔113用于供声音信号从本体11中发出。此时,本体11内可以设置有扬声器,扬声器对准出音孔113。手持云台20的驱动信号可以通过接头17传输至扬声器,扬声器响应该驱动信号向外发出声音,使得手持云台组件100具有外放声音的功能。
例如,本体11上还开设有连接孔114,连接孔114用于供外部设备穿入并固定外接装置10及手持云台20。连接孔114可以开设在本体11的底部,用于固定外接装置10及手持云台20的外部设备可以 是三脚架、手持支架等。具体地,连接孔114的侧壁上可以形成有内螺纹,外部设备上可以形成外螺纹,外部设备与本体11可以通过螺纹连接的方式可拆卸地连接。
例如,本体11上还开设有数据孔115,数据孔115用于外接装置10与外部设备电连接。例如,外部设备可以通过数据孔115与外接装置10连接,以向外接装置10及手持云台20传输数据,向外接装置10或手持云台20充电等。
需要说明的是,本体11中设置的接头17,本体11上开设的出音孔113、连接孔114及数据孔115等的结构也可以运用在如图2及图3所示的外接装置30、50中。
请参阅图9及图11所示的例子,本体11包括外框架111及盖体112。外框架111形成有收容空间1111。收容空间1111可以用于收容弹性件13及至少部分卡勾12。盖体112与外框架111连接并遮盖收容空间1111,以使盖体112与外框架111共同形成相对密封的空间,提高外接装置10的防尘防水的能力。
请参阅图8及图9,卡勾12安装在本体11上,具体地,至少部分卡勾12收容在收容空间1111内,以使卡勾12能够安装在本体11上,至少部分卡勾12位于收容空间1111外并从外框架111中露出,以使卡勾12得以与卡槽21相配合。
卡勾12能够相对于本体11处于锁定位置及释放位置。其中,外接装置10连接在手持云台20上时,卡勾12处于锁定位置并与卡槽21配合(如图8所示的状态),卡勾12处于释放位置时,卡勾12与卡槽21分离,此时可以将外接装置10与手持云台20分离。
弹性件13的两端分别连接本体11及卡勾12。例如,弹性件13的两端分别抵持本体11及卡勾12。弹性件13具体可以是弹簧等器件。
弹性件13用于向卡勾12提供保持在锁定位置的回复力,例如,弹性件13被压缩在卡勾12与本体11之间,弹性件13始终保持恢复原状的趋势并向卡勾12施加回复力,又例如,弹性件13被卡勾12与本体11拉长,弹性件13始终保持恢复原状的趋势并向卡勾12施加回复力。
卡勾12在外力推动下由锁定位置切换至释放位置,在外力撤销时,卡勾12在回复力的作用下由释放位置切换至锁定位置。卡勾12在锁定位置相较于在释放位置更靠近本体11的中心。如图8所示的例子中,左侧的卡勾12在往左的外力的作用下能够向左运动,即,由锁定位置切换至释放位置,在该过程中,左侧的卡勾12克服了左侧的弹性件13的回复力的作用,此时可以将外接装置10与手持云台20分离。在往左的外力撤销时,卡勾12在左侧的弹性件13的回复力的作用下向右运动,即,卡勾12由释放位置切换至锁定位置。
进一步地,请继续参阅图8及图9,卡勾12开设有收容槽121,弹性件13的一端伸入收容槽121内并与卡勾12相抵持,弹性件13的另一端与本体11相抵持。弹性件13的一端伸入收容槽121内,弹性件13与卡勾12的相对位置较稳定,弹性件13不容易与卡勾12脱离。
在一个例子中,作用在卡勾12上的外力可以是用户与卡勾12直接接触并向卡勾12施加的外力。在另一个例子中,作用在卡勾12上的外力也可以是用户与施力元件直接接触并向该施力元件施加外力,施力元件再推动卡勾12运动。
如图8及图9所示的例子中,外接装置10还包括驱动件14,驱动件14活动地设置在本体11上。驱动件14能够相对于本体11处于第一位置及第二位置。驱动件14处于第一位置时,卡勾12处于锁紧位置。驱动件14从第一位置切换至第二位置时,驱动件14带动卡勾12从锁紧位置切换至释放位置。
由于当外接装置10与手持云台20连接时,卡勾12可能被遮挡住了,用户无法直接按压到卡勾12,通过设置驱动件14来间接向卡勾12施加外力以带动卡勾12运动,便于用户切换卡勾12的位置。
具体地,驱动件14与卡勾12可以是相互抵持的,或者驱动件14与卡勾12可以是一体的结构,以使得驱动件14与卡勾12能够同步运动。
例如,外接装置10与手持云台20连接时,卡勾12处于锁紧位置,驱动件14处于第一位置;在需要将外接装置10与手持云台20分离时,可以使驱动件14从第一位置切换至第二位置,以带动卡勾12从锁紧位置切换至释放位置,处于释放位置的卡勾12与卡槽21分离;在将外接装置10与手持云台20分离后,在弹性件13的回复力的作用下,卡勾12再从释放位置切换至锁紧位置,卡勾12带动驱动件14从第二位置切换至第一位置。
在需要重新将分离的外接装置10与手持云台20连接时,可以将外接装置10逐渐靠近手持云台20, 卡勾12在手持云台20的抵持下,卡勾12从锁紧位置被逐渐推动至释放位置,当卡勾12到达释放位置且卡勾12与卡槽21对准时,卡勾12在回复力的作用下切换至锁紧位置并卡入卡槽21内,实现外接装置10与手持云台20的连接。
在如图8及图9所示的例子中,驱动件14在第一位置与第二位置之间切换时的第一运动方向D1,与卡勾12在锁定位置与释放位置之间切换的第二运动方向D2不同。由于卡勾12至少部分收容在本体11内,因此在本体11内需要为卡勾12保留沿第二运动方向D2延伸的避空区域,同时需要在本体11内需要为驱动件14保留沿第一运动方向D1延伸的避空区域,通过设置第一运动方向D1与第二运动方向D2不同,使得在本体11内为卡勾12与驱动件14设置避空区域时,避空区域不会在同一个方向上占据太多的空间,便于在本体11上设置卡勾12与驱动件14。
例如,如图8所示的例子中,第一运动方向D1与第二运动方向D2垂直。当然,第一运动方向D1与第二运动方向D2也可以呈任意不为零的夹角,在此不作限制。
请继续参阅图8及图9,在某些例子中,卡勾12包括第一抵持斜面122。驱动件14包括抵持部141,抵持部141包括第二抵持斜面1411。第一抵持斜面122与第二抵持斜面1411相互配合,驱动件14通过第二抵持斜面1411向第一抵持斜面122施加推力,以驱动卡勾12相对于本体11运动。
通过第一抵持斜面122与第二抵持斜面1411配合,使得驱动件14的运动方向与卡勾12的运动方向可以不同。具体地,第一抵持斜面122的倾斜角度可以与第二抵持斜面1411的倾斜角度相同。第一抵持斜面122与第二抵持斜面1411均可以进行抛光处理,以减小第一抵持斜面122与第二抵持斜面1411之间的摩擦力。
请参阅图9及图11,驱动件14还包括基部142及施力部143。抵持部141连接在基部142上。施力部143连接在基部142上,施力部143至少部分从本体11中露出。施力部143至少部分从本体11中露出,用户可以直接接触施力部143,并向施力部143施加外力,外力传递至基部142及施力部143,再通过施力部143传递至卡勾12。
其中,基部142可以呈平板状。施力部143与抵持部141可以位于基部142的相背的两侧,以便于将施力部143从本体11中露出的同时,施力部143与安装在本体11内的卡勾12相抵持。
进一步地,外接装置10还包括弹力件16,弹力件16的两端分别连接驱动件14及本体11。弹力件16用于向驱动件14提供回复至第一位置的回弹力。在用户作用在驱动件14上的外力撤销时,驱动件14可以在回弹力的作用下回复至第一位置,使得卡勾12可以从释放位置回复至锁紧位置。弹力件16可以是弹簧。弹力件16可以连接在基部142上。
请参阅图8及图9,在一个例子中,抵持部141的数量为两个,两个抵持部141相对于施力部143对称设置,卡勾12与弹性件13的数量为两个,两个抵持部141与两个卡勾12一一对应地抵持。如此,通过向驱动件14施加外力,两个抵持部141可以同时驱动两个卡勾12相对于本体11运动,而不需要设置多个驱动件14。
例如,两个弹性件13对卡勾12的回复力的方向相反。如图8所示的例子,左侧的弹性件13对左侧的卡勾12的回复力朝向右边,右侧的弹性件13对右侧的卡勾12的回复力朝向左边。
例如,两个卡勾12在被抵持部141抵持时,两个卡勾12的运动方向相反,如图8所示的例子,当左侧的卡勾12往左运动时,右侧的卡勾12往右运动,当左侧的卡勾12往右运动时,右侧的卡勾12往左运动。

请参阅图16至图18,手持云台组件200包括手持云台40及外接装置30。手持云台40与外接装置30可拆卸地连接。
手持云台40开设有卡槽411,卡槽411可用于与外接装置30可拆卸地连接。
在一个例子中,卡槽411开设在手持云台40的相对的两侧,以使手持云台40通过卡槽411与外接装置30连接时的可靠性较高。当然,卡槽411的具体位置还可以是其他,例如卡槽411环绕手持云台40开设,或者,卡槽411开设在手持云台40的一侧等,在此不作限制。
外接装置30包括本体31、卡勾32及弹性件33。卡勾32能够相对于本体31处于锁定位置及释放位置。外接装置30连接在手持云台40上时,卡勾32处于锁定位置并与卡槽411配合。卡勾32处于释放位置时,卡勾32与卡槽411分离。
弹性件33的两端分别连接本体31及卡勾32,弹性件33用于向卡勾32提供保持在锁定位置的回复力。卡勾32在外力推动下由锁定位置切换至释放位置,在外力撤销时,卡勾32在回复力的作用下由释放位置切换至锁定位置。
通过弹性件33施加的回复力使卡勾32位于锁定位置并与卡槽411配合,可以将外接装置30与手持云台40固定连接以扩展功能,通过外力推动卡勾32运动至释放位置并与卡槽411分离,可以将外接装置30与手持云台40分离,因此,外接装置30与手持云台40的连接状态便于切换,以满足用户不同的使用需求。
请参阅图16及图19,本体31可以作为外接装置30的壳体,本体31可以作为卡勾32及弹性件33等部件的安装载体。本体31包括外框架311及内框架312。外框架311围成收容空间3111,内框架312与外框架311连接并位于收容空间3111内。本体31还可以包括盖体313,盖体313与外框架311连接并遮盖收容空间3111,以使盖体313与外框架311共同形成相对密封的空间,提高外接装置30的防尘防水的能力。
请参阅图16、图20及图21,卡勾32安装在本体31上。卡勾32能够相对于本体31处于锁定位置及释放位置。其中,外接装置30连接在手持云台40上时,卡勾32处于锁定位置并与卡槽411配合(如图18所示的状态),卡勾32处于释放位置时,卡勾32与卡槽411分离(如图22所示的状态),此时可以将外接装置30与手持云台40分离。
弹性件33的两端分别连接本体31及卡勾32。例如,弹性件33的两端分别抵持本体31及卡勾32。具体地,弹性件33的两端分别抵持外框架311及卡勾32,外框架311的侧壁可以开设有盲孔3112,弹性件33至少部分收容在盲孔3112中并与外框架311抵持,以使弹性件33不容易脱出,同时弹性件33部分嵌入外框架311中,减少弹性件33占用的收容空间3111。弹性件33具体可以是弹簧等器件。
弹性件33用于向卡勾32提供保持在锁定位置的回复力,例如,弹性件33被压缩在卡勾32与本体31之间,弹性件33始终保持恢复原状的趋势并向卡勾32施加回复力,又例如,弹性件33被卡勾32与本体31拉长,弹性件33始终保持恢复原状的趋势并向卡勾32施加回复力。
卡勾32在外力推动下由锁定位置切换至释放位置,在外力撤销时,卡勾32在回复力的作用下由释放位置切换至锁定位置。如图18所示的例子中,卡勾32在往右的外力的作用下能够向右运动,即,由 锁定位置切换至释放位置,在该过程中,卡勾32克服了弹性件33的回复力的作用,此时可以将外接装置30与手持云台40分离。在往右的外力撤销时,卡勾32在弹性件33的回复力的作用下向左运动,即,卡勾32由释放位置切换至锁定位置。
进一步地,请参阅图16及图20,卡勾32开设有收容槽321,弹性件33的一端伸入收容槽321内并与卡勾32相抵持,弹性件33的另一端与本体31相抵持。弹性件33的一端伸入收容槽321内,弹性件33与卡勾32的相对位置较稳定,弹性件33不容易与卡勾32脱离。
在一个例子中,作用在卡勾32上的外力可以是用户与卡勾32直接接触并向卡勾32施加的外力。在另一个例子中,作用在卡勾32上的外力也可以是用户与施力元件直接接触并向该施力元件施加外力,施力元件再推动卡勾32运动。
如图16及图20所示的例子中,外接装置30还包括驱动件34,驱动件34活动地设置在本体31上。驱动件34能够相对于本体31处于第一位置及第二位置。驱动件34处于第一位置时,卡勾32处于锁紧位置。驱动件34从第一位置切换至第二位置时,驱动件34带动卡勾32从锁紧位置切换至释放位置。
由于当外接装置30与手持云台40连接时,卡勾32可能被遮挡住了,用户无法直接按压到卡勾32,通过设置驱动件34来间接向卡勾32施加外力以带动卡勾32运动,便于用户切换卡勾32的位置。
具体地,驱动件34与卡勾32可以是相互抵持的,或者驱动件34与卡勾32可以是一体的结构,以使得驱动件34与卡勾32能够同步运动。
例如,外接装置30与手持云台40连接时,卡勾32处于锁紧位置,驱动件34处于第一位置(如图18所示的状态);在需要将外接装置30与手持云台40分离时,可以使驱动件34从第一位置切换至第二位置,以带动卡勾32从锁紧位置切换至释放位置,处于释放位置的卡勾32与卡槽411分离(如图22所示的状态);在将外接装置30与手持云台40分离后,在弹性件33的回复力的作用下,卡勾32再从释放位置切换至锁紧位置,卡勾32带动驱动件34从第二位置切换至第一位置。
在需要重新将分离的外接装置30与手持云台40连接时,可以将外接装置30逐渐靠近手持云台40,卡勾32在手持云台40的抵持下,卡勾32从锁紧位置被逐渐推动至释放位置(如图23所示的状态),当卡勾32到达释放位置且卡勾32与卡槽411对准时,卡勾32在回复力的作用下切换至锁紧位置并卡入卡槽411内,实现外接装置30与手持云台40的连接(如图18所示的状态)。
在如图16及图18所示的例子中,驱动件34在第一位置与第二位置之间切换时的第一运动方向D3,与卡勾32在锁定位置与释放位置之间切换时的第二运动方向D4相同。第一运动方向D3与第二运动方向D4相同,便于将驱动件34与卡勾32设置成一体的结构,不需要设置复杂的传动结构。
请参阅图16、图20及图21,驱动件34包括传动杆341及凸块342。传动杆341的一端与卡勾32连接。凸块342连接在传动杆341上,凸块342至少部分从本体31中露出。凸块342至少部分从本体31中露出,用户可以直接接触凸块342,并向凸块342施加外力,外力传递至凸块342,再通过传动杆341传递至卡勾32。
其中,卡勾32与传动杆341可以是一体的结构。凸块342可以穿过盖体313后露出,例如凸块342从盖体313的中线位置附近露出。凸块342与卡勾32可以位于传动杆341的相背的两侧上,以便于将凸块342从本体31中露出的同时,卡勾32能够布置在本体31内。
进一步地,请参阅图16及图18,驱动件34还包括复位块343。复位块343与卡勾32连接在传动杆341的相背的两端。外接装置30还包括回弹件35,回弹件35的两端分别连接复位块343及本体31,回弹件35用于向复位块343提供回复至第一位置的回弹力。
通过设置复位块343及回弹件35,使得当驱动件34在外力作用下被推动至第二位置,且外力撤销时,驱动件34能够自动回复至第一位置,即带动卡勾32回复至锁紧位置,避免卡勾32处于锁紧位置时发生松动。
回弹件35的具体形式可以是弹簧、拉簧等弹性较佳的器件。
回弹件35的两端可以分别连接复位块343及内框架312,例如回弹件35的两端可以分别抵持复位块343及内框架312。回弹件35对复位块343的回弹力的方向,可以与弹性件33对卡勾32的回复力的方向相同。此时,由于卡勾32、传动杆341及复位块343为一体的结构,则回弹力与回复力相当于共同作用于卡勾32,当卡勾32与卡槽411配合时,在不向驱动件34再施加外力的情况下,卡勾32与卡槽411的配合关系较稳定,外接装置30与手持云台40连接的可靠性较高。
如图20及图21所示的例子,驱动件34还包括定位块344,定位块344连接在复位块343上,定位块344至少部分伸入回弹件35内,以固定回弹件35的位置。回弹件35在定位块344的限定作用下,回弹件35与复位块343的相对位置关系较固定,回弹件35不易脱出。进一步地,请结合图16,回弹件35安装在本体31内时,内框架312及盖体313也能够共同将回弹件35限定在一个较小的空间内,避免回弹件35从本体31中脱出。
请参阅图16及图18,在某些例子中,本体31开设有卡口3113。手持云台40包括基体41、卡销42及弹性体43。基体41开设有上述的卡槽411。卡销42与基体41活动连接。弹性体43的两端分别连接基体41及卡销42。弹性体43用于向卡销42提供自基体41伸出的复位力。
其中,手持云台40与外接装置30连接时,卡销42自基体41伸出且伸入卡口3113,卡槽411与卡勾32配合。手持云台40与外接装置30分离时,卡销42与卡口3113分离,卡槽411与卡勾32分离。通过设置卡销42与卡口3113配合,结合卡勾32与卡槽411的配合,使手持云台40与外接装置30连接时的稳定性更高。
具体地,基体41上可以包括凸出的配合部413,卡槽411可以开设在配合部413的一侧,卡销42可以结合在配合部413的另一侧。在手持云台40与外接装置30连接时,卡勾32从配合部413的一侧伸入卡槽411内,卡销42从配合部413的另一侧伸出,并伸入卡口3113内。
卡销42与基体41活动连接。卡销42可以从配合部413的一侧伸出,在外力的推动下,卡销42也可以伸入到配合部413内。具体地,在如图16及图18所示的例子中,基体41上开设有收纳槽412,弹性体43及至少部分卡销42收容在收纳槽412内,弹性体43的一端抵接配合部413,另一端抵持卡销42,卡销42处于不同状态时,卡销42收容收纳槽412内的量不同。
请参阅图18及图24,卡销42包括卡合部421及止挡部422。卡合部421与弹性体43连接,卡合部421用于部分从基体41中伸出并与卡口3113配合。止挡部422与卡合部421连接,止挡部422用于与基体41抵持,以限定卡合部421从基体41中伸出的极限长度。
在安装卡销42时,可以将卡销42从与配合部413相背的一侧装入到基体41内,使得卡合部421至少部分收容在收纳槽412内,止挡部422位于基体41内。当卡合部421从基体41中伸出至极限长度时,止挡部422与基体41相抵持,避免卡销42在复位力的作用下完全与基体41分离。
进一步地,收纳槽412的内壁可以与卡合部421的外壁配合以限定卡合部421的运动轨迹,使得卡销42在运动的过程中较稳定。
请参阅图21及图22,在需要将手持云台40与外接装置30分离时,推动驱动件34,驱动件34的复位块343被推至卡口3113内,复位块343将伸入卡口3113内的卡销42推出,以使卡销42与卡口3113分离。同时,伸入卡槽411内的卡勾32在驱动件34的带动下从卡槽411中伸出,由此可以将手持云台40与外接装置30分离。
请再参阅图18,在手持云台40与外接装置30连接时,在回复力与回弹力的作用下,卡勾32伸入卡槽411内,且复位块343被推离卡口3113,在复位力的作用下,卡销42伸入到卡口3113内,使得卡销42与卡口3113配合,同时卡勾32与卡槽411配合。

请参阅图27及图28,外框架511的侧壁开设有通孔5112,驱动件54至少部分从通孔5112中露出。用户可以按压从通孔5112中露出的驱动件54,以向卡勾52施加从锁紧位置切换至释放位置的外力。
具体地,通孔5112的数量可以是两个,两个通孔5112开设在外框架511的相对的侧壁上。卡勾52、弹性件53及驱动件54的数量均为两个,两个驱动件54分别穿过两个通孔5112。
设置一一对应的两个卡勾52及两个弹性件53,使得两个卡勾52均能与卡槽61配合,提高外接装置50与手持云台60连接的稳定性及可靠性。两个驱动件54分别穿过两个相对的通孔5112,便于用户从两侧同时按压驱动件54,以同时向两个卡勾52施加外力,同时切换两个卡勾52的状态,提高拆装外接装置50的顺畅度。
进一步地,两个驱动件54可以相对于外框架511的中心线对称设置,以使用户同时从两侧按压两个驱动件54时,外接装置50整体受力平衡,不会发生偏转。
请参阅图25及图27,在某些例子中,卡勾52包括限位块522,在卡勾52处于锁定位置时,限位块522与外框架511抵持,以限定卡勾52沿一个方向运动的极限位置。限位块522抵持外框架511时,卡勾52不能再往外运动,避免卡勾52从本体51中脱出。
另外,在卡勾52处于释放位置时,卡勾52抵持内框架512,以限定卡勾52沿一个方向运动的极限位置。卡勾52的一侧可以用于与卡槽61配合,卡勾52的另一侧可以用于在极限位置抵持内框架512,以避免驱动件54被从通孔5112中全部按压进本体51内,而导致驱动件54无法从通孔5112中露出的状况发生。
请参阅图25,在某些例子中,盖体513包括遮挡部5131及连接部5132。遮挡部5131遮盖收容空间5111。连接部5132连接在遮挡部5131上,连接部5132伸入通孔5112以连接盖体513与外框架511。
通过将连接部5132伸入通孔5112内,利用了通孔5112的空间,不需要再额外开设其余的用于与连接部5132装配的孔。此时,通孔5112的尺寸可以开设得较大,例如,通孔5112的尺寸大于驱动件54的尺寸,便于在安装卡勾52与驱动件54形成的一体结构时,将驱动件54伸入到通孔5112内。
通孔5112在容纳部分驱动件54的同时,还容纳了连接部5132,连接部5132与驱动件54可以填满通孔5112,以避免盖体513与外框架511的连接产生松动。
综上,外接装置10、30、50能够分别与手持云台20、40、60可拆卸地连接,其中,手持云台20、40、60的底部设有第一连接部,外接装置10、30、50包括本体11、31、51及能够与第一连接部拆卸连接的第二连接部,外接装置10、30、50与手持云台20、40、60连接时为手持云台20、40、60提供数据传输和/或电力供应。
具体地,上述实施方式的手持云台组件100、200、300中,第一连接部包括卡槽21、411、61,第二连接部包括卡勾12、32、52及弹性件13、33、53。
当然,在其他实施方式中,第一连接部与第二连接部的具体形式可以是其他。
例如,第一连接部和第二连接部的其中一个包括磁吸结构,第一连接部和第二连接部的另一个包括吸附结构。当第一连接部与第二连接部靠近时,第一连接部与第二连接部通过磁力吸附在一起,并使得手持云台与外接装置相对固定,当施加足够的外力克服磁力时,可以将第一连接部与第二连接部分离。
