背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,一些应用(Application,App)提供音频通话或者视频通话的功能。也就是说,用户可以通过上述APP与另一个用户进行音频通话或者视频通话。
在相关技术中,用户可以在多个终端登录提供音频通话或者视频通话功能的APP。若用户处于音频通话或者视频通话过程中,该用户无法进入其它的音频通话或者视频通话。

在一些场景中,第二终端可以通过内置的监测程序,监测与上述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话是否被触发。
在本实施例中,响应于目标多媒体通话被触发,第二终端可以根据自身的终端标识信息,确定是否处于多媒体通话中。
终端标识信息可以是唯一标识终端的信息。例如,终端标识信息可以是终端的编号。
在一些场景中,第二终端可以将其终端标识信息发送给服务器(例如图5中所示的服务器501)。实践中,服务器中关联存储终端的终端标识信息和表征该终端是否已经加入多媒体通话的加入信息。进一步,服务器可以根据第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的加入信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。再进一步,第二终端可以根据服务器反馈的结果,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。

不难理解,被发起方可以是被发起目标多媒体通话的一方。举例来说,用户A向用户B发起目标多媒体通话,那么,用户A是目标多媒体通话的发起方,相应地,用户B是目标多媒体通话的被发起方。
上述接通操作可以是接通目标多媒体通话的操作。例如,接通操作可以是对接通目标多媒体通话的控件执行的触发操作。又例如,接通操作可以是输入接通目标多媒体通话的语音。

正如背景技术中介绍的,在相关技术中,用户可以在多个终端登录提供音频通话或者视频通话功能的APP。若用户处于音频通话或者视频通话过程中,该用户无法进入其它的音频通话或者视频通话。从而,无法实现用户在上述APP中同时进行多个音频通话或者视频通话。进一步,降低用户进行音频通话或者视频通话的用户体验。
在本实施例中,用户可以在第二终端和第一终端同时登录目标应用。在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,响应于与上述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话被触发,第二终端可以根据自身的终端标识信息,确定自身是否处于多媒体通话中。进一步,响应于未处于多媒体通话中,第二终端基于目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立目标多媒体通话。可以理解,当第二终端根据自身的终端标识信息,确定出自身未处于多媒体通话时,通过建立目标多媒体通话,可以加入目标多媒体通话。实践中,目标多媒体通话和第一终端已经加入的多媒体通话,可以是同一个多媒体通话,也可以是不同的多媒体通话。由此,可以实现第二终端和第一终端同时加入同一个多媒体通话,或者加入不同的多媒体通话。换句话说,可以实现用户同时通过第二终端和第一终端进行多媒体通话。由此,提升用户进行多媒体通话的用户体验。
在一些实施例中,第一终端响应于第二终端建立目标多媒体通话,保持所处的多媒体通话。
第二终端建立目标多媒体通话,意味着,第二终端加入目标多媒体通话中。
通过上述分析可知,第二终端和第一终端均为上述用户登录目标应用的终端。因此,当第二终端处于目标多媒体通话中时,第一终端保持所处的多媒体通话,可以实现,上述用户在第二终端和第一终端同时进行多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,上述用户为目标多媒体通话的发起方。在这里,第二终端可以按照如下方式,建立目标多媒体通话。
第一步,向目标多媒体通话的被发起方发送目标多媒体通话的建 立请求。

参见图2A,第二终端201接收到用户A向用户B发起的目标多媒体通话204。第二终端201可以确定自身是否处于多媒体通话中。响应于自身未处于多媒体通话中,第二终端201可以向用户B登录目标应用的终端203发起目标多媒体通话204。当用户B执行接通操作205时,第二终端201可以与终端203建立目标多媒体通话204。
参见图2B,第二终端201接收到用户B通过登录目标应用的终端203,向用户A发起的目标多媒体通话204。第二终端201可以确定自身是否处于多媒体通话中。响应于自身未处于多媒体通话中,第二终端201可以展示用户B发起目标多媒体通话204的提示信息。当用户A执行接通操作205时,第二终端201可以与终端203建立目标多媒体通话204。
请继续参考图3,其示出了根据本公开的建立多媒体通话的方法的又一些实施例的流程。如图3所示,该建立多媒体通话的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤301,在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,响应于与用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话被触发,确定用户参与的多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中是否包含第二终端的终端标识信息。
在本实施例中,在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,第二终端(例如图5中所示的终端502)可以确定与上述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话是否被触发。
在一些场景中,第二终端可以通过内置的监测程序,监测与上述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话是否被触发。
在本实施例中,响应于目标多媒体通话被触发,第二终端可以确定上述用户参与的多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中是否包含第二终端的终端标识信息。
上述多媒体通话信息可以是描述上述用户参与的多媒体通话的信息。实践中,在上述多媒体通话信息中,上述用户参与多媒体通话的 终端的终端标识信息和通话状态信息关联存储。
下面举例说明用户参与多媒体通话的终端。举例来说,用户A在终端T上述登录目标应用,并在目标应用中参与多媒体通话,那么,终端T可以是用户A参与多媒体通话的终端。
终端标识信息可以是唯一标识终端的信息。例如,终端标识信息可以是终端的编码。
通话状态信息可以是描述终端所处的通话状态的信息。在一些场景中,通话状态包括:处于多媒体通话中,未处于多媒体通话中。
在一些场景中,上述多媒体通话信息中还包含上述用户的用户标识信息。用户标识信息可以是唯一标识用户的信息。例如,用户标识信息可以是用户的编码。
在一些场景中,上述用户在多个终端所安装的目标应用中参与多媒体通话,也即,上述用户在目标应用中参与多个多媒体通话。相应地,第二终端可以确定每一个多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中是否包含第二终端的终端标识信息。
步骤302,响应于多媒体通话信息中包含第二终端的终端标识信息,根据多媒体通话信息中与第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。
在本实施例中,响应于上述多媒体通话信息中包含第二终端的终端标识信息,第二终端可以根据上述多媒体通话信息中,与第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。
不难理解,与第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息可以描述第二终端的通话状态。因此,第二终端可以进一步确定是否处于多媒体通话中。
步骤303,响应于第二终端未处于多媒体通话中,基于目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立目标多媒体通话。
上述步骤303可以按照如图1所示实施例中的步骤102类似的方式执行,上文针对步骤102的描述也适用于步骤303,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,在用户参与的多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中, 关联存储用户参与多媒体通话的终端的终端标识信息和该终端的通话状态信息。当多媒体通话信息中包含第二终端的终端标识信息时,进一步,根据与第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。也即,根据第二终端的通话状态信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。从而,提供了一种确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中的新方法。
在一些实施例中,通话状态信息表征的通话状态包括以下任意一者:处于多媒体通话中,退出多媒体通话,接收到其他用户发起的多媒体通话,向其他用户发起多媒体通话。
退出多媒体通话,可以指某一个终端在不结束多媒体通话的前提下,单方面退出该多媒体通话。举例来说,用户A、用户B、用户C分别通过终端T1、终端T2、终端T3进入同一个多媒体通话中。当用户A所登录的终端T1退出该多媒体通话时,终端T2和终端T3仍然处于该多媒体通话中。此时,终端T1处于从多媒体通话中退出的状态。
在这些实施例中,通过设置多种通话状态,可以充分地描述终端所处的状态。
在一些实施例中,响应于上述多媒体通话信息中不包含第二终端的终端标识信息,确定第二终端不处于多媒体通话中。
在这些实施例中,在多媒体通话信息中,参与多媒体通话的终端的终端标识信息和该终端的通话状态信息关联存储。可见,上述多媒体通话信息中不包含第二终端的终端标识信息,意味着,上述多媒体通话信息中也不包含与第二终端的通话状态信息。因此,可以确定第二终端不处于多媒体通话中。
在一些实施例中,上述多媒体通话信息接收自服务器(例如图5中所示的服务器501)。并且,服务器可以向上述用户登录目标应用的每一个终端下发上述多媒体通话信息。
由于第二终端是上述用户登录目标应用的终端之一,所以服务器通过向上述用户登录目标应用的每一个终端下发上述多媒体通话信息,可是实现向第二终端下发上述多媒体通话信息。
在这些实施例中,当上述用户在多个终端登录目标应用时,通过向上述用户登录目标应用的每一个终端下发上述多媒体通话信息,实现向第二终端下发上述多媒体通话信息。
进一步参考图4,作为对上述各图所示方法的实现,本公开提供了一种建立多媒体通话的装置的一些实施例,该装置实施例与图1所示的方法实施例相对应,该装置具体可以应用于各种电子设备中。
如图4所示,本实施例的建立多媒体通话的装置包括:第一确定单元401、建立单元402。第一确定单元401用于:在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,响应于与上述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话被触发,根据上述用户登录目标应用的第二终端的终端标识信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。建立单元402用于:响应于第二终端未处于多媒体通话中,基于目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立目标多媒体通话。
在本实施例中,建立多媒体通话的装置的第一确定单元401、建立单元402的具体处理及其所带来的技术效果可分别参考图1对应实施例中步骤101、步骤102的相关说明,在此不再赘述。
在一些实施例中,第一终端响应于第二终端建立目标多媒体通话,保持所处的多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,上述用户为目标多媒体通话的发起方。建立单元402进一步用于:向目标多媒体通话的被发起方发送目标多媒体通话的建立请求,其中,被发起方登录目标应用的终端响应于建立请求,展示上述用户向被发起方发起目标多媒体通话的提示信息;响应于被发起方针对提示信息执行的接通操作,建立目标多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,上述用户为目标多媒体通话的被发起方。建立单元402进一步用于:展示目标多媒体通话的发起方向上述用户发起多媒体通话的提示信息;响应于上述用户针对提示信息执行的接通操作,建立目标多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,建立多媒体通话的装置还可以包括拒绝单元(图中未示出)。拒绝单元用于:响应于第二终端处于多媒体通话中,拒 绝建立目标多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,目标多媒体通话采用一对一的呼叫方式,或者一对多的呼叫方式。
在一些实施例中,第一确定单元401进一步用于:确定上述用户参与的多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中是否包含第二终端的终端标识信息,其中,在多媒体通话信息中,上述用户参与多媒体通话的终端的终端标识信息和通话状态信息关联存储;响应于多媒体通话信息中包含第二终端的终端标识信息,根据多媒体通话信息中与第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息,确定第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。
在一些实施例中,通话状态信息表征的通话状态包括以下任意一者:处于多媒体通话中,退出多媒体通话,接收到其他用户发起的多媒体通话,向其他用户发起多媒体通话。
在一些实施例中,建立多媒体通话的装置还可以包括第二确定单元(图中未示出)。第二确定单元用于:响应于多媒体通话信息中不包含第二终端的终端标识信息,确定第二终端不处于多媒体通话中。

进一步参考图5,图5示出了本公开的一些实施例的建立多媒体通话的方法可以应用于其中的示例性系统架构。
如图5所示,系统架构可以包括服务器501、终端502、终端503和终端504。终端502和终端503可以是用户A登录目标应用的终端。并且,终端503处于多媒体通话中。终端504可以是用户B登录目标应用的终端。
服务器501可以通过网络和终端502、终端503、终端504进行通信。在这里,网络可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端502、终端503和终端504上可以安装有目标应用。例如, 目标应用可以是多媒体通话类应用。
在一些场景中,终端502可以接收用户B通过终端504向用户A发起的目标多媒体通话。响应于目标多媒体通话,终端502可以根据自身的终端标识信息,确定自身是否处于多媒体通话中。响应于自身未处于多媒体通话中,终端502可以基于用户A执行的接通操作,建立与终端504的目标多媒体通话。
在另一些场景中,终端502可以接收用户A向用户B发起的目标多媒体通话。响应于目标多媒体通话,终端502可以根据自身的终端标识信息,确定自身是否处于多媒体通话中。响应于自身未处于多媒体通话中,终端502可以基于用户B执行的接通操作,建立与终端504的目标多媒体通话。
终端502、终端503、终端504可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端502、终端503、终端504为硬件时,可以是具有显示屏并且支持信息交互的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。当终端502、终端503、终端504为软件时,可以安装在上述所列举的电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块,也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
服务器501可以是提供各种服务的服务器。在一些场景中,当用户B通过终端504向用户A发起目标多媒体通话时,服务器501可以向用户A登录目标应用的终端502和终端503转发目标多媒体通话的建立请求。
服务器501可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当服务器501为硬件时,可以实现成多个服务器组成的分布式服务器集群,也可以实现成单个服务器。当服务器501为软件时,可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的多个软件或软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的建立多媒体通话的方法可以由终端502执行,相应地,建立多媒体通话的装置可以设置在终端502中。
应该理解,图5中的终端和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据 实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端和服务器。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本公开的一些实施例的电子设备(例如图5中的终端502)的结构示意图。本公开的一些实施例中的终端可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端,以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。图6示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开的实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,电子设备可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储装置608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有电子设备操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置601、ROM 602以及RAM 603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口605:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置606;包括例如液晶显示器(LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置607;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置608;以及通信装置609。通信装置609可以允许电子设备与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图6示出了具有各种装置的电子设备,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。图6中示出的每个方框可以代表一个装置,也可以根据需要代表多个装置。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种建立多媒体通话的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,响应于与所述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话被触发,根据所述用户登录所述目标应用的第二终端的终端标识信息,确定所述第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中;
    响应于所述第二终端未处于多媒体通话中,基于所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端响应于所述第二终端建立所述目标多媒体通话,保持所处的多媒体通话。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户为所述目标多媒体通话的发起方;以及
    所述基于所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话,包括:
    向所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方发送所述目标多媒体通话的建立请求,其中,所述被发起方登录所述目标应用的终端响应于所述建立请求,展示所述用户向所述被发起方发起所述目标多媒体通话的提示信息;
    响应于所述被发起方针对所述提示信息执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户为所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方;以及
    所述基于所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话,包括:
    展示所述目标多媒体通话的发起方向所述用户发起所述多媒体通话的提示信息;
    响应于所述用户针对所述提示信息执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第二终端处于多媒体通话中,拒绝建立所述目标多媒体通话。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标多媒体通话采用一对一的呼叫方式,或者一对多的呼叫方式。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户登录所述目标应用的第二终端的终端标识信息,确定所述第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中,包括:
    确定所述用户参与的多媒体通话的多媒体通话信息中是否包含所述第二终端的终端标识信息,其中,在所述多媒体通话信息中,所述用户参与多媒体通话的终端的终端标识信息和通话状态信息关联存储;
    响应于所述多媒体通话信息中包含所述第二终端的终端标识信息,根据所述多媒体通话信息中与所述第二终端的终端标识信息关联存储的通话状态信息,确定所述第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通话状态信息表征的通话状态包括以下任意一者:处于多媒体通话中,退出多媒体通话,接收到其他用户发起的多媒体通话,向其他用户发起多媒体通话。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述多媒体通话信息中不包含所述第二终端的终端标识信息,确定所述第二终端不处于多媒体通话中。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多媒体通话 信息接收自服务器;以及
    所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器向所述用户登录所述目标应用的每一个终端下发所述多媒体通话信息。
  11. 一种建立多媒体通话的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一确定单元,用于在用户登录目标应用的第一终端处于多媒体通话的状态下,响应于与所述用户关联的待建立目标多媒体通话被触发,根据所述用户登录所述目标应用的第二终端的终端标识信息,确定所述第二终端是否处于多媒体通话中;
    建立单元,用于响应于所述第二终端未处于多媒体通话中,基于所述目标多媒体通话的被发起方所执行的接通操作,建立所述目标多媒体通话。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-10中任一所述的方法。
