移动终端 技术领域
本发明涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。用于播放声音的发声单体被大量应用到现在的手机等智能移动设备之中。
然而,相关技术中,智能移动设备在使用过程中,会发出热量,随着电子设备使用时间的延长,热量容易积累在移动终端内部,无法及时将热量向移动终端外部散发,使得移动终端的内部容易积累热量,导致散热效果差。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的移动终端解决上述技术问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种散热效率高的移动终端。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种移动终端,其包括具有收容空间的外壳,收容于所述收容空间内的热源和导热件,所述外壳包括与所述热源固定设置的本体以及由所述本体的周缘弯折延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述本体围设形成所述收容空间,所述导热件包括固定于所述热源的第一端、与所述第一端间隔设置的固定于所述外壳的第二端以及连接所述第一端和所述第二端的连接部,其特征在于,所述导热件设有自所述连接部的表面沿所述导热件的厚度方向凸出延伸形成的凸出部。
优选的,所述连接部设有若干个凸出部。
优选的,若干个所述凸出部沿所述导热件的长度方向呈阵列排布。
优选的,所述连接部包括正对于所述本体设置的第一表面,背对于所述本体设置的第二表面及垂直于所述本体设置的连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面的侧表面。
优选的,所述第二端固定于所述本体,所述第一表面贴设于所述本体,所述凸出部形成于所述第二表面。
优选的,所述第二端固定于所述侧壁。
优选的,所述连接部至少部分与所述本体间隔设置,所述凸出部形成于所述第一表面和/或所述第二表面。
优选的,所述凸出部沿所述导热件的宽度方向延伸至与所述侧表面平齐。
优选的,所述凸出部呈长条状。
优选的,所述凸出部沿平行于所述侧表面的截面形状为矩形,三角形,半圆形等中的一种或多种。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本发明的移动终端中,设置了表面设有若干凸出部的导热件,导热件包括固定于热源的第一端、与第一端间隔设置且固定于外壳的第二端以及连接第一端和第二端的连接部,所述导热件设有自所述连接部的表面沿所述导热件的厚度方向凸出延伸形成的凸出部。热源通过导热件将热量直接传导至外壳,即通过外壳进行散热,设于导热件的若干凸出部使得导热件与空气的接触面积(即散热面积)增大,有效地增加了散热的效率,使得移动终端的散热效果好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参考图1-3所示,本发明提供一种移动终端100,其包括具有收容空间的外壳1、收容于所述收容空间内的热源2以及导热件3。
所述外壳1包括与所述热源2固定设置的本体11以及由所述本体11的周缘弯折延伸的侧壁12,所述侧壁12与所述本体11围设形成所述收容空间。
所述导热件3包括固定于热源2的第一端31、与所述第一端31间隔设置且固定于外壳1的第二端32以及连接第一端31和第二端32的连接部33, 连接部33包括正对于本体11设置的第一表面331,背对于本体11设置的第二表面332以及垂直于所述本体11设置的连接所述第一表面331和所述第二表面332的侧表面333,所述导热件3的长度方向为自所述第一端31向所述第二端32延伸的方向,所述导热件3的宽度方向与所述导热件3的长度方向垂直,且平行于所述第一表面331,导热件3的厚度方向分别垂直于所述导热件3的长度方向和宽度方向。
具体的,所述第二端32固定于所述本体11上,所述第一表面331贴设于所述本体11,所述凸出部334自连接部33的第二表面332沿所述导热件3的厚度方向凸出延伸。在其他实施方式中,所述第二端32也可以固定于侧壁12上,所述连接部33部分与所述本体11间隔设置,所述凸出部334形成于所述第一表面331和/或所述第二表面332。
所述凸出部334设有若干个,若干个所述凸出部334沿所述导热件3的长度方向呈阵列排布,所述凸出部334沿所述导热件3的宽度方向延伸至与所述侧表面333平齐。
所述凸出部334呈长条状,所述凸出部334的截面为矩形,在其他实施方式中,凸出部334沿平行于所述侧表面333的截面形状也可以是三角形,半圆形等中的一种或多种。
与相关技术相比,本发明的移动终端通过将导热件设置为表面有若干个呈阵列排布的凸出部的结构,从而使得热源通过导热件将热量传导至外壳的过程中,导热件与空气的接触面积(即散热面积)增大,有效地增加了散热的效率,使得移动终端的散热效果好,同时本发明移动终端的制造工艺简单,制造质量好且效率高。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,其包括具有收容空间的外壳,收容于所述收容空间内的热源和导热件,所述外壳包括与所述热源固定设置的本体以及由所述本体的周缘弯折延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述本体围设形成所述收容空间,所述导热件包括固定于所述热源的第一端、与所述第一端间隔设置的固定于所述外壳的第二端以及连接所述第一端和所述第二端的连接部,其特征在于,所述导热件设有自所述连接部的表面沿所述导热件的厚度方向凸出延伸形成的凸出部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述连接部设有若干个所述凸出部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,若干个所述凸出部沿所述导热件的长度方向呈阵列排布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述连接部包括正对于所述本体设置的第一表面,背对于所述本体设置的第二表面及连接所述第一表面和所述第二表面的侧表面,所述侧表面垂直于所述本体设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二端固定于所述本体,所述第一表面贴设于所述本体,所述凸出部形成于所述第二表面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二端固定于所述侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述连接部至少部分与所述本体间隔设置,所述凸出部形成于所述第一表面和/或所述第二表面。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凸出部沿所述导热件的宽度方向延伸至与所述侧表面平齐。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凸出部呈长条状。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述凸出部沿平行于所述侧表面的截面形状为矩形,三角形,半圆形等中的一种或多种。
