Description
本申请涉及声电转换领域,具体涉及一种扬声器。
随着科技的发展,越来越多的电子设备都内置有发声器件。一般的,扬声器会通过磁钢提供匀强磁场,使通有交变电流的音圈在匀强磁场中振动,音圈驱动骨架,进而带动振膜振动而使扬声器产生声音。
现在技术中,扬声器包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统及磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、驱动所述振膜发声的音圈以及电连接所述音圈与外部电信号的柔性线路板。所述柔性线路板设有与外部电信号连接的单体焊盘,所述振膜包括折环,所述折环设有向外周缘延伸的固定部,所述固定部对应单体焊盘设有支撑部,所述支撑部紧靠所述盆架内侧面设置。所述单体焊盘下方全是注塑的硅胶,在将BOX的FPC和单体FPC焊接在一起的时候,所述单体焊盘下方没有支撑,容易出现虚焊问题,导致成品断路,而且单体焊盘下方的硅胶也容易烫伤。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器。
本申请的目的在于提供一种扬声器,以解决上述问题。
本申请的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统及磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的上振膜、驱动所述上振膜发声的音圈以及电连接所述音圈与外部电信号的柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括固定于所述盆架远离所述上振膜一端的第一固定臂,所述第一固定臂远离所述音圈一侧设有第一焊盘,所述上振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶和环绕所述球顶的折环,所述折环包括与所述盆架固定的固定部,所述上振膜包括自所述固定部朝向所述盆架的表面向所述柔性电路板延伸且相互间隔设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述盆架包括朝向所述音圈的内侧面和与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面,所述第一支撑部贴合所述内侧面设置,所述第二支撑部贴合所述外侧面设置,所述第一焊盘沿振动方向的投影与所述盆架沿振动方向的投影至少部分重叠。
优选的,所述第一支撑部和第二支撑部组成支撑结构,所述盆架呈矩形环状,所述盆架包括两相对设置的长轴边及连接两所述长轴边的两短轴边,所述长轴边与短轴边连接处形成圆弧部,所述圆弧部安装于支撑结构中。
优选的,所述固定部包括由折环向外水平延伸的第一固定部和由第一固定部朝向所述柔性电路板弯折延伸的第二固定部。
优选的,所述第一支撑部由第一固定部延伸设置,所述第二支撑部由第二固定部延伸设置。
优选的,所述柔性线路板还包括与所述第一固定臂间隔设置的第二固定臂和连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹力臂,所述弹力臂包括结构相同且互为镜像对称的一对,所述弹力臂包括连接所述第一固定臂和第二固定臂的第一U型臂和第二U型臂。
优选的,所述第一焊盘包括两个,两个所述第一焊盘分别位于所述第一固定臂长轴的相对两端。

所述振动系统30包括固定于所述盆架20的上振膜31、位于所述上振膜31下方驱动所述上振膜31发声的音圈32、电连接所述音圈32与外部电信号的柔性线路板33、固定于所述柔性线路板33上并支撑上振膜31的骨架34以及设于柔性线路板33下方并与柔性线路板33连接的下振膜35。
其中,所述柔性线路板33包括两个且分别位于所述盆架20的短轴相对两侧,其包括固定于所述盆架20远离所述上振膜31一端的第一固定臂331、与所述第一固定臂331间隔设置的第二固定臂332以及连接所述第一固定臂331和所述第二固定臂332的弹力臂333。
在一个可选实施例中,所述第一固定臂331设有与外部电信号连接的第一焊盘3311,所述第一焊盘3311位于所述第一固定臂331的远离所述音圈32的一端,所述第一焊盘3311沿振动方向的投影与所述盆架20沿振动方向的投影至少部分重叠。可选的,所述第一焊盘3311包括两个,两个所述第一焊盘3311分别位于所述第一固定臂331长轴的相对两端。

所述磁路系统40包括与盆架20固定连接且中间设有第二开口411的副磁钢组件41、位于第二开口411中的主磁钢42以及贴附于主磁钢42上表面的极芯43,所述主磁钢42与所述副磁钢组件41之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈32至少部分设于所述磁间隙中。可选的,副磁钢组件41可以一体成型环绕主磁钢42,也可以为4组副磁钢组件41间隔围设主磁钢42,也可以为2组副磁钢组件41间隔围设主磁钢组件42。在本实施例中,副磁钢组件41设为上下两个副磁钢41。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统及磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的上振膜、驱动所述上振膜发声的音圈以及电连接所述音圈与外部电信号的柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板包括固定于所述盆架远离所述上振膜一端的第一固定臂,所述第一固定臂远离所述音圈一侧设有第一焊盘,其特征在于,所述上振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶和环绕所述球顶的折环,所述折环包括与所述盆架固定的固定部,所述上振膜包括自所述固定部朝向所述盆架的表面向所述柔性电路板延伸且相互间隔设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述盆架包括朝向所述音圈的内侧面和与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面,所述第一支撑部贴合所述内侧面设置,所述第二支撑部贴合所述外侧面设置,所述第一焊盘沿振动方向的投影与所述盆架沿振动方向的投影至少部分重叠。
2. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和第二支撑部组成支撑结构,所述盆架呈矩形环状,所述盆架包括两相对设置的长轴边及连接两所述长轴边的两短轴边,所述长轴边与短轴边连接处形成圆弧部,所述圆弧部安装于支撑结构中。
3. 根据权利要求1所述扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定部包括由折环向外水平延伸的第一固定部和由第一固定部朝向所述柔性电路板弯折延伸的第二固定部。
4. 根据权利要求3所述扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部由第一固定部延伸设置,所述第二支撑部由第二固定部延伸设置。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板还包括与所述第一固定臂间隔设置的第二固定臂和连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹力臂,所述弹力臂包括结构相同且互为镜像对称的一对,所述弹力臂包括连接所述第一固定臂和第二固定臂的第一U型臂和第二U型臂。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一焊盘包括两个,两个所述第一焊盘分别位于所述第一固定臂长轴的相对两端。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二固定臂包括主体部及自主体部纵长两端朝向骨架弯折延伸的的第二焊盘。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈呈矩形环状,所述音圈包括两相对设置的长轴边及连接两所述长轴边的两短轴边,所述柔性线路板设有两个,两所述柔性线路板分别对应设于两所述短轴边。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括与盆架固定连接且中间设有第二开口的副磁钢组件、位于第二开口中的主磁钢以及贴附于主磁钢上表面的极芯,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢组件之间形成磁间隙,所述音圈至少部分设于所述磁间隙中。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述柔性线路板并支撑所述上振膜的骨架以及位于所述柔性线路板下方的下振膜。
