一种扬声器系统 技术领域
本实用新型涉及声电技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器系统。
背景技术
随着电子科技的发展,扬声器被大量应用于现在的智能移动设备中,由于人们对智能移动设备音乐功能品质的追求越来越高,作为智能移动设备中的发声器件,人们对于扬声器的声学性能要求也越来越高。
技术问题
相关技术中的扬声器系统通常包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于该收容空间的扬声器单体,收容空间内通常会被分隔为前腔和后腔,前腔为扬声器单体与发声孔之间的腔体,后腔则反之。而后腔体积在装配到整机后受泡棉限制而使得体积较小,影响扬声器的声学性能。
不仅如此,目前使用的扬声器越来越小,这样也导致扬声器的后腔越来越小,严重影响到扬声器单元的低频下潜,从而导致扬声器发出的声音过尖且声音解析度变差,严重影响扬声器的音质。
因此,有必要提供一种增大后腔体积的扬声器解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种增大后腔体积以提高声学性能的扬声器。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:提供一种扬声器系统,包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体和扬声器单体;其特征在于:所述壳体内设有围绕形成所述收容空间的支架;所述收容空间内设有朝向所述收容空间凸出形成的间隔件;所述间隔件与所述支架围设形成收容安装所述扬声器单体的第一腔;所述间隔件、所述支架、所述扬声器单体以及所述盖体围设形成第二腔,所述支架包括围绕所述第二腔的内侧壁,所述扬声器系统还包括自所述内侧壁开口并向壳体内部延伸的扩展腔,所述扩展腔与所述第二腔连通。
更优地,所述扩展腔于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度自所述内侧壁向壳体内部逐渐减小。
更优地,所述扩展腔与所述壳体一体成型。
更优地,所述支架还包括与所述内侧壁相背对的外侧壁;所述壳体上设有抵接所述外侧壁的固定块,所述扩展腔贯穿所述支架并延伸至所述固定块的内部。

本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型在第二腔(通俗称呼为后腔)的体积一定的条件下,在第二腔的内侧壁开设与所述第二腔连通的扩展腔以增加第二腔的体积,进而提高扬声器的声学性能。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实施例提供了一种扬声器系统。如图1-6所示,扬声器系统100包括具有收容空间的壳体1、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体4和安装于所述壳体的扬声器单体2。
参照图2-4,本实施例中,壳体1包括用于形成收容空间11的支架12,壳体1内还设有将收容空间11分割为第一腔111和第二腔112的间隔件15,具体的是,第一腔111由间隔件15与所述支架12围设形成,第一腔111用于收容安装所述扬声器单体2;第二腔112由所述间隔件、所述支架、所述扬声器单体以及所述盖体围设形成,即第二腔112作为扬声器单体2的后腔。支架12包括围绕第二腔112的内侧壁124。
在本实施例中,扬声器系统100还包括自所述内侧壁124开口并向壳体内部延伸的扩展腔131。即扩展腔131的开口设于内侧壁124上,扩展腔131向壳体内部扩展延伸,此扩展腔131的空间则为额外扩展出来的空间,扩展腔131与所述第二腔112连通,扩展腔131即可作为第二腔112的扩充,使第二腔112的体积在原来的基础上,得到扩大。
壳体1包括底部10和围绕所述底部10并与之相连的侧壁16;间隔件15自底部10朝向所述收容空间凸出形成,支架12自底部10凸出而并围绕收容空间。
更优地,支架12还包括与内侧壁124相背对的外侧壁125,抵接外侧壁125处设有固定块13,固定块13底部固定在壳体1的底部10上,扩展腔131贯穿支架12并深入固定块13内部。即固定块13的内部为扩展腔131提供扩展的体积。
如图5所示,扩展腔131于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度自所述内侧壁向壳体内部逐渐减小,即,扩展腔131的内部径值逐渐减小。此设计是在保证不影响固定块13的基础上尽可能地增大扩展腔131的容积。
本实施例中支架12,扩展腔131与所述壳体1一体成型。支架12呈带状连续延伸的环状凸条。支架12面向所述盖体的端部设有与所述盖体密封相连的环形安装面123,所述盖体4通过环形安装面123与所述壳体组合装配。
更具体的是,所述固定块13于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度低于所述环形安装面123于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度。所述间隔件15于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度低于所述环形安装面123于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度。这样有利于盖体4和壳体1的装配。同时,间隔件15的高度低于环形安装面120的高度以使得第一腔111与第二腔112在壳体1被密封后其上部仍然互相连通。
如图6所示,为了在第一腔111内安装扬声器单体2,在所述第一腔内设有安装扬声器单体的支撑面151。所述扬声器单体2支撑固定于支撑面151上。具体的是,支撑面151的外缘尺寸与扬声器单体2的外缘尺寸相匹配,即,扬声器单体2与支撑面151可互相卡合安装,便于安装的同时还提高了扬声器单体2的安装稳定性。所述扬声器单体2包括振膜20,振膜20靠近所述底部与所述底部相对间隔一定距离,所述振膜20与所述底部10形成发声腔1111。所述壳体的侧壁16开设有与发声腔1111连通的出声孔14。故,本实用新型系统为侧边开孔发声。
具体地,本实施例中,支架12位于壳体1的边沿,间隔件15位于壳体1内侧,间隔件15、支架12、固定块13与壳体1均为一体成型。环形安装面123设置于支架12上且沿收容空间11一周,环形安装面123表面平整光滑,便于将壳体1和盖体2之间密封。内侧壁124位于第二腔112内,固定块13位于内侧壁124所背对的外侧壁125上。扩展腔131自内侧壁124开口朝固定块13内部方向凹陷形成,扩展腔131与第二腔112连通。
本实用新型的第二腔112以及额外增设的扩展腔131作为扬声器单体2的后腔。由扬声器的相关技术原理可知,在一定条件下,后腔越大、密封性越好,则扬声器的声学性能越佳。因此,本扬声器系统100在不改变扬声器系统整体体积的基础上,针对性地增加了扩展腔131,使后腔容积得到扩展,进而改善本扬声器系统的声学性能,使用户具有更优的使用体验。
更优地,扩展腔131与壳体1采用一体成型技术。可选的,扩展腔131可利用斜顶结构的模具一次成型产出,以避免多个结构之间拼装所带来的密封性不足的问题,保证本扬声器系统内部密封效果。
具体地,如图4所示,出声孔14上设有封装网组件3,封装网组件3包括金属壳31、第一密封垫圈32和金属网33,金属壳31与金属网33之间通过第一密封垫圈32密封连接,封装网组件3用于封装出声孔14,封装网组件3通过第二密封垫圈141与出声孔14的边沿密封。
本实用新型提供的扬声器系统的扩展腔131为所述壳体1的其他剩余空间的扩展空间,充分利用了壳体1空间,增大后腔的体积,改善扬声器系统100的声学性能。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的扬声器系统100在不增加整体体积的基础上增大了后腔16容积,提高了本扬声器系统100的声学性能,并且节约了用料,降低了生产成本,且本扬声器系统100多个构件均采用一体成型的生产技术,提高了生产效率:即本实用新型在提高了产品性能的同时还降低了生产成本,因此,本扬声器系统具备良好的生产效益。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种扬声器系统,包括具有收容空间的壳体、与所述壳体组合装配的盖体和扬声器单体;其特征在于:所述壳体内设有围绕形成所述收容空间的支架;所述收容空间内设有朝向所述收容空间凸出形成的间隔件;所述间隔件与所述支架围设形成收容安装所述扬声器单体的第一腔;所述间隔件、所述支架、所述扬声器单体以及所述盖体围设形成第二腔,所述支架包括围绕所述第二腔的内侧壁,所述扬声器系统还包括自所述内侧壁开口并向壳体内部延伸的扩展腔,所述扩展腔与所述第二腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器系统,其特征在于:所述扩展腔于垂直所述壳体方向上的高度自所述内侧壁向壳体内部逐渐减小。
