By separating the end of the absorbent core of the absorbent article from the end of the individual package, it is possible to prevent the absorbent core of the absorbent article contained therein from being deformed.
- the packaging is disclosed.
- the individual package of the portable package disclosed in Patent Document 1 further has a fragrance, and the package containing such an individual package usually prevents the volatilized fragrance from escaping to the outside. It is often displayed in stores in a sealed state. Therefore, even if the fragrance is added to the individual package, the person who wants to purchase the package cannot smell the scent of the fragrance component at the time of purchase, and purchases by imagining the scent from the characters written on the package. I had no choice but to do it. In addition, since fragrances and the like act on the sense of the purchaser (sense of smell), the purchaser often notices that the fragrance was different from the imagination and taste after opening. On the other hand, in an unsealed package, volatile components contained in the individual package of the absorbent article leak out of the package (container) before use, and the package cannot function when opened. There is also a problem.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to actually feel the scent of the fragrance in the containment containing the absorbent article before purchasing the product.
- the purpose is to provide an accommodating container for absorbent articles that can be used.
- the main invention for achieving the above object has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction that intersect with each other, and accommodates an absorbent article, an individual package of the absorbent article, and the individual package.
- the absorbent article has a volatile fragrance
- the containing bag is one side facing each other in the front-rear direction in the internal space accommodating the absorbent article.
- the inner surface of the container and the inner surface on the other side can come into contact with each other, and the storage bag has a notch, and when the pressure in the internal space is increased, air flows from the internal space to the outside through the notch.
- the present invention it is possible to provide a container for an absorbent article in which the scent of the fragrance in the container in which the absorbent article is contained can be actually felt before the purchase of the product.

It has a pair of first folds F1 and a second fold F2 that intersects and extends F1 so as to divide the dimensions into two equal parts.
- the absorbent article 20 has both sides along the first folds F1 and F1 so that the front side (ventral side) of the absorbent article 20 is on the outside (so that the first folds F1 and F1 are mountain-folded). After folding, the upper portion of the absorbent article 20 is bent toward the rear side (dorsal side) along the second fold F2, so that the individual package is in a compact state having a substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 6B. It is packaged in 30. Further, not limited to the above-mentioned folding method, the pair of first folds F1, F1 and the second fold F2 are each valley-folded, and the absorbent article 20 is folded so that the rear side (dorsal side) is on the outside.
- the absorbent article 20 may have a compact shape.
- FIG. 8A is a diagram illustrating a state in which the storage bag 10 is grasped by fingers from the front side and the rear side in the front-rear direction
- FIG. 8B is a view when the state of FIG. 8A is viewed from the side surface side of the storage bag 10. be.
- a package containing an absorbent article such as the housing body 1 of the present embodiment is usually displayed in a sealed state at a storefront. If the absorbent goods contained in the product are provided with volatile components such as fragrances, the purchaser cannot smell the scent of the components at the time of purchase, and imagine the scent from the letters on the package. I had to buy it. Since fragrances and the like act on the senses (smell) of the purchaser, it is often noticed that they were different from the imagination and taste after opening. On the other hand, in the unsealed package, the volatile components contained in the absorbent article or the like leak out of the package before use, and there is a possibility that the package cannot function at the time of opening.
- volatile components such as fragrances
- the storage bag 10 of the storage body 1 of the present embodiment has a notch 18 (FIG. 1).
- the storage bag 10 has an inner surface (front portion) on one side facing each other in the front-rear direction in the internal space S in which the individual package 30 of the absorbent article 20 is housed.
- the inner surface of 11) and the inner surface of the other side can be in contact with each other.
- the inner surface of one side and the inner surface of the other side can be brought into contact with each other (FIG. 8B).
- the pressure in the internal space S of the storage bag 10 is increased, and air is discharged from the internal space S to the outside through the notch 18 (FIG. 8A).
- the internal space S containing the individual package 30 of the absorbent article 20 is filled with air containing a volatile fragrance. With such a minimal amount of air exhausted through the notch 18, the customer can actually feel the scent of the fragrance before purchase. Further, since the absorbent article 20 is packaged as an individual package 30, the hygienic state can be maintained even if there is a notch 18.
- the position where the inner surface on one side and the inner surface on the other side are brought into contact with each other is not only the space in which the individual bag body 30 is not housed in the left-right direction of the storage bag 10 as shown in FIG. 8A, but also the upper side of the storage bag 10. It may be a space portion in which the individual bag body 30 is not accommodated. As a factor for increasing the pressure in the internal space S, there is also a case where the environmental temperature in which the housing body 1 is stored rises.
- the notch 18 is provided so as to penetrate the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 of the storage bag 10, when the pressure is increased by grasping the storage bag 10 or the like, the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 are formed.
- the air in the storage space S of the storage bag 10 pops out from both notches 18. As a result, the volatilized fragrance is more easily hit by the customer, and the fragrance component is more easily felt.
- the notch 18 does not have to be formed so as to penetrate the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 of the storage bag 10, and the notch 18 may be provided at least on the front surface portion 11 of the storage bag 10.
- the front surface portion 11 of the storage bag 10 is the surface (front surface) of the housing body 1, and the notch 18 is provided in the front surface portion 11 so that air containing the volatile fragrance is pushed out from the front surface of the housing body 1. ..
- the air extruded in this way can easily move toward the vicinity of the face of the customer who picks up the container 1, that is, the air can easily hit the mucous membranes of the eyes and mouth where the volatilized fragrance component is easily felt. .. Therefore, the customer can make the scent (volatile component) more easily perceived.
- the volatile cooling sensation agent or warming agent is contained in the internal space S of the storage bag 10.
- the test method for performing sensory evaluation is as follows. Prepare a sanitary napkin and two filter papers as a base material to which the fragrance is applied, menthol as the fragrance, and an aluminum-deposited bag that looks like a storage bag 10. The test procedure is as follows: 1) Drop about 0.1 g of dissolved menthol onto a filter paper or napkin, and 2) fix the edge of the aluminum vapor-deposited bag with gum tape to make it easier to stand on its own.
- the customer touches the storage bag 10 and causes the movement of air in the internal space S it is preferable to have the following configuration. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the length from the left end of the individual packaging body 30 in the left-right direction to the left end of the internal space S in the left-right direction when the accommodation body 1 is viewed in the front-rear direction (the direction penetrating the paper surface of FIG. 1).
- the sum of the LL1 and the length LR1 from the right end of the individual packaging body 30 in the left-right direction to the right end of the internal space S in the left-right direction is the maximum length of the accommodation body 1 in the front-rear direction (that is, the accommodation body 1). Maximum thickness) or more is preferable.
- the total length LL1 and the length LR1 that is, the total length of the non-containing portion in which the individual package 30 is not stored.
- the total length of the non-accommodation portion is equal to or more than the maximum thickness of the accommodation body 1, so that the storage bag 1
- the possibility of adverse effects such as contact with the individual package 30 (absorbent article 20) in the storage bag 10 and damaging the absorbent article 20 is reduced, and air is provided to the outside. Can be moved.
- the individual package 30 may move slightly in the left-right direction in the storage bag 10, but in that respect, in the internal space S of the storage bag 10, one side inner surface (inner surface of the front surface portion 11) and the other side.
- the portions on which the inner surfaces on the sides (inner surfaces of the rear surface portion 12) can come into contact with each other may be provided on at least one of both side portions in the left-right direction.
- a customer grabs the product container 1 with his / her fingers he / she usually grabs the lateral (left-right) end of the container 1, so that the contact can be made to at least one of both sides in the left-right direction. If a certain portion is provided, the inner surfaces come into contact with each other when grasped, and air is pushed out from the notch 18. Thereby, the customer can actually feel the scent contained in the absorbent article 20.
- the portions where the inner surfaces of the storage bag 10 can come into contact with each other are provided on at least one of the left and right side portions, if the notches 18 are similarly provided on both left and right side portions, the customer. There is a possibility that the notch 18 may be blocked when the sword is grabbed by a finger. However, as in the present embodiment, by providing the notch 18 on the upper side of the storage bag 10, the risk of manually closing the notch 18 is reduced, and air can be discharged from the notch 18.
- the housing body 1 has the bottom surface 13 of the storage bag 10 on the lower side. It is preferable that the individual package 30 and the notch 18 do not overlap each other when viewed in the front-rear direction in an upright state.
- the "upright state” here means that the accommodating body 1 is held by hand with the accommodating body 1 placed on the mounting surface MS with the bottom surface portion 13 facing down, and the accommodating bag 1 is approximately 3 cm from the mounting surface MS. It refers to a state in which the housing body 1 is lifted up and dropped onto the mounting surface MS five times, and then made independent on the mounting surface MS.
- each individual packaging body 30 is arranged at a position covering the notch 18, it becomes difficult for air to be discharged from the notch 18, but when the housing body 1 is upright, each individual packaging body 30 is below the notch 18. Is located in. By not overlapping the individual package 30 and the notch 18, it is possible to prevent the movement of air from the notch 18 from being obstructed.
- a non-woven fabric, a resin film, or the like is mentioned as a material constituting the packaging material 31 of the individual packaging body 30 of the present embodiment.
- a volatile fragrance, a cooling sensation agent, or a temperature is used.
- Components such as a sensitizer are likely to leak from the individual package 30 via the non-woven fabric, and the components volatilized in the internal space S of the housing 1 are likely to be filled.
- even the minimum amount of air discharged from the notch 18 makes it easy for volatile components such as fragrances to come out, making it easier for customers to feel the volatile components.
- the material constituting the packaging material 31 is a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene
- the resin film has a property that it is difficult for air to pass through as compared with the non-woven fabric. Therefore, the volatile fragrance contained in the absorbent article 20 is a constituent material. Seems to be less likely to leak through the packaging material 31 than when is a non-woven fabric.
- the seal portions (joint portions) 32 and 33 of the individual package 30 of the present embodiment are provided with a pressure contact portion 40 and a non-pressure contact portion 41. ..
- the pressure-welded portion 40 is shown in a rectangular shape in the partially enlarged view of FIG.
- the non-pressure-welded portion 41 shows a portion other than the pressure-welded portion 40 in the seal portions 32 and 33. Since the pressure-welded portion 40 is in a state where the packaging materials 31 are compressed and in contact with each other, the volatilized fragrance of the absorbent article 20 is unlikely to leak out, but in the non-pressure-welded portion, the packaging materials 31 are not compressed. Air easily escapes from the non-pressure contact portion.
- the absorbent article 20 and the packaging material 31 are not joined by an adhesive or the like, and the absorbent article 20 can be moved in the individual package 30 and is a product at the time of shipment (accommodation body 1). Due to the movement of the absorbent article 20, the absorbent article 20 moves in the individual package 30 and an air flow is also generated.
- the fragrance component volatilized from the non-pressure contact portion 41 of the individual package 30 is removed, and the fragrance component fills the internal space S of the packaging bag 10.
- the packaging material of the individual packaging body 30 is a resin film, the scent can be felt when the customer pushes the storage bag 10.
- the total area of the non-pressure contact portions 41 when the seal portions 32 and 33 of the individual package 30 is viewed in a plan view is larger than the opening area in the notch 18.
- the opening area of the notch 18 in the present embodiment is because the width of the notch 18 is 2 mm, but each notch 18 is in a closed (closed) state unless the pressure in the internal space S rises.
- the opening area is 0. That is, the perfume component escapes from the individual package 30 through the non-pressure contact portion 41, while the storage bag 10 moves air from the internal space S to the outside only through the notch 18. Since the opening area of the notch 18 is 0 unless the pressure in the internal space S changes, it is possible to make it difficult for the fragrance component (volatile component) in the internal space S to escape to the outside.
- the individual package 30 is provided with the seal portions (joint portions) 32 and 33 at the upper end portion and the lower end portion, respectively, but as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4B, the individual packages 10 are provided in the storage bag 10.
- the individual package 30 has a bent portion in which the packaging material 31 is bent in the front-rear direction between the seal portion 33 provided at the lower end portion and the absorbent article 20.
- the bent portion 38 is a portion formed by bending the packaging material 31, which is a flexible sheet, when the individual packaging body 30 comes into contact with the bottom surface portion 13 of the storage bag 10.
- the interior space S of the storage bag 10 may be filled with a fragrance component that has been volatilized to the extent that the customer can feel the fragrance component with the air discharged from the notch 18, and the leakage is suppressed by the bent portion 38. , It becomes easy to maintain the volatile component until the use of the absorbent article 20.
- the volatile component is a cooling sensation agent or a warming sensation agent, deterioration of the cooling sensation function and the warming sensation function can be suppressed.
- the plurality of individual packages 30 are housed so that the left-right direction of each individual package 30 and the left-right direction of the storage bag 10 are aligned, but the present invention is not limited to this. It may be stored so that the left-right direction is along the front-rear direction of the storage bag 10. In such a case, a bent portion 38 in which the packaging material 31 is bent in the left-right direction is formed between the seal portion 33 of the individual package 30 and the absorbent article 20, and is also included in the absorbent article 20. It is possible to prevent the leakage of volatile components and suppress the functional deterioration of the action of the components.
- FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an enlarged photograph of a cross section of the notch 18.
- the notch 18 is cut at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the notch 18 (the direction penetrating the paper surface in FIG. 9), and 300 using a microscope (digital microscope VHX-1000 manufactured by KEYENCE, etc.).
- the cut surface was photographed at double magnification.
- the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 having a length of about 1 mm are shown in the vertical direction so as to include the cut surface of the notch 18.
- the notch 18 is formed by penetrating the cutter blade from the front surface portion 11 side to the rear surface portion 12 side in a state where the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12 are overlapped.
- the notch 18 shown in FIG. 9 has a cut surface 11ax on one side and a cut surface 11ay on the other side along the longitudinal direction of the notch 18 (the direction penetrating the paper surface in FIG. 9) in the front surface portion 11.
- the rear surface portion 12 has a cut surface 12ax on one side and a cut surface 12ay on the other side along the longitudinal direction of the notch 18 (the direction penetrating the paper surface in FIG. 9).
- the "cut surface” here is a portion of the front surface portion 11 (rear surface portion 12) from the upper end to the upper side and from the lower end to the lower side to about 50 to 100 ⁇ m (0.05 mm to 0.1 mm), respectively.
- the state of the notch 18 shown in FIG. 9 represents a state in which the pressure in the internal space S of the housing body 1 (storage bag 10) does not change.
- "When the pressure in the internal space S does not change” is a state in which a customer or the like does not touch the storage bag 10.
- the storage body 1 is taken out from the box or the like at the time of shipment and sent to the storefront or the like. The state of being displayed independently. Then, it is considered that the pressure of the internal space S changes when a person pushes, grabs, or the like with a finger or the like.
- the notch 18 has a portion NS in which the cut surface 11ax, the cut surface 11ay, and the cut surface 12ay are in contact with each other when the pressure in the internal space S does not change. .. Since the cut surfaces are in contact with each other in the front-rear direction of the storage bag 10, air in the internal space S is less likely to leak from the portion NS unless the pressure in the internal space S changes. That is, the portion NS is a portion where the internal space S and the outside do not communicate with each other. It is preferable that the portion NS in which the internal space S and the outside do not communicate with each other is provided over the entire length of the notch 18 in the longitudinal direction. Leakage of the fragrance component (volatile component) from 18 is suppressed.
- the notch 18 of the present embodiment is formed so as to penetrate the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12, but among the front surface portion 11 and the rear surface portion 12, for example, the notch 18 is formed only in the front surface portion 11.
- air is not discharged from the rear surface portion 12, and when each cut surface (cut surfaces 11ax and 11ay in FIG. 9) of the notch 18 in the front surface portion 11 comes into contact with the rear surface portion 12, the internal space S is similarly formed.
- a partial NS that does not communicate with the outside is formed. As a result, as long as the pressure in the internal space S does not change, it is possible to make it more difficult for air to be discharged.
- the cut surface 11ax on one side of the notch 18 and the cut surface 11ay on the other side have a portion in contact with each other.
- the air in the storage bag 10 is less likely to leak to the outside, and when the necessary amount of air is released to the outside, such as by grasping the storage bag 10 with a finger. Until then, the volatile components contained in the internal space S of the storage bag 10 can be retained.
- the end of the notch 18, that is, the cut surface 11ax and the cut surface 11ay has a thin thickness and a low rigidity. That is, the length (thickness) of the cut surface 11ax on one side and the cut surface 11ay on the other side in the front-rear direction is the thickness of the base material of the storage bag 10 in the portion where the notch 18 is not formed (here, the thickness). It is shorter than the thickness of the front surface portion 11 of the portion other than the notch 18. The same can be said for the cut surface 12ax and the cut surface 12ay.
- the surface 11ax has a structure that slightly bites into the inside of the storage bag 10. That is, the cut surface 11ax on one side is directed to the internal space S side. If the cut surface 11ax (or cut surface 11ay) of the notch 18 is directed to the outside of the storage bag 10, air may easily escape from the internal space S through the notch 18 more than necessary, but at least one of them.
- the cut surface 11ax (or the cut surface 11ay) is directed to the internal space S side, the internal air is difficult to escape unless the pressure in the internal space S of the storage bag 10 rises, and the volatilized fragrance component leaks out. It can be suppressed.
- the notch 18 of the present embodiment is provided on the upper side of the storage bag 10 in the vertical direction, more specifically, on the upper side of the sealing portion 14.
- each notch 18 is provided in the band-shaped region along the left-right direction. That is, in the left-right direction, each notch 18 is provided on an extension line of the notch portion 17.
- the presence of a plurality of notches 18 makes it easier for the customer to feel the fragrance component volatilized when he / she grabs the storage bag 10. Even if a plurality of notches 18 are provided, air does not easily escape from the internal space S unless a necessary force is applied to the storage bag 10, so that leakage of volatile components can be suppressed.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram showing a modified example of the housing body 1.
- the housing body 1 has a substantially rectangular shape
- the individual packaging bag body 30 has joint portions (seal portions) 39, 39 to which the packaging materials 31 are joined to each other at both ends in the left-right direction.
- the main difference is in that.
- the same reference numerals are given to the same configurations as those of the present embodiment described above.
- the individual package 30 in a state where the individual package 30 is housed in the storage bag 10, the individual package 30 is packaged between the seal portions 39, 39 at both ends in the left-right direction and the absorbent article 20.
- the material 31 has a bent portion 38 that is bent in the front-rear direction (the direction that penetrates the paper surface in FIG. 10).
- the bent portion 38 in this modification is formed by bending the packaging material 31, which is a flexible sheet, in the front-rear direction when the individual package 30 (absorbent article 20) is housed in the storage bag 10.
- the bent state of the bent portion 38 in this modification is an example, and the bent portion 38 includes a sealing portion 39 at least one of both ends in the left-right direction of the individual package 30 and an absorbent article 20. It suffices if the packaging material 31 is bent in the front-rear direction between them. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the individual packages 30 are not limited to be accommodated so that the left-right direction of the individual packages 30 and the left-right direction of the storage bag 10 are aligned, and the left-right direction of each individual package 30 is the storage bag 10. In the case of accommodating along the front-rear direction, a bent portion 38 in which the packaging material 31 is bent in the left-right direction is formed between the sealing portions 39, 39 of the individual package 30 and the absorbent article 20.
- the fragrance component (volatile component) of the absorbent article 20 easily leaks from the seal portions 39, 39 at both ends in the left-right direction, but in the portion where the bent portion 38 is provided, the seal portion 39 , The flow of air trying to escape from 39 is suppressed, and the volatile component of the absorbent article 20 is less likely to leak out.
- the bent portion 38 By suppressing the leakage of the volatile component from the individual packaging body 30 by the bent portion 38, it becomes easier to maintain the component until the time when the absorbent article 20 is used, and the volatile component (fragrance, cooling sensation, or temperature) is easily maintained. It is possible to suppress the functional deterioration of the action of (sensitizer, etc.).
- the creases on the outer side of the absorbent article 20 can prevent the absorbent article 20 from having unintended creases and causing deterioration of fit and the like.
- each notch 18 is provided on an extension line of the notch portion 17, but the notch 18 is not limited to this, and the notch 18 is more than the pair of notch portions 17. It may be provided on the upper side.
- each notch 18 is provided on an extension line of the notch portion 17, but the notch is not limited to this, and the notch is a pair of notch portions 17. It may be provided between the sealing portion 14 and the sealing portion 14.
- the cut 18 causes the break to be lower than the notch 18. It can be an aid to avoid advancing to the side (sealing portion 14 side).
- the portion of the sealing portion 14 of the housing body 1 tends to bulge in the front-rear direction due to the thickness of the sealing portion 14 in the state before opening. Can be relaxed by allowing air to escape from the notch 18.
