其中,在所述摄像模组位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述功能模组位于所述第三位置,所述摄像模组至少部分穿过所述开孔并位于所述壳体外,所述第一功能器件与所述通光孔相对;在所述摄像模组位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述功能模组位于所述第四位置,所述摄像模组隐藏所述壳体内,所述第二功能器件与所述通光孔相对。
在本申请实施例中,通过传动组件连接摄像模组和功能模组,以使被驱动件驱动的摄像模组在沿第二方向运动的时候,能够带动传动组件运动,进而带动功能模组沿第一方向运动,从而实现功能模组和摄像模组的连动;这样通过摄像模组的运动,带动功能模组的运动,可以改善现有的功能模组的位置固定的情况,以满足用户对功能模组的位置变换的需求。

如图1至图4所示,本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,包括壳体10和传动结构,且壳体设有开孔(未图示)和通光孔(未图示),其中:
传动结构包括驱动件(未图示)、传动组件20、摄像模组30和功能模组,驱动件与摄像模组30连接,且摄像模组30还通过传动组件20与功能模组连接;
摄像模组30包括至少一个摄像头,功能模组包括沿第一方向排列的第一功能器件41和第二功能器件42;在驱动件驱动摄像模组30沿第二方向运动的情况下,传动组件20带动功能模组沿第一方向运动,第一方向和第二方向之间的夹角大于0°;
在驱动件的作用下,摄像模组30可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,传动组件20带动功能模组在第三位置和第四位置之间运动;
在摄像模组30位于第一位置的情况下,功能模组位于第三位置,摄像模组30至少部分穿过开孔并位于壳体10外,第一功能器件41与通光孔相对;在摄像模组30位于第二位置的情况下,功能模组位于第四位置,摄像模组30隐藏在壳体10内,第二功能器件42与通光孔相对。
本实施方式中,通过传动组件20连接摄像模组30和功能模组,以使被驱动件驱动的摄像模组20在沿第二方向运动的时候,能够带动传动组件20运动,进而带动功能模组沿第一方向运动,从而实现功能模组和摄像模组30的连动;这样通过摄像模组30的运动,带动功能模组的运动,可以改善现有的功能模组的位置固定的情况,以满足用户对功能模组位置变换的需求。
其中,通过将第一方向和第二方向之间的夹角大于0°设置,可以使摄像模组30和功能模组能够朝不同方向进行运动,以便满足用户对功能模组的位置变换的需求。
其中,当该传动结构应用到电子设备中时,通过摄像模组30的位置变化,带来的功能模组的位置变化,以根据使用场景调整功能模组所包括的功能器件所在的位置。比如,当摄像模组30位于第一位置的情况下,摄像模组30至少部分穿过开孔并位于壳体10外,功能模组位于第三位置,功能模组的第一功能器件41与通光孔相对,以便实现第一功能器件41的相关功能;当摄 像模组30位于第二位置的情况下,摄像模组30隐藏的壳体10内,功能模组位于第四位置,功能模组的第二功能器件42与通光孔相对,以便实现第二功能器件42的相关功能。通过这样设置,通过使第一功能器件41和第二功能器件42共用一个通光孔,可以有效减少壳体10上通光孔的开设数量,进而降低通光孔多导致电子设备的屏占比低的问题,从而达到提高电子设备的屏占比的目的。
其中,第一功能器件41可以是闪光灯,第二功能器件42可以是光感器,第二功能器件42还可以是其他功能器件,比如受话器等。
下面以第一功能器件41为闪光灯,第二功能器件42为光感器进行说明:
当摄像模组30位于第一位置的情况下,摄像模组30至少部分穿过开孔并位于壳体10外,功能模组位于第三位置,闪光灯与通光孔相对,以便实现闪光灯的补光功能,满足摄像模组30的拍摄需求,同时可以控制光感器处于不工作状态,降低电子设备的电量能耗;
相应的,当摄像模组30处于第二位置的情况下,摄像模组30隐藏的壳体10内,功能模组位于第四位置,光感器与通光孔相对,以便实现光感器的相关功能;比如,光感器位红外传感器时,可以实现电子设备的红外检测功能,同时可以控制闪光灯处于关闭状态,即不工作状态,以降低电子设备的电量能耗。
其中,摄像模组30包括摄像头组件和升降组件,升降组件与摄像头组件连接,且升降组件还与驱动件连接,摄像头组件还与传动组件20连接,在驱动件的作用下,渠道升降组件带动摄像头组件运动,摄像头组件带动传动组件20运动,传动组件20带动功能模组运动。
其中,驱动件用于驱动摄像模组30在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,即驱动摄像模组30在伸出状态和缩回状态之间切换。
可选的,驱动件可以是驱动电机,用于驱动升降组件运动;升降组件可以丝杆传动组件,用于带动摄像头组件运动。
其中,通光孔可以是设置壳体10上的透光通道,也可以是用于透光的开孔。在本申请中,通光孔用于实现闪光灯或光感器与外界进行光线交互,即闪光灯可以通过通光孔将光线射出,光感器可以通过通光孔向外界发射光线 或者接受外界射进来的光线。
可选的,功能模组还包括支架50,第一功能器件41和第二功能器件42设置于支架50上;传动组件20与支架50连接,并可带动支架50沿第一方向运动。
本实施方式中,通过将第一功能器件41和第二功能器件42设置于支架50上,并跟随支架50一起运动;尤其是在第一功能器件41为闪光灯的情况下,就无需在摄像模组30上预留闪光灯的安装位置,从而有效减小摄像模组30的整体体积,进而降低摄像摸组30所需的安装空间;而且,通过将第一功能器件41和第二功能器件42共用一个通光孔,还可以减少壳体10上的通光孔的开设数量,进而在一定程度上提升电子设备的屏占比。
其中,在第一功能器件41为闪光灯,第二功能器件42位光感器的情况下,当功能模组处于第三位置,即闪光灯与通光孔相对,光器件隐藏在壳体10内的情况下,控制闪光灯工作状态,以满足用户的拍摄需求,同时控制光感器处于不工作状态,降低电子设备的电量消耗;而当功能模组处于第四位置,即光感器与通光孔相对,闪光灯隐藏在壳体10内的情况下,控制光感器处于工作状态,以实现电子设备的红外检测等功能,同时控制闪光灯处于关闭状态,即不工作状态,降低电子设备的电量消耗。
其中,第一方向和第二方向之间的夹角为90°,即第一方向和第二方向相垂直,即摄像模组30的运动方向和功能模组的运动方向相垂直,比如摄像模组30的运动方向为电子设备的长度方向,功能模组的运动方向为电子设备的宽度方向。
其中,设有闪光灯和光感器的支架50位于壳体10内,并可在壳体10内运动,比如左右运动等。
而且,支架50的运动,可以通过额外的驱动组件,以驱动传动组件20运动,进而带动支架50运动,以便支架50可运动至第三位置或第四位置,并实现电子设备的相关功能;也可以通过传动组件20连接摄像模组30和支架50,以便支架50可以跟随摄像模组30一起运动。比如,当摄像模组30运动至第一位置时,则支架50运动至第三位置,以便电子设备实现第一功能器件41的相关功能;相应的,当摄像模组20运动至第二位置时,则支架50运 动至第四位置,以便电子设备实现第二功能器件42的相关功能。
其中,可以通过传动组件20连接摄像模组30和支架50,以便支架50可以跟随摄像模组30一起运动,可以节省驱动组件的设置,进一步节省空间,优化电子设备的功能器件的布局。
可选的,传动组件20包括第一传动件和第二传动件,第一传动件与摄像模组30连接,第二传动件与功能模组连接,第一传动件与第二传动件传动连接。
本实施方式中,第二传动件与功能模组的支架50连接,且由于在摄像模组30可在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,相应的,支架50可在第三位置和第四位置之间运动。其中,当摄像模组30位于第一位置时,支架50位于第三位置,且第一功能器件41与通光孔相对;当摄像模组30位于第二位置时,支架50位于第四位置,且第二功能器件42与通光孔相对。
其中,在第一功能器件41为闪光灯,第二功能器件42为光感器的情况下,通过传动组件20连接摄像模组30和支架50,以使支架50可以跟随摄像模组30运动,从而达到闪光灯和摄像模组的同步运动,从而达到提升电子设备的拍摄体验的目的。比如,当摄像模组30处于第一位置时,即摄像模组30至少部分穿过开孔位于壳体10外,以便实现摄像模组30的拍摄功能,由于支架50跟随摄像模组30一起运动;因此,在摄像模组30处于第一位置时,闪光灯也运动至正对通光孔设置的位置,以便实现摄像模组30的补光功能,从而达到提升电子设备的拍摄体验的目的。
如图2所示,摄像模组30上设置有第一直齿条31,第一传动件为第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第一直齿条31啮合,因此当摄像模组30相对于壳体10进行伸缩运动时,第一直齿条21可以带动第一齿轮转动,从而实现摄像模组30带动传动组件20运动;
第二传动件为第二直齿条21,第二直齿条21与第一齿轮啮合,从而使第二直齿条21可在第一齿轮的作用下进行横向移动。第二直齿条21还与支架50固定连接,从而使支架50可以和第二直齿条21一起进行横向移动,并使得位于支架50上的闪光灯和光感器相对通光孔的位置进行移动;且当支架50运动至第四位置时,光感器正对通光孔设置,闪光灯隐藏在壳体10内;当支 架50运动至第三位置时,闪光灯正对通光孔设置,光感器隐藏在壳体10内。
其中,支架50和第二直齿条21可以是一体结构,即可以在支架50上设置直齿条,以形成第二传动件。
需要说明的是,为方便支架50在壳体10内的运动,还可以在壳体10内,设置与支架50滑动连接的滑动件,该滑动件可以是设置在设备本体10内的滑轨或者滑槽。
其中,当该滑动件为设置在壳体10内的滑轨时,支架50上可以设置与该滑轨适配的滑槽;当该滑动件为设置在壳体10内的滑槽时,支架50上可以设置与该滑槽适配的滑轨或者滑块,以便改善支架50在壳体10内的运动情况。
本实施方式中,齿轮齿条的传动方式具有结构简单,空间占用小的特点,从而可以有效降低传动组件20所需的安装空间。
另外,还可以通过其他传动方式,实现支架50的位置切换,比如通过凸轮传动方式或者曲柄滑块机构等等。
如图3所示,第二传动件可以是偏心轮22,支架50的一端可以与偏心轮22的外周面抵接,支架50的另一端可以通过弹性件70与壳体10的内侧壁连接,利用偏心轮22的特性,使得支架50可以运动至第三位置或第四位置。
其中,弹性件70可以是弹簧,也可以具有弹性功能的硅胶带等。
其中,壳体10设有第一滑动件(未图示),支架50可与第一滑动件滑动连接,以便支架50可运动至第一位置或第二位置。
具体的,第一滑动件可以是设置在壳体10内的第一滑轨,且支架50上设有与第一滑轨相适配的第一滑槽;或者,第一滑动件可以是设置在壳体10上的第二滑槽,且支架50上设有与第二滑槽相适配的第二滑轨;从而实现支架50在凸轮传动方式中的运动。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第一传动件可以是齿轮,并可以与摄像模组30上的齿条啮合,从而使得摄像模组30可以带动第一传动件运动,第一传动件和第二传动件可以同轴设置,以便第二传动件可以跟随第一传动件运动,进而带动支架50运动,并使得支架50可运动至第三位置或第四位 置,并实现电子设备的闪光灯或者光感器所对应的功能。
如图4所示,第二传动件可以是转盘23,转盘23通过一连杆80与支架50连接,且壳体10设有第二滑动件(未图示),支架50可与第二滑动件滑动连接;其中,连杆80、支架50、转盘23和第二滑动件构成一曲柄滑块机构,以便支架50可运动至第三位置或第四位置,并实现对应的功能。
具体的,第二滑动件可以是设置在壳体10内的第三滑轨,且支架50上设有与第三滑轨相适配的第三滑槽;或者,第二滑动件可以是设置在壳体10上的第四滑槽,且支架50上设有与第四滑槽相适配的第四滑轨;从而实现支架50在曲柄连杆机构方式下的运动。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第一传动件可以是齿轮,并可以与摄像模组30上的齿条啮合,从而使得摄像模组30可以带动第一传动件运动,第一传动件和第二传动件可以同轴设置,以便第二传动件可以跟随第一传动件运动,进而带动支架50运动,并使得支架50可运动至第一位置或第二位置,并实现电子设备的闪光灯或者光感器所对应的功能。
需要说明的是,第一传动件和第二传动件可以是设置在同一轴上的两个传动件,以便第二传动件可以跟随第一传动件一起运动。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种传动结构,包括:驱动件、传动组件、摄像模组和功能模组,所述驱动件与所述摄像模组连接,所述摄像模组通过所述传动组件与所述功能模组连接;
    其中,所述摄像模组包括至少一个摄像头,所述功能模组包括沿第一方向排列的第一功能器件和第二功能器件;在所述驱动件驱动所述摄像模组沿第二方向运动的情况下,所述传动组件带动所述功能模组沿所述第一方向运动,所述第一方向和所述第二方向之间的夹角大于0°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的传动结构,其中,所述功能模组还包括支架,所述第一功能器件和所述第二功能器件设置于所述支架上;
    所述传动组件与所述支架连接,并可带动所述支架沿所述第一方向运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的传动结构,其中,所述传动组件包括第一传动件和第二传动件,所述第一传动件与所述摄像模组连接,所述第二传动件与所述功能模组连接,所述第一传动件与所述第二传动件传动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的传动结构,其中,所述第一传动件为第一齿轮,所述摄像模组设有第一直齿条,所述第一齿轮与所述第一直齿条啮合;
    所述第二传动件为第二直齿条,所述第二直齿条与所述支架固定连接,所述第一齿轮还与所述第二直齿条啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的传动结构,其中,所述传动结构还包括第一滑动件,所述支架与所述第一滑动件滑动连接;
    所述第二传动件为偏心轮,所述支架的一端与所述偏心轮的外周面抵接,所述支架的另一端通过弹性件与基座连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的传动结构,其中,所述传动结构还包括第二滑动件,所述支架与所述第二滑动件滑动连接;
    所述第二传动件为转盘,所述转盘通过一连杆与所述支架连接,所述转盘、所述连杆、所述支架和所述第二滑动件组成曲柄滑块机构。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的传动结构,其中,所述第一方向和所述第二方向之间的夹角为90°。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括壳体以及如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的传动结构,所述传动结构位于所述壳体内,所述壳体设有开孔和通光孔,所述驱动件可驱动所述摄像模组在第一位置和第二位置之间运动,所述传动组件带动所述功能模组在第三位置和第四位置之间运动;
    其中,在所述摄像模组位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述功能模组位于所述第三位置,所述摄像模组至少部分穿过所述开孔并位于所述壳体外,所述第一功能器件与所述通光孔相对;在所述摄像模组位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述功能模组位于所述第四位置,所述摄像模组隐藏所述壳体内,所述第二功能器件与所述通光孔相对。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一功能器件为闪光灯。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二功能器件为光感器。
