本申请涉及宠物玩具,更具体地说,涉及一种宠物玩耍抛球装置。
背景技术
饲养宠物在现代人的生活中越来越普及。猫、狗等宠物都喜欢追逐球类玩具,因而人们设计了各种吸引宠物玩耍嬉戏的玩耍球。但是这些玩耍球的使用都需要宠物主人的参与,宠物主人用手将玩耍球扔出去,宠物开始追逐玩耍,然后宠物主人还要将球捡回来再扔出去,非常消耗宠物主人的体力和时间。
技术问题
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能够自动发射玩耍球的宠物玩耍抛球装置。
技术解决方案
本申请解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提出一种宠物玩耍抛球装置,包括壳体,所述壳体设有投放口和发射口,所述壳体内形成有对接投放口的投放通道和对接发射口的发射通道,所述壳体内还设有位于投放通道的出口和发射通道的入口之间的用于传送玩耍球的传送机构和用于将发射通道内的玩耍球发射出发射口的发球机构,其中,所述传送机构包括可转动地支撑于所述投放通道的出口和发射通道的入口之间的螺旋杆和驱动所述螺旋杆旋转的第一驱动电机,所述螺旋杆的外周从对接投放通道的出口的一端到对接发射通道的入口的另一端形成螺旋槽。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述投放口设置于壳体的顶部,所述发射口设置于壳体的侧面,对接所述投放口的投放通道竖向设置,对接所述发射口的发射通道从入口到发射口相对于水平方向向上倾斜设置,所述螺旋杆水平支撑于所述投放通道和发射通道下方的壳体底部。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述壳体的顶部形成碗状的玩耍球存放腔,并在所述玩耍球存放腔的底部开设所述投放口。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述螺旋杆的螺旋槽上方还设有罩住被传送的玩耍球的导向罩。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述发球机构包括相对设置于发射通道的两侧的第一摩擦轮和第二摩擦轮以及分别驱动所述第一摩擦轮和第二摩擦轮相对转动的第二驱动电机和第三驱动电机,所述第一摩擦轮和第二摩擦轮之间的间距略小于玩耍球的直径。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述发射通道的靠近入口处的相对两侧壁分别开设有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一摩擦轮和第二摩擦轮分别设置于所述第一开口和第二开口的外侧,并分别透过所述第一开口和第二开口挤压进入发射通道的玩耍球。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述螺旋槽的宽度略大于玩耍球的直径。
根据本申请的一个实施例中,所述投放通道的内壁设置有用于检测是否有玩耍球进入投放通道的感应器。
有益效果
实施根据本申请实施例的宠物玩耍抛球装置,具有以下有益效果:根据本申请实施例的宠物玩耍抛球装置在投放通道和发射通道之间设置通过螺旋杆实现的玩耍球传送机构,能够通过螺旋杆的旋转将从投放通道落到螺旋槽内的玩耍球从螺旋杆的一端传送到另一端进而进入发射通道内,通过控制螺旋杆的旋转角度,可以将落到螺旋槽内的玩耍球逐个地传送至发射通道的入口,再由发球机构发射出发射口,这样宠物就可以去追逐玩耍球,不需要主人人工扔球,节省主人的体力和时间。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。并且,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
如图1至图3所示,根据本申请一个实施例的宠物玩耍抛球装置100主要由壳体10、投放通道20、发射通道30、传送机构40和发球机构50构成。壳体10可以根据需要设计成不同的形状。壳体10的顶部形成碗状的玩耍球存放腔13,玩耍球存放腔13的底部开设有投放口11,壳体10的侧面开设发射口12。投放通道20形成于壳体10内部,竖向设置于投放口11的下方,与投放口11对接来接收从投放口11进入的玩耍球。发射通道30形成于壳体10内部,与发射口12对接以便玩耍球经发射通道30从发射口12射出。发射通道30的入口31位于发射口12的斜下方,也即,发射通道30从入口31到发射口12相对于水平方向向上倾斜设置。传送机构40设置于投放通道20和发射通道30下方的壳体10内底部,并位于投放通道20的出口21和发射通道30的入口31之间,用于将从投放投到20的出口21落下来的玩耍球传送到发射通道30的入口31。发球机构50设置在发射通道30的相对两侧,用于将发射通道30内的玩耍球从发射口12发射出去,供宠物追逐玩耍。
具体参见图2和图3所示,传送机构40包括螺旋杆41和第一驱动电机43。螺旋杆41可转动地支撑于投放通道20的出口21和发射通道30的入口31之间,并沿水平方向延伸。具体实施例中,壳体10内的底部可设置有螺旋杆支撑架并通过轴承转动支撑螺旋杆41的两端。第一驱动电机43安装于壳体10内的底部,第一驱动电机43的动力输出端与螺旋杆41连接以驱动螺旋杆41旋转。螺旋杆41的外周形成螺旋槽42,螺旋槽42从对接投放通道20的出口21的一端螺旋延伸到对接发射通道30的入口31的另一端。螺旋槽42的宽度可略大于玩耍球的直径。这样,玩耍球从投放口11进入投放通道20后,从投放通道20的出口21正好落到螺旋杆41一端的螺旋槽42内,然后随着第一驱动电机43驱动螺旋杆41旋转,螺旋槽42内的玩耍球可以被螺旋槽42带着向螺旋杆41的另一端移动到发射通道30的入口31,然后被发球机构50从发射口12发射出去。通过控制第一驱动电机43驱动螺旋杆41旋转的旋转角度和,可以将落到螺旋槽42内的玩耍球逐个地传送至发射通道30,再由发球机构50逐个发射出发射口12。进一步地,为了防止在螺旋杆41的螺旋槽42内传送的玩耍球在传送过程中滚落,还可在螺旋杆41的螺旋槽42上方设置罩住被传送的玩耍球的导向罩44,以限制玩耍球只能沿螺旋槽42移动。具体实施例中,导向罩44的两端可分别连通投放通道20和发射通道30,以形成一个完整的玩耍球移动通道。
进一步参见图2和图3所示,发球机构50包括相对设置于发射通道30的两侧的第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b。具体来说,发射通道30的靠近入口处的相对两侧壁分别开设有第一开口32a和第二开口32b,第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b分别设置于第一开口32a和第二开口32b的外侧,并分别透过第一开口32a和第二开口32b部分地伸入发射通道30内,且第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b之间的间距略小于玩耍球的直径。发球机构50还包括分别驱动第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b相对转动的第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b。第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b可分别通过相应的安装支撑结构安装在壳体10内。第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b驱动第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b相对转动,便可相互挤压被螺旋杆41传送到发射通道30内的玩耍球,从而将玩耍球发射出发射口12。通过控制第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b驱动第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b旋转的速度,还可以改变玩耍球被发射出去的角度和力度,从而提高宠物追逐玩耍的乐趣。
根据本申请上述实施例的宠物玩耍抛球装置100在使用时,可以预先在壳体10顶部的玩耍球存放腔13内放置多个玩耍球,然后玩耍球从投放口11逐个落到螺旋杆41的螺旋槽42上,通过螺旋杆41的旋转逐个传送到发射通道30内,进而由发球机构50从发射口12逐个发射出来。通过设置相应的控制器件对第一驱动电机43、第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b进行控制,可以设置多个玩耍球不同的发射角度和发射时间,增加宠物玩耍的乐趣。进一步参见图2和图3所示的具体实施例中,投放通道20的内壁还设置有感应器60,用于检测是否有玩耍球进入投放通道20中,从而触发控制第一驱动电机43、第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b按照预先的设置工作。例如,感应器60可以是设置于投放通道20的内壁相对两侧的一组红外对射感应器。玩耍球落入时,中断该组红外对射感应器的红外对射信号,从而检测到有玩耍球进入投放通道20中,触发控制第二驱动电机52a和第三驱动电机52b工作,带动第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b先旋转起来,然后控制第一驱动电机43工作,带动螺旋杆41开始旋转,将落下的玩耍球送入发射通道30,然后由旋转中的第一摩擦轮51a和第二摩擦轮51b发射出去。

  1. 一种宠物玩耍抛球装置,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体设有投放口和发射口,所述壳体内形成有对接投放口的投放通道和对接发射口的发射通道,所述壳体内还设有位于投放通道的出口和发射通道的入口之间的用于传送玩耍球的传送机构和用于将发射通道内的玩耍球发射出发射口的发球机构,其中,所述传送机构包括可转动地支撑于所述投放通道的出口和发射通道的入口之间的螺旋杆和驱动所述螺旋杆旋转的第一驱动电机,所述螺旋杆的外周从对接投放通道的出口的一端到对接发射通道的入口的另一端形成螺旋槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩耍抛球装置,其特征在于,所述投放口设置于壳体的顶部,所述发射口设置于壳体的侧面,对接所述投放口的投放通道竖向设置,对接所述发射口的发射通道从入口到发射口相对于水平方向向上倾斜设置,所述螺旋杆水平支撑于所述投放通道和发射通道下方的壳体底部。
