Description

一种外置式胎压计 技术领域
本实用新型涉及胎压监测领域,具体为一种外置式胎压计。
背景技术
申请人广东铁将军防盗设备有限公司于2012年提出了一项发明专利申请,申请号CN201210115373.4,公开了一种外置式胎压计及其安装结构,包括提供外螺纹周壁的基座和提供内螺纹周壁的盖帽,基座与盖帽相螺锁以提供内部安装空间,此外,该安装结构还包括齿轮、垫环及锁紧件;所述齿轮固定于基座底面并沿周向设有轮齿;所述垫环设有通孔,该通孔的周壁设有轮齿;所述垫环以其通孔套设所述齿轮外周并与齿轮以彼此的轮齿相啮合设置;所述锁紧件贴紧所述垫环和齿轮设置;所述锁紧件、齿轮、基座均设有供与气门嘴阀杆相螺锁的螺孔。
在货车等大型车辆的外置胎压计安装过程中,存在着拆卸安装困难的问题,究其原因来说,大型货车轮毂所能够允许的手伸进去的空间小。
所以,本申请所要解决的技术问题是:如何提高外置式胎压计的安装和拆卸便捷性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种外置式胎压计,该胎压计可有效提高外置式胎压计的安装和拆卸便捷性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种外置式胎压计,包括胎压计本 体,所述胎压计本体的底面设有用于和外设的气门嘴阀杆密封连接的安装口,所述安装口内设有用于顶开气门嘴阀杆内阀门的顶杆;所述胎压计本体的侧面为多面环状结构。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述多面环状结构为4-10个平面依次连接形成的多面环状结构。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述胎压计本体包括壳体、与壳体固定连接的主体,所述多面环状结构设置在壳体的外周;所述安装口设置在主体上;所述壳体内设有用于检测安装口位置的胎压传感器。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述主体包括和壳体固定连接的连接端、设置有安装口的安装端。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述主体的外周设有一圈防滑凸条。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述安装端上固定有螺母;所述安装口位于螺母、连接端、安装端的轴线位置。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述安装口和外设的气门嘴阀杆螺接。
在上述的外置式胎压计中,所述壳体和连接端螺接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型在胎压计本体的侧面设置为多面环状结构,可以便于操作人员手工拆卸和安装,提高拆卸安装的便捷性。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例1
请参阅图1~2,一种外置式胎压计,包括胎压计本体,所述胎压计本体的底面设有用于和外设的气门嘴阀杆密封连接的安装口1,所述安装口1内设有用于顶开气门嘴阀杆内阀门的顶杆2;所述胎压计本体的侧面为多面环状结构3。
在使用过程中,将安装口1和气门嘴阀杆连接,安装好了之后顶杆2会顶开气门嘴阀杆内阀门,轮胎内的气体会进入安装口1,隐含的,本胎压计本体还内置有比如微处理器、无线通信模块、胎压监测模块如胎压传感器等,这些都是本领域公知常识,所以并不做过多的限制。
一般来说,安装口1内的气压会传递给胎压传感器,胎压传感器将信号发送给微处理器,微处理器通过无线通信模块将胎压发送给车载胎压监测器等。
优选地,所述多面环状结构3为4-10个平面依次连接形成的多面环状结构3。本实施例中,多面环状结构3为8个平面依次连接形成的多面环状结构3
优选地,所述胎压计本体包括壳体4、与壳体4固定连接的主体5,所述多面环状结 构3设置在壳体4的外周;所述安装口1设置在主体5上;所述壳体4内设有用于检测安装口1位置的胎压传感器,所述主体5包括和壳体4固定连接的连接端6、设置有安装口1的安装端7,所述主体5的外周设有一圈防滑凸条8,所述安装端7上固定有螺母9;所述安装口1位于螺母9、连接端6、安装端7的轴线位置,所述安装口1和外设的气门嘴阀杆螺接,所述壳体4和连接端6螺接。
在本实施例中,壳体4、主体5的结构设计利于本胎压计本体的组装和检修。防滑凸条8利于操作人员把持和安装。螺母9的作用便于通过小扳手将本胎压计本体拧紧在气门嘴阀杆上。为了结构简单化和可靠性考虑,所述安装口1和外设的气门嘴阀杆螺接,所述壳体4和连接端6螺接。

  1. 一种外置式胎压计,包括胎压计本体,所述胎压计本体的底面设有用于和外设的气门嘴阀杆密封连接的安装口,所述安装口内设有用于顶开气门嘴阀杆内阀门的顶杆;其特征在于,所述胎压计本体的侧面为多面环状结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述多面环状结构为4-10个平面依次连接形成的多面环状结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述胎压计本体包括壳体、与壳体固定连接的主体,所述多面环状结构设置在壳体的外周;所述安装口设置在主体上;所述壳体内设有用于检测安装口位置的胎压传感器。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述主体包括和壳体固定连接的连接端、设置有安装口的安装端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述主体的外周设有一圈防滑凸条。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述安装端上固定有螺母;所述安装口位于螺母、连接端、安装端的轴线位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述安装口和外设的气门嘴阀杆螺接。
  8. 根据权利要求4-6任一所述的外置式胎压计,其特征在于,所述壳体和连接端螺接。
