本实用新型涉及一种胎压监测装置,包括带有螺纹孔的传感器(1)、天线结构(2)和气门嘴(3),其特征在于所述天线结构(2)的中部开设有螺牙孔(2.1),在螺牙孔(2.1)的两侧开设有定位孔(2.2),在所述螺牙孔(2.1)的下方设置有与PCB板相连的焊脚(2.3),通过气门嘴(3)一端的螺栓头(3.1)与传感器(1)的螺纹孔以及天线结构(2)的螺牙孔(2.1)配合实现三者的连接。本实用新型中的天线结构采用一体成型自带螺纹孔,在于传感器和气门嘴装配时不需要单独的螺丝、垫片和弹簧垫,安装简单,并且大大降低了加工成本。

本实用新型涉及轮胎内压力的传感装置领域,尤其一种内置式胎压监测装置。属于汽车制造领域。
背景技术
轮胎是汽车的一个重要部件,它直接影响到汽车的行驶安全及车内的人身安全。现有的一些车辆会安装TPMS(Tire Pressure Measure System),即胎压监测系统,并在轮胎内安装轮胎气压监测发射器,用来监测轮胎内的压力情况。胎压监测系统属于主动安全设备的一种,利用胎压监测系统可以在轮胎出现危险征兆时及时报警,提醒驾驶员采取相应措施,从而能够让轮胎保持在规定的压力、温度范围内工作,减少车胎的损毁,避免相关事故的发生,延长轮胎使用寿命。
胎压监测装置一般由传感器、天线结构和气门嘴组成,天线用于向外空间发射表征压力传感器侦测的轮胎内压力的信号,以往的天线结构与传感器和气门嘴安装时采用螺丝、垫片和弹簧垫进行,安装和维修比较麻烦,而且加工成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种胎压监测装置,天线结构一体成型,安装简单易维修,且降低了加工成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种胎压监测装置,包括带有螺纹孔的传感器、天线结构和气门嘴,所述天线结构的中部开设有螺牙孔,在螺牙孔的两侧开设有定位孔,在所述螺牙孔的下方设置有与PCB板相连的焊脚,通过气门嘴一端的螺栓头与传感器的螺纹孔以及天线结构的螺牙孔配合实现三者的连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型中的天线结构采用一体成型自带螺纹孔,在于传感器和气门嘴装配时不需要单独的螺丝、垫片和弹簧垫,安装简单,并且大大降低了加工成本。

参见图1—图2,本实用新型涉及一种胎压监测装置,包括带有螺纹孔的传感器1、天线结构2和气门嘴3,所述天线结构2的中部开设有螺牙孔2.1,在螺牙孔2.1的两侧开设有定位孔2.2,定位孔2.2方便在模具上好定位,在所述螺牙孔2.1的下方设置有与PCB板相连的焊脚2.3,所述气门嘴3的一端为外螺纹螺栓头3.1,所述螺栓头3.1与传感器1的螺纹孔以及天线结构2的螺牙孔2.1配合实现三者的连接,拆装时都只需通过气门嘴3的转动来实现,简单方便。

1.一种胎压监测装置,包括带有螺纹孔的传感器(1)、天线结构(2)和气门嘴(3),其特征在于所述天线结构(2)的中部开设有螺牙孔(2.1),在螺牙孔(2.1)的两侧开设有定位孔(2.2),在所述螺牙孔(2.1)的下方设置有与PCB板相连的焊脚(2.3),通过气门嘴(3)一端的螺栓头(3.1)与传感器(1)的螺纹孔以及天线结构(2)的螺牙孔(2.1)配合实现三者的连接。
