如图1和图2所示,作为本发明的一实施例,公开了一种手机夹持装置,所述手机夹持装置包括夹持部件100和支架部件200。所述夹持部件100用于夹持手机;所述支架部件200用于支撑夹持部件100。其中,所述夹持部件100与所述支架部件200连接;所述夹持部件100可折叠收纳在所述支架部件200侧边。本发明的手机夹持装置在不使用的时候,将夹持部件100可折叠收纳在支架部件200侧边,整体结构紧凑,占用空间小,方便收纳和携带。
所述夹持部件包括与所述支架部件200连接的连接头110、用于夹持手机的夹持件120;所述连接头110和所述夹持件120转动连接。具体的,所述连接头110上设置有容纳槽111;所述夹持部件还包括设置在容纳槽111中插销160;所述夹持件120的一端设置在所述容纳槽111中,并与所述插销160转动连接。夹持件120通过转动收纳在支架部件200侧边,整体结构紧凑,占用空间小,方便收纳和携带。
进一步的,所述夹持部件100的数量为两个,且分别连接在所述支架部件200的两侧。两侧的夹持部件100可以同时夹持手机。
如图1和图2所示,作为本发明的另一实施例,与上述实施例不同的在于,所述夹持部件100与所述支架部件200转动连接或固定连接。夹持部件100与所述支架部件200转动连接或固定连接,方便使用者选择适合自己需求的夹持手机的方式。
在所述夹持部件100与所述支架部件200实现转动连接的实现方式中,如图3所示,所述支架部件200包括框体210和扩展座220,所述扩展座220设置在所述框体210两侧,用于与所述夹持部件100转动连接。夹持部件100可以转动连接在框体210的两侧,两侧的夹持部件100都可以夹持手机进行拍摄或者直播,使用方便。具体的,所述扩展座220包括连接件221和扩展件222;所述连接件221设置在所述所述框体210两侧;所述扩展件222与所述连接件221转动连接。
更具体的,如图4至图7所示,所述扩展件222朝向所述连接件221的一侧设置有呈弧形的挡块222b1。所述连接件221朝向所述扩展件222的一侧设置有圆形的凹槽221a;所述凹槽221a内设置有两个限位块221b;两个所述限位块221b将所述凹槽221a间隔成一劣弧槽221a1和一优弧槽221a2;所述劣弧槽221a1在靠近所述框体210顶部的一侧,所述优弧槽221a2在靠近所述框体210底部的一侧。所述扩展件222与所述连接件221连接时,所述挡块222b1插入到所述优弧槽221a2内。所述扩展件222背向所述连接件221的一侧设置有用于与所述夹持部件100连接的插口222a1;所述插口222a1的底部位置与另一侧的所述挡块222b1的位置对应,所述插口222a1的开口位置与另一侧的所述挡块222b1的位置相对。劣弧槽指的是该槽对应的圆心角小于180°的槽,优弧槽指的是该槽对应的圆心角大于180°的槽。
在本方案中,凹槽221a和两个限位块221b的设置、凹槽221a与挡块222b1之间的配合、挡块222b1与插口222a1之间的相对位置使得夹持部件100连接在扩展件222上后,由于两个限位块221b对挡块222b1的限位作用,插口222a1的开口不会朝下,保证夹持部件100的角度正常,方案使用者直播或者拍摄。
进一步的,所述劣弧槽221a1对应的圆心角为90°,所述优弧槽221a2对应的圆心角为270°,所述挡块222b1对应的圆心角为90°。如图8和图9所示,这样设置可以保证扩展件222仅在180°的范围内转动,插口222a1的开口路径为朝前,朝上,朝后,而不能朝下,保证夹持部件100夹持手机的角度正常,方案使用者直播或者拍摄。
仍然如图4至图7所示,所述扩展件222朝向所述连接件221的一侧的边缘一周设置有第一锯齿结构222b2;对应的,所述连接件221朝向所述扩展件222的一侧的边缘一周设置有第二锯齿结构221c;所述扩展件222与所述连接件221连接时,所述第一锯齿结构222b2和第二锯齿结构221c啮合。第一锯齿结构222b2和第二锯齿结构221c可以起到一定的限位作用,放置扩展件222转动,保证夹持部件100的角度不容易变化。
对于上述扩展件222的方案,更具体的可以是,所述扩展件222包括拓展部222a、与所述拓展部222a连接的转动部222b;所述转动部222b与所述连接件221转动连接,所述拓展部222a与所述夹持部件100连接。所述拓展部222a背向所述连接件221的一侧设置有用于与所述夹持部件100连接的插口222a1。所述转动部222b朝向所述连接件221的一侧设置有呈弧形的挡块222b1。所述转动部222b与所述连接件221连接时,所述挡块222b1插入到所述优弧槽221a2内。所述转动部222b朝向所述连接件221的一侧的边缘一周设置有第一锯齿结构222b2。本方案中,对扩展件222进一步细化,将扩展件222分为拓展部222a和转动部222b,而插口222a1具体设置在拓展部222a上,第一锯齿结构222b2和挡块222b1具体设置在转动部222b上。将扩展件222分为拓展部222a和转动部222b,方便生产时分别加工。
在本实施例的另一方面中,作为和所述支架部件200配合连接的夹持部件100,如图10和图11所示,所述夹持部件100具体包括了与所述支架部件200连接的连接头110、用于夹持手机的夹持件120;所述连接头110和所述夹持件120转动连接。连接头110和夹持件120转动连接,使用者可以根据需要直接调节夹持件120的角度。
为了和所述支架部件200配合,所述连接头110的底部设置有插片130,所述插片130和连接头110的底部之间形成有配合槽140。所述扩展座220背向所述连接件221的一侧设置有用于与所述夹持部件100连接的插口222a1。当然,更具体的是,所述拓展部222a背向所述连接件221的一侧设置有用于与所述夹持部件100连接的插口222a1。所述扩展座220与所述夹持部件100连接时,所述插片130插入到所述插口222a1中。本方案中,插口222a1和插片130的配合实现了支架部件200和夹持部件100的可拆卸连接,方便拆卸和安装,方便收纳。
为了加强插片130结构强度,所述配合槽140内设置有加强筋150,所述加强筋150分别与所述连接头110的底部和插片130连接。
所述插片130的底部设置有螺纹孔250;对应的,所述框体210顶部设置有旋钮230和螺纹柱240,所述旋钮230设置在框体210顶部的内侧,且与所述螺纹柱240连接;所述螺纹柱240与所述框体210顶部螺纹连接,且穿过所述框体210顶部。夹持组件除了可以通过扩展座220转动连接在框体210的两侧外,还可以通过螺纹柱240固定连接在框体210的顶部。
进一步的,所述框体210底部也可以设置螺纹孔。因为框体210的顶部也有螺纹柱240,所以,多个框体210可以通过底部的螺纹孔和顶部的螺纹柱240连接,拓展更多的夹持组件,可以夹持更多的手机,方便使用者进行多平台直播。
而本发明中的夹持部件100可以是一个、两个甚至是多个;扩展座220也可以根据需要设置一个、两个甚至是多个。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述手机夹持装置包括:夹持部件,用于夹持手机支架部件,用于支撑夹持部件其中,所述夹持部件与所述支架部件连接;所述夹持部件可折叠收纳在所述支架部件侧边。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部件包括与所述支架部件连接的连接头、用于夹持手机的夹持件;所述连接头和所述夹持件转动连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述连接头上设置有容纳槽;所述夹持部件还包括设置在容纳槽中插销;所述夹持件的一端设置在所述容纳槽中,并与所述插销转动连接。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持部件的数量为两个,且分别连接在所述支架部件的两侧。
  5. 如权利要求2或3所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述连接头的底部设置有插片,所述插片和连接头的底部之间形成有配合槽;所述支架部件包括框体和扩展座,所述扩展座设置在所述框体两侧,用于与所述夹持部件连接;所述扩展座背向所述连接件的一侧设置有用于与所述夹持部件连接的插口;所述扩展座与所述夹持部件连接时,所述插片插入到所述插口中。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述配合槽内设置有加强筋,所述加强筋分别与所述连接头的底部和插片连接。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述插片的底部设置有螺纹孔;对应的,所述框体顶部设置有旋钮和螺纹柱,所述旋钮设置在框体顶部的内侧,且与所述螺纹柱连接;所述螺纹柱与所述框体顶部螺纹连接,且穿过所述框体顶部。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述支架部件包括框体和扩展座,所述扩展座设置在所述框体两侧,用于与所述夹持部件转动连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述扩展座包括连接件和扩展件;所述连接件设置在所述所述框体两侧;所述扩展件与所述连接件转动连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种手机夹持装置,其特征在于,所述所述扩展件朝向所述连接件的一侧的边缘一周设置有第一锯齿结构;对应的,所述连接件朝向所述扩展件的一侧的边缘一周设置有第二锯齿结构;所述扩展件与所述连接件连接时,所述第一锯齿结构和第二锯齿结构啮合。
