Abstract

A photo frame that includes a case having a plurality of threaded fixing members and embedding members. The threaded members and the embedding members accommodate fixing members of an inner frame body an outer frame body and a picture device. A retractable stand is formed from a rotatable fixed disk, a first stand and a second stand, and holding grooves are defined in the fixed disk, which enable the second stand to receive the first stand. Moreover, position fixing pieces, fixing bars and rotatable position fixing members are located on the fixed disk. With such a configuration, the fixed disk, the first stand and the second stand of the retractable stand are able to effectively reduce manufacturing cost of the photo frame, and enable the photo frame to serve as a fixed decoration that can be arranged in different orientations and at variable angles.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an improved structure for a photo frame, which uses threaded members and embedding members located on a case to accommodate fixing members of an inner frame body, an outer frame body and a picture device.
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 show a general photo frame structure A of prior art, a base of which is fitted with a picture device A1, moreover, a display device A2 and a support stand A3 that supports the display device A2 are fitted on a surface of the picture device A1. After a user has input pictures into the picture device A1 through a retrieval device A4 for viewing and admiring, the display device A2 is then able to play back and display the pictures. Hence, the photo frame structure A achieves the objective to view and admire pictures and serve as a memento. However, expenditure involved in manufacturing the picture device A1, the display device A2 and the support stand A3 of the photo frame structure A is not only relatively high, moreover, the support stand A3 between the picture device A1 and the display device A2 is unable to meet user needs to change the display device A2 to different orientations and angles. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the aforementioned shortcomings of prior art.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary subjective of the invention is to provide an improved structure for a photo frame, which uses threaded members and embedding members located on a case to accommodate fixing members of an inner frame body, an outer frame body and a picture device. Moreover, a holding space is defined in the case, and locking holes, through grooves and control members associated with the picture device are further defined in the case. A retractable stand is formed from a fixed disk, a first stand and a second stand. With such a configuration, the retractable stand of the case reduces cost of the photo frame, and enables the photo frame to serve as a fixed decoration having functionality to be arranged in different orientations and at variable angles.
  • To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present invention provides an improved structure for a photo frame, as depicted in FIGS. 3 and 4, wherein a photo frame B is primarily structured to comprise a case B3 having a plurality of threaded members B1 and embedding members B2, a picture device C, an inner frame body D, an outer frame body E, fixing members F and a retractable stand G.
  • The photo frame B comprises the case B3 having the plurality of threaded members B1 and the embedding members B2, and the case B3, the threaded members B1 and the embedding members B2 accommodate fixing members F of the inner frame body D, the outer frame body E and the picture device C
  • A holding space B4 is defined in the case B3 of the photo frame B (see FIG. 4), and, referring to FIG. 5, locking holes B5, through grooves B6 and control members B7 associated with the picture device C are further defined in the case B3,. Moreover, a hanging member H is fitted to the case B3, and provides for fixing and hanging the photo frame B therewith.
  • The retractable stand G is formed from a fixed disk G1, a first stand G2 and a second stand G3, and holding grooves G4 are defined in the fixed disk G1, which enable the second stand G3 to receive the first stand G2. Moreover, a position fixing piece G5, a fixing bar G6 and position fixing members G7 are located on the fixed disk G1 having functionality to accommodate disposition of the first stand G2 and the second stand G3.
  • With such a configuration, the retractable stand G, the fixed disk G1, the first stand G2 and the second stand G3 effectively reduce manufacturing cost of the photo frame B, and enable the photo frame B to achieve functionality as a fixed decoration that can be arranged in different orientations and at variable angles when the photo frame B is hung on a wall surface or placed on a tabletop.

  • FIG. 8 shows an exploded schematic view of a further embodiment according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 9 shows a schematic view depicting adjustment of the retractable stand according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 10 shows a rear schematic view depicting further adjustment of the retractable stand on the photo frame according to the present invention.
  • FIG. 11 shows a schematic view of the photo frame after adjusting the retractable stand to a different orientation according to the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7 show embodiments of the present invention, wherein a photo frame B comprises a case B3 having a plurality of threaded fixing members B1 and embedding members B2. The threaded members B1, the embedding members B2 and the case B3 accommodate fixing members of an inner frame body D, an outer frame body E and a picture device C. A holding space B4 is defined in the case B3 of the photo frame B, and locking holes B5, through grooves B6 and control members B7 associated with the picture device C are further defined in the case B3. A hanging member H is located on the case B3 to enable fixing and hanging of the photo frame B.
  • A retractable stand G on a rear side of the case B3 is formed from a fixed disk G1, a first stand G2 and a second stand G3, and holding grooves G4 are defined in the fixed disk G1, which enable the second stand G3 to receive the first stand G2. Moreover, a position fixing piece G5, a fixing bar G6 and position fixing members G7 are located on the fixed disk G1 having functionality to accommodate disposition of the first stand G2 and the second stand G3. With such a configuration, the retractable stand G, the fixed disk G1, the first stand G2 and the second stand G3 are able to effectively reduce manufacturing cost of the photo frame B, and achieves a fixed decoration that can be arranged in different orientations and at variable angles when the photo frame B is hung on a wall surface or placed on a tabletop.
  • Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, wherein the plurality of threaded members B1 can be further adapted as threaded holes, screws, embedding holes, inserting plugs, fixing grooves, fixing posts and other related fixing structures able to symmetrically join together the picture device C, the inner frame body D and the outer frame body E. The plurality of embedding members B2 can be further adapted as embedding grooves, embedding portions, hook grooves, hook portions, threaded holes, fixing screws and other related fixing structures able to symmetrically join together the inner frame body D and the outer frame body E. The picture device C between the case B3 and the inner frame body D can be further configured as a multimedia circuit board, a multimedia photo album, an electronic circuit board or other related picture device having decorative, viewing and keepsake value
  • The first stand G2 of the fixed disk G1 further comprises elastic protruding ears, elastic grooves, fixed protruding ears, fixed grooves and other related flexible adjusting support bodies I that are able to function in conjunction with the second stand G3 to effect adjustment of the retractable stand G. Furthermore, the second stand G3 of the fixed disk G1 further comprises elastic protruding ears, elastic grooves, fixed protruding ears, fixed grooves and other related flexible adjusting support bodies J that function in conjunction with the first stand G2 to effect adjustment of the retractable stand G.
  • Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the hanging member H on the rear side surface of the case B3 enables the photo frame B to be hung onto a wall surface and achieve a fixed decoration that can be adjusted to different orientations and angular positions. Moreover, if it is desired to place the photo frame B onto a tabletop, the retractable stand G on the rear side of the case B3 and fixed disk G1 connected to the retractable stand G enable the photo frame B to achieve functionality as a fixed decoration that can be adjusted to different orientations and angular positions. In order to better explicitly disclose advancement and practicability of the present invention, a comparison with prior art is described hereinafter:
  • Shortcomings of Prior Art
  • 1. Manufacturing cost of the picture device, display device and support stand of the photo frame is relatively high.
  • 2. The support stand of the photo frame is unable to meet user needs to alter the support stand to different orientations and angles.
  • 3. The support stand between the picture device and the display device lacks functionality to achieve adjustment to an appropriate angle.
  • Advantages of the Present Invention
  • 1. Structural configuration of the retractable stand G on the rear side of the case B3 effectively reduces manufacturing cost of the photo frame B.
  • 2. Structural configuration of the first frame body G2 and the second frame body G3 of the fixed disk G1 enables achieving different angular adjustments.
  • 3. Structural configuration of the fixed disk G1 enables achieving a fixed decoration that meets user needs to alter the retractable stand G to different orientations.
  • 4. Provided with advancement and practicability.
  • 5. Enhances commercial competitiveness.
  • In conclusion, the present invention in overcoming structural shortcomings of prior art has assuredly achieved effectiveness of anticipated advancement, and, moreover, is easily understood by persons unfamiliar with related art. Furthermore, contents of the present invention have not been publicly disclosed prior to this application, and practicability and advancement of the present invention clearly comply with essential elements as required for a new patent application. Accordingly, a new patent application is proposed herein.
  • It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims (6)

  1. 1. A photo frame structure comprising:
    a case having a plurality of threaded fixing members and embedding members, the threaded members and the embedding members accommodate fixing members of an inner frame body an outer frame body and a picture device; a holding space is defined in the case, and locking holes, through grooves and control members associated with the picture device are further defined in the case;
    a retractable stand, comprising a rotatable fixed disk, a first stand and a second stand; holding grooves are defined in the fixed disk, which enable the second stand to receive the first stand, moreover, position fixing pieces, fixing bars and rotatable position fixing members are located on the fixed disk;
    whereby the fixed disk, the first stand and the second stand of the retractable stand are able to effectively reduce manufacturing cost of the photo frame, and enable the photo frame to serve as a fixed decoration that can be arranged in different orientations and at variable angles.
  2. 2. The photo frame structure according to claim 1, wherein the threaded members are further adapted as threaded holes, screws, embedding holes, inserting plugs, fixing grooves, fixing posts and other related fixing structures able to symmetrically join together the picture device, the inner frame body and the outer frame body.
  3. 3. The photo frame structure according to claim 1, wherein the embedding members are further adapted as embedding grooves, embedding portions, hook grooves, hook portions, threaded holes, fixing screws and other related fixing structures able to symmetrically join together the inner frame body and the outer frame body.
  4. 4. The photo frame structure according to claim 1, wherein the picture device is further configured as a multimedia circuit board, a multimedia photo album, an electronic circuit board, a picture, a photograph and other related picture device having decorative, viewing and keepsake value.
  5. 5. The photo frame structure according to claim 1, wherein the first stand further comprises elastic protruding ears, elastic grooves, fixed protruding ears, fixed grooves and other related flexible adjusting support bodies that are able to function in conjunction with the second stand to effect adjustment of the retractable stand.
  6. 6. The photo frame structure according to claim 1, wherein the second stand further comprises elastic protruding ears, elastic grooves, fixed protruding ears, fixed grooves and other related flexible adjusting support bodies that function in conjunction with the first stand to effect adjustment of the retractable stand.
