Description
本发明涉及电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种扣式电池。
纽扣电池也分为化学电池和物理电池两大类,其化学电池应用最为普遍。它们由阳极 (正极)、阴极 (负极)及其电解液等组成。正极与负极间有密封环绝缘,密封环用尼龙制成,密封环除起绝缘作用外,还能阻止电解液泄漏。
但是现有技术中的纽扣电池在过充电或者过放电过程,以及正负极短接等异常情况时,电池温度会升高,由于电池体仍处于密封状态,电池内部的气体难以释放,导致电池体内部温度和电池体内部压力会持续升高,可能造成高温烫伤的或者爆炸的安全事故。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扣式电池以解决上述问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种扣式电池,其能够提高安全性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:

二、本发明的第一电极盖组件和第二电极盖组件通过第一弯折部与翻折部限位配合,从而限制第一电极盖组件与第二电极盖组件之间分离,其连接方式简单可靠。

参阅图1-图9,密封件30套设在第二围壁22上,且密封件30与第一弯折部122抵接,这样设计,密封件30能够更好地密封住第一围壁12和第二围壁22两者之间的连接间隙,避免正常情况下,扣式电池1内部通过第一围壁12和第二围壁22两者之间的连接间隙与外界连通。
参阅图1-图9,第一电极盖组件10还包括连接第一盖板11和第一围壁12的绝缘连接件13,这样第一围壁12与第二电极盖组件20连接时就可以实现与第一盖板11绝缘连接。
参阅图2-图4以及图8-图9,第一围壁12还包括自固定部123靠近第一盖板11的一端向靠近收容腔50方向弯折延伸的第二弯折部121,第一围壁12通过第二弯折部121与绝缘连接件13连接。
参阅图3,图4,图6-图7,绝缘连接件13呈环形设置,且绝缘连接件13包括朝向第一盖板11的内侧面131、以及与内侧面131相对设置并朝向第一围壁12的外侧面132,绝缘连接件13从内侧面131凹陷形成与第一盖板11卡接配合的第一卡槽133,绝缘连接件13从外侧面132凹陷形成与第一围壁12卡接配合的第二卡槽134,第一盖板11卡接在第一卡槽133,第一围壁12的第二弯折部121卡接在第二卡槽134,这样设计,通过卡接配合的方式使第一盖板11、绝缘连接件13和第一围壁12连接在一起,既使得第一盖板11、绝缘连接件13和第一围壁12三者具有良好的连接稳定性,又便于拆卸维护。需要说明的是,第一电极盖组件10也可一体成型,减少装配工序,并提高密封性能。
参阅图2,图3和图5,第一盖板11包括本体111和从本体111外缘凸设的台阶部112,台阶部112卡接在第一卡槽133内。
参阅图2-图4,以及图10,密封件30呈环形设置,且密封件30的外径自第一电极盖组件10向第二电极盖组件20的方向逐渐减小,这样设计,既能够对第一围壁12和第二围壁22两者之间的连接间隙以及通孔60起到密封作用,又能够在电池体40温度超过阈值时,提高密封件30的受热熔化速度,从而能够更好地避免因扣式电池1内部温度继续升高与扣式电池1内部压力升高造成高温烫伤或者爆炸的安全事故。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
- 一种扣式电池,其特征在于,所述扣式电池包括第一电极盖组件、与所述第一电极盖组件连接的第二电极盖组件、密封件、以及具有正极和负极的电池体,所述第一电极盖组件和所述第二电极盖组件围合形成用于容纳所述电池体的收容腔,所述电池体安装在所述收容腔,且所述电池体的正极和负极两者中的一者与所述第一电极盖组件连接,另一者与所述第二电极盖组件连接,所述第二电极盖组件包括第二盖板、自所述第二盖板向所述第一电极盖组件延伸的第二围壁以及自所述第二围壁朝向所述第一电极盖组件一端向所述收容腔外翻折的翻折部,所述第一电极盖组件包括与所述第二盖板相对的第一盖板以及围裹所述翻折部的第一围壁,所述第一围壁包括与所述翻折部同向延伸且贴合的固定部以及自所述固定部远离所述第一盖板的一端向靠近所述收容腔方向弯折延伸的第一弯折部,所述第一弯折部与所述翻折部限位配合,所述第二围壁贯穿设有与所述收容腔连通的通孔,所述第一电极盖组件和所述第二电极盖组件之间通过所述密封件密封,且所述密封件覆盖住所述通孔,所述电池体温度超过阈值时,所述密封件受热熔化,所述收容腔通过所述通孔与外界相通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述密封件套设在所述第二围壁上,且所述密封件与所述第一弯折部抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述第一电极盖组件还包括连接所述第一盖板和所述第一围壁的绝缘连接件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述第一围壁还包括自所述固定部靠近所述第一盖板的一端向靠近所述收容腔方向弯折延伸的第二弯折部,所述第一围壁通过所述第二弯折部与所述绝缘连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述绝缘连接件呈环形设置,且所述绝缘连接件包括朝向所述第一盖板的内侧面、以及与所述内侧面相对设置并朝向所述第一围壁的外侧面,所述绝缘连接件从所述内侧面凹陷形成与所述第一盖板卡接配合的第一卡槽,所述绝缘连接件从所述外侧面凹陷形成与所述第一围壁卡接配合的第二卡槽,所述第一盖板卡接在所述第一卡槽,所述第一围壁卡接在所述第二卡槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述第一盖板包括本体和从所述本体外缘凸设的台阶部,所述第一盖板通过所述台阶部与所述绝缘连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述密封件呈环形设置,且所述密封件的外径自所述第一电极盖组件向所述第二电极盖组件的方向逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扣式电池,其特征在于,所述扣式电池还包括正极导电带和负极导电带,所述第一电极盖组件通过所述正极导电带与所述电池体的正极连接,所述第二电极盖组件通过所述负极导电带与所述电池体的负极连接;所述第一电极盖组件通过所述负极导电带与所述电池体的负极连接,所述第二电极盖组件通过所述正极导电带与所述电池体的正极连接。
