本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果所述特定姿态发生改变时,则所述方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个所述特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
参照图1-图4,本申请一实施例提供了一种密封收容仓,本实施例中的密封收容仓包括墙体主体100以及用于支撑墙体主体100的可收缩支撑架200,可收缩支撑架200包括收缩状态和扩展状态,且可收缩支撑架200能够在收缩状态和扩展状态之间变换,墙体主体100包括坍缩状态和成形状态,墙体主体100能够在坍缩状态和成形状态之间变换,其中,墙体主体100的成形状态与可收缩支撑架200的扩展状态对应,墙体主体100的坍缩状态与可收缩支撑架200的收缩状态对应,当可收缩支撑架200处于收缩状态时,可收缩支撑架200和墙体主体100的体积大大减小,便于保存,当可收缩支撑架200处于扩展状态时,墙体主体100处于成形状态,此时,墙体主体100至少围合形成一个用于收容病人的密封收容腔101,墙体主体100包括开关门110,开关门110与密封收容腔101连通,用于进出密封收容腔101。通过可收缩支撑架200在收缩状态和扩展状态之间的变换,即能够快速的完成本实施例中的密封收容仓的搭建并投入使用,搭建快速,可用于紧急状态,而且可重复利用,生产成本更低。
参照图3,本实施例中的密封收容仓还包括气压调节装置能够监测并调节密封收容腔101内的气压。由于气压调节装置能够监测并调节密封收容腔101内的气压,因此,可以根据需求调节密封收容腔101内的气压,比如为了防止传染性疾病的传播,通过将密封收容腔101内的气压调节至低于大气压的负压状态,即可防止密封收容腔101内的空气流出,进而可以防止夹杂在空气中的病毒流出而造成病毒传播。
参照图3,在一些实施例中,气压调节装置包括排风机构310以及气压检测传感器320,气压检测传感器320用于测量密封收容腔101内的气压,排风机构310设置在可收缩支撑架200上,排风机构310用于将密封收容腔101内的气体排出,通过排风机构310将密封收容腔101内的气体排出从而能够调节密封收容腔101内的气压。
参照图3,在一些实施例中,气压调节装置还包括新风机构(图中未示出),新风机构用于产生新风并向密封收容腔101内输送新风,通过新风机构产生新风并向密封收容腔101内输送新风,通过排风机构310将所述密封收容腔101内的气体排出,能够使密封收容腔101内顺畅流通新风机构产生的新风气体,通过调节新风机构向密封收容腔101内输入气体量与排风机构310将密封收容腔101内的气体排出量,通过气体输入量与排出量的差值能够调节密封收容腔101内的气压。
参照图3,在一些实施例中,墙体主体100上贯穿开设有与密封收容腔101连通的引风口(图中未示出),引风口与新风机构连接,密封收容仓还包括新风净化网(图中未示出)以及排风净化网(图中未示出),墙体主体100上贯穿开设有与密封收容腔101连通并与排风机构310连接的排风口(图中未示出),新风净化网安装在引风口上,排风净化网安装在排风口106上。通过新风净化网和排风净化网能够净化掉气体中所含的病毒、细菌以及一些颗粒物,进而防止病毒的传播。
参照图1以及图2,在一些实施例中,密封收容仓还包括控制系统(图中未示出)以及用于显示和操作的操作面板400,控制系统与操作面板400电性连接,控制系统与气压检测传感器320通信连接,控制系统分别与排风机构310和新风机构电性连接,控制系统能够接受气压检测传感器320所检测的气压值,并能够根据其所检测的气压值控制排风机构310和新风机构运作,进而调节密封收容腔101内的气压。
优选地,控制系统、操作面板400以及排风机构310和新风机构均设置在可收缩支撑架200上,进一步优选为集成在可收缩支撑架200上。
在一些实施例中,新风机构包括发生组件和引风组件,发生组件用于将外界气体转化为新风,引风组件用于将发生组件产生的新风输送至密封收容腔101内。
在一些实施例中,密封收容仓还包括设置在可收缩支撑架200上的调温装置、制氧装置、电源装置、照明装置以及消毒装置等,当然,还可以增设其它功能的装置。
在一些实施例中,墙体主体100是由柔性材料制成,比如篷布等,还可以是由TPU、EPEVA和PVC等材料制成,柔性材料制成的墙体主体100能够适应可收缩支撑架200的形状,更方便搭建安装,而且在可收缩支撑架200处于收缩状态时,墙体主体100能够缩小至与可收缩支撑架200大小适应,以方便保存。
在另一些实施例中,墙体主体100是由硬质材料制成,比如木板、铝板或者塑料板等,通过将墙体主体100由硬质材料制成,能够保证墙体主体100的强度,在坍缩状态时,墙体主体100是折叠在一起的。为了保证墙体主体100处于支撑状态时所形成的密封收容腔101能够密封,优选地,墙体主体100的折叠处是由柔性材料制成,比如篷布等,从而能够方便墙体主体100进行多次折叠,而且能够保证处于支撑状态时的墙体主体100所形成的密封收容腔101保持密封。
在一些实施例中,墙体主体100具有一中空腔体(图中未示出),中空腔体与密封收容器连通。具体地,墙体主体100包括内墙体(图中未示出)和外墙体(图中未示出),在扩展状态时,内墙体至少围合形成一个密封收容腔101,外墙体环绕内墙体间隔设置,并与内墙体围合形成中空腔体。通过将墙体主体100设置为双层墙结构,不仅可以形成环绕密封收容腔101的中空腔体,还能够增强密封收容仓的保暖性能,可以适应更寒冷的环境。
在一些实施例中,内墙体上开设有与中空腔体连通的引风口和排风口,新风机构用于将中空腔体内的气体输入密封收容腔101内,排风机构310用于将密封收容腔101内的气体排至中空腔体内,另外,制氧装置以及其它用于改善气体的质量的装置均可安装在中空腔体内的引风口和排风口之间。
参照图2-图4,在一些实施例中,可收缩支撑架200与墙体主体100连接并能够驱使墙体主体100在坍缩状态和成形状态之间变换。具体地,墙体主体100与可收缩支撑架200通过连接件连接,密封收容腔101的多个端角处均与可收缩支撑架200连接,随着可收缩支撑架200变换为扩展状态,墙体主体100也跟随可收缩支撑架200变换为所需的状态。在某些实施例中,还可以是通过人工将墙体主体100安装在处于扩展状态的可收缩支撑架200上,当然,优选为墙体主体100与可收缩支撑架200通过连接在一起。
参照图4,在一些实施例中,可收缩支撑架200包括具有收容空间的多个支撑座210以及收容于支撑座210内的伸缩栅栏220、升降杆230以及伸缩连杆240,伸缩栅栏220用于连接两个支撑座210,随着两支撑座210之间的距离变大,伸缩栅栏220逐渐边长,升降杆230可上下延伸,伸缩连杆240连接在两个升降杆230的上端部,伸缩连杆240的长度可随着两升降杆230之间的距离调节其长度,当可收缩支撑架200处于收缩状态时,伸缩栅栏220、升降杆230以及伸缩连杆240均收容于支撑座210内,此时,可收缩支撑架200的体积与支撑座210大小基本相同,当可收缩支撑架200处于扩展状态时,伸缩栅栏220、升降杆230以及伸缩连杆240均自支撑座210内延伸出并连接形成用于支撑墙体主体100的支撑框架。
优选地,新风机构、排风机构310和操作面板400均集成在支撑座210上。
优选地,可收缩支撑架200具有4个支撑座210,四个支撑座210通过三个伸缩栅栏220两两连接,其中两个支撑座210之间未连接伸缩栅栏220,但是收容于该两个支撑座210内的升降杆230通过伸缩连杆240连接,升降杆230的上端部分别与墙体主体100通过连接件连接,在可伸缩支撑架为扩展状态时,4个支撑座210分布在矩形的四个角部,伸缩栅栏220、升降杆230以及伸缩连杆240均自支撑座210内延伸出并连接后形成用于支撑墙体主体100的矩形体的支撑框架。当可伸缩支撑架为收缩状态时,四个支撑座210聚集在一起,相邻的两支撑座210通过锁扣250连接,四个支撑座210在其中部围合形成用于放置墙体主体100的收容腔201。
优选地,支撑座210的底端上设置有滚轮211,以便于移动支撑座210。
在一些实施例中,密封收容仓还包括驱动可收缩支撑架200在收缩状态和扩展状态之间变换的动力机构。具体地,通过动力机构能够驱动升降杆230上下延伸以及驱动伸缩栅栏220改变其长度,还能够驱动支撑座210移动等,通过动力机构能够使可收缩支撑架200自动在收缩状态和扩展状态之间变换,节省人力。
在一些实施例中,开关门110可以是推拉式门,也可以是折叠式门,还可以是拉帘式或自吸软门帘式。
在一些实施例中,密封收容腔101内设置有消毒装置,当人进入缓冲间时,消毒装置能够为人体进行消毒处理,具体地,消毒装置可以是紫外消毒,也可以是喷洒消毒液消毒,还可以是喷洒酒精消毒。
需要说明的是,上述实施例可相互结合组成新的实施例。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 密封收容仓,其特征在于,包括墙体主体以及用于支撑所述墙体主体的可收缩支撑架,所述可收缩支撑架包括收缩状态和扩展状态,且所述可收缩支撑架能够在所述收缩状态和所述扩展状态之间变换,在所述扩展状态时,所述墙体主体至少围合形成一个用于收容病人的密封收容腔;
    所述密封收容仓还包括气压调节装置,所述气压调节装置能够监测并调节所述密封收容腔内的气压。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述墙体主体包括坍缩状态和成形状态,所述可收缩支撑架能够驱动所述墙体主体在所述坍缩状态和所述成形状态之间变换,在所述成形状态时,所述墙体主体至少围合形成一个用于收容病人的密封收容腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述墙体主体还包括供人出入所述密封收容腔的开关门。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述墙体主体由柔性材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述可收缩支撑架包括具有收容空间的多个支撑座以及收容于所述支撑座内的伸缩栅栏以及升降杆,所述伸缩栅栏可伸缩地设置在所述支撑座上,所述伸缩栅栏用于连接两个支撑座,所述升降杆可上下移动地设置在所述支撑上,所述升降杆与所述墙体主体连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述可收缩支撑架还包括可沿其长度方向伸缩的伸缩连杆,所述伸缩连杆的两端分别连接两个收容于所述支撑架上的升降杆。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,当所述可收缩支撑架在所述收缩状态时,多个所述支撑座相互抵接并围合形成收容腔,所述收容腔用于收容所述墙体主体。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述气压调节装置包括排风机构以及气压检测传感器,所述气压检测传感器用于测量所述密封收容腔内的气压,所述排风机构设置在所述可收缩支撑架上,所述排风机构用于将所述密封收容腔内的气体排出以调节所述密封收容腔内的气压。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述密封收容仓还包括控制系统以及用于显示和操作的操作面板,所述控制系统与所述操作面板电性连接,所述控制系统与所述气压检测传感器通信连接,所述控制系统与所述排风机构电性连接,所述控制系统能够接受所述气压检测传感器所检测的气压值,并能够根据其所检测的气压值控制所述排风机构运作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的密封收容仓,其特征在于,所述控制系统与所述可收缩支撑架电性连接,并能够控制所述可收缩支撑架能够在所述收缩状态和所述扩展状态之间变换。
