技术领域
本申请涉及智能穿戴设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种可穿戴设备组件。
背景技术
现今社会中,各种电子产品层出不穷,为了使用户在享受电子产品所带来便利的同时,不对周围环境带来干扰,耳机的作用不可忽视。随着近几年科学技术的迅猛发展,无线耳机逐渐普遍出现在人们生活中,无线耳机因其方便携带的特点而受到用户的青睐,此类耳机能够解决传统有线耳机在使用时的种种不便。
目前,无线耳机上集成的功能越来越多,导致无线耳机的功耗较大,且由于无线耳机的体积较小,导致无线耳机上设置的电池体积较小,致使电池的容量较小,从而造成无线耳机的续航能力不足。因此,为了使无线耳机具有较长时间的续航能力,现有的无线耳机一般需要配备耳机盒,耳机盒中设置有电池,使得该耳机盒可以为无线耳机充电。但是,无线耳机充电时需要放置到耳机盒内,此时用户无法佩戴无线耳机,进而导致用户无法使用无线耳机,影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本申请公开一种可穿戴设备组件,能够解决用户在无线耳机充电时无法使用的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
本申请实施例公开一种可穿戴设备组件,包括无线耳机和智能眼镜,其中:
所述无线耳机包括耳机主体和扬声部,所述耳机主体与所述扬声部可转动相连,且所述耳机主体可相对于所述扬声部在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,所述耳机主体设置有第一电连接部;
所述智能眼镜包括镜腿和电池模组,所述镜腿设置有第二电连接部,所述第二电连接部与所述电池模组电连接;
在所述耳机主体位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述耳机主体与所述镜腿分离;在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述耳机主体与所述镜腿相连,且所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部电连接。
本申请采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本申请公开的可穿戴设备组件中,耳机主体可相对于扬声部在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,且在耳机主体位于第一位置的情况下,耳机主体与镜腿分离,在耳机主体位于第二位置的情况下,耳机主体与镜腿相连,且第一电连接部与第二电连接部电连接。无线耳机能够通过改变耳机主体的位置实现无线耳机的充电或供电操作,且由智能眼镜为无线耳机充电或供电,在无线耳机通过此种方式充电或供电的过程中,用户能继续使用该无线耳机,防止无线耳机充电时需要放置到耳机盒内,避免用户无法佩戴无线耳机,从而避免用户无法使用无线耳机,进而提升用户的使用体验。

下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请各个实施例公 开的技术方案进行详细地说明。
请参考图1至图8,本申请实施例公开一种可穿戴设备组件,所公开的可穿戴设备组件包括无线耳机100和智能眼镜200。
其中,无线耳机100包括耳机主体110和扬声部120,耳机主体110与扬声部120可转动相连,耳机主体110与扬声部120可转动相连的方式可以有多种,例如,耳机主体110与扬声部120相铰接,或者耳机主体110与扬声部120通过塑性连接件相连,由于塑性连接件具有较好的塑性,塑性连接件在受到外力时较容易变形以及形状的还原,具体地,塑性连接件能够通过变形,使得耳机主体110相对扬声部120转动,当然,塑性连接件不受外力时能够保持自身的形状,使得耳机主体110能够较长时间保持在此转动位置不发生改变,最后还可以通过外力使得塑性连接件能够还原到初始位置,塑性连接件的种类可以有多种,例如记忆金属条,本申请实施例不做限制。
耳机主体110可相对于扬声部120在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,且耳机主体110设置有第一电连接部111,以使第一电连接部111可随耳机主体110转动,从而使得第一电连接部111的位置发生改变。同时,用户可以通过第一电连接部111为耳机主体110供电或充电,当然,耳机主体110也可以通过第一电连接部111与其他电子设备数据连接。
智能眼镜200包括镜腿210和电池模组。智能眼镜200通常还包括光学模组支架,光学模组支架与镜腿210相连,镜腿210和光学模组支架中的至少一者设置有电池模组,进一步地,镜腿210和光学模组支架上均设置有电池模组,以使智能眼镜200的电池容量较大,从而能够使得智能眼镜200的续航能力较好。镜腿210设置有第二电连接部211,且第二电连接部211与电池模组电连接,以使用户通过第二电连接部211为电池模组充电,或者,电池模组通过第二电连接部211为其他设备充电,当然,智能眼镜200还能够通过第二电连接部211与其他电子设备数据连接。
在耳机主体110位于第一位置的情况下,耳机主体110与镜腿210分离, 此时,无线耳机100与智能眼镜200独立工作,无线耳机100无需智能眼镜200为其充电或供电,或者,无线耳机100无需与智能眼镜200数据连接。在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,耳机主体110与镜腿210相连,且第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接,此时,智能眼镜200通过第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211为耳机主体110充电或供电,或者,智能眼镜200与无线耳机100通过第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211数据相连,以使智能眼镜200与无线耳机100能够实现数据交换。
在可穿戴设备组件具体的工作过程中,当无线耳机100需要充电时,用户可以手动驱动耳机主体110转动,以使耳机主体110转动至第二位置,从而使得耳机主体110与镜腿210相连,且第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接,此时智能眼镜200通过第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211为耳机主体110充电或供电,且在无线耳机100通过此种方式充电或供电的过程中,用户能继续使用该无线耳机100。当无线耳机100充电完成后或不需要供电时,用户可以手动驱动耳机主体110转动,以使耳机主体110从第二位置转动至第一位置,从而使得耳机主体110与镜腿210分离,进而使得无线耳机100与智能眼镜200独立工作。
本申请公开的可穿戴设备组件中,耳机主体110可相对于扬声部120在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,且在耳机主体110位于第一位置的情况下,耳机主体110与镜腿210分离,在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,耳机主体110与镜腿210相连,且第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接。无线耳机100能够通过改变耳机主体110的位置实现无线耳机100的充电或供电操作,且由智能眼镜200为无线耳机100充电或供电,在无线耳机100通过此种方式充电或供电的过程中,用户能继续使用该无线耳机100,防止无线耳机100充电时需要放置到耳机盒内,避免用户无法佩戴无线耳机100,从而避免用户无法使用无线耳机100,进而提升用户的使用体验。
在本申请实施例中,耳机主体110可相对于扬声部120在第一位置与第 二位置之间转动切换,在耳机主体110转动时,为了使耳机主体110能够与扬声部120实现较好地电连接,在一种可选的实施例中,耳机主体110可以与扬声部120通过柔性电路板电连接。在耳机主体110转动时,柔性电路板能够依赖其柔性的特性,较好地实现耳机主体110与扬声部120较好地电连接,防止在耳机主体110转动时导致耳机主体110与扬声部120之间的电连接失效,从而防止用户无法通过扬声部120提取声音信息,进而提高无线耳机100在使用过程中的可靠性。
如上文所述,耳机主体110与扬声部120可转动相连的方式可以有多种,可选地,耳机主体110和扬声部120中,一者可以开设有连接孔,另一者可以设置有连接轴,连接轴与连接孔相连,且连接轴与连接孔转动配合,具体地,耳机主体110可以开设有连接孔,扬声部120可以设置有连接轴,当然,耳机主体110可以开设有连接孔,扬声部120可以设置有连接轴,本发明实施例中对此不做限制。在耳机主体110开设连接孔或设置连接轴,以及在扬声部120上开设连接孔或设置连接轴比较方便,工艺简单,从而使得此种设置方式简单,同时,通过连接轴与连接孔转动相连的方式较为可靠,从而能够使得耳机主体110能够较为稳定地相对扬声部120在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,方便用户通过转动耳机主体110实现第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接,进而方便用户为无线耳机100充电操作。
在无线耳机100充电的过程中,需要耳机主体110较长时间地保持在第二位置。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,连接孔的内壁和连接轴的外壁中,一者可以设置有多个弹性凸起,另一者可以开设有限位槽,弹性凸起能够与限位槽在耳机主体110的转动方向限位配合。在无线耳机100需要充电时,用户仅需手动驱动耳机主体110转动,在耳机主体110转动时,弹性凸起弹性变形,以使用户能够驱动耳机主体110转动,当耳机主体110转动至第二位置之后,弹性凸起回复变形前的形状,能够与限位槽在耳机主体110的转动方向限位配合,防止耳机主体110较难稳定地保持在第二位置,从而避免 因耳机主体110较难稳定地保持在第二位置而导致第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接失效,进而提高第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接的稳定性,以使无线耳机100能够稳定地充电,或者,智能眼镜200稳定地为无线耳机100供电。
为了进一步提高第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接的稳定性,可选地,第一电连接部111可以包括第一电连接端子111a和第一连接件111b,第二电连接部211可以包括第二电连接端子211a和第二连接件211b;在耳机主体110位于第一位置的情况下,第一连接件111b可以与第二连接件211b分离,且第一电连接端子111a可以与第二电连接端子211a分离;在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,第一连接件111b可以与第二连接件211b相连,且第一电连接端子111a可以与第二电连接端子211a电连接。
此种情况下,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a能够实现无线耳机100与智能眼镜200的电连接,以使智能眼镜200能够为无线耳机100供电或充电,同时,第一连接件111b与第二连接件211b能够使得耳机主体110与镜腿210较为稳定地相连,防止在在无线耳机100充电的过程中耳机主体110与镜腿210分离而导致第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a分离,从而避免第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a较难稳定地电连接,进而能够进一步提高第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接的稳定性。
第一连接件111b与第二连接件211b的结构可以有多种,例如,第一连接件111b可以为卡钩,第二连接件211b可以为卡槽,卡钩能够与卡槽可拆卸卡接相连,本申请实施例中对此不做限制,可选地,第一连接件111b和第二连接件211b中,一者可以为磁性件,另一者可以为磁吸件,在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,磁性件与磁吸件磁吸相连。也就是说,第一连接件111b可以为磁性件,第二连接件211b可以为磁吸件,当然,第一连接件111b可以为磁吸件,第二连接件211b可以为磁性件。
相较于上文中所述的卡钩与卡槽相连的结构,此种设置结构在耳机主体110或镜腿210上无需开设孔槽或凸起,从而使得镜腿210和耳机主体110的外形较为平整,以使无线耳机100和智能眼镜200的外观一体性较高,进而使得用户在使用过程中的感受较好,用户体验感较高。
需要说明的是,磁性件指的是具有磁性的部件,例如,磁性件可以为电磁铁或永磁体,磁吸件指的是能够被磁性吸附的部件,例如,磁吸件可以为电磁铁、永磁体或铁质件等。
如上文所述,第一连接件111b与第二连接件211b能够使得耳机主体110与镜腿210较为稳定地相连,实现耳机主体110与镜腿210相连的方式并不局限于此,在一种可选的实施例中,第一电连接部111可以包括第一电连接端子111a,第二电连接部211可以包括第二电连接端子211a,在耳机主体110位于第一位置的情况下,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a分离;在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a磁性相连,且电连接,也就是说,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a能够使得耳机主体110与镜腿210较为稳定地相连,防止在无线耳机100充电的过程中耳机主体110与镜腿210分离而导致第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a分离,从而避免第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a较难稳定地电连接,进而能够进一步提高第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211电连接的稳定性。
具体地,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a在实现电连接的同时,第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a之间磁性相吸,从而使得耳机主体110与镜腿210较为稳定地相连,与此同时,第一电连接部111无需设置第一连接件111b,第二电连接部211无需设置第二连接件211b,从而有利于简化第一电连接部111和第二电连接部211的结构,进而简化无线耳机100和智能眼镜200的结构,降低无线耳机100和智能眼镜200的结构复杂性。
可选地,第一电连接端子111a和第二电连接端子211a中,一者可以为弹性电连接端子,另一者可以为电连接片,在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,弹性电连接端子与电连接片电连接。也就是说,第一电连接端子111a可以为弹性电连接端子,第二电连接端子211a可以为电连接片,当然,第一电连接端子111a也可以为电连接片,第二电连接端子211a也可以为弹性电连接端子,本申请并不以此为限。弹性电连接端子能够与电连接片弹性电连接,以使弹性电连接端子能够根据第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a之间的实际距离适应性地调整,弹性抵接于电连接片,保证第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a电连接的稳定性,防止因第一电连接端子111a与第二电连接端子211a之间出现间隙而导致电连接失效。
弹性电连接端子可以为导电泡棉、弹性架和pogo pin等,电连接片可以为金属片,本申请实施例中对弹性电连接端子以及电连接片的具体种类不做限制。
为了方便耳机主体110在转动至第二位置之后能够实现第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接,在一种可选的实施例中,第一电连接部111和扬声部120可以均设置于耳机主体110的同一面,在用户佩戴无线耳机100后,第一电连接部111朝向用户侧,镜腿210可以包括顶面、底面以及连接顶面与底面的外侧面,第二电连接部211可以设置于外侧面,在用户佩戴智能眼镜200后,第二电连接部211的朝向背离用户侧,此种情况下,当耳机主体110转动至第二位置之后,第一电连接部111正好能够与第二电连接部211相对,方便用户操作耳机主体110以实现第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接,提高可穿戴设备组件的操控便捷性。
可选地,第一电连接部111和扬声部120可以分别设置在耳机主体110上相背的两侧,在用户佩戴无线耳机100后,第一电连接部111可以位于耳机主体110背离用户的一侧,具体地,镜腿210还可以包括连接顶面与底面的内侧面,第二电连接部211可以设置于内侧面,在用户佩戴智能眼镜200 后,第二电连接部211位于朝向用户的内侧面上,此种情况下,当耳机主体110转动至第二位置之后,耳机主体110能够位于用户与镜腿210之间,从而能够使得第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211相对,进而实现第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接。
当然,第一电连接部111还可以设置在耳机主体110远离扬声部120的一端的端面,第二电连接部211设置在镜腿210的底面,在耳机主体110转动至第二位置之后,耳机主体110远离扬声部120的一端的端面能够与镜腿210的底面相接触,从而实现第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的电连接。本申请实施例中对第一电连接部111与第二电连接部211的设置位置不做限制。
在一种情况下,耳机主体110的长度尺寸较小,在耳机主体110转动至第二位置后较难与镜腿210相连。基于此,在一种可选的实施例中,第一电连接部111可伸缩地设置于耳机主体110,在耳机主体110位于第一位置的情况下,第一电连接部111可以缩回至耳机主体110内;在耳机主体110位于第二位置的情况下,第一电连接部111至少部分可以伸出至耳机主体110外,且与第二电连接部211电连接。此种伸缩结构的耳机主体110无疑能够加长耳机主体110,以使耳机主体110的长度尺寸较大,从而使得耳机主体110在转动至第二位置后能够更容易与镜腿210相连,避免因耳机主体110的长度尺寸较小而导致耳机主体110在转动至第二位置后较难与镜腿210相连的情况出现。
为了实现用户可以通过无线耳机100进行语音通话的功能,可选地,耳机主体110远离扬声部120的一端可以设置有麦克风,在用户具体使用过程中,可以通过转动耳机主体110,以使麦克风靠近用户的嘴部,从而能够使得无线耳机100能够采集较为清晰地语音信息,缓解用户语音通话过程中的失真问题,进而提升用户对无线耳机100的使用体验。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例 之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可穿戴设备组件,其中,包括无线耳机和智能眼镜,其中:
    所述无线耳机包括耳机主体和扬声部,所述耳机主体与所述扬声部可转动相连,且所述耳机主体可相对于所述扬声部在第一位置与第二位置之间转动切换,所述耳机主体设置有第一电连接部;
    所述智能眼镜包括镜腿和电池模组,所述镜腿设置有第二电连接部,所述第二电连接部与所述电池模组电连接;
    在所述耳机主体位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述耳机主体与所述镜腿分离;在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述耳机主体与所述镜腿相连,且所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述耳机主体和所述扬声部中,一者开设有连接孔,另一者设置有连接轴,所述连接轴与所述连接孔相连,且所述连接轴与所述连接孔转动配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述连接孔的内壁和所述连接轴的外壁中,一者设置有多个弹性凸起,另一者开设有限位槽,所述弹性凸起与所述限位槽在所述耳机主体的转动方向限位配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述耳机主体与所述扬声部通过柔性电路板电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一电连接部包括第一电连接端子和第一连接件,所述第二电连接部包括第二电连接端子和第二连接件;
    在所述耳机主体位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件分离,且所述第一电连接端子与所述第二电连接端子分离;
    在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件相连,且所述第一电连接端子与所述第二电连接端子电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一连接件和所 述第二连接件中,一者为磁性件,另一者为磁吸件,在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述磁性件与所述磁吸件磁吸相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一电连接部包括第一电连接端子,所述第二电连接部包括第二电连接端子;
    在所述耳机主体位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第一电连接端子与所述第二电连接端子分离;
    在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第一电连接端子与所述第二电连接端子磁性相连,且电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一电连接端子和所述第二电连接端子中,一者为弹性电连接端子,另一者为电连接片,在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述弹性电连接端子与所述电连接片电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一电连接部和所述扬声部均设置于所述耳机主体的同一面;
    所述镜腿包括顶面、底面以及连接所述顶面与所述底面的外侧面,所述第二电连接部设置于所述外侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述第一电连接部可伸缩地设置于所述耳机主体,在所述耳机主体位于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第一电连接部缩回至所述耳机主体内;在所述耳机主体位于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第一电连接部至少部分伸出至所述耳机主体外,且与所述第二电连接部电连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的可穿戴设备组件,其中,所述耳机主体远离所述扬声部的一端设置有麦克风。
