Abstract
公开了一种外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,包括眼镜本体(1),眼镜本体(1)设有镜脚(7),镜脚(7)用于供使用者佩戴在耳朵上,镜脚(7)设有活动块(2)、无线通讯处理器(3)以及电源(4),电源(4)用于给无线通讯处理器(3)供电,活动块(2)的一端与镜脚(7)铰接,且另一端设有听筒(21),无线通讯处理器(3)与听筒(21)电性连接。与现有技术相比,眼镜镜脚兼具了无线耳机的功能,充分利用了镜脚内的空间;当需要使用无线耳机时,只需旋转活动块,将活动块上的听筒贴近耳朵即可,且用户不需要在耳朵中放置任何元件,使用较为舒适,不存在辐射的问题,尤其对于经常驾驶的用户而言,使用该眼镜不会影响驾驶安全;另外,眼镜和无线耳机一体式的设计,其结构更加地紧凑,佩戴也较美观。
Description
本发明涉及眼镜技术领域,尤其涉及外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜。
目前,市场上具有接听功能的眼镜,其发声器件主要分为骨传导和耳机两种,通过在眼镜上安装骨传导构件或插设耳机实现接听效果,其均存在尺寸大及重量大的缺陷;另外,骨传导组件或耳机的存在也会影响眼镜的外观,骨传导构件会大大增大眼镜尺寸,而利用插设耳机,耳机在接听时,需要放入耳朵中,造成耳朵不适,使得眼镜整体不合适作为普通日常配戴眼镜使用。
另外,市场上还出现一些配置普通蓝牙耳机的眼镜,因为蓝牙耳机也要放入耳朵中,才能固定和收听声音,同样会造成耳朵不舒适;加上蓝牙耳机在待机时,也需要佩戴在耳朵中,更加加重耳机长时间放入耳朵的不舒适感,且存在辐射以及影响驾驶安全等问题。
本发明的目的在于提供外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,旨在解决现有技术中的具有接听功能的眼镜尺寸大、重量大以及使用不舒适的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,包括眼镜本体,所述眼镜本体设有镜脚,所述镜脚设有活动块、无线通讯处理器以及用于给无线通讯处理器供电的电源,所述活动块的一端与所述镜脚铰接,且另一端设有听筒,所述无线通讯处理器与所述听筒电性连接。
进一步地,所述镜脚设有支撑部和耳钩部,所述支撑部的外侧表面设有用于容置所述活动块的容置槽,所述容置槽的侧壁设有转轴,所述活动块通过所述转轴与所述镜脚铰接。
进一步地,所述转轴的轴线与所述支撑部的水平中心面的夹角为50度~65度。
进一步地,所述镜脚设有卡槽,所述活动块设有可与所述卡槽卡接的卡扣。
进一步地,所述镜脚设有处理器安装槽,所述无线通讯处理器装设于所述处理器安装槽内。
进一步地,所述电源为纽扣电池,所述镜脚设有电池安装槽,所述纽扣电池装设于所述电池安装槽内。
进一步地,所述镜脚还设有用于通话的通话元件,所述通话元件与所述无线通讯处理器电性连接。
进一步地,所述镜脚设有用于控制电源启闭的电源开关。
进一步地,所述镜脚设有用于控制所述听筒音量大小的音量开关。
与现有技术相比,在本发明提供的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜中,眼镜镜脚兼具了无线耳机的功能,充分利用了镜脚内的空间,节省了体积,避免眼镜外形尺寸较大及重量大的问题;当需要使用无线耳机时,只需旋转活动块,将活动块上的听筒贴近耳朵即可,且用户不需要在耳朵中放置任何元件,使用较为舒适,不存在辐射的问题,尤其对于经常驾驶的用户而言,使用该眼镜不会影响驾驶安全;另外,眼镜和无线耳机一体式的设计,其结构更加地紧凑,佩戴也较美观。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的实现进行详细的描述。
如图1~5所示,为本发明提供的一较佳实施例。
如图1~3所示,本实施例提供的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,包括眼镜本体1,眼镜本体1设有镜脚7,镜脚7用于供使用者佩戴在耳朵上,镜脚7设有活动块2、无线通讯处理器3以及电源4,电源4用于给无线通讯处理器3供电,活动块2的一端与镜脚7铰接,且另一端设有听筒21,无线通讯处理器3与听筒21电性连接。
与现有技术相比,在本发明提供的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜中,眼镜镜脚兼具了无线耳机的功能,充分利用了镜脚7内的空间,节省了体积;当需要使用无线耳机时,只需旋转活动块2,将活动块2上的听筒21贴近耳朵即可,相对现有技术中需要同时佩戴眼镜和无线耳机,其使用方便,舒适度较佳;另外,眼镜和无线耳机一体式的设计,其结构更加地紧凑,佩戴也较美观。
如图3所示,本实施例中,镜脚7设有支撑部11和耳钩部12,支撑部11和耳钩部12一体成型,支撑部11的外侧表面设有用于容置活动块2的容置槽5,容置槽5的侧壁设有转轴6,其中,优选地,转轴6与容置槽5的底面平行,活动块2通过转轴6与镜脚7铰接。当无线耳机处于休眠状态时,活动块2绕转轴6旋转并闭合于容置槽5内部,其外形看起来与传统单纯的眼镜并无区别,结构较紧凑;另外,容置槽5设置于支撑部11的外侧表面,活动块2通过向外翻转的方式旋转至耳朵位置处,使用无线耳机时,不需要额外取下眼镜进行调整,使用较方便。
当然,作为其他的实施例,支撑部11和耳钩部12也可以不是一体成型,支撑部11和耳钩部12铰接或者可拆卸连接,不局限于本实施例中的设置,具体可视实际情况而定。
并且,作为其他的实施例,活动块2也可以不是通过转轴6与镜脚7铰接,也可以是在活动块2上设置枢轴,活动块2通过设置的枢轴与镜脚7枢接,这样也可以达到活动块2绕镜脚7旋转的目的。其中,不局限于本实施例中的设置,具体可视实际情况而定。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例中,转轴6的轴线与支撑部11的水平中心面的夹角α为57度,这样活动块2绕转轴6旋转时,听筒21刚好可以旋转至耳朵接听位置处,方便接听;另外,通过设置转轴6的轴线与支撑部11的水平中心面的夹角α为57度,也使得容置槽5具有较合适的避位空间,这样既可以方便活动块2的旋转,有能够保证镜脚7的强度。
当然,作为其他的实施例,转轴6的轴线与支撑部11的水平中心面的夹角α也可以为50度、55度、60度、65度或者50度~65度之间其他的数值,可以达到基本相同的技术效果,其中,具体的数值可视实际情况而定。
本实施例中,上述的镜脚7设有卡槽(图中未标示),活动块2设有卡扣(图中未标示),活动块2闭合于容置槽5内时,卡扣与卡槽卡接。这样,无线耳机在未使用状态时,可以将活动块2的位置进行固定,防止活动块2在未使用时随意打开,从而提高了活动块2的连接稳定性。
当然,作为其他的实施例,不局限于将活动块2与镜脚7卡接,而是在镜脚7上设置磁铁,活动块2与镜脚7通过磁铁吸附连接;或者是在转轴上设置偏心凸轮,活动块2在闭合时与该偏心凸轮过盈配合,这样,通过偏心凸轮与活动块2之间的摩擦力也可以达到对活动块2固定的效果。其中,不局限于本实施例的设置,具体可视实际情况而定。
如图1和图3所示,本实施例中,镜脚7设有处理器安装槽31,无线通讯处理器3装设于处理器安装槽31内。通过设置的处理器安装槽31,可以将无线通讯处理器3埋设于镜脚7内部,外形较美观。
如图2所示,本实施例中,电源4为纽扣电池,镜脚7设有电池安装槽41,纽扣电池装设于电池安装槽41内。其中,纽扣电池的体积较小,方便在狭小的空间内进行安装。
当然,作为其他的实施例,电源4也可以为其它类型的电池或者外接式充电电源,不不局限于本实施例中的设置,具体可视实际情况而定。
本实施例中,镜脚7还设有通话元件8,通话元件8与无线通讯处理器3电性连接,使用者可以通过该通话元件8进行对话,这样本实施例的眼镜既具有接听功能,又具有通话的功能,其实用性能得到极大增强。优选地,本实施例中的通话元件8为mic(麦克风,Microphone的缩写)。
镜脚7设有电源开关(图中未标示),电源开关用于控制电源4的启闭。在无线耳机处于未使用状态时,可以通过电源开关将电源4关闭,从而可以避免电源4的浪费,使无线耳机具有更长的待机时间。
本实施例中,镜脚7设有音量开关(图中未标示),音量开关用于控制听筒21音量的大小,使得本实施例的设计更具人性化,操作也较方便。
当然,作为其他的实施例,镜脚7上也可以不设置电源开关、音量开关或其它开关功能键,而是在镜脚7上设置触摸屏,通过触摸屏进行手工触屏控制,这样也可以达到对本发明的各种功能进行手动控制的目的。其中,不局限于本实施例中的设置,具体可视实际情况而定。
当然,本实施例中的电源4、无线通讯处理器3以及通话元件8的安装位置可以作很多的调整和变动,包括全部放置于同一侧的镜脚7。其中,不局限于附图中所示的安装位置。

- 外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,包括眼镜本体,所述眼镜本体设有镜脚,其特征在于,所述镜脚设有活动块、无线通讯处理器以及用于给无线通讯处理器供电的电源,所述活动块的一端与所述镜脚铰接,且另一端设有听筒,所述无线通讯处理器与所述听筒电性连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜脚设有支撑部和耳钩部,所述支撑部的外侧表面设有用于容置所述活动块的容置槽,所述容置槽的侧壁设有转轴,所述活动块通过所述转轴与所述镜脚铰接。
- 如权利要求2所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述转轴的轴线与所述支撑部的水平中心面的夹角为50度~65度。
- 如权利要求1所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜脚设有卡槽,所述活动块设有可与所述卡槽卡接的卡扣。
- 如权利要求1至4任意所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜脚设有处理器安装槽,所述无线通讯处理器装设于所述处理器安装槽内。
- 如权利要求1至4任意所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述电源为纽扣电池,所述镜脚设有电池安装槽,所述纽扣电池装设于所述电池安装槽内。
- 如权利要求1至4任意所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜脚还设有用于通话的通话元件,所述通话元件与所述无线通讯处理器电性连接。
- 如权利要求1至4任意所述的外翻听筒式无线耳机眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜脚设有用于控制电源启闭的电源开关。
