技术领域
本申请涉及耳机设备技术领域,特别涉及一种耳机。
背景技术
现有典型的耳机中,两个听筒通过连接带连接,但是,连接带需要戴在头顶上。如果改变连接带的佩戴位置,例如将连接带佩戴在前额,由于耳部对听筒基本不能起到限位作用,耳机在连接带的重力作用下整体会相对于头部转动并下落,佩戴不稳,影响耳机正常使用。
故,为保证耳机佩戴的稳定性,连接带需要佩戴在头顶,长时间佩戴对头顶带来压迫感,佩戴的舒适度较差。
因此,如何提高耳机佩戴的舒适度,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的是提供一种耳机,其佩戴的舒适度较高。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:
一种耳机,包括两个听筒,两个所述听筒通过连接带连接,所述连接带包括用于佩戴于前额的额带和两个用于挂于耳后的耳挂,所述额带连接于两个所述耳挂之间,各所述听筒对应连接一个所述耳挂。
优选地,所述耳挂上靠近所述听筒的部分位于预设听筒基准面的一侧,所述耳挂上靠近所述额带的部分以及所述额带位于所述预设听筒基准面的另一侧,以使所述额带经耳部上方佩戴于前额;其中,所述预设听筒基准面同时过两个所述听筒上的设定基准点。
优选地,所述耳挂由其直接连接的所述听筒的一端至另一端弧度逐渐减小。
优选地,所述额带包括两个带体,所述带体包括对接于所述耳挂的上升段和设于所述上升段与另一所述带体之间的下降段;在垂直于两个所述设定基准点连线的投影面上,所述带体在所述投影面上的垂直投影中,所述上升段对应的投影线段沿着靠近所述下降段的方向与所述预设听筒基准面距离逐渐增大,所述下降段对应的投影线段沿着远离所述上升段的方向与所述预设听筒基准面距离逐渐减小。
优选地,还包括连接于两个所述下降段对接处的功能部件安装座,所述功能部件安装座上设有功能部件,所述功能部件包括摄像头和录音MIC中的至少一者。
优选地,所述连接带还包括支撑座,两个所述下降段通过分别插接固定于所述支撑座上两个平行的插孔上以对接,所述功能部件安装座连接于所述支撑座。
优选地,还包括连接于所述连接带上的功能部件安装座,所述功能部件安装座上设有功能部件,所述功能部件包括摄像头和录音MIC中的至少一者。
优选地,所述功能部件安装座固定于所述连接带上的转轴上,且所述功能部件安装座在所述转轴上的固定角度可调。
优选地,所述功能部件电连接于所述功能部件安装座中的控制电路板,所述控制电路板经传输线电连接所述听筒,所述功能部件安装座与所述连接带之间存在过让空间;所述传输线经所述功能部件安装座内部进入所述过让空间中,再经所述连接带内部电连接所述听筒;所述功能部件安装座在所述转轴上转至任一角度时,所述传输线上位于所述过让空间中的部分均处于松弛状态。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行 描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的核心是提供一种耳机,其佩戴的舒适度较高。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件;术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

本申请所提供耳机的一种具体实施例中,包括听筒3,两个听筒3通过连接带2连接,以避免听筒3丢失,具体可以可拆卸连接或不可拆卸连接。其中,请参考图4,连接带2包括用于经耳部佩戴于前额的额带22和两个用于挂于耳后的耳挂21。额带22连接于两个耳挂21之间。各听筒3对应连接一个耳挂21。
如图4所示,耳挂21为绕耳式的结构,耳挂21挂于耳后。额带22为弧状异形结构,配合头部表面形貌,与前额具体可形成微过盈配合以牢固佩戴。通过耳部和前额对连接带2进行支撑,避免了现有技术中完全依靠头顶支撑连接带2而对使用者带来的不适感。
进一步地,请参考图17和图18,耳挂21上靠近听筒3的部分位于预设听筒基准面S的一侧,耳挂21上靠近额带22的部分以及额带22位于预设听筒基准面S的另一侧,以使额带22经耳部上方佩戴于前额。
其中,预设听筒基准面S同时过两个听筒3上的设定基准点。具体地,该预设听筒基准面S可以为听筒3佩戴于耳部的状态下,过两个听筒3上的设定基准点的水平面。
具体请参见图4,在佩戴时,耳挂21从听筒3上延伸出来的部分经耳部下方向上延伸到耳朵上方与额带22对接,额带22受前额的支撑,佩戴的舒适度较高,同时,由于额带22和耳挂21的对接处位于耳朵的上方,耳部可以为该对接处提供向上的支撑力以阻止额带22下落。相比于图24所示的另一实施例,其方案为:耳挂21上靠近额带22的部分位于预设听筒基准面S的一侧,而耳挂21上靠近听筒3的部分以及额带22位于预设听筒基准面S的另一侧,则佩戴时,耳挂21从听筒3上延伸出来的部分经耳部上方向下延伸到耳朵下方与额带22对接,该对接处无法借助耳部向上的支撑力,故本实施例中能够按照图4所示进行佩戴的耳机为更优选的方案。
进一步地,额带22包括两个带体。带体包括对接于耳挂21的上升段221和设置在上升段221和另一带体之间的下降段222。在垂直于两个设定基准点连线的投影面T上,如图17和图18所示,带体在投影面T上的垂直投影中,上升段221对应的投影线段沿着靠近下降段222的方向与预设听筒基准面S距离逐渐增大,下降段222对应的投影线段沿着远离上升段221的方向与预设听筒基准面S距离逐渐减小。另外,两个带体优选相对于该投影面T对称设置。
其中,优选地,上升段221为弧形结构,从而上升段221在佩戴时向上反向弯曲包罗头部,与头部形状适应性较好。
其中,具体地,如图4所示,带体在投影面T上垂直投影生成的线段中,下降段222对应的部分与预设听筒基准面S形成的锐角范围具体可以不大于70°,例如,45°。另外,带体在投影面T上垂直投影生成的线段中,下降段222对应的投影线段远离上升段221的端点为点C、下降段222与上升段221交接点为点B,听筒3的设定基准点在该投影面T上的投影为点A,线段CB、AB的夹角具体可为90度,以适应人体上额部位与耳朵中心的位置大致的形状。
在佩戴后,如图4所示,上升段221可以使额带22由耳部延伸至略高于耳部的前额上,在前额上,两个带体的下降段222与耳挂21配合可以提供可靠的扣紧力,以提高额带22佩戴的牢固性,且额带可以借助自身重力保持佩戴方向。
进一步地,耳挂21由其直接连接的听筒3的一端至另一端弧度逐渐减小, 具体如图4所示,在投影面T上,耳挂21的弧度沿着远离上升段221的方向呈扩张的趋势。耳挂21的形状能够保证耳挂21与耳部上侧的贴合度,使连接带2佩戴牢固。
进一步地,连接带2上连接有功能部件安装座4。优选地,请参考图11和图23,连接带还包括支撑座23,两个下降段222通过分别插接固定于支撑座23上两个平行的插孔上以对接,功能部件安装座4连接于支撑座23,以使下降段222可以借助功能部件安装座4的重力保持压紧前额的状态,进一步提高连接带连接的稳定性。
其中,功能部件安装座4上设有功能部件,功能部件包括摄像头6和录音MIC7。在佩戴者想要录制视频或者音频时,可以直接借助前额上的摄像头6拍摄眼前景物,以及借助前额上的录音MIC7进行录音,释放了佩戴者的双手,使以耳机形态为载体的设备具有视频录制功能。另外,本实施例中具有视频录制功能的耳机可以在真无线TWS耳机的基础上进行改进,以扩展真无线TWS耳机的应用外延,当然,也可以在有线耳机的基础上进行改进实现。
其中,具体地,功能部件安装座4上的功能部件具体可以电连接听筒3,以经过听筒3以及耳机线5电连接终端设备1;又或者,功能部件可以设置无线通讯组件,例如蓝牙模块,以直接无线电连接终端设备1进行数据传输。
当然,在其他实施例中,功能部件可仅包括摄像头6和录音MIC7中的一者,还可以包括其他种类的功能部件,例如照明灯、音频输出组。
进一步地,功能部件固定于连接带2上的转轴24上,且功能部件在转轴24上的固定角度可调,从而使用者可根据需要调节佩戴角度。
其中,具体地,如图11和图12所示,转轴24固定在支撑座23上,可选地,转轴24平行于预设听筒基准面S设置。功能部件安装座4包括安装板41、定位块42和轴套43,定位块42固定于安装板41和轴套43之间,功能部件固定在安装板41上。其中,安装板41具体可以为长圆形板、矩形板或者其他形状板件。轴套43上设有套接转轴24的轴套孔431,轴套孔431和转轴24之间过盈配合,使轴套43在受到的外力小于设定转动外力时,能够保持与转轴24相对静止的状态,当使用者向轴套43施加大于设定转动外力的外力时,轴套43可相对于转轴24转动以调节功能部件安装座4和支撑座23之间的安装角度,实现对摄像头6的俯仰调节,保证佩戴后实现摄像头6 的拍摄方向与人眼的目视方向保持水平。
其中,更具体地,对于功能部件与听筒3通过电线进行有线电连接的情况,如图11、图12和图15所示,功能部件电连接于功能部件安装座4中的控制电路板,控制电路板经传输线电连接听筒3。功能部件安装座4与连接带之间存在过让空间,过让空间由定位块42的定位块接线过让槽421、支撑座23的支撑座接线过让槽231配合形成。传输线经功能部件安装座4内部进入过让空间中,再经连接带(支撑座23、额带)内部电连接听筒3。功能部件安装座4在转轴24上转至任一角度时,传输线上位于过让空间中的部分均处于松弛状态,从而可以避免功能部件安装座相对于支撑座23角度调节时过度拉扯传输线,避免传输线出现断电等导通性问题。
其中,更具体地,如图12和图13所示,安装板41上可设置存储卡插槽411,用于卡接存储卡安装座412,存储卡安装座412用于安装存储卡,存储卡安装座412可通过按压方式可拆卸安装在存储卡插槽411上。存储卡安装座412中的存储卡经安装板41内置的控制电路板电连接功能部件,以实现收集和存储摄像头6音视频信息等存储功能。存储卡取下后连接相应的设备来读取数据。
另外,在另一种具体实施例中,如图16所示,支撑座23上可以设置两个限转面232,通过与定位块42上的两个定位面422相抵,以限定轴套43相对于转轴24的最大可转角度,可选地,最大可转角度可设定为30°。
进一步地,功能部件安装座4内设有启动开关,启动开关电连接功能部件。启动开关具体可设置在安装板41上,经安装板41中的控制电路板实现与功能部件的电连接。启动开关可控制功能部件的启闭。启动开关包括震动传感器、语音识别模组和触摸屏模组,以快速启动功能部件。
其中,对于震动传感器,其向控制电路板传递的震动信息满足设定震动启闭条件时,控制电路板控制功能部件切换启闭状态(由开启变为关闭,或者由关闭变为开启,每次切换时控制电路板完成一次启闭状态信息的数据保存)。设定震动开启条件可按需设定于控制电路板,例如,设定震动开启条件为震动传感器1s内连续采集到两次耳机的连续触碰信号。
其中,对于语音识别模组,其可以通过识别接收到的语音与预存的设定启闭语音相对比,以切换功能部件的启闭状态。
其中,对于触摸屏模组,其可通过接收并识别指纹信息以切换功能部件的启闭状态;又或者,触摸屏模组上直接设置开关键,通过触摸以切换功能部件的启闭状态。
当然,在其他实施例中,启动开关可以仅包括震动传感器、语音识别模组和触摸屏模组中的一者或两者。
进一步地,耳机还包括耳机线5。听筒3与耳机线5可拆卸固定连接。
听筒3具体可为入耳式或包耳式结构。听筒3内设有充电电池,听筒3上设有电触头31,电触头31包括电连接充电电池的充电电极,可供电的外界设备经充电电极向充电电池供电。其中,外接设备可以为能够与听筒3进行信息交互且能够供电的终端设备1,也可以为仅具有供电功能的外接电源。可选地,听筒3内还可以设置干电池仓,以利用干电池进行充电。听筒3能够与终端设备1进行数据交互,具体地,终端设备1可以为电脑、手机、平板电脑等电子设备。
耳机线5上设有听筒接口53和外接设备接口52。听筒接口53可拆卸连接听筒3,从而实现耳机线5和听筒3的可拆卸连接。听筒接口53上设有与电触头31分别对应电连接的pin针51。pin针51包括充电pin针,充电pin针用于接触充电电极以电连接充电电极。其中,如图6所示,外接设备接口52具体为插针,以适应大多数外接设备的插孔。
当耳机需要充电时,将耳机线5的外接设备接口52连接在身边可供电的外接设备上,听筒接口53连接在听筒3上,相应地,充电pin针与充电电极相接触实现电连接,从而终端设备1经充电pin针、充电电极向充电电池供电。可选地,耳机线5中设有整流滤波电路,整流滤波电路连接于充电pin针和外接设备接口52之间,外接设备提供的耳机左右声道电信号经外接设备接口52进入耳机线5,再经整流滤波电路整流滤波,可以得到较高的直流电压,以作为充电电池的充电电源。在充电后,耳机本身具备一定的续航能力,无需依靠外界设备实时供电使用。
本实施例中,由于增设耳机线5,避免了采用耳机盒单一充电带来的局限性,使用者可任选身边可供电的外接设备为耳机供电,外出时携带耳机线5即可,能够减小占用空间,便于使用者的携带与使用;充电pin针和充电电极仅需接触即可实现电连接以充电,相比于需要精准插接的电连接结构,加 大降低了加工难度。
进一步地,pin针51还包括数据传输pin针,相应地,电触头31包括用于与各数据传输pin针分别对应接触以电连接的数据传输触头。其中,pin针51的数量可以为一个、两个、四个或者其他数量,根据充电或数据传输的需要设置即可,不作限定。由于数据传输pin针的设置,使耳机线5具有兼具数据线和充电线的功能。在耳机线5连接在终端设备1上后,终端设备1除了能够向听筒3供电,还能够与听筒3之间进行数据交互,使耳机能够在充电的同时正常使用。
进一步地,听筒3中还设置有无线通讯组件,例如蓝牙组件,以使听筒3除了通过耳机线5与终端设备1有线通讯外,还能够与终端设备1无线通讯实现数据交互。
当然,在其他实施例中,pin针51中可以仅包括充电pin针这一种类型的pin针,即耳机线5不具有数据传输功能,只能够充电,在充电过程中,听筒3与终端设备1(可以与供电的外接设备为同一个或不是同一个设备)可以通过无线通讯实现数据交互。
进一步地,电触头31设于听筒3上与出声面32相对的连接侧面33上。听筒接口53与外接设备接口52分别设置在耳机线5的两个自由端上,且听筒接口53设于耳机线5的侧面。在加工过程中,pin针51的位置可基于耳机线中心线R的位置进行设置,进而借助耳机线5的状态进行听筒3和听筒接口53的连接,为连接操作提供便利。
在佩戴状态下,连接侧面33大体垂直于水平面,耳机线5在自重作用下呈听筒接口53在上、耳机线中心线R大体竖直的自然下垂状态,则此时,各pin针51在听筒接口53上的上下位置关系与对应的各电触头31在连接侧面33上的上下位置关系大体一致,直接朝向听筒接口53平移该耳机线5,当听筒接口53运动到连接侧面33时,各pin针51与对应的电触头31大体是对齐的,无需大幅相对于连接侧面33调节听筒接口53的角度。
进一步地,在听筒接口53上,以过耳机线5的耳机线中心线R且垂直于听筒接口53的平面为参照面,pin针51呈非镜面对称排布。对于非镜面对称的实现,具体可以通过pin针51数量、pin针51自身形状、pin针51与参照面的距离和角度关系等方面的设置实现。另外,由于电触头31与pin针51 一一对应电连接,可以确定,听筒3上的电触头31与听筒接口53上的pin针51等量设置,且电触头31在听筒3上的排布方式与pin针51在听筒接口53上的排布方式相同。利用过耳机线中心线R的参照面对pin针51进行非镜面设置,在连接听筒3和耳机线5的过程中,可以在垂直于耳机线中心线R的方向提供防呆效果,避免pin针51与不匹配的电触头31相对准。
具体以pin针51为四个的实施方式为例,说明pin针51的排布以及连接方法,不能理解为对本申请的限制。如图8和图9所示,听筒接口53上pin针51数量为四个,依次为:第一pin针511、第二pin针512、第三pin针513和第四pin针514,其中,参照面穿过第一pin针511、第二pin针512和第三pin针513,第四pin针514位于参照面的一侧。相应地,连接侧面33上电触头31数量为四个,依次为:与第一pin针511配对电连接的第一电触头311、与第二pin针512配对电连接的第二电触头312、与第三pin针513配对电连接的第三电触头313和与第四pin针514配对电连接的第四电触头314,四个电触头31在连接侧面33上的排布方式与四个pin针51在听筒接口53上的排布方式对应相同。
在连接过程中,先将听筒3佩戴于耳部,或者使听筒3呈佩戴的角度进行放置,此时,第一电触头311、第二电触头312、第三电触头313由上至下依次排列;耳机线5保持自然下垂的状态,使听筒接口53位于上方,则第一pin针511、第二pin针512、第三pin针513由上至下依次排布,从而竖直方向上各pin针51与对应匹配的各电触头31位置对应;听筒接口53靠近连接侧面33后,具体可以以第四pin针514进行水平对位,以第四电触头314为基准平移耳机线以对准第四pin针514和第四电触头314的位置,实现各pin针51和各电触头31的对齐。
进一步地,听筒3和听筒接口53通过磁吸结构可拆卸固定连接,便于拆装。优选地,听筒3上可以设置第一永磁铁和第二永磁铁,耳机线5上设置第一配合永磁铁和第二配合永磁铁,其中,第一永磁铁的S极面与第一配合永磁铁的N极面配对吸合,第二永磁铁的N极面与第二配合永磁铁的S极面配对吸合,则在听筒3和耳机线5连接过程中,由于第一永磁铁与第一配合永磁铁相吸而与第二配合永磁铁相斥,可以利用永磁铁之间磁力相吸或相斥的作用关系对听筒接口53的安装提供导向力,以提高连接速度。又或者,如 图10所示,听筒3上也可以设置一个听筒环形强磁磁铁34,听筒接口53上设置线环形强磁磁铁54或者铁块,以实现磁吸,进而pin针51和充电电极有效电连接。
当然,在其他实施例中,听筒3和听筒接口53可采用卡扣等结构实现可拆卸连接。
进一步地,如图8和图9所示,pin针51为弹性pin针。pin针51在自由状态下,其自由端凸出于听筒接口53的表面,电触头31内陷于听筒3的外表面。利用pin针51的弹性和凸出结构以及电触头31的凹陷设置,可以确保pin针51与电触头31的可靠电连接。其中,具体地,听筒接口53为平面结构,pin针51凸出于该平面,pin针51垂直于该平面,pin针51上与电触头31电连接的表面平行于该平面;听筒3的连接侧面33为平面结构,电触头31相对于连接侧面33内陷,且电触头31垂直于该连接侧面33,电触头31上与pin针51电连接的表面平行于连接侧面33,在连接后,听筒接口53与连接侧面33相贴合,pin针51沿垂直于听筒接口53的方向压缩形变,pin针51与电触头31的接触面平行于听筒接口53。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上对本申请所提供的耳机进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种耳机,包括两个听筒(3),其特征在于,两个所述听筒(3)通过连接带(2)连接,所述连接带(2)包括用于佩戴于前额的额带(22)和两个用于挂于耳后的耳挂(21),所述额带(22)连接于两个所述耳挂(21)之间,各所述听筒(3)对应连接一个所述耳挂(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳挂(21)上靠近所述听筒(3)的部分位于预设听筒基准面的一侧,所述耳挂(21)上靠近所述额带(22)的部分以及所述额带(22)位于所述预设听筒基准面的另一侧,以使所述额带(22)经耳部上方佩戴于前额;其中,所述预设听筒基准面同时过两个所述听筒(3)上的设定基准点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳挂(21)由其直接连接的所述听筒(3)的一端至另一端弧度逐渐减小。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述额带(22)包括两个带体,所述带体包括对接于所述耳挂(21)的上升段(221)和设于所述上升段(221)与另一所述带体之间的下降段(222);在垂直于两个所述设定基准点连线的投影面上,所述带体在所述投影面上的垂直投影中,所述上升段(221)对应的投影线段沿着靠近所述下降段(222)的方向与所述预设听筒基准面距离逐渐增大,所述下降段(222)对应的投影线段沿着远离所述上升段(221)的方向与所述预设听筒基准面距离逐渐减小。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耳机,其特征在于,还包括连接于两个所述下降段(222)对接处的功能部件安装座(4),所述功能部件安装座(4)上设有功能部件,所述功能部件包括摄像头(6)和录音MIC(7)中的至少一者。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述连接带还包括支撑座(23),两个所述下降段(222)通过分别插接固定于所述支撑座(23)上两个平行的插孔上以对接,所述功能部件安装座(4)连接于所述支撑座(23)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,还包括连接于所述连接带(2)上的功能部件安装座(4),所述功能部件安装座(4)上设有功能部件,所述功能部件包括摄像头(6)和录音MIC(7)中的至少一者。
  8. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述功能部件安装座(4)固定于所述连接带(2)上的转轴(24)上,且所述功能部件安 装座(4)在所述转轴(24)上的固定角度可调。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述功能部件电连接于所述功能部件安装座(4)中的控制电路板,所述控制电路板经传输线电连接所述听筒(3),所述功能部件安装座(4)与所述连接带之间存在过让空间;所述传输线经所述功能部件安装座(4)内部进入所述过让空间中,再经所述连接带内部电连接所述听筒(3);所述功能部件安装座(4)在所述转轴(24)上转至任一角度时,所述传输线上位于所述过让空间中的部分均处于松弛状态。
  10. 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述功能部件安装座(4)内设有启动开关,所述启动开关电连接所述功能部件,所述启动开关包括震动传感器、语音识别模组与触摸屏模组中的至少一者。
