Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,包括城市道路、地下空间设施、城市水系和城市绿地,在已建街坊建筑之间设置城市道路,所述城市道路一旁设置城市绿地,所述城市绿地的一侧底部设置地下空间设施,城市绿地的另一侧设置城市水系;利用地下空间设施建设和城市水系整治产生的土方布置城市绿地,实现对地块地形的重塑,丰富空间层次;既可以满足城市出行、休憩、防洪排涝等功能,还可丰富城市空间形态,集约利用土地,节约工程投资。该新型空间布局方法还有利于促成工程集约建设,避免零星割裂工程建设的弊端,提高生产效率,缩短工期,减少影响。

Description

一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法 技术领域
本发明涉及城市建设技术领域,特别是涉及一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法。
背景技术
为满足人们对生活环境品质要求的日益提高,城市更新进程不断加快,城市空间形态和功能将持续改善。城市环境的改造不仅对功能提出要求,对空间形态和景观也有较高的需求,而且建成区域构筑物密布,建设条件也受到一定限制。目前城市景观工程、水环境整治、静态交通(停车设施)等基础设施的建设由不同的建设主体委托不同的设计单位孤立布置,之间缺少相互协调和联系。
如图1所示,常规的城市空间布局,形态割裂,景观平淡乏味,土地利用率低,浪费了大量建设用地。工程分开建设,周期长,效率和效益低下,社会影响大;土方无法平衡,需要弃方和外借,工程经济性差;相互之间存在影响,易引起既有构筑物沉降和失稳,对城市运营和安全均存在隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,既可以满足城市出行、休憩、防洪排涝等功能,还可丰富城市空间形态,集约利用土地,节约工程投资。该新型空间布局方法还有利于促成工程集约建设,避免零星割裂工程建设的弊端,提高生产效率,缩短工期,减少影响。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,包括城市道路、地下空间设施、城市水系和城市绿地,在已建街坊建筑之间设置城市道路,所述城市道路一旁设置城市绿地,所述城市绿地的一侧底部设置地下空间设施,城市绿地的另一侧设置城市水系;利用地下空间设施建设和城市水系整治产生的土方布置城市绿地。
优选地,所述地下空间设施为停车场,利用地块高差,设置一层或多层停车场。
优选地,本发明还包括以下步骤:
(1)、确定城市更新目标和需求:区域居民出行调查分析(停车需求),防洪排涝标准,水环境整治规划,公园定位和规模;
(2)、收集相关基础资料:地形数据、地质勘查、水文调查、既有构筑物调查和评估;
(3)、平面布局设计:根据需求确定停车场的形式、层数、面积和位置;确定水系整治的面积以及具体平面布置;确定城市绿地的布局及具体平面布置;
(4)、竖向高程设计:根据停车场的层数、净空确定结构高程,停车场的层数不高于3层;根据水文、排水重现期标准确定水系控制标高;根据土方平衡情况、城市绿地布置确定填土厚度和城市绿地的整体竖向高程设计;为保证周边底层建筑的采光和视野,区域最高点相对高程不大于1/4最高点与建筑的水平距离;
(5)、复核相关指标:统计车位数量、车库消防指标,验算防洪排涝设计指标,计算综合用地指标和投资,以满足目标和规定标准。
(6)、拟定建设方案:根据设计方案,制定合理工程建设方案和建设时序,保证建设范围内零弃土零借方,保护环境,控制工期和投资。
优选地,所述城市绿地为景观公园或活动广场或露天商业区。
优选地,所述城市水系为河道或水塘或湖泊或湿地。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下有益技术效果:
本发明提供的适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,将居民出行、休憩、城市防洪排涝等各项功能在一个综合空间内实现,集约利用土地,还合理创造出高差,丰富城市空间形态,有利于城市的可持续发展;该项技术还促成工程的综合、集成建设,提高生产效率,缩短工期,减少影响;合理进行土方平衡和调配,保护环境,减少投资;避免高填大挖,较少对既有建筑和设施的影响,保证安全。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本实施例中的适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,如图2所示,包括城市道路、地下空间设施、城市水系和城市绿地,在已建街坊建筑之间设置城市道路,所述城市道路一旁设置城市绿地,所述城市绿地的一侧底部设置地下空间设施,城市绿地的另一侧设置城市水系;利用地下空间设施建设和城市水系整治产生的土方布置城市绿地,实现对地块地形的重塑,丰富空间层次。
本实施例中,地下空间设施优选为停车场,利用地块高差,设置一层或多层停车场,满足区域居民静态交通需求,比建设全地下停车库减少了大量挖方,产生的挖方可直接用于车库顶层覆土;水环境整治与公园整体建设,提高城市景观的品质和整体效果,河道疏浚产生的土方也可直接用于公园填土;停车库与造地形的填土相结合,减少附加荷载,不对周边建筑、道路、以及其他构筑物造成影响;空间的综合布局,零弃方零外借土方,非常适合城市更新建设,实现城市空间的重塑。
本实施例中的适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)、确定城市更新目标和需求:区域居民出行调查分析(停车需求),防洪排涝标准,水环境整治规划,公园定位和规模;
(2)、收集相关基础资料:地形数据、地质勘查、水文调查、既有构筑物调查和评估;
(3)、平面布局设计:根据需求确定停车场的形式、层数、面积和位置;确定水系整治的面积以及具体平面布置;确定城市绿地的布局及具体平面布置;
(4)、竖向高程设计:根据停车场的层数、净空确定结构高程,停车场的层数不高于3层;根据水文、排水重现期标准确定水系控制标高;根据土方平衡情况、城市绿地布置确定填土厚度和城市绿地的整体竖向高程设计;为保证周边底层建筑的采光和视野,区域最高点相对高程不大于1/4最高点与建筑的水平距离;

Claims (5)

  1. 一种适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,其特征在于:包括城市道路、地下空间设施、城市水系和城市绿地,在已建街坊建筑之间设置城市道路,所述城市道路一旁设置城市绿地,所述城市绿地的一侧底部设置地下空间设施,城市绿地的另一侧设置城市水系;利用地下空间设施建设和城市水系整治产生的土方布置城市绿地。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,其特征在于:所述地下空间设施为停车场,利用地块高差,设置一层或多层停车场。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于城市更新建设的空间布局方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    (1)确定城市更新目标和需求:区域居民出行调查分析,防洪排涝标准,水环境整治规划,公园定位和规模;
    (2)收集相关基础资料:地形数据、地质勘查、水文调查、既有构筑物调查和评估;
    (3)平面布局设计:根据需求确定停车场的形式、层数、面积和位置;确定水系整治的面积以及具体平面布置;确定城市绿地的布局及具体平面布置;
    (4)竖向高程设计:根据停车场的层数、净空确定结构高程,停车场的层数不高于3层;根据水文、排水重现期标准确定水系控制标高;根据土方平衡情况、城市绿地布置确定填土厚度和城市绿地的整体竖向高程设计;为保证周边底层建筑的采光和视野,区域最高点相对高程不大于1/4最高点与建筑的水平距离;
