现有的风机在长时间使用过后,风机壳体内部的会囤积一定的灰尘,而灰尘处于壳体的内部,壳体无法打开,清理起来会十分的不便;现有的风机因为体型都比较大,而且都比较沉重,当设备需要进行移动时会十分的不方便,即使能够移动,但是移动轮不能收起,设备无法保持稳定的站立,为此我们提出一种便于清理的新型风机。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于清理的新型风机,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有的风机在长时间使用过后,风机壳体内部的会囤积一定的灰尘,而灰尘处于壳体的内部,壳体无法打开,清理起来会十分的不便;现有的风机因为体型都比较大,而且都比较沉重,当设备需要进行移动时会十分的不方便,即使能够移动,但是移动轮不能收起,设备无法保持稳定的站立的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种便于清理的新型风机,包括下壳体,所述下壳体的上端设置有上壳体,所述下壳体的上端两侧设置有下固定块,所述下壳体与下固定块通过焊接固定连接,所述上壳体 的底端两侧设置有上固定块,所述上固定块与上壳体通过焊接固定连接,所述下固定块与上固定块的中端设置有通孔,所述通孔的内部设置有螺丝,所述下固定块与上固定块通过螺丝进行固定连接,所述上壳体与下壳体的连接处设置有密封条。
优选的,所述下壳体的下端设置有支撑架,所述下壳体与支撑架通过焊接固定连接,所述支撑架的下端设置有固定架,所述固定架的两侧设置有若干个摇把,所述摇把的一端设置有转轴,所述转轴的另一端与固定架的内表面通过焊接固定连接,所述转轴的中端外表面设置有齿轮,且齿轮处于固定架的内部,所述齿轮的外表面设置有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱与齿轮通过啮合固定连接,所述螺纹柱的另一端设置有移动轮,所述螺纹柱与移动轮通过焊接固定连接。

(1)通过把设备的壳体分成上下两个部分,并且用螺丝进行固定,需要清理壳体内部灰尘时就可以转松螺丝,打开壳体,对壳体内部进行清洗,清洗过后,又可以转紧螺丝,收紧上下壳体,并且在上壳体和下壳体连接处设置了密封条,密封条可以使上下壳体紧密相连,防止漏风。
(2)通过在设备上安装了带伸缩的移动轮,需要移动时可以转动摇把放 下移动轮,推动设备进行移动,当需要设备保持站立时,只需要反方向转动摇把,把移动轮收回至固定架内部,简单方便操作。

为了可以让电机18带动叶轮进行转动,本实施例中,优选的,电机轴承8的外表面设置有凹槽,电机轴承8外表面的凹槽周围设置有皮带9,且皮带9的另一端套在叶轮轴承17的外表面凹槽上,电机轴承8与叶轮轴承17通过皮带9固定连接。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:本实用新型安装好过后,首先检查本实用新型的安装固定以及安全防护,当需要清理壳体内部的灰尘垃圾时,这时可以转松螺丝11,渐渐使上壳体1和下壳体3分离,直到螺丝11完全松开,就可以取下上壳体1,然后用水和抹布对壳体内部的灰尘进行擦拭,清理完成后再次盖上上壳体1,转紧螺丝11,在转紧螺丝11的过程中,上壳体1与下壳体3之间的密封条12也会逐渐的卡在一起,使上壳体1与下壳体3之 间的密封更加紧密,防止风机从上壳体1与下壳体3的交接处漏风;当需要给设备进行移动时,这时可以转动摇把5,与摇把5相连的转轴16会带动齿轮15进行转动,与齿轮15啮合连接的螺纹柱13会在固定架6的内部往下进行移动,从而带动与螺纹柱13连接的移动轮14往下移动,直到移动轮14超出地面,这时就可以推动设备机型移动了,移动完之后需要保持稳定站立时,反方向转动摇把5,时移动轮14收回至固定架6的内部,这样就完成了对本实用新型的使用过程,本实用新型结构简单,使用安全方便。
