如图1~8所示,一种电梯安全门触点开关,包括一触点开关,触点开关包括一壳体、一推杆3,推杆设置在壳体一侧,壳体包括一上盒盖1、一下盒体2,上盒盖设置在下盒体的上方;靠近推杆处的下盒体上设有第一安装槽12,第一安装槽的一侧设有第二安装槽11,第一安装槽与第二安装槽之间设有一隔板7,隔板上设有一用于连通第一安装槽与第二安装槽的第一通孔;第一安装槽内设有一与推杆相匹配的推动板4,推动板的两侧均设有一固定柱23,固定柱上套设有第一弹簧22,第一弹簧的一端部抵住推动板,第一弹簧的另一端部抵住隔板;推动板的中部设有一连接柱6,连接柱的一侧部自第一通孔处穿入第二安装槽内,连接柱的上固定有一连接块10,连接块设置在第二安装槽内,连接块上设有一安装孔15,安装孔处安有第二弹簧18,第二弹簧的一端部抵住安装孔的内壁,第二弹簧的另一端部抵住第二安装槽的内壁,连接块的两侧部上均设有一呈长条状的连接片19,连接片上设有第一凸起20;下盒体上设有两个固定槽13,两个固定槽分别设置在第二安装槽内的两侧,固定槽内设有一固定块24,固定槽的侧壁上设有第一缺口,靠近第一缺口处的固定块上设有一与第一凸起相匹配的第二凸起25;固定块的上部设有第一螺栓孔29,固定块的中部第一穿线孔28,第一穿线孔连通第一螺栓孔,第一螺栓孔处拧接有一接线螺丝14;靠近固定槽处的下盒体上设有第一卡槽,固定槽连通第一卡槽,第一卡槽处设有一橡胶块16,橡胶块上设有一与第一穿线孔的位置相匹配的第二穿线孔17。本发明通过此设计,提供了一种电梯安全门触点开关,结构简单、使用便捷,可安装于现有的狭小电梯门机安装空间,减少了接通不良的隐患,保证电梯门系统的安全电气部件不受环境及负载的影响,从而保证电梯的长期安全运行。
此设计既保证了接线时的便捷,又实现了较好的防尘效果,可达到IP54或IP65级别的防护等级,提高了电梯安全门触点开关的使用效果,适用于低电流电气回路的电梯安全门触点开关。接线时,使用者需开启上盒盖,将导 线自第二穿线孔处穿入,拧紧接线螺丝压紧导线并固定上盒盖,完成接线。
设备在使用时,推杆推动推动推动板,推动板带动连接柱运动,连接柱上带动连接块运动,进而连接片逐渐靠近固定块,连接片上的第一凸起与固定块上的第二凸起相接触;此时,位于推动板两侧的第一弹簧与连接块上的第二弹簧均处于压缩状态,当推杆后退,第一弹簧与第二弹簧可提供较好的复位效果,进而提高了电梯安全门触点开关的使用寿命。
第一卡槽的横截面呈半圆形,橡胶块的横截面呈圆环状,橡胶块的下部卡入第一卡槽内,橡胶块设置在上盒盖与下盒体的连接处,上盒盖上设有横截面呈半圆形的第二卡槽,橡胶块的上部卡入第二卡槽内。以便于通过上盒盖与下盒体卡住橡胶块。
靠近第一安装槽处的隔板的一侧面上设有一嵌入槽,嵌入槽内安有一橡胶环27,橡胶环上设有第二通孔,连接柱的前侧部自第二通孔处穿过,连接柱的前侧部的直径小于连接柱的后侧部的直径,连接柱的后侧部的直径大于第二通孔的孔径;隔板的上部设有一插槽,插槽连通嵌入槽,插槽内插入一用于固定橡胶环的固定片21,固定片的下部设有第二缺口,第二缺口处的宽度大于连接柱的后侧部的直径。靠近第一安装槽处的橡胶环上设有一环状凸起26,环状凸起的横截面呈半圆形。当推杆推动推动板,推动板带动连接柱运动,连接柱移动一定距离后,其后侧部被橡胶环所阻挡,橡胶环起到了限制连接柱移动距离及缓冲的效果,提高了设备的寿命。
为了保证设备的使用效果,推杆、推动板、连接柱、连接块、连接片、第一凸起、第二凸起、固定块均采用导电材料制成。例如,推杆、推动板、连接柱、连接块、连接片、第一凸起、第二凸起、固定块均采用铜制成。第一凸起与第二凸起的外表面上设有银镀层。
推动板与连接柱的连接处设有第三安装槽34,第三安装槽内设有第一固定轴33;第三安装槽处安有一翻转扣件30,翻转扣件包括一片状体,片状体的下部设有一与第一固定轴相匹配的第一转动槽;片状体的后部设有第二转动槽31,第二转动槽处穿过第二固定轴32,第二固定轴的两端部均固定到上盒盖上;片状体的前部设有一用于卡住推杆的卡钩。翻转扣件保证了触点的绝对断开,当推杆推入壳体,推动板与连接柱向壳体内侧运动,翻转扣件的下部随着第一固定轴向壳体内侧运动,其后部受到第二固定轴的限制,使得 翻转扣件绕着第二固定轴向前侧发生翻转,进而使得其前部的卡勾卡住推杆;当推杆脱离时,推杆带动翻转扣件再次翻转,翻转扣件的下部带动第一固定轴移动,使得推动板与连接柱向壳体外侧运动,进而使得第一凸起与第二凸起不再接触,强制断开了触点的接触,以达到安全触点绝对断开的功能。
第二安装槽的上方设有一橡胶垫片9,橡胶垫片的中部设有一与第二安装槽的形状相匹配的开口,橡胶垫片设置在上盒盖与下盒体之间。以提高上盒盖与下盒体之间的密封效果,进一步起到防尘作用。
为了便于安装触点开关,下盒体上设有两个第二螺栓孔8,两个第二螺栓孔分别设置在第二安装槽的两侧,上盒盖上设有两个与第二螺栓孔的位置相匹配的第三螺栓孔5。可通过螺栓穿过第二螺栓孔与第第三螺栓孔固定触点开关。
为了便于使用者打开上盒盖,上盒盖与下盒体之间通过卡扣连接。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电梯安全门触点开关,包括一触点开关,所述触点开关包括一壳体、一推杆,所述推杆设置在所述壳体一侧,其特征在于,所述壳体包括一上盒盖、一下盒体,所述上盒盖设置在所述下盒体的上方;
    靠近所述推杆处的所述下盒体上设有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽的一侧设有第二安装槽,所述第一安装槽与所述第二安装槽之间设有一隔板,所述隔板上设有一用于连通所述第一安装槽与所述第二安装槽的第一通孔;
    所述第一安装槽内设有一与所述推杆相匹配的推动板,所述推动板的两侧均设有一固定柱,所述固定柱上套设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧的一端部抵住所述推动板,所述第一弹簧的另一端部抵住所述隔板;
    所述推动板的中部设有一连接柱,所述连接柱的一侧部自所述第一通孔处穿入所述第二安装槽内,所述连接柱的上固定有一连接块,所述连接块设置在所述第二安装槽内,所述连接块上设有一安装孔,所述安装孔处安有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧的一端部抵住所述安装孔的内壁,所述第二弹簧的另一端部抵住所述第二安装槽的内壁,所述连接块的两侧部上均设有一呈长条状的连接片,所述连接片上设有第一凸起;
    所述下盒体上设有两个固定槽,两个所述固定槽分别设置在所述第二安装槽内的两侧,所述固定槽内设有一固定块,所述固定槽的侧壁上设有第一缺口,靠近所述第一缺口处的固定块上设有一与所述第一凸起相匹配的第二凸起;
    所述固定块的上部设有第一螺栓孔,所述固定块的中部第一穿线孔,所述第一穿线孔连通所述第一螺栓孔,所述第一螺栓孔处拧接有一接线螺丝;
    靠近所述固定槽处的所述下盒体上设有第一卡槽,所述固定槽连通所述第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽处设有一橡胶块,所述橡胶块上设有一与所述第一穿线孔的位置相匹配的第二穿线孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,所述第一卡槽的横截面呈半圆形,所述橡胶块的横截面呈圆环状,所述橡胶块的下部卡入所述第一卡槽内,所述橡胶块设置在所述上盒盖与所述下盒体的连接处,所述上盒盖上设有横截面呈半圆形的第二卡槽,所述橡胶块的上部卡入 所述第二卡槽内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,靠近所述第一安装槽处的所述隔板的一侧面上设有一嵌入槽,所述嵌入槽内安有一橡胶环,所述橡胶环上设有第二通孔,所述连接柱的前侧部自所述第二通孔处穿过,所述连接柱的前侧部的直径小于所述连接柱的后侧部的直径,所述连接柱的后侧部的直径大于所述第二通孔的孔径;
    所述隔板的上部设有一插槽,所述插槽连通所述嵌入槽,所述插槽内插入一用于固定所述橡胶环的固定片,所述固定片的下部设有第二缺口,所述第二缺口处的宽度大于所述连接柱的后侧部的直径。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,靠近所述第一安装槽处的所述橡胶环上设有一环状凸起,所述环状凸起的横截面呈半圆形。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,所述推动板与所述连接柱的连接处设有第三安装槽,所述第三安装槽内设有第一固定轴;
    所述第三安装槽处安有一翻转扣件,所述翻转扣件包括一片状体,所述片状体的下部设有一与所述第一固定轴相匹配的第一转动槽;
    所述片状体的后部设有第二转动槽,所述第二转动槽处穿过第二固定轴,所述第二固定轴的两端部均固定到所述上盒盖上;
    所述片状体的前部设有一用于卡住所述推杆的卡钩。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,所述第二安装槽的上方设有一橡胶垫片,所述橡胶垫片的中部设有一与所述第二安装槽的形状相匹配的开口,所述橡胶垫片设置在所述上盒盖与所述下盒体之间。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,所述下盒体上设有两个第二螺栓孔,两个所述第二螺栓孔分别设置在所述第二安装槽的两侧,所述上盒盖上设有两个与所述第二螺栓孔的位置相匹配的第三螺栓孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种电梯安全门触点开关,其特征在于,所述上盒盖与所述下盒体之间通过卡扣连接。
