具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通的技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图7所示,本发明提供一种轨道玩具车底座,包括底盘组件1、设置在底盘组件1上的前车轮组件2、后车轮组件3、驱动组件4和轨道导电组件5,其中:驱动组件4包括驱动电机41、驱动齿轮42和传动机构,驱动电机41安装在底盘组件1的安装腔中,驱动齿轮42安装在驱动电机41的驱动轴上,驱动齿轮42及后车轮组件3均与传动机构啮合连接,驱动电机41通过驱动齿轮42和传动机构驱动后车轮组件3转动;轨道导电组件5包括弹性导电刷片和电机连接片,弹性导电刷片与电机连接片接触连接,且电机连接片与驱动电机41电连接。
本实施例中的前车轮组件2和后车轮组件3分别安装于底盘组件1的前端和后端,前车轮组件2包括前轮轴、左前轮和右前轮,后车轮组件3包括有后轮轴、左后轮和右后轮,其中,前车轮组件2和后车轮组件3可以在底盘组件1中滚动,左前轮、右前轮、左后轮和右后轮均由滚轮和轮套组成,轮套套接在滚轮的外表面,轮套的材质采用橡胶材料,此设计不仅保证了车辆运动时有足够的抓地力,保证稳定性,同时轮套的设计也保证了滚轮的安全性。本实施例不限定弹性导电刷片、电机连接片的具体形状及尺寸,优选的,选用薄片型金属条实现。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例的轨道导电组件5还包括灯板连接片,灯板连接片与弹性导电刷片、电机连接片接触连接。
本实施例通过弹性导电刷片、灯板连接片以及电机连接片依次接触连接, 且电机连接片与驱动电机41电连接来实现与轨道的电连接。该连接结构简单方便,可以有效降低玩具车由于运动或碰撞而导致的内部导电部件接触不良的发生概率。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例的传动机构包括第一传动齿轮43、传动轴44、第二传动齿轮45和第三传动齿轮46;第一传动齿轮43与驱动齿轮42啮合连接,第一传动齿轮43固定连接在传动轴44的一端;第二传动齿轮45固定连接在传动轴44的另一端,且与第三传动齿轮46啮合连接;第三传动齿轮46固定安装在后车轮组件3的后轮轴上。
具体的,如图1至图4所示,本实施例的弹性导电刷片包括设置在底盘组件1底面上的第一弹性导电刷片51和第二弹性导电刷片52;灯板连接片包括第一灯板连接片53和第二灯板连接片54;电机连接片包括第一电机连接片55和第二电机连接片56;第一灯板连接片53的两端分别与第一弹性导电刷片51的尾端和第一电机连接片55的首端接触连接;第二灯板连接片54的两端分别与第二弹性导电刷片52的尾端和第二电机连接片56的首端接触连接;第一电机连接片55和第二电机连接片56的尾端分别与驱动电机41的正极、负极电连接。
本发明的另一种实施方式,如图5所示,第一灯板连接片53的尾端和第一电机连接片55的首端接触连接,第一弹性导电刷片51的尾端和第一电机连接片55的尾端接触连接;第二灯板连接片54的尾端和第二电机连接片56的首端接触连接,第二弹性导电刷片52的尾端和第二电机连接片55的尾端接触连接;第一电机连接片55和第二电机连接片56的尾端还分别与驱动电机41的正极、负极电连接。
与本发明实施例相适配的轨道包括等间距设置的正极轨道和负极轨道,正极轨道和负极轨道之间的间距与第一弹性导电刷片51和第二弹性导电刷片52之间的间距相适配,当轨道上通电时,正极轨道与第一弹性导电刷片51、第一灯板连接片53、第一电机连接片55、驱动电机41、第二电机连接片56、第二灯板连接片54、第二弹性导电刷片52以及负极轨道之间形成供电回路,使得LED灯板6以及驱动电机41进行工作。
具体的,如图1至图4所示,本实施例中第一弹性导电刷片和第二弹性导电刷片均包括电刷触头510与电刷连接部511,电刷触头510的尾端与电刷连接 部511的首端连接,电刷连接部511的尾端与电机连接片的首端接触连接。本实施例中电刷触头510增加了弹性导电刷片的弹性,减少了弹性导电刷片对轨道的摩擦,提高了弹性导电刷片的使用寿命。
具体的,如图6所示,本实施例中电刷触头510为束状铜丝结构。当轨道玩具车在通电的轨道上移动时,束状铜丝结构的电刷触头510可以有效保证弹性导电刷片与轨道的导电效果,大大降低了导电不良发生的概率,提高了轨道玩具车行驶的稳定性。
本发明的另一种实施方式,如图7所示,弹性导电刷片为长条型铜片,弹性导电刷片的一端设有向下拱起的接触部,通过接触部与轨道挤压接触实现通电的目的,结构简单。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例中轨道玩具车底座还包括设置在底盘组件的前端上端面上的LED灯板6,LED灯板6与轨道导电组件5电连接。本实施例中与LED灯板6在通电时会发光,使得玩具车在夜间使用时,也能观察到运动轨道的路况情况,增加了玩具的趣味性。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例的底盘组件1包括从下到上依次设置的第一底盘11、第二底盘12和第三底盘13;第二底盘12和第三底盘13扣合形成安装腔。实施例中将驱动电机41、驱动齿轮42、第一传动齿轮43和传动轴44安装在安装腔中,使整个轨道玩具车底座结构更紧凑、更稳定。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例的第一底盘11、第二底盘12和第三底盘13之间可拆卸连接,优选的,本实施例中第一底盘11、第二底盘12和第三底盘13之间通过螺丝固定为一体,本领域技术人员也可选用其他连接方式实现本发明所设计的方案。
具体的,如图1至图4所示,本实施例中弹性导电刷片的首端穿过第一底盘11,且弹性导电刷片的中段固定在第一底盘11和第二底盘12之间;第一底盘11的前端设有第一竖板110,第一竖板110将电刷连接部511的尾部和灯板连接片的首端压合在第二底盘12的前端面上。本实施例中该结构设计可以有效保证弹性导电刷片与灯板连接片紧密压合接触,保证了供电回路的稳定性。
具体的,如图1至图5所示,本实施例的轨道玩具车底座还包括顶端固定安装在底盘组件1上的导向柱7,且导向柱7位于第一弹性导电刷片51和第二 弹性导电刷片52之间。优选的,本实施例中第三底盘13的内端面设有抵住导向柱7上端的抵接位,导向柱7向下穿出第二底盘12和第一底盘11。本实施例中通过将导向柱7固定设置在底盘组件1上,导向柱7的下端正好位于轨道的导向槽内实现导向作用,从而保证玩具车沿着轨道方向行驶,同时,此结构的设计也方便导向柱7损坏时快速更换。
具体的,如图2至图5所示,本实施例中底盘组件1的底面还固定设有磁铁组件。优选的,本实施例中磁铁组件为磁条120,第一底盘11上设有与磁条120位置相配合的第一缺口111,且第一底盘11将磁条120固定在第二底盘12上。本实施例在底盘组件1上设置磁条120可以使玩具车底座与轨道相互吸引,进而保证玩具车在快速行驶不易脱离轨道,使玩具车向前行驶更稳定。
如图1至图7所示,本发明还提供一种玩具车,包括上述任意实施例的轨道玩具车底座,还包括与轨道玩具车底座相适配的玩具车外壳。在实际使用中玩家可以根据自己喜好选择不同形状和颜色的玩具车外壳,并扣合于轨道玩具车底座上,增加了玩具车的多样性和趣味性。本实施例对玩具车外壳的机械结构不做具体的限定,只要运用本发明任意实施例的轨道玩具车底座的玩具车,均属于本发明的保护范围。
玩具车的工作原理如下:将玩具车的导向柱放入玩具车轨道中,按动轨道通电装置开关,此时玩具车的轨道处于通电状态,轨道与轨道导电组件及驱动组件形成通路,LED灯板被点亮,驱动组件中的驱动电机输出转动力,从而通过驱动齿轮、第一传动齿轮、传动轴、第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮使后车轮组件发生转动,进而带动整个玩具车向前行驶。
以上借助具体实施例对本发明做了进一步描述,但是应该理解的是,这里具体的描述,不应理解为对本发明的实质和范围的限定,本领域内的普通技术人员在阅读本说明书后对上述实施例做出的各种修改,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,包括底盘组件、设置在所述底盘组件上的前车轮组件、后车轮组件、驱动组件和轨道导电组件,其中:
    所述驱动组件包括驱动电机、驱动齿轮和传动机构,所述驱动电机安装在所述底盘组件的安装腔中,所述驱动齿轮安装在所述驱动电机的驱动轴上,所述驱动齿轮及所述后车轮组件均与所述传动机构啮合连接,所述驱动电机通过所述驱动齿轮和所述传动机构驱动所述后车轮组件转动;
    所述轨道导电组件包括弹性导电刷片和电机连接片,所述弹性导电刷片与所述电机连接片接触连接,且所述电机连接片与所述驱动电机电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一传动齿轮、传动轴、第二传动齿轮和第三传动齿轮;所述第一传动齿轮与所述驱动齿轮啮合连接,所述第一传动齿轮固定连接在所述传动轴的一端;所述第二传动齿轮固定连接在所述传动轴的另一端,且与所述第三传动齿轮啮合连接;所述第三传动齿轮固定安装在所述后车轮组件的后轮轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述弹性导电刷片包括设置在所述底盘组件底面上的第一弹性导电刷片和第二弹性导电刷片;所述电机连接片包括第一电机连接片和第二电机连接片;所述第一弹性导电刷片的尾端和所述第一电机连接片的首端接触连接,所述第二弹性导电刷片的尾端和所述第二电机连接片的首端接触连接;所述第一电机连接片和所述第二电机连接片的尾端分别与所述驱动电机的正极、负极电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述第一弹性导电刷片和所述第二弹性导电刷片均包括电刷触头与电刷连接部,所述电刷触头的尾端与所述电刷连接部的首端连接,所述电刷连接部的尾端与所述电机板连接片的首端接触连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述电刷触头为束状铜丝结构。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述第一弹性导电刷片和所述第二弹性导电刷片均为长条型铜片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述底盘组件的前端上端面上的LED灯板,所述LED灯板与所述轨道导电组件电 连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,还包括顶端固定安装在所述底盘组件上的导向柱,且所述导向柱位于所述第一弹性导电刷片和所述第二弹性导电刷片之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道玩具车底座,其特征在于,所述底盘组件的底面还固定设有磁铁组件。
  10. 一种玩具车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的轨道玩具车底座,还包括与所述玩具车底座相适配的玩具车外壳。
