Claims (25)
- 一种气雾生成装置,用于加热可抽吸材料生成气溶胶,其特征在于,包括:腔室,用于接收可抽吸材料;磁场发生器,被配置为产生变化的磁场;感受器,被配置为被变化的磁场穿透而发热,进而对接收于所述腔室内的可抽吸材料加热,所述感受器设有沿长度方向延伸的容纳腔;以及温度传感器,用于感测所述感受器温度,收容或封装于所述容纳腔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述感受器被构造成沿所述腔室的轴向延伸的片状,并包括沿厚度方向相对的第一片状体和第二片状体;其中,所述第一片状体和第二片状体之间连接形成所述容纳腔。
- 如权利要求2所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状体包括:沿所述腔室的轴向平直延伸的第一部分,以及由所述第一部分的至少一部分沿厚度方向向外凸起形成的第二部分;所述第一片状体的第二部分与所述第二片状体之间形成所述容纳腔。
- 如权利要求3所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状体还包括由所述第一部分沿宽度方向向外延伸出的第三部分,以通过该第三部分对所述感受器提供支撑或保持。
- 如权利要求3所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述腔室具有可移除地接收可抽吸材料的敞口端;所述第二部分的至少一部分相对于第一部分的凸起高度沿靠近所述敞口端的方向逐渐减小。
- 如权利要求5所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状体的第三部分的至少一部分沿厚度方向相对于其他部分凸出。
- 如权利要求3所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二部分被构造成横截面大体是三角形或圆弧形。
- 如权利要求3至6任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第二片状体包括:沿所述腔室的轴向平直延伸的第四部分,以及由所述第四部分的至少一部分沿厚度方向向外凸起形成的第五部分;所述第五部分与第二部分相对设置,并由所述第五部分与第二部分之间形成所述容纳腔。
- 如权利要求3至6任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述温度传感器还包括至少部分由所述容纳腔内贯穿至所述感受器外的导电连接部,进而在使用中可通过该导电连接部接收所述温度传感器感测的温度。
- 如权利要求3至6任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状体的第二部分是通过扁平的片状金属或钣金材料冲压形成。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述腔室具有可移除地接收可抽吸材料的敞口端;所述容纳腔的至少一部分被构造成沿靠近所述敞口端的横截面积的方向逐渐减小的锥形区域;所述温度传感器被容纳或封装在所述锥形区域。
- 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述感受器被构造成沿所述腔室的轴向延伸的片状,并包括沿厚度方向相背的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面和第二表面是平坦的表面;其中,所述容纳腔处于所述第一表面与所述第二表面之间。
- 如权利要求12所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述感受器包括沿厚度方向相对的第一片状部分和第二片状部分,并由所述第一片状部分和第二片状部分之间界定形成所述容纳腔。
- 如权利要求13所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状部分和第二片状部分是通过一片状体绕一轴线对折形成的。
- 如权利要求13所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状部分和第二片状部分是以所述轴线为轴对称的。
- 如权利要求13所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述片状体是通过化学刻蚀制备的。
- 如权利要求13所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述片状体包括沿所述轴线布置的凹痕。
- 如权利要求13至17任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状部分沿厚度方向的外表面形成所述第一表面,所述第二片状部分沿厚度方向的外表面形成所述第二表面;所述容纳腔形成于所述第一片状部分沿厚度方向的内表面与所述第二片状部分沿厚度方向的内表面之间。
- 如权利要求18所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述容纳腔 包括于所述第一片状部分沿厚度方向的内表面上延伸的第一凹槽;和/或,所述容纳腔包括沿所述第二片状部分沿厚度方向的内表面上延伸的第二凹槽。
- 如权利要求13至17任一项所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述第一片状部分和/或第二片状部分还包括沿宽度方向向外延伸出的基座部分,以通过该基座部分对所述感受器提供支撑或保持。
- 如权利要求1所述的气雾生成装置,其特征在于,所述温度传感器包括不同材质的第一电偶丝和第二电偶丝。
- 一种用于气雾生成装置的感受器,被配置为被变化的磁场穿透而发热,进而对可抽吸材料进行加热;其特征在于,所述感受器被构造成片状,所述感受器包括沿长度方向延伸的容纳腔,所述容纳腔配置为收容或封装用于感测所述感受器温度的温度传感器。
- 如权利要求22所述的感受器,其特征在于,所述感受器包括沿厚度方向相背的第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面和第二表面是平坦的表面;其中所述容纳腔处于所述第一表面与所述第二表面之间。
- 如权利要求22所述的感受器,其特征在于,所述感受器包括沿厚度方向相对的第一片状体和第二片状体;其中所述第一片状体和第二片状体之间连接形成所述容纳腔。
- 一种用于气雾生成装置的感受器的制备方法,所述感受器被配置为被变化的磁场穿透而发热,进而对可抽吸材料进行加热;其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:提供沿厚度方向相对的第一片状体和第二片状体,并使所述第一片状体和第二片状体之间形成沿长度方向延伸的容纳腔;于所述容纳腔内 容纳或封装用于感测所述感受器温度的温度传感器。
