本发明提供的冷冻柜用柜门装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,支撑机构还具有固定在开口处的支架,支架具有台阶部以及用于安装延伸板的延伸板安装槽,延伸板安装槽具有延伸板限位槽,延伸板的一侧具有凸起,用于在延伸板插入延伸板安装槽后嵌入延伸板限位槽中对延伸板进行限位。
本发明提供的冷冻柜用柜门装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,支架还具有第一卡合槽以及第二卡合槽,第一卡合槽位于第一台阶的 上方,与上滑动门的端部相对,第二卡合槽位于支架远离开口的外侧面上,支撑机构还具有卡合件,该卡合件卡合在支架上,具有嵌入第一卡合槽的钩部、嵌入第二卡合槽的卡合凸部以及与延伸板安装槽相对的开口,延伸板穿过开口插入延伸板安装槽中。
本发明提供的冷冻柜用柜门装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,上滑动门上具有承托在对应的第一台阶上的两个上滑块,下滑动门上具有承托在对应的第二台阶上的两个下滑块,密封机构还具有设置在下滑块的底部的挡板,该挡板靠近第二台阶并向下延伸,与第二台阶之间具有间隙。
本发明提供的冷冻柜用柜门装置,还可以具有这样的特征,其中,上滑动门具有可以透视的第一透视窗,该第一透视窗卡在两个上滑块之间下滑动门上具有可以透视的第二透视窗,该第二透视窗卡在两个下滑块之间。
本发明提供了一种冷冻柜,其特征在于,包括:冷冻柜柜体,具有开口;以及柜门装置,安装在开口处,其中,柜门装置为上述的柜门装置。
发明作用与效果
根据本发明的一种柜门装置以及具有该柜门装置的冷冻柜。柜门装置具有上下交错的上滑动门和下滑动门,对上滑动门和下滑动门进行承托的第一台阶和第二台阶,上滑动门可以沿第一台阶滑动,下滑动门可以沿第二台阶滑动,在上滑动门的上方设有安装在支撑机构上 的延伸部,并且延伸部与上滑动门之间形成间隙,利用延伸部与上滑动门的上滑块之间的间隙配合提高了上滑动门闭合后的密封性。并且通过延伸部的结构使得冷冻柜柜体内的冷气需要经过弯曲的通路才能到达外界,因此可以有效避免冷冻柜柜体内冷气的溢散。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图以及实施例来说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种密封性好的柜门结构,包括安装在箱体上端的限位块本体,限位块本体相对的一侧设有支撑架,支撑架相对的一侧设有自下而上设置的第二滑动台阶和第一滑动台阶,第一滑动台阶上端设有可沿第一滑动台阶滑动的下滑块,第二滑动台阶上端面设有可沿第二滑动台阶滑动的上滑块,下滑块之 间卡接有下玻璃板,上滑块之间卡接有上玻璃板,支撑架靠近上滑块的一侧设有第二限位槽,第二限位槽内卡接有第一限位挡板,上滑块与第一限位挡板间隙配合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:第一限位挡板的外周套接有第三限位凸筋,支撑架靠近上滑块的一侧设有供第三限位凸筋卡接的第二限位槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案:限位块本体与支撑架之间形成第三限位槽,第三限位槽内布设有第二限位凸筋,支撑架靠近限位块本体的一侧设有第一限位槽,第二限位凸筋靠近支撑架的一侧设有卡接在第一限位槽内的第一限位凸筋。
作为本发明进一步的方案:下滑块靠近第二滑动台阶的一侧设有第二限位挡板,第二限位挡板与箱体内壁间隙配合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:第一限位挡板靠近上滑块的一侧设有密封橡胶垫,密封橡胶垫靠近上滑块的一侧设有多个环形密封槽。
本发明还提出一种冷冻展示柜,具有上述的一种密封性好的柜门结构,冷冻展示柜还包括过滤器、压缩机、温控组件、风机组件、万向轮和平底万向刹车轮,压缩机安装在箱体内底部,过滤器的一端设有加液管,箱体内底部且位于过滤器的下方设有接水盘,箱体内还设有冷凝器固定夹,冷凝器固定夹上安装有冷凝器,箱体的一侧还设有钢丝百叶窗,箱体一侧设有压缩机电连接的电源线,箱体的上端设有将箱体密封的上玻璃门组件和下玻璃门组件。
作为本发明进一步的方案:压缩机与箱体内底部之间连接有外齿 锁紧垫圈,箱体内底部设有双孔定向线夹。
<实施例一>
如图1-6所示,本实施例一提供一种冷冻柜,用于对货品进行冷藏,包括冷冻柜柜体和柜门装置。
冷冻柜柜体呈长方体状,具有箱体2,该箱体2具有一个容纳待冷藏的物品的内容腔。箱体2内壁设有灯罩3,可以方便冷冻展示柜内取物时方便观察。箱体2的上方设有一开口,该开口近似于长方形,具有长边和短边。
在箱体2内还设有托架4以及用于承托待冷藏的物品的托架5。箱体2下端安装有压缩机底板6,在压缩机底板6上安装有万向轮24。
在箱体2上安装有温控组件7、压缩机8、加液管9、过滤器10、过滤器支架11、接水盘12、双孔定向线夹13、外齿锁紧垫圈14、风机组件15、冷凝器固定夹18、冷凝器19、钢丝百叶窗20、电源线21、平底万向刹车轮22以及万向轮槽铁23。
过滤器10通过过滤器支架11安装在箱体2内底部。
箱体2的下端安装有用于安装平底万向刹车轮22的万向轮槽铁23,保证了平底万向刹车轮22安装的刚性,进而保证了箱体移动的稳定性。
箱体2下端安装有压缩机底板6,万向轮24安装在压缩机底板6上。
柜门装置安装在冷冻柜柜体的开口处,具有滑动开合机构、支撑 机构以及密封机构。
滑动开合机构包括上下交错设置的一个上滑动门16和一个下滑动门17,并且上滑动门16和下滑动门17可滑动地设置在冷冻柜柜体的开口处。上滑动门16相当于上玻璃门组件,下滑动门17相当于下玻璃门组件。
上滑动门16具有第一透视窗1602以及两个上滑块1603,第一透视窗1602相当于上玻璃板。两个上滑块1603均沿开口的长边延伸,第一透视窗1602卡在两个上滑块1603之间。
下滑动门17具有第二透视窗1702以及两个下滑块1703,第二透视窗1702相当于下玻璃板。两个下滑块1703均沿开口的长边延伸,第二透视窗1702卡在两个下滑块1703之间。
上滑动门16以及下滑动门17可以在对开口进行封闭的封闭位置以及打开开口的打开位置之间进行滑动。当上滑动门16以及下滑动门17滑动到封闭位置时,对开口进行密封。
支撑机构安装在开口处,用于对滑动开合机构进行支撑,包括支架1612以及卡合件。支架1612就相当于支撑架。
支架1612具有台阶部、延伸板安装槽1607(相当于第四限位槽)、第一卡合槽1605(相当于第二限位槽)以及第二卡合槽1611(相当于第一限位槽)。
台阶部设置在开口两端,具体地,设置在开口的两个长边所在的两端。台阶部包括第一台阶1613(相当于第一滑动台阶)和设置在第一台阶1613下方的第二台阶1614(相当于第二滑动台阶)。
第一台阶1613沿开口的长边方向延伸,对上滑动门16进行承托并使该上滑动门16沿第一台阶1613的延伸方向滑动。具体地,第一台阶1613对上滑动门16的上滑块1603进行承托并使上滑块1603沿第一台阶1613的延伸方向滑动。
第二台阶1614沿开口的长边方向延伸,对下滑动门17进行承托并使该上滑动门17沿第二台阶1614的延伸方向滑动。具体地,第二台阶1614对下滑动门17的下滑块1703进行承托并使下滑块1703沿第二台阶1614的延伸方向滑动。
在第二台阶1614的下方还设有第三滑动台阶1615,用于承托托架4,在托架4上安装有网篮5。
延伸板安装槽1607设置在第一台阶1613的上方,该延伸板安装槽1607向平行于上滑块1603的上表面的方向延伸。在延伸板安装槽1607内设有沿垂直于上滑块1603的上表面的方向延伸的延伸板限位槽。
第一卡合槽1605设置在第一台阶1613的上方,与上滑动门16的端部,也就是上滑块1603的端部相对。
第二卡合槽1611设置在支架1612远离开口的外侧面上。
卡合件卡合在支架1612上,具有卡合件本体1609(相当于第二限位凸筋)、嵌入第一卡合槽1605的钩部1606(相当于第三限位凸筋)、嵌入第二卡合槽1611的卡合凸部1610(相当于第一限位凸筋)。
卡合件本体1609倒置的J型。钩部1610设置在卡合件本体1609 的一端,卡合凸部1610设置在靠近卡合件本体1609的另一端的位置处。
支撑机构还具有限位块本体1601。限位块本体1601与支撑架1602之间形成了第三限位槽1608,在第三限位槽1608内设有卡合件本体1609。
上滑块16和下滑块17滑动到封闭位置时,分别插入到限位块本体1601中形成密封。
密封机构具有安装在支撑机构上的延伸部1604(相当于第一限位挡板)以及挡板1703(相当于第二限位挡板)
延伸部1604设置在延伸板1604,位于上滑动门16的上方,与上滑动门16之间形成间隙。具体地,延伸板1604嵌在延伸板安装槽1607中,并且延伸板1604具有与延伸板限位槽相配合对延伸板1604进行限位的凸起。
上滑动门16和下滑动门17滑动到封闭位置时,在竖直方向上形成重叠部分,本实施例一中,延伸板1604仅设置在重叠部分的上方,在其他实施例中,延伸板1604也可以设置在整个上滑动门16和下滑动门17的上方。
挡板1703设置在下滑块1702上,在靠近第二台阶1613的位置处向下延伸,并且与第二台阶1613的向下延伸的台阶面之间形成间隙。
实施例一的作用与效果
本实施例一中,提供了一种柜门装置以及具有该柜门装置的冷冻柜。柜门装置具有上下交错的上滑动门和下滑动门,对上滑动门和下滑动门进行承托的第一台阶和第二台阶,上滑动门可以沿第一台阶滑动,下滑动门可以沿第二台阶滑动,在上滑动门的上方设有安装在支撑机构上的延伸部,并且延伸部与上滑动门之间形成间隙,利用延伸部与上滑动门的上滑块之间的间隙配合提高了上滑动门闭合后的密封性。并且通过延伸部的结构使得冷冻柜柜体内的冷气需要经过弯曲的通路才能到达外界,因此可以有效避免冷冻柜柜体内冷气的溢散。
另外,将延伸部设置成延伸板,在支架上设有用于让延伸板嵌入的延伸板安装槽,并在该延伸板安装槽设有对延伸板上的凸起进行限位的延伸板限位槽,保证了延伸板安装的稳定性。
另外,上滑动门和下滑动门在滑动到封闭位置时,插入限位块本体中,实现了在封闭位置对冷冻柜柜体的开口的密封,与延伸部相配合,进一步提高了冷冻柜的冷冻柜性。
另外,上滑动门和下滑动门在滑动到封闭位置时,形成重合部分,延伸部仅设置在重合部分的上方,就可以提高对冷冻柜柜体开口的密封性,结构简单,易于制造。
另外,在下滑动门的滑块上还设有向下延伸的挡板,挡板与第二台阶之间具有间隙,通过间隙配合进一步提高了下滑块与冷冻柜柜体之间的密封性,可以有效避免冷冻柜柜体内冷气的溢散。
另外,在上滑动门和下滑动门上分别设置可以透视的一透视窗和第二透视窗,使得用户在使用该冷冻柜时,可以直观的观察冷冻柜内 存储的物品。
<实施例二>
如图7所示,本实施例二提供一种新的柜门装置,具有与实施例一相同的滑动开合机构以及支撑机构。另外,本实施例二的密封机构还具有与实施例一相同的延伸部1604以及挡板1703。
与实施例一不同之处在于,本实施例二的密封机构还具有密封垫1616(相当于密封橡胶垫),该密封垫1616设置在延伸部1604的底面,也就是延伸部1604朝向上滑块1603的一侧面与上滑块1603之间。
在密封垫1616的底面设有环形密封槽1617。由于环形密封槽1617与延伸部以及上滑动门16配合提高了密封性,当有冷气从上滑动门16与第一台阶1613之间溢散时,可以减缓冷气溢散的速度,进一步保证了冷冻柜的制冷效果,降低了冷冻柜的耗电量。
上述实施例仅用于举例说明本发明的具体实施方式,而本发明不限于上述实施例的描述范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种冷冻柜用柜门装置,安装在具有开口的冷冻柜柜体上,其特征在于,包括:
    滑动开合机构,具有上下交错设置的至少一个上滑动门和至少一个下滑动门,所述上滑动门和所述下滑动门可滑动地设置在所述开口处;
    支撑机构,安装在所述开口处,用于对所述滑动开合机构进行支撑;以及
    密封机构,
    其中,所述支撑机构具有设置在所述开口两端的台阶部,该台阶部具有第一台阶以及设置在所述第一台阶下方的第二台阶,
    所述第一台阶对所述上滑动门进行承托并使该上滑动门沿所述第一台阶的延伸方向滑动,
    所述第二台阶对所述下滑动门进行承托并使该下滑动门沿所述第二台阶的延伸方向滑动,
    所述密封机构具有安装在所述支撑机构上的延伸部,
    所述延伸部位于所述上滑动门的上方,向所述开口的中心延伸,与所述上滑动门之间形成间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述密封机构还具有密封垫,该密封垫密封设置在所述延伸部与所述上滑动门之间,并且所述密封垫朝向所述上滑动门的一侧面上设有环形密封槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,在所述上滑动门与所述下滑动门滑动到对所述开口进行封闭的封闭位置时,所述上滑动门与所述下滑动门在竖直方向上形成重合部分,
    所述延伸部为延伸板,仅设置在所述重合部分的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述延伸部为延伸板,该延伸板沿所述第一台阶的长度方向延伸并覆盖所述第一台阶。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述支撑机构还具有固定在所述开口处的支架,
    所述支架具有所述台阶部以及用于安装所述延伸板的延伸板安装槽,
    所述延伸板安装槽具有延伸板限位槽,
    所述延伸板的一侧具有凸起,用于在所述延伸板插入所述延伸板安装槽后嵌入所述延伸板限位槽中对所述延伸板进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述支架还具有第一卡合槽以及第二卡合槽,
    所述第一卡合槽位于所述第一台阶的上方,与所述上滑动门的端 部相对,
    所述第二卡合槽位于所述支架远离所述开口的外侧面上,
    所述支撑机构还具有卡合件,该卡合件卡合在所述支架上,具有嵌入所述第一卡合槽的钩部、嵌入第二卡合槽的卡合凸部以及与所述延伸板安装槽相对的开口,
    所述延伸板穿过所述开口插入所述延伸板安装槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述上滑动门上具有承托在对应的所述第一台阶上的两个上滑块,
    所述下滑动门上具有承托在对应的所述第二台阶上的两个下滑块,
    所述密封机构还具有设置在下滑块的底部的所述挡板,该挡板靠近所述第二台阶并向下延伸,与所述第二台阶之间具有间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冷冻柜用柜门装置,其特征在于:
    其中,所述上滑动门具有可以透视的第一透视窗,该第一透视窗卡在两个所述上滑块之间
    所述所述下滑动门上具有可以透视的第二透视窗,该第二透视窗卡在两个所述下滑块之间。
  9. 一种冷冻柜,其特征在于,包括:
    冷冻柜柜体,具有开口;以及
    柜门装置,安装在所述开口处,
    其中,所述柜门装置为权利要求1-8任意一项所述的柜门装置。
