本实用新型涉及机器人技术领域,尤其涉及一种机器人用移动底座。
背景技术
工业机器人是面向工业领域的多关节机械手或多自由度的机器装置,它能自动执行工作,是靠自身动力和控制能力来实现各种功能的一种机器,它可以接受人类指挥,也可以按照预先编排的程序运行,现代的工业机器人还可以根据人工智能技术制定的原则纲领行动。
工业机器人在使用时通常需要使用移动底座对机器人进行固定和移动,现有技术公开了授权号为CN209566118U的一种机器人移动底座,包括底座主体,该移动底座在使用时,当需要对移动底座固定时,通过将活动柱抵在地面上即可进行固定,然而该底座在固定后与地面的支撑面积仅为底座主体下方区域,支撑面积较小,进而当机器人的重心较偏时则容易倾倒。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种机器人用移动底座。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种机器人用移动底座,包括底板,所述底板的顶部外壁一侧两端均固定连接有导向轮,且底板的底部外壁另一侧两端均固定连接有后轮,底板的上方设置有安装板,所述底板的底部外壁四边均固定连接有收纳壳,且收纳壳的顶部外壁一端通过轴承连接有转杆,转杆的侧面外壁固定连接有支撑臂,所述支撑臂的顶部外壁一端开有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的侧面内壁通过螺纹连接有螺杆,螺杆的顶部外壁固定连接有旋钮,螺杆的底部外壁固定连接有支撑座。
进一步的,所述收纳壳的底部外壁一侧开有卡槽,且卡槽与螺杆相对应。
进一步的,所述安装板的底部外壁固定连接有顶板,且顶板的底部外壁固定连接有液压杆,液压杆的底部外壁固定连接于底板的顶部外壁。
进一步的,所述顶板的底部外壁四角均固定连接有限位壳,且底板的顶部外壁四角均固定连接有滑动连接于限位壳侧面内壁的限位杆。
进一步的,所述底板的顶部外壁一侧固定连接有驱动箱,且驱动箱的内部设置有手动液压泵,手动液压泵与液压杆相连接。
进一步的,所述顶板的底部外壁固定连接有外套壳,且底板的顶部外壁固定连接有滑动连接于外套壳侧面内壁的内套壳。
进一步的,所述外套壳的一侧外壁开有与驱动箱相适配的开口槽,且开口槽的底部内壁固 定连接有折叠布,折叠布的一端固定连接于驱动箱的顶部外壁。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、通过设置支撑臂和支撑座,在底板的下方设置延伸至底板外侧的支撑臂,当底座需要固定时,转动螺杆使得支撑座与地面接触后,支撑臂能提高底座与地面的支撑面积,继而能防止机器人倾倒,提高了稳定性。
2、通过设置收纳壳,支撑臂转动连接于收纳壳的内壁,在移动底座移动时,将支撑臂收入收纳壳中即可减小底座的占用空间,进而方便了移动。
3、通过设置外套壳和内套壳,在顶板的下方设置外套壳,在底板的顶部设置内套壳,内套壳滑动连接于外套壳的内部,继而能防止外界灰尘进入到移动底座的内部,起到了防尘的效果。

参照图1和图2,一种机器人用移动底座,包括底板1,底板1的顶部外壁一侧两端均固定连接有导向轮13,且底板1的底部外壁另一侧两端均固定连接有后轮3,底板1的上方设置有安装板10,底板1的底部外壁四边均固定连接有收纳壳15,且收纳壳15的顶部外壁一端通过轴承连接有转杆,转杆的侧面外壁固定连接有支撑臂7,支撑臂7的顶部外壁一端开有螺纹 孔,且螺纹孔的侧面内壁通过螺纹连接有螺杆5,螺杆5的顶部外壁固定连接有旋钮6,螺杆5的底部外壁固定连接有支撑座4。
本实用新型中,收纳壳15的底部外壁一侧开有卡槽14,且卡槽14与螺杆5相对应。
其中,安装板10的底部外壁固定连接有顶板11,且顶板11的底部外壁固定连接有液压杆9,液压杆9的底部外壁固定连接于底板1的顶部外壁。
其中,顶板11的底部外壁四角均固定连接有限位壳12,且底板1的顶部外壁四角均固定连接有滑动连接于限位壳12侧面内壁的限位杆2。
其中,底板1的顶部外壁一侧固定连接有驱动箱8,且驱动箱8的内部设置有手动液压泵,手动液压泵与液压杆9相连接。
工作原理:使用时,将机器人固定安装在安装板10,通过导向轮13和后轮3即可对该底座进行移动,在移动时,转动螺杆5使得支撑座4从地面离开,并将支撑臂7收纳入收纳壳15中,当需要对底座进行固定时,拉出支撑臂7并转动旋钮6使得支撑座4抵在地面上,进而即可底座固定,防止底座移动,通过控制箱8内的手动液压泵即可控制液压杆9的伸缩,进而控制安装板10的高度。
实施例2:
参照图3,一种机器人用移动底座,与实施例1相比,为防止灰尘进入到底板1和顶板11之间,顶板11的底部外壁固定连接有外套壳16,且底板1的顶部外壁固定连接有滑动连接于外套壳16侧面内壁的内套壳17,外套壳16的一侧外壁开有与驱动箱8相适配的开口槽19,且开口槽19的底部内壁固定连接有折叠布18,折叠布18的一端固定连接于驱动箱8的顶部外壁。
工作原理:与实施例1相比,内套壳17和外套壳16能起到防尘效果,进而能防止外界灰尘进入到底板1和顶板11之间。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机器人用移动底座,其特征在于,所述收纳壳(15)的底部外壁一侧开有卡槽(14),且卡槽(14)与螺杆(5)相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机器人用移动底座,其特征在于,所述安装板(10)的底部外壁固定连接有顶板(11),且顶板(11)的底部外壁固定连接有液压杆(9),液压杆(9)的底部外壁固定连接于底板(1)的顶部外壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种机器人用移动底座,其特征在于,所述顶板(11)的底部外壁四角均固定连接有限位壳(12),且底板(1)的顶部外壁四角均固定连接有滑动连接于限位壳(12)侧面内壁的限位杆(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种机器人用移动底座,其特征在于,所述底板(1)的顶部外壁一侧固定连接有驱动箱(8),且驱动箱(8)的内部设置有手动液压泵,手动液压泵与液压杆(9)相连接。
