针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,气缸将两块橡胶块下压,固定待切割的物料,使其无法在切割时发生移动,从而方便解决在生产过程中产品发生偏移的问题。

在一个实施例中,本实用新型吸屑口42的顶部设置有安装板421与安装孔422;多个安装孔422并列设置于安装板421的表面;从而方便解决了即便发生堵料情况,只需拆除安装孔422的固定螺栓,手动掏取堵塞物即可。
在一个实施例中,本实用新型机体1的前表面设置有操控屏11与按钮区12,按钮去12设置于操控屏11的右侧,机体1的底部设置有底座13;所述机体1的内部设置有与滑槽46相配合的滑轨;清理废屑时只需移动废屑放置箱43,将废屑统一倒置垃圾放置区即可完成清理。
工作原理:在机体1的前面设置有工作台2,工作台2的表面设置有若干个滚珠23,滚珠23凸起于工作台2的表面,且工作台2分为第一台面21与第二台面22,待加工的板材或切割完毕的板材可以在工作台2的表面水平移动,驱动装置5带动切刀3上下切割,压紧装置6包括固定架61,固定架61的上端安装有气缸62,所述气缸62的下端连接有上压板63,上压板63通过连接件64与橡胶块固定板65相连接,橡胶块固定板65上固定安装有橡胶块66,切刀3的下方设置有吸屑口42,风机41启动,切纸造成的废屑通过吸屑口42进入废屑放置箱43的内部,废屑放置箱43的内部设置有隔离层44,隔离层44将废屑隔离于废屑放置箱43的内部,废屑放置箱43的两侧及底部分别设置有滑槽46与移动轮45,清理废屑时只需移动废屑放置箱43,将废屑统一倒置垃圾放置区即可完成清理。

Claims (5)
- 用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,其特征在于:装置它包括机体(1),所述机体(1)的前部设置有工作台(2),且通过连接组件相连接,所述机体(1)的上部设置有压紧装置(6),机体(1)的底部设置有切刀(3)与清理装置(4),所述切刀(3)设置于清理装置(4)的上方,所述切刀(3)的外部所述清理装置(4)的右侧固定安装有驱动装置(5),所述工作台(2)为拼接式工作台,所述压紧装置(6)包括固定架(61),固定架(61)的上端安装有气缸(62),所述气缸(62)的下端连接有上压板(63),上压板(63)通过连接件(64)与橡胶块固定板(65)相连接,橡胶块固定板(65)上固定安装有橡胶块(66)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,其特征在于:所述清理装置(4)设置有风机(41)、吸屑口(42)、废屑放置箱(43)、隔离层(44)、移动轮(45)与滑槽(46);所述风机(41)设置于废屑放置箱(43)的右侧,吸屑口(42)设置于废屑放置箱(43)的上方,废屑放置箱(43)的内部上方设置有隔离层(44),废屑放置箱(43)的下方两侧设置有滑槽(46),四只移动轮(45)设置于废屑放置箱(43)的底部周边。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,其特征在于:所述工作台(2)设置有第一台面(21)、第二台面(22)、滚珠(23)、支撑组件(24);第二台面(22)设置于两个第一台面(21)之间,第一台面(21)与第二台面(22)的表面均设置有若干个滚珠(23),滚珠(23)凸起于工作台(2)的表面,第一台面(21)与第二台面(22)的底部均设置有支撑组件(24)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,其特征在于:所述吸屑口(42)的顶部设置有安装板(421)与安装孔(422);多个安装孔(422)并列设置于安装板(421)的表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于智能化板材切割机的定位压紧装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)的前表面设置有操控屏(11)与按钮区(12),按钮去(12)设置于操控屏(11)的右侧,机体(1)的底部设置有底座(13);所述机体(1)的 内部设置有与滑槽(46)相配合的滑轨。
