一种钢活塞夹具 技术领域
本发明涉及夹具设计技术领域,具体的说是一种钢活塞夹具。
背景技术
随着锻钢活塞的快速起步,常规的数控铣削加工无法满足大批量的生产需求,而且数控加工成本过大;从原来低效率、高成本的数控铣到高效率、低成本的钻床加工,转换加工模式是解决上述问题的有效方法。
但钻床加工也面临着许多问题:1、钢活塞硬度较大,加之活塞孔偏大,致使钻头磨损严重甚至断裂;2、钢活塞具有复杂的多拔模结构,体积较大较重,装夹不易,易导致位置度的偏差从而影响钻孔精度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种装夹简单、加工方便、精度达标的钢活塞夹具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种钢活塞夹具,包括固定板、后顶板、固定座、定位板、前顶板、芯子、下垫板以及安装平台;所述下垫板于安装平台装配,下垫板设有与钢活塞侧边契合的放置槽;所述前顶板置于安装平台并与下垫板协调安装,芯子与钢活塞内腔契合并固定于前顶板,芯子设有与钢活塞待加工孔相配的辅助孔;所述定位板与钢活塞上端面配合并安装到前顶板,定位板中央位置设有与钢活塞待加工孔相配的加工孔;所述后顶板与固定座活动安装,固定座设于安装平台,后顶板与钢活塞后端相配合;所述后顶板设有与固定板对应的固定块,固定板设于安装平台,固定板设有与固定块匹配的紧固螺栓。芯子与产品内腔契合,且带有孔洞,可以保护钻头防 止崩坏且提高加工精度;夹具设有的下垫板与产品的拔模斜度契合以提高产品钻孔的位置度,中间开阔的放置槽利于排削并给钻头留出足够的进给量;定位板与钻头配合定位防止钻头断裂,提高加工精度。

进一步的,所述轴杆设有相配的弹簧,弹簧于后顶板和固定座之间安装连接,轴杆端部设有限位块。弹簧可以平衡后顶板侧边的受力,同时将后顶板和固定座连接以方便使用。
进一步的,所述定位板与前顶板之间设有相配的高度调节机构,调节机构设有匹配的锁紧装置。定位板能沿前顶板的竖直方向进行上下调节,方便产品的装夹与拿取。
进一步的,所述下垫板和芯子为组合套件,芯子可在前顶板的垂直方向进行调节,前顶板与安装平台以滑轨安装并设有相配的锁紧装置。不同类型的下垫板和芯子组合套件与前顶板的配合,能适用不同大小、结构和内腔的钢活塞,实现夹具装夹的多样化。
进一步的,所述紧固螺栓以手摇式调节机构代换。手摇式调节机构无需借助扳手等进行调节,使用方便,调节迅速。
本发明具有的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种钢活塞夹具加工方便,成本低廉;产品装夹简单,省时省力;夹具设有的芯子与产品内腔契合,且带有孔洞,可以保护钻头防止崩坏并提高加工精度;夹具设有的下垫板与产品的拔模斜度契合以提高产品钻孔的位置度,中间开阔的放置槽利于排削并给钻头留出足够的进给量;夹具设有的定位板与钻头配合定位防止钻头断裂,提高加工精度。

如图1所示,一种钢活塞夹具,所述后顶板2与固定座3活动配合安装,后顶板2与钢活塞后端相配合,后顶板2以设在固定座3上的轴杆31与固定座3活动连接,后顶板2设有与轴杆31匹配的轴孔22,固定座3于安装平台8相安装;轴杆31作为后顶板2的支撑,可以支持后顶板2的旋转,方便夹紧或取下产品。轴杆31设有相配的弹簧,弹簧于后顶板2和固定座3之间安装连接,轴杆31端部设有限位块;弹簧可以平衡后顶板2侧边的受力,同时将后顶板2 和固定座3连接以方便使用。所述后顶板2设有与固定板1相配的固定块21,固定板1于安装平台8相安装,固定板1设有与固定块21匹配的紧固螺栓11;固定板1配合紧固螺栓11作为夹紧装置,依靠螺杆顶紧固定块21来锁死产品。作为一种优选,所述紧固螺栓11以手摇式调节机构代换;手摇式调节机构无需借助扳手等进行调节,使用方便,调节迅速。
