本申请的有益效果:本申请所述的一种智能快递柜,隔板将分柜体分隔为相邻两个独立的空间即两个柜体单元,两个柜体单元可以独立的保存物件,互不影响保存空间。此时的柜体单元空间较小,可以保存一些长度较短的物件。当快递员需要保存长度较长的物件时,只需要输入物件长度数据,系统自动计算需要使用的柜体单元的个数,并根据当前柜体单元中的物件容纳情况,分析需要开启的柜门。开启需要开启的柜门后,对应的两个柜 门之间的隔板升降器控制隔板升起,使得的相邻的两个独立的空间,合并为一个相通的空间,即两个柜体单元合并为一个相通的柜体单元。最后形成的一个整体柜体单元能够供快递员放置对应长度的物件。相比较于现有技术,本申请的智能快递柜,不仅能够满足较长物件的存储需求,方便用户使用,而且能够根据物件长度,自动改变柜体单元保存空间,提高快递柜存储空间的利用率。

具体实施方式
参阅图1的智能快递柜的整体图,图2的智能快递柜的使用状态整体图,以及图3的智能快递柜的另一种使用状态整体图,本申请实施例提供一种智能快递柜,该智能快递柜包括:
分柜体1,分柜体1设置于智能快递柜的顶部;在实际应用中,分柜体1为智能快递柜的最顶部的一排柜体。由于本申请实施例的智能快递柜的其他部位结构不作限制,在图中未展示出。分柜体1具体可以呈长方体状,分柜体1的面向用户的一侧面,开设用于存放物件的置物槽。
至少一个可升降隔离装置2,可升降隔离装置2设置于分柜体1的顶部。可升降隔离装置2包括隔板升降器21和隔板22。隔板升降器21控制隔板22在分柜体1的内部升降,以使将分柜体1的内部分隔为相邻两个独立的空间,或者将分柜体1的内部的相邻两个独立的空间合并为一个相通的空间。分柜体1的内部的置物槽在没有隔板22的情况下为一个连通的空间,通过设置至少一个隔板22,将分柜体1的内部分隔为至少两个独立的空间。而隔板22可由隔板升降器21控制升降,从而实现一个空间与两个独立空间的相互转换。
至少两个柜门3,柜门3设置于分柜体1的一侧,分柜体1的一侧设置有柜门横轴11,柜门横轴11的中轴线与隔板22的升降路径相垂直,柜门3可绕柜门横轴11旋转,隔板22设置于两个柜门3之间。柜门横轴11的中轴线设置为水平,隔板22的升降路径设置为竖直。柜门3的顶端绕柜门横轴11旋转,使得柜门3由竖直放置翻转至水平放置,以实现柜门从闭合状态转变至开启状态。
控制器4,控制器4连接隔板升降器21,控制隔板升降器21开启,以及连接设置于分柜体1内部的柜门开合器12,控制柜门3开启或闭合。控制器4可以与快递员的手持终端通信,快递员可根据物件的具体情况,在手持终端中输入相关信息,例如输入物件的尺寸,控制器4根据物件的尺寸信息,分析需要开启的柜门个数,以及控制与开启柜门对应的隔板升降器的工作状态。通过控制隔板升降器工作,最终控制隔板22的升降。
如图1智能快递柜的整体图和图2智能快递柜的使用状态整体图中所示实施例,包括两个可升降隔离装置2和三个柜门3,两个可升降隔离装置2分别设置于相邻两个柜门3之间。如图3A至3C所示的使用状态图。图3A的快递柜初始状态示意图:三个柜门3的柜门开合器12关闭,使得三个柜门3均为闭合状态,隔板22下降至与分柜体1的底部完全接触,从而两个隔板22将分柜体1分隔为三个独立的空间,每一个独立的空间具有一个柜门3,形成一个封闭空间,即一个柜体单元。
快递员需要放置物件时,可以通过手持终端设备输入物件的尺寸,例如,输入物件的长度为1m。两个隔板22将分柜体1分隔为三个柜体单元,每个柜体单元的长度为40cm。系统经过分析需要使用三个柜体单元才能将物件放下,则需要开启三个柜门3。
如图3B为柜门打开状态示意图:控制器4控制柜门开合器12工作,使得三个柜门3同时打开。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图4所示的图1一种智能快递柜中的A区域放大示意图,柜门开合器12包括:开合器本体121,开合器本体121设置于分柜体1的内部,开合器本体121与柜门3相对的一侧设置有固定轴容置槽1211,固定轴容置槽1211的内部设置有固定轴1212。开合器本体121为设置于分柜体1底部的长方体状部件,面向快递员的一侧设置固定轴容置槽1211。固定轴容置槽1211内部设置的固定轴1212为圆柱体状。
开合器限位体122,如图5A和5B所示柜门开合器剖面示意图(为清楚显示柜门开合器12的结构,图5A和图5B所示剖面图为实际剖面放大后的示意图),开合器限位体122设置于柜门3与分柜体1的内部相对的一侧,开合器限位体122包括转动器1221和限位挂钩1222,转动器1221设置于柜门3的内部,转动器1221连接限位挂钩1222,用于带动限位挂钩1222绕转动器1221的中心轴转动,当柜门3闭合时,转动器1221的中心轴与固定轴1212的中心轴平行。限位挂钩1222的一端连接转动器1221,限位挂钩1222的另一端连接固定轴1212,以使柜门3保持闭合状态,控制器4连接转动器1221,控制转动器1221转动。
限位挂钩1222与固定轴1212连接的一端呈弧状,柜门闭合时,限位挂钩1222的圆心与固定轴1212的圆心重合,限位挂钩1222钩住固定轴1212,从而限制柜门3的向上翻转动作。
如图5C所示(为了清楚显示转动器1221的具体结构,图5C所示柜门3为放大状态示意图),转动器1221可以包括支架1221a,支架1221a用于支撑转动电机1221b,转动电机1221b连接有转动轴1221c,转动轴1221c连接限位挂钩1222。控制器4接收到需要开启柜门的指令后,首先控制转动电机1221b工作,转动电机1221b带动转动轴1221c转动,进一步转动轴1221c带动限位挂钩1222向着靠近柜门3的方向转动。如图5B所示,限位挂钩1222转动到一定角度,限位挂钩1222与固定轴1212脱离连接关系,限位挂钩1222则失去限位作用,快递员可将柜门3向上翻转,从而实现开启柜门3。
在本实施例中,如图4所示图1一种智能快递柜中的A区域放大示意图,开合器本体121与柜门3相对的一侧还设置有弹簧容置槽1213,弹簧容置槽1213的内部设置有弹簧1214。如图5A所示智能快递柜的柜门开合器剖面示意图,当柜门3闭合时,弹簧1214被柜门3挤压呈压缩状态。如图5B所示智能快递柜的柜门开合器另一种剖面示意图,限位挂钩1222转动到一定角度,限位挂钩1222与固定轴1212脱离连接关系,限位挂钩1222失去限位作用后,弹簧1214从弹簧容置槽1213中释放弹簧压力。弹簧1214另一端与柜门3接触,释放弹簧压力时将柜门3弹开。柜门3可以采用轻质铝材料,使得弹簧1214将柜门3弹开后,能够支撑柜门3保持一定的角度。一方面提醒快递员该柜门3已开启,另一方面方便快递员将柜门3向上翻转。另外还可以设置柜门支撑装置,在柜门3打开之后,支撑柜门3能够翻转到水平位置并保持在该水平位置上,方便快递员取拿物件。
如图3C,隔板升降器21可以在柜门打开的过程中,同时控制隔板22在分柜体1的内部上升,也可以在柜门打开之后,控制隔板22在分柜体1的内部上升。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图1所示智能快递柜的整体图、图2所示智能快递柜的使用状态整体图和图6所示智能快递柜的隔板升降器的剖面示意图(为了清楚的显示隔板升降器21的结构,图6所示剖面图为实际剖面放大后的示意图),隔板升降器21包括:隔板容置筒211,隔板容置筒211设置于分柜体1的顶部,隔板22为可卷曲材质,隔板22呈卷曲状态设置于隔板容置筒211的内部;
隔板卷轴212,隔板卷轴212贯穿设置于隔板容置筒211的内部;电机213,电机213设置于隔板容置筒211的端部,用于带动隔板卷轴212转动;隔板容置筒211的一侧设置有升降通孔2111,隔板22一端穿过通孔2111,隔板22的另一端连接隔板卷轴212,以使隔板卷轴212带动隔板22卷曲或者展开;控制器4连接电机213,控制电机213开启或关闭。
柜门3闭合时,隔板22为下降状态,隔板22的端部与分柜体1的底部相接触,从而使得分柜体被分隔为多个柜体单元。沿用上述实施例,经过分析需要使用三个柜体单元才能够放置物件,则需要升起三个柜门3之间的两个隔板22。控制器4首先控制电机213开启,带动隔板卷轴212转动,同时带动隔板22卷曲。隔板22与隔板卷轴212连接的一端作卷曲动作,隔板22穿过通孔2111的一端,向着远离分柜体1的底部的方向升起,直至柜体单元之间完全没有隔板22遮挡。
作为一种可选的实施方式,如图2所示智能快递柜的使用状态整体图,柜门3与分柜体1内部相背的一侧设置有物体检测传感器5,用于检测物体遮挡,控制器4连接物体检测传感器5。快递员可能对于物体的尺寸估计不准确,这种情况下,可以通过物体检测传感器5对物件进行检测。具体的,快递员可以将物件举到水平位置,此时物体检测传感器5检测物件。
例如,物件的长度为125m,柜体单元的长度为40cm,此时如果快递员凭感觉估算物件尺寸,可能会输入120cm的长度数据。系统根据输入的数据,判断只需要利用三个柜体单元就能够放置该物件。但是实际上,三个柜体单元不能够放置长度为125cm的物件。通过本实施例的技术方案,可以设置物体检测传感器5的检测范围为柜门3的宽度范围。利用物体检测传感器5检测物件时,快递员将物件水平托举至,物体检测传感器5设置的高度。
由于此时的物件能够覆盖四个柜体单元的宽度范围,因此连续的四个柜门3上的物体检测传感器5能够检测到该物件。四个柜门3上的物体检测传感器5检测到物件后,向控制器4发出信号。控制器4根据接收到的信号,控制对应的柜门3开启和对应的隔板升降器21工作,以使对应的隔板22升起。从而使得四个柜体单元合并为一个可容纳该物件的空间。
进一步的,如图1智能快递柜的整体图和图4所示图1一种智能快递柜中的A区域放大示意图,柜门3与分柜体1内部相背的一侧可以设置把手容置槽1215,把手容置槽1215的内部设置有把手1216。方便用户在柜门开启后,手握把手1216将柜门3向上翻转。
本申请实施例提供的一种智能快递柜,隔板22将分柜体1分隔为相邻两个独立的空间即两个柜体单元,两个柜体单元可以独立的保存物件,互不影响保存空间。此时的柜体单元空间较小,可以保存一些长度较短的物件。当快递员需要保存长度较长的物件时,只需要输入物件长度数据,系统自动计算需要使用的柜体单元的个数,并根据当前柜体单元中的物件容纳情况,分析需要开启的柜门3。开启需要开启的柜门3后,对应的两个柜门3之间的隔板升降器21控制隔板22升起,使得的相邻的两个独立的空间,合并为一个相通的空间,即两个柜体单元合并为一个相通的柜体单元。最后形成的一个整体柜体单元能够供快递员放置对应长度的物件。相比较于现有技术,本申请的智能快递柜,不仅能够满足较长物件的存储需求,方便用户使用,而且能够根据物件长度,自动改变柜体单元保存空间,提高快递柜存储空间的利用率。
本申请提供的实施例之间的相似部分相互参见即可,以上提供的具体实施方式只是本申请总的构思下的几个示例,并不构成本申请保护范围的限定。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下依据本申请方案所扩展出的任何其他实施方式都属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种智能快递柜,其特征在于,包括:
    分柜体(1),所述分柜体(1)设置于所述智能快递柜的顶部;
    至少一个可升降隔离装置(2),所述可升降隔离装置(2)设置于所述分柜体(1)的顶部,所述可升降隔离装置(2)包括隔板升降器(21)和隔板(22),所述隔板升降器(21)控制所述隔板(22)在所述分柜体(1)的内部升降,以使将所述分柜体(1)的内部分隔为相邻两个独立的空间,或者将所述分柜体(1)内部的相邻两个独立空间合并为一个相通的空间;
    至少两个柜门(3),所述柜门(3)设置于所述分柜体(1)的一侧,所述分柜体(1)的一侧设置有柜门横轴(11),所述柜门横轴(11)的中轴线与所述隔板(22)的升降路径垂直,所述柜门(3)可绕所述柜门横轴(11)旋转,所述隔板(22)设置于两个所述柜门(3)之间;
    控制器(4),所述控制器(4)电连接所述隔板升降器(21),控制所述隔板升降器(21)开启,以及连接设置于分柜体(1)内部的柜门开合器(12),控制所述柜门(3)开启或闭合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能快递柜,其特征在于,所述隔板升降器(21)包括:
    隔板容置筒(211),所述隔板容置筒(211)设置于所述分柜体(1)的顶部,所述隔板(22)为可卷曲材质,所述隔板(22)呈卷曲状态设置于所述隔板容置筒(211)的内部;
    隔板卷轴(212),所述隔板卷轴(212)贯穿设置于所述隔板容置筒(211)的内部;
    电机(213),所述电机(213)设置于所述隔板容置筒(211)的端部,用于带动所述隔板卷轴(212)转动;
    所述隔板容置筒(211)的一侧设置有升降通孔(2111),所述隔板(22)一端穿过所述通孔(2111),所述隔板(22)的另一端连接所述隔板卷轴(212),以使所述隔板卷轴(212)带动所述隔板(22)卷曲或者展开;
    所述控制器(4)电连接所述电机(213),控制所述电机(213)开启或关闭。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能快递柜,其特征在于,所述柜门开合器(12)包括:
    开合器本体(121),所述开合器本体(121)设置于所述分柜体(1)的内部,所述开合器本体(121)与所述柜门(3)相对的一侧设置有固定轴容置槽(1211),所述固定轴容置槽(1211)的内部设置有固定轴(1212);
    开合器限位体(122),所述开合器限位体(122)设置于所述柜门(3)与所述分柜体(1)的内部相对的一侧,所述开合器限位体(122)包括转动器(1221)和限位挂钩(1222),所述转动器(1221)设置于所述柜门(3)的内部,所述转动器(1221)连接所述限位挂钩(1222),用于带动所述限位挂钩(1222)绕所述转动器(1221)的中心轴转动,当所述柜门(3)闭合时,所述转动器(1221)的中心轴与所述固定轴(1212)的中心轴平行;
    所述限位挂钩(1222)的一端连接所述转动器(1221),所述限位挂钩(1222)的另一端连接所述固定轴(1212),以使所述柜门(3)保持闭合状态,所述控制器(4) 电连接所述转动器(1221),控制所述转动器(1221)转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能快递柜,其特征在于,所述开合器本体(121)与所述柜门(3)相对的一侧还设置有弹簧容置槽(1213),所述弹簧容置槽(1213)的内部设置有弹簧(1214),当所述柜门(3)闭合时,所述弹簧(1214)被所述柜门(3)挤压呈压缩状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能快递柜,其特征在于,所述柜门(3)与所述分柜体(1)内部相背的一侧设置有物体检测传感器(5),用于检测物体遮挡,所述控制器(4)电连接所述物体检测传感器(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能快递柜,其特征在于,所述柜门(3)与所述分柜体(1)内部相背的一侧设置有把手容置槽(1215),所述把手容置槽(1215)的内部设置有把手(1216)。
  7. 一种智能快递柜控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取物件长度数据;
    根据所述物件长度数据,计算存放该物件需要使用的柜体单元个数,以使分析需要开启的柜门(3);
    开启需要开启的所述柜门(3),以及开启与需要开启的所述柜门(3),对应的隔板升降器(21),以使所述隔板升降器(21)控制隔板(22)在分柜体(1)的内部升起,以使所述分柜体(1)的内部的相邻两个独立的空间合并为一个相通的空间。
