Description
P130129NL00 Title: Intelligent express cabinet and control method therefor
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of smart home, and in particular, to an intelligent express cabinet and a control method therefor.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The intelligent express cabinet is a device that is based on the Internet of Things and can identify, temporarily store, monitor, and manage an article (object), and forms an intelligent express delivery box system together with an express cabinet monitoring platform. After delivering an object to a designated place, a courier only needs to store the object into an express cabinet, and the system automatically sends information including an address for taking the object and a verification code to a user. The user only needs to reach the express cabinet at convenience to take out the object by merely inputting the verification code. An existing express cabinet includes a plurality of cabinet body units. Each cabinet body unit has an independent storage space, and therefore, the cabinet body units do not affect each other during use. However, a current express cabinet does not have a cabinet body unit that can used for an object with a relatively long length. As a result, when receiving an object with a relatively long length, the user needs to contact the courier to take the object, which 1s inconvenient to the user.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Regarding the problem existing in the prior art, in one aspect, the application provides an intelligent express cabinet that can automatically change a storage space of a cabinet body unit based on a length of an object, to bring convenience to a user, including:
a separate cabinet body, wherein the separate cabinet body is disposed at a top portion of the intelligent express cabinet; at least one liftable isolator, wherein the liftable isolator is disposed at a top portion of the separate cabinet body, the liftable isolator includes a separator lifter and a separator, the separator lifter controls the separator to ascend or descend within the separate cabinet body, to separate interior of the separate cabinet body into two adjacent independent spaces, or to combine the two adjacent independent spaces within the separate cabinet body into one communicated space; at least two cabinet doors, wherein the cabinet door is disposed at one side of the separate cabinet body, one side of the separate cabinet body is provided with a cabinet-door horizontal shaft, a central axis of the cabinet-door horizontal shaft is perpendicular to a lifting path of the separator, the cabinet door can rotate around the cabinet-door horizontal shaft, and the separator is disposed between the two cabinet doors; and a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected to the separator lifter, to control the separator lifter to be enabled, and is connected to a cabinet door opening and closing device that is disposed within the separate cabinet body, to control the cabinet door to be opened or closed.
In a second aspect, the application provides a control method for an intelligent express cabinet, including: obtaining length data of an object; calculating, based on the length data of the object, quantity of cabinet body units required for storing the object, so as to analyze a cabinet door that needs to be opened; and opening the cabinet door that needs to be opened, and opening a separator lifter corresponding to the cabinet door that needs to be opened, to enable the separator lifter to control a separator to ascend within a separate cabinet body, so that two adjacent independent spaces within the separate cabinet body are combined into one communicated space. The application has the following beneficial effects. According to the intelligent express cabinet of the application, the separator separates the separate cabinet body into two adjacent independent spaces, that is, two cabinet body units. The two cabinet body units may independently store objects, without affecting the storage space of each other. In this case, the cabinet body unit has a relatively small space, and can store some objects with relatively shorter lengths. When needing to store an object with a relatively long length, the courier only needs to input length data of the object, and a system automatically calculates quantity of cabinet body units to be used, and analyzes the cabinet door that needs to be opened based on an object containing situation in the current cabinet body unit. After the cabinet door that needs to be opened is opened, the separator lifter between two corresponding cabinet doors controls the separator to be raised, so that two adjacent independent spaces are combined into one communicated space. In other words, two cabinet body units are combined into one communicated cabinet body unit. The entire cabinet body unit that is finally formed can enable the courier to place an object with a corresponding length. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent express cabinet according to the application not only can satisfy requirements for storing an object with a relatively long length, bringing convenience to a user, but also can automatically change the storage space of the cabinet body unit based on the length of the object, improving a storage space of the express cabinet.

Refer to an overall view of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 1, an overall view about a use state of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 2, and an overall view about another use state of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 3, embodiments of the application provide an intelligent 5 express cabinet.
The intelligent express cabinet includes a separate cabinet body 1, at least one liftable isolator 2, at least two cabinet doors 3, and a controller 4. The separate cabinet body 1 is disposed at a top portion of the intelligent express cabinet.
In actual applications, the separate cabinet body 11s a row of cabinet bodies at a topmost portion of the intelligent express cabinet.
Because structures at other parts of the intelligent express cabinet in embodiments of the application are not particularly limited, the structures are not shown in the figures.
The individual cabinet body 1 may be specifically in a cuboid shape.
A side surface of the individual cabinet body 1 facing a user is provided with a storage slot for placing an object.
The liftable isolator 2 is disposed at a top portion of the separate cabinet body 1. The liftable isolator 2 includes a separator lifter 21 and a separator 22. The separator lifter 21 controls the separator 22 to ascend or descend within the separate cabinet body 1, to separate interior of the separate cabinet body 1 into two adjacent independent spaces, or to combine the two adjacent independent spaces within the separate cabinet body 1 into one communicated space.
The storage slot within the individual cabinet body 1 is a communicated space in a case that no separator 22 is provided.
By providing at least one separator 22, the interior of the individual cabinet body 1 is separated into at least two independent spaces.
Moreover, the separator 22 may be controlled by the separator lifter 21 to ascend or descend, so as to achieve mutual conversions between one space and two independent spaces.
The cabinet door 3 is disposed at one side of the separate cabinet body 1. One side of the separate cabinet body 1 is provided with a cabinet- door horizontal shaft 11. A central axis of the cabinet-door horizontal shaft 11 is perpendicular to a lifting path of the separator 22. The cabinet door 3 can rotate around the cabinet-door horizontal shaft 11. The separator 22 is disposed between the two cabinet doors 3. The central axis of the cabinet- door horizontal shaft 11 is set to be horizontal, and the lifting path of the separator 22 is set to be vertical. A top end of the cabinet door 3 rotates around the cabinet-door horizontal shaft 11, so that the cabinet door 3 is placed in a horizontal state from a vertical state. In this way, the cabinet door is changed from being closed into being opened.
The controller 4 is connected to the separator lifter 21, to control the separator lifter 21 to be enabled, and is connected to a cabinet door opening and closing device 12 that is disposed within the separate cabinet body 1, to control the cabinet door 3 to be opened or closed. The controller 4 may communicate with a handheld terminal of a courier. The courier may input relevant information at the handheld terminal based on a specific situation of the object. For example, a size of the object is inputted. The controller 4 analyzes, based on size information about the object, quantity of cabinet doors that need to be opened, and controls a working state of the separator lifter corresponding to the opened cabinet door. By controlling the separator lifter to operate, the separator 22 is finally controlled to ascend or descend.
According to the embodiments shown in the overall view of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 1 and the overall view about a use state of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 2, two liftable isolators 2 and three cabinet doors 3 are included. The two liftable isolators 2 are respectively disposed between two adjacent cabinet doors 3. According to views about a use state shown in FIG. 3A to FIG. 3C, regarding the schematic diagram about an initial state of the express cabinet according to FIG. 3A: cabinet door opening and closing devices 12 of three cabinet doors 3 are disabled, so that the three cabinet doors 3 are all closed.
The separator 22 descends to be completely in contact with a bottom portion of the individual cabinet body 1, so that two separators 22 separate the individual cabinet body 1 into three independent spaces.
Each independent space has a cabinet door 3, to form an enclosed space, that is, a cabinet body unit.
When needing to place an object, the courier may input a size of the object by using the handheld terminal.
For example, it is inputted that a length of the object is 1 m.
Two separators 22 separate the individual cabinet body 1 into three cabinet body units.
A length of each cabinet body unit is 40 cm.
If it is analyzed by a system that the object can be placed by using three cabinet body units, three cabinet doors 3 need to be opened.
FIG. 3B is a schematic diagram when the cabinet door is opened: the controller 4 controls the cabinet door opening and closing device 12 to operate, to open the three cabinet doors at the same time.
As an optional implementation, according to the enlarged schematic diagram of area A in the intelligent express cabinet according to FIG. 1 that is shown in FIG. 4, the cabinet door opening and closing device 12 includes an opening and closing device body 121. The opening and closing device body 121 is disposed within the individual cabinet body 1. One side of the opening and closing device body 121 facing the cabinet door 3 1s provided with a fixed shaft accommodation slot 1211. A fixed shaft 1212 is disposed within the fixed shaft accommodation slot 1211. The opening and closing device body 121 is a cuboid member disposed at a bottom portion of the individual cabinet body 1, and one side thereof that faces the courier is provided with the fixed shaft accommodation slot 1211. The fixed shaft 1212 disposed within the fixed shaft accommodation slot 1211 isin a cylindrical shape.
Regarding the opening and closing device limiting body 122, according to the schematic sectional views of a cabinet door opening and closing device shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B (to clearly show a structure of the cabinet door opening and closing device 12, the sectional views shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B are schematic diagrams after an actual cross section 1s enlarged), the opening and closing device limiting body 122 is disposed at one side of the cabinet door 3 facing the interior of the separate cabinet body 1. The opening and closing device limiting body 122 includes a rotator 1221 and a limiting hook 1222. The rotator 1221 is disposed within the cabinet door 3. The rotator 1221 is connected to the limiting hook 1222 to drive the limiting hook 1222 to rotate around a central shaft of the rotator
1221. When the cabinet door 3 is closed, a central axis of the rotator 1221 is parallel to a central axis of the fixed shaft 1212. One end of the limiting hook 1222 is connected to the rotator 1221. The other end of the limiting hook 1222 is connected to the fixed shaft 1212, so that the cabinet door 3 is kept closed. The controller 4 is connected to the rotator 1221, to control the rotator 1221 to rotate. One end of the limiting hook 1222 that is connected to the fixed shaft 1212 is in an arc shape. When the cabinet door is closed, a center of the limiting hook 1222 superposes that of the fixed shaft 1212. The limiting hook 1222 hooks the fixed shaft 1212, so as to limit a tilt-up action of the cabinet door 3. As shown in FIG. 5C (to clearly show a specific structure of the rotator 1221, FIG. 5C 1s a schematic diagram when the cabinet door 3 1s enlarged), the rotator 1221 may include a bracket 1221a. The bracket 1221a is configured to support a rotating motor1221b. The rotating motor 1221b is connected with a rotating shaft 1221c. The rotating shaft 1221c is connected to the limiting hook 1222. After receiving an instruction that the cabinet door needs to be opened, the controller 4 first controls the rotating motor 1221b to operate. The rotating motor 1221b drives the rotating shaft
1221c to rotate. Further, the rotating shaft 1221c drives the limiting hook 1222 to rotate in a direction approaching the cabinet door 3. As shown in FIG. 5B, when the limiting hook 1222 rotates for a certain angle, the connection relationship between the limiting hook 1222 and the fixed shaft 1212 is broken. In this case, the limiting hook 1222 loses a limiting function, and the courier may turn the cabinet door 3 upwards, so as to open the cabinet door 3. In this embodiment, according to the enlarged schematic diagram of area A in the intelligent express cabinet according to FIG. 1 that is shown in FIG. 4, the side of the opening and closing device body 121 facing the cabinet door 3 is further provided with a spring accommodation slot
1213. A spring 1214 is disposed within the spring accommodation slot 1213. According to the schematic sectional view of a cabinet door opening and closing device of an intelligent express cabinet shown in FIG. 5A, when the cabinet door 3 is closed, the spring 1214 is pressed by the cabinet door 3 to be compressed. According to another schematic sectional view of a cabinet door opening and closing device of an intelligent express cabinet shown in FIG. 5B, when the limiting hook 1222 rotates for a certain angle, the connection relationship between the limiting hook 1222 and the fixed shaft 1212 is broken. After the limiting hook 1222 loses the limiting function, the spring 1214 releases spring pressure from the spring accommodation slot
1213. The other end of the spring 1214 is in contact with the cabinet door 3, and the spring 1214 snaps to open the cabinet door 3 when releasing the spring pressure. The cabinet door 3 may be made of a light aluminum material, so that after snaps to open the cabinet door 3, the spring 1214 can support the cabinet door 3 to be kept in a certain angle. In one aspect, the courier 1s remained that the cabinet door 3 1s opened. In another aspect, the courier is facilitated to turn the cabinet door 3 upwards. In addition, a cabinet door supporting device may be further disposed. After the cabinet door 31s opened, the cabinet door 3 1s supported to be turned to a horizontal position and is kept at this horizontal position, thus facilitating the courier to take the object.
According to FIG. 3C, the separator lifter 21 may control, during a process of opening the cabinet door, the separator 22 to ascend within the individual cabinet body 1; and may also control, after the cabinet door is opened, the separator 22 to ascend within the individual cabinet body 1.
As an optional implementation, according to the overall view of an intelligent express cabinet shown in FIG. 1, the overall view about a use state of an intelligent express cabinet shown in FIG. 2, and the schematic sectional view of a separator lifter of an intelligent express cabinet shown in FIG. 6 (to clearly show a structure of the separator lifter 21, the sectional view shown in FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram after an actual cross section is enlarged), the separator lifter 21 includes a separator accommodation tube
211. The separator accommodation tube 211 1s disposed at the top portion of the separate cabinet body 1. The separator 22 is made of a rollable material. The separator 22 1s disposed within the separator accommodation tube 211 in a rolled state.
A separator scroll 212 is included. The separator scroll 212 is disposed within and passes through the separator accommodation tube 211.
A motor 213 is included. The motor 213 is disposed at an end portion of the separator accommodation tube 211, to drive the separator scroll 212 to rotate. One side of the separator accommodation tube 211 is provided with a lifting through hole 2111. One end of the separator 22 passes through the through hole 2111, and the other end of the separator 22 is connected to the separator scroll 212, so that the separator scroll 212 drives the separator 22 to be scrolled or unfolded. The controller 4 is connected to the motor 213, to control the motor 213 to be enabled or disabled.
When the cabinet door 3 is closed, the separator 22 isin a descending state, and an end portion of the separator 22 is in contact with the bottom portion of the individual cabinet body 1, so that the individual cabinet body is separated into a plurality of cabinet body units. With reference to the foregoing embodiments, if it is analyzed that the object can be placed by using three cabinet body units, two separators 22 between three cabinet doors 3 need to be raised. The controller 4 first controls the motor 213 to be enabled, to drive the separator scroll 212 to rotate, and meanwhile, drive the separator 22 to be scrolled. The end of the separator 22 that is connected to the separator scroll 212 performs a scrolling action. The separator 22 passes through one end of the through hole 2111, and is raised towards a direction that is far away from the bottom portion of the individual cabinet body 1, until no separator 22 blocks between the cabinet body units.
As an optional implementation, according to the overall view about a use state of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 2, one side of the cabinet door 3 facing away from the interior of the separate cabinet body 1 is provided with an object detection sensor 5, to detect whether the object is blocked. The controller 4 is connected to the object detection sensor 5. The courier may do not accurately estimate the size of the object. In this case, the object may be detected by using the object detection sensor 5.
Specifically, the courier may raise the object to a horizontal position. At this time, the object detection sensor 5 is used to detect the object.
For example, the length of the object is 125 cm, a length of the cabinet body unit is 40 cm. In this case, if the courier estimates the size of the object by feel, length data of 120 cm may be inputted. The system determines, based on the inputted data, that the object can be placed by using only three cabinet body units. However, actually the object that 1s 125 cm cannot be placed in the three cabinet body units. According to the technical solutions of this embodiment, it may be set that a detection range of the object detection sensor 5 is a width range of the cabinet door 3. When detecting the object by using the object detection sensor 5, the courier horizontally raises the object to a height set by the object detection sensor
5.
In this case, the object can cover a width range of four cabinet body units. Therefore, the object detection sensor 5 on four consecutive cabinet doors 3 can detect the object. After detecting the object, the object detection sensor 5 on the four cabinet doors 3 sends a signal to the controller 4. Based on the received signal, the controller 4 controls the corresponding cabinet door 3 to be opened and controls the corresponding separator lifter 21 to operate, to raise the corresponding separator 22. In this way, the four cabinet body units are combined into one space that can accommodate the object.
Further, according to the overall view of an intelligent express cabinet in FIG. 1 and the enlarged schematic diagram of area A in the intelligent express cabinet according to FIG. 1 that is shown in FIG. 4, one side of the cabinet door 3 facing away from the interior of the separate cabinet body 1 may be provided with a handle accommodation slot 1215, and a handle 1216 1s disposed within the handle accommodation slot 1215. After the cabinet door is opened, the user is facilitated to hold the handle 1216 to turn cabinet door 3 upwards.
According to the intelligent express cabinet provided in the embodiments of the application, the separator 22 separates the separate cabinet body 1 into two adjacent independent spaces, that is, two cabinet body units. The two cabinet body units may independently store objects, without affecting the storage space of each other. In this case, the cabinet body unit has a relatively small space, and can store some objects with relatively shorter lengths. When needing to store an object with a relatively long length, the courier only needs to input the length data of the object, and the system automatically calculates the quantity of cabinet body units to be used, and analyzes the cabinet door 3 that needs to be opened based on an object containing situation in the current cabinet body unit. After the cabinet door 3 that needs to be opened is opened, the separator lifter 21 between two corresponding cabinet doors 3 controls the separator 22 to be raised, so that two adjacent independent spaces are combined into one communicated space. In other words, two cabinet body units are combined into one communicated cabinet body unit. The entire cabinet body unit that is finally formed can enable the courier to place an object with a corresponding length. Compared with the prior art, the intelligent express cabinet according to the application not only can satisfy requirements for storing an object with a relatively long length, bringing convenience to a user, but also can automatically change the storage space of the cabinet body unit based on the length of the object, improving the storage space of the express cabinet.
For similar parts between the embodiments provided in the application, reference may be made to each other. The specific implementations described above are merely some examples under a general concept of the application, and do not constitute any limitation to the protection scope of the application. For a person skilled in the art, any other implementations derived according to the solutions of the application without an effective effort all fall within the protection scope of the application.
