Abstract
본 발명은 섬유를 건조하는 텐터 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 연소시키는 연소 유닛, 연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 대기로 방출하는 방출 유닛, 및 연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛에 공급하는 가스 회수 유닛을 포함하여, 유증기로인한 포름알데이드 등이 함유된 다량의 먼지, 악취, 백연등 대기오염물질을 완벽히 제거하고, 배출되는 가스 연속 순환으로 대기중 무 배출에 가깝도록 하여 이로 인한 대기오염 예방과 열풍 공급으로 화재예방 및 생산성과 품질을 향상시키고 에너지 절감을 하여 국내외 관련 업체의 환경 문제 해결과 기업 이윤을 극대화할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 텐터 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 텐터 운영 과정에서 발생한 포름알데이드등이 함유된 다량의 먼지, 악취, 백연등 대기오염물질을 연소처리 하고 이 과정에서 발생한 고온의 폐열을 순환을 통한 열풍 공급으로, 생산량증대, 품질향상, 연료절감, 화재예방등의 기존의 방식보다 기능이 우수하며 경제적인 텐터 장치에 관한 것이다.
염색 가공 공정에서 염색된 직물에 수축과 늘어짐이 없도록 섬유유연제등 각종 가공용 약품에 적신후 천의 좌우 양면을 텐터기에 고정시켜 분당 40m ~ 50m의 속도로 텐터기 내부로 연속 이송 시키면서 텐터기 자체에 설치된 다수의 버너와 송풍기를 이용하여 약 200도 전,후의 고온 열풍을 공급하여 천을 건조 시키며, 이때 건조 구역은 기계 마다 수개의 구역에서 10개 이상의 구역으로 구성되어 있다. 이 공정 중에 적셔진 약품이 증발 하면서 포름알데히드등이 함유된 다량의 먼지, 악취, 백연, 미세먼지등 심각한 대기오염물질이 발생된다.
종래 기술에 따른 텐터 장치의 경우, 텐터에서 배출된 가스의 처리를 위해 스크러버(SCRUBBER) 또는 전기집진기등을 적용하였다. 스크러버는 물을 분사 또는 분무하여 공기 속의 입자를 흡수처리하는 장치이다. 또한, 전기집진기는 기체나 액체 속의 미립자를 방전극에 (-)전하를 인가시켜 이때 발생되는 음(-)이온은 가스중에 먼지와 대전되어 전기력에 의하여 (+)전압이 인가되고 있는 집진극으로 이동되어 먼지를 포집하는 정전기적인 원리의 장치이다.
스크러버와 전기집진기는 다른 공정에는 효율이 우수 하지만 텐터공정에는 오염물질 처리 효율이 낮아 텐터에서 배출된 유증기에 의한 백연등 대기오염물질을 완벽히 제거할 수 없는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 텐터기에 열풍공급이 불가하여 텐터기에서 발생한 배출가스를 충분히 배기시키면 텐터기에 열손실이 많고 그 양만큼 장치내에 장착된 버너의 가동율이 높아지면서 연료비가 50프로 이상 증가하여 생산 원가가 높아지므로 배기량을 최소화하여 가동하다보니 텐터 유닛 및 배기 관로등에 축적된 유분으로 인하여 제품의 불량과 화재가 발생되어 주기적인 청소를 해야하나 이를 이행치 않아 빈번한 화재가 발생하고 하는등 문제점이 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예는, 완벽한 대기오염 물질 처리 및 생산성과 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 텐터 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 텐터 장치는, 섬유를 건조하는 텐터 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 연소시키는 연소 유닛, 연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 대기로 방출하는 방출 유닛, 및 연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛에 재공급하는 가스 회수 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 방출 유닛은, 가스를 배출하는 스택, 스택과 연소 유닛을 연결하는 배출관, 및 배출관에 배치되며, 스택을 향하여 유동하는 가스의 유량을 조절하는 댐퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 가스 회수 유닛은 연소 유닛의 유출구와 텐터 유닛의 유입구를 연결하여, 연소 유닛으로부터 텐터 유닛으로 가스를 안내하는 회수관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 연소 유닛은, 연소 챔버, 및 텐터 유닛으로부터 유출되는 가스를 연소 챔버로 송풍하는 메인 가스 공급팬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 연소 유닛은 메인 가스 공급팬과 텐터 유닛에 연결된 필터링부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 연소 챔버는 축열식 연소 산화 장치(RTO)에 적용되는 축열식 연소 챔버인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 가스 회수 유닛은 회수관에 연결된 보조 가스 공급팬을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 섬유의 염색 후 텐타의 건조 과정에서 수반되는 포름알데이드등이 함유된 다량의 먼지, 악취, 백연(하얀 연기)을 완벽하게 제거할 수 있다.
또한, 텐터 유닛에 고온의 가스를 공급 직접적으로 제공할 수 있어, 텐터내 섬유의 이동 속도가 40M/MIN에서 50M/MIN 이상으로 증가시킬 수 있다. 이에 의해, 섬유의 생산량이 증대된다. 또한, 적적 온도의 충분한 열풍 공급으로 작업 특성상 텐터 유닛에 사용되는 에너지비용과 유연제 사용량이 절감된다.
또한, 텐터 유닛 등에 축적되는 유분이 축적되지 않아, 주기적인 청소가 필요없어 유지 보수 비용이 절감되며, 화재를 예방할 수 있다.

이하에서 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 텐터 장치(1)를 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 텐터 장치(1)의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 블록도이며, 도 2는 도 1에 도시된 텐터 유닛(10)을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 1 및 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 텐터 장치(1)는 섬유를 건조하는 과정에서 필연적으로 발생하는 오염 기체를 연소시키고, 이때 발생된 열을 섬유 건조에 활용하여 생산성을 증대시키기 위하여 텐터 유닛(10)에 연결된 연소 유닛(20), 방출 유닛(30) 및 가스 회수 유닛(40)을 포함한다.
텐터 유닛(10)은 섬유의 염색 가공공정에서 섬유(2)를 건조시킨다. 이때, 섬유(2)는 잘 펼쳐지지도록 섬유(2)의 가장자리가 지지된 채, 텐터 유닛(10)을 통과한다. 텐터 유닛(10)을 통과하는 동안, 섬유(2)는 고온의 공기 중에 노출되어 건조된다. 따라서, 텐터 유닛(10)은 섬유(2)를 고온의 공기에 노출시키는 텐터(100)와 텐터(100)에 고온의 공기를 공급하는 건조부(120)를 포함한다. 건조부(120)는 섭씨 약 200도의 열풍으로 섬유를 다림질하는 방식으로 건조시킨다.
연소 유닛(20)은 텐터 유닛(10)에서 배출되는 가스를 연소시킨다. 텐터 유닛(10)은 섬유 유연제 등의 화학물질을 처리한 섬유(2)를 열풍으로 건조시킨다. 이때, 오일 성분을 포함하는 유증기가 발생된다. 이러한 유증기는 엄청난 연기 형태로 배출된다. 연소 유닛(20)은 텐터 유닛(10)에서 유입된 기체(유증기)를 연소시킨다. 유증기는 연소로 인해 대부분 이산화탄소로 변환되며, 일부 물로 변환된다. 따라서, 텐터 유닛(10)에서 섬유(2)의 건조로 발생되는 유증기가 제거된다. 또한, 유증기의 대기 배출 시 발생하는 엄청난 연기 배출도 방지될 수 있다. 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스는 섭씨 210도 내지 230도 이상의 온도를 가진다.
방출 유닛(30)은 연소 유닛(20)의 유출구에 연결된다. 방출 유닛(30)은 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스 중 일부를 대기로 방출할 수 있다. 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스는 대부분의 이산화탄소와 일부 물을 포함한다. 따라서, 방출 유닛(30)이 가스를 대기로 방출하더라도, 유해 물질로 인한 문제가 발생되지 않는다.
가스 회수 유닛(40)은 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛(10)에 재공급한다. 가스 회수 유닛(40)은 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 대부분의 가스를 텐터 유닛(10)으로 공급한다. 즉, 가스 회수 유닛(40)은 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스 중 90% 이상을 텐터 유닛(10)에 공급할 수 있다. 나머지 10% 이하의 가스는 방출 유닛(30)을 통해 대기로 방출될 수 있다.
도 3은 도 1에 도시된 텐터 장치(1)의 다른 실시 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 2 및 3을 참조하면, 텐터 유닛(10)은 섬유(2)의 건조로 발생되는 가스를 배출하는 텐터 유닛 유출구(130)와 가스 회수 유닛(40)을 통해 가스를 공급하는 텐터 유닛 유입구(110)를 포함한다. 텐터 유닛 유출구(130)에서 배출되는 가스의 온도가 텐터 유닛 유입구(110)로 유입되는 가스의 온도 보다 낮다. 예컨대, 텐터 유닛 유출구(130)에서 배출되는 가스는 섭씨 200도의 온도를 가지고, 텐터 유닛 유입구(110)로 유입되는 가스는 섭씨 210도 내지 230도 이상의 온도를 가진다.
연소 유닛(20)은 연소 챔버(200)의 내부에 유입된 가스를 버너로 연소시키는 연소 장치이다. 연소 유닛(20)은 연소 챔버(200) 및 메인 가스 공급팬(210)을 포함할 수 있다. 메인 가스 공급팬(210)은 텐터 유닛(10)에서 배출된 가스를 연소 챔버(200)로 송풍한다. 연소 챔버(200)는 메인 가스 공급팬(210)을 통해 공급된 가스를 연소시켜 유해물질, 유증기 등을 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 연소 유닛(20)은 필터링부(220)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 필터링부(220)는 메인 가스 공급팬(210)과 텐터 유닛(10)에 연결된다. 필터링부(220)는 텐터 유닛(10)에서 배출된 가스에 포함된 먼지 등을 제거한다. 예컨대, 필터링부(220)는 데미스터(DEMISTER)를 포함한다. 데미스터는 유체 중에 함유되어 있는 액적 또는 분진을 분리하여 제거한다. 이에 의해, 연소 유닛(20)의 내구성을 증대시킬 수 있다.
일 실시 예로, 연소 유닛(20)은 축열식 연소 산화 장치(RTO)일 수 있다. 따라서, 연소 챔버(200)는 축열 재료인 세라믹과 가스의 연소를 위한 버너를 포함한다. 축열 재료는 연소 챔버(200)의 내면을 덮도록 배치될 수 있다. 축열식 연소 챔버(200)의 경우, 축열 재료에 먼지 등 이물질 등이 축적되어 축열 효율 등이 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 필터링부(220)의 배치가 필수적이다. 다만 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 연소 챔버(200)가 축열식 연소 챔버가 아닌 경우, 필터링부(220)의 배치가 필요 없을 수 있다. 축열식 연소 챔버는 효율적인 에너지 소모로 확실한 유증기(백연) 제거가 가능하다.
다른 실시 예로, 연소 유닛(20)은 연소 챔버(200), 연소 챔버(200)의 내부에 배치된 열교환부(미도시), 연소 챔버(200)의 유출구 쪽에 배치된 가스분배부(미도시)를 포함할 수 있다. 가스분배부는 연소 챔버(200)의 유출구와 가스 회수 유닛(40) 및 열교환부(미도시)를 연결할 수 있다. 가스분배부는 연소 챔버(200)에서 배출되는 가스를 열교환부와 가스 회수 유닛(40)으로 분배할 수 있다. 열교환부는 연소 챔버(200)의 내주면을 따라 권취된 관 형상을 가질 수 있다. 열교환부로 유입된 가스는 연소 챔버(200)의 내부 온도를 가열하여 연소 유닛(20)에서 사용되는 연료 및 에너지를 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 축열 부재를 사용하지 않으므로 필터링부(220)가 배치되지 않을 수도 있다.
방출 유닛(30)은 스택(300), 배출관(310) 및 댐퍼(320)를 포함할 수 있다. 스택(300)은 가스를 대기 중으로 확산시킨다. 배출관(310)은 스택(300)과 연소 유닛(20)을 연결한다. 댐퍼(320)는 배출관(310)에 배치된다. 댐퍼(320)는 스택(300)을 향하여 유동하는 가스의 유량을 조절한다. 댐퍼(320)는 그 개도율(A)을 조절하여 가스의 유량을 조절할 수 있다. 댐퍼(320)의 개도율(A)에 따라 건조부(120)에서 소모되는 열풍량(에너지)을 조절할 수 있다.
일 실시 예로, 댐퍼(320)는 10% 이하의 개도율(A)을 가진다. 따라서, 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출된 가스 중 10% 이하의 가스가 배출관(310)을 통해 스택(300)으로 유동될 수 있다. 나머지 90% 이상의 가스는 가스 회수 유닛(40)에 의해 텐터 유닛(10)으로 제공된다. 가스 회수 유닛(40)에서 회수된 가스는 건조부(120)로 공급되어 다시 텐터(100)에 공급될 수 있다. 따라서, 댐퍼(320)의 개도율(A)에 따라 텐터(100)로 공급되는 가스의 유량을 조절할 수 있고, 이에 의해 건조부(120)에서 가스 가열에 소모되는 에너지가 절감된다.
가스 회수 유닛(40)은 회수관(400)을 포함한다. 회수관(400)은 연소 유닛의 유출구와 텐터 유닛 유입구(110)를 연결한다. 회수관(400)은 연소 유닛(20)으로부터 텐터 유닛(10)으로 가스를 안내한다. 한편, 댐퍼(320)는 회수관(400)과 배출관(310)의 연결부위와 스택(300)의 사이에 배치된다. 이에 의해, 댐퍼(320)가 회수관(400)을 통해 회수되는 가스의 유량을 조절할 수 있다. 한편, 가스 회수 유닛(40)은 보조 가스 공급팬(410)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 보조 가스 공급팬(410)은 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출된 가스를 텐터 유닛 유입구(110)로 송풍할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따르면, 섬유(2)의 염색 후 건조 과정에서 수반되는 악취와 백연(하얀 연기)을 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 텐터 유닛(10)에 고온의 가스를 공급 직접적으로 제공할 수 있어, 텐터(100)내 섬유(2)의 이동 속도가 42M/MIN에서 50M/MIN 이상으로 증가될 수 있다. 이에 의해, 섬유(2)의 생산량이 증대된다. 또한, 텐터 유닛(10)에 사용되는 유연제 사용량이 감소된다. 또한, 텐터 유닛(10) 등에 축적되는 유분이 감소되므로, 유지 보수 비용이 절감되며, 유분 축적으로 인한 화재를 예방할 수 있다.
한편, 텐터 유닛(10)의 건조부(120)는 섬유에 열풍을 공급하는 텐터 버너를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 텐터 장치(1)는 제어부(미도시)를 더 포함한다. 제어부는 텐터 유닛(10), 가스 회수 유닛(40), 연소 유닛(20) 및 방출 유닛(30)의 동작을 제어한다.
제어부는 건조부(120)의 텐터 버너의 동작을 조절하여 텐터 유닛(10)에서 소모되는 에너지를 절감할 수 있다. 예컨대, 텐터 유닛(10)의 동작 초기에 제어부는 텐터 버너를 가동시켜 섬유에 열풍을 공급할 수 있다. 이후, 텐터 유닛(10)에서 섬유는 텐터 버너에 의한 열원과 가스 회수 유닛(40)에서 공급된 열원에 의한 열풍 가스를 통해 건조된다. 여기서, 제어부는 텐터 버너에 의해 공급되는 열원과 가스 회수 유닛(40)에서 공급된 열원에 의한 열풍 가스의 온도가 기 설정 온도 이상인 경우 텐터 버너의 동작을 정지시켜 텐터 유닛(10)에서 소모되는 에너지를 절감할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 제어부는 방출 유닛(30)으로의 가스 배출을 차단하여 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛(10)으로 공급할 수 있다. 물론, 제어부는 방출 유닛(30)을 통해 가스 배출을 조절할 수 있다.
한편, 텐터 유닛(10)에서 배출된 가스는 연소 유닛(20) 및 가스 회수 유닛(40)을 거쳐 다시 텐터 유닛(10)으로 순환된다. 이에 의해, 대기 오염 물질의 배출을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출되는 가스는 가스 회수 유닛(40)을 통해 직접 텐터 유닛(10)으로 공급될 수 있다. 즉, 연소 유닛(20)에서 배출된 가스의 열원을 이용하기 위한 별도의 열교환 장치가 필요없다. 따라서, 열회수율이 90%이상으로 향상될 수 있다. 즉, 열회수율이 매우 우수하다.
이상 본 발명자에 의해서 이루어진 발명을 상기 실시 예에 따라 구체적으로 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 상기 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 그 요지를 이탈하지 않는 범위에서 여러 가지로 변경 가능한 것은 물론이다.
Claims (11)
- 섬유를 건조하는 텐터 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 연소시키는 연소 유닛;연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 대기로 방출하는 방출 유닛; 및연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛에 공급하는 가스 회수 유닛을 포함하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,방출 유닛은,가스를 배출하는 스택;스택과 연소 유닛을 연결하는 배출관; 및배출관에 배치되며, 스택을 향하여 유동하는 가스의 유량을 조절하는 댐퍼를 포함하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가스 회수 유닛은 연소 유닛의 유출구와 텐터 유닛의 유입구를 연결하여, 연소 유닛으로부터 텐터 유닛으로 가스를 안내하는 회수관을 포함하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,연소 유닛은,연소 챔버; 및텐터 유닛으로부터 유출되는 가스를 연소 챔버로 송풍하는 메인 가스 공급팬을 포함하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,연소 유닛은 메인 가스 공급팬과 텐터 유닛에 연결된 필터링부를 더 포함하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,연소 유닛은 연소 챔버의 내부에 유입된 가스를 버너로 연소시키는 연소 장치인 텐터 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,연소 유닛은 축열식 연소 산화 장치(RTO)인 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,텐터 유닛은 섬유에 열풍을 공급하는 텐터 버너를 포함하며,텐터 버너, 가스 회수 유닛, 연소 유닛 및 방출 유닛의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하고,제어부는 텐터 버너에 의해 공급되는 열원과 가스 회수 유닛에서 공급된 열원에 의한 열풍 가스의 온도가 기 설정 온도 이상인 경우 텐터 버너의 동작을 정지시켜 텐터 유닛에서 소모되는 에너지를 절감하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,제어부는 방출 유닛으로의 가스 배출을 차단하여 연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스를 텐터 유닛으로 공급하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,텐터 유닛에서 배출된 가스는 연소 유닛 및 가스 회수 유닛을 거쳐 다시 텐터 유닛으로 순환하는 텐터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,연소 유닛에서 배출되는 가스는 가스 회수 유닛을 통해 직접 텐터 유닛으로 공급되는 텐터 장치.
