- the time Tn required for the nozzle device to move one way is 0.5 to 10 minutes
- the traveling speed Vp of the canvas is 500 m / min.
- the length K of the canvas is 20 to 80 m, and the number of contacts N where any point on the surface of the canvas comes into contact with the wet paper during the time Tn, the time Tn, the traveling speed Vp, and the length K are the same.
- N (Tn ⁇ Vp) / K
- There is a method of spraying a chemical solution which satisfies the above-mentioned relationship, has a contact frequency N of 20 to 80 times, and has a chemical solution spraying amount of 0.1 to 500 mg / m 2 as an active ingredient amount.

- FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a dry part of a paper machine in which the method of spraying a chemical solution according to the present embodiment is used.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing a state in which the nozzle device is spraying the chemical solution onto the canvas in the method of spraying the chemical solution according to the present embodiment.
- (A) of FIG. 3 and (b) of FIG. 3 are development views for one rotation of the canvas when the chemical solution is sprayed on the canvas in the method of spraying the chemical solution according to the present embodiment.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a dry part of a paper machine in which the method of spraying a chemical solution according to the present embodiment is used.
- the dry part DP of the paper machine includes a plurality of cylindrical dryer rolls (Yankee dryers) D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8 for heating and drying the wet paper X.
- D9 hereinafter referred to as "D1 to D9"
- the doctor blade DK abutting on any dryer rolls D1, D3, D5, D7, D9, and the wet paper X are pressed against the surfaces of the dryer rolls D1 to D9.
- the breaker stack roll B that rotates while temporarily pressing the wet paper X that has been heat-dried by the dryer rolls D1 to D9, and the breaker stack roll B that rotates while temporarily pressing the wet paper X that has been temporarily pressed by the breaker stack roll B.
- a calendar roll C is provided. That is, the dry part DP includes at least the dryer rolls D1 to D9, the canvas K1, the breaker stack roll B, and the calendar roll C as parts.
- the wet paper X conventional ones can be appropriately adopted, but among them, those containing 50% by mass or more of used paper pulp are preferably used, and those containing 90% by mass or more are more preferable. Used. In this case, since the wet paper X tends to absorb a large amount of the chemical solution, the effect of the present invention can be further exhibited.
- the transport speed (abstract speed) of the wet paper X is 500 m / min or more, preferably 500 to 1800 m / min, and more preferably 500 to 1300 m / min. In this case, the productivity is improved and the paper product can be manufactured at a lower cost.
- the method for spraying the chemical solution according to the present embodiment is preferably used for the canvas K1 in the dry part DP.
- the dry part DP when the canvas K1 comes into contact with the traveling wet paper X, it travels together at the same speed as the wet paper X and is guided by the dryer rolls D1 to D9 (hereinafter, also referred to as "first guide"). .. That is, the canvas K1 is guided by the dryer rolls D1 to D9 in a state of being in contact with the wet paper X. At this time, the canvas K1 sequentially presses the wet paper X against the surfaces of the dryer rolls D1 to D9.
- the chemical solution on the surface of the canvas K1 is absorbed by the wet paper X over time, and the wet paper X is heated and dried by the dryer rolls D1 to D9.
- the wet paper X and the canvas K1 pass through the dryer rolls D1 to D9, the wet paper X is separated from the canvas K1 and guided to the breaker stack roll B.
- the canvas K1 deviating from the wet paper X is a canvas roll located outside the canvas K1 (hereinafter, also referred to as "outer canvas roll OR") and a canvas roll located inside the canvas K1 (hereinafter, “inner canvas roll”). It is also referred to as "roll IR”) (hereinafter, also referred to as "second guidance").
- the canvas K1 has a loop shape when viewed from the side. Therefore, any point on the surface of the canvas K1 alternately passes through the first guide and the second guide.
- the canvas K1 travels together with the wet paper X at the same speed as the transport speed of the wet paper while pressing the wet paper X against the dryer rolls D1 to D9.
- the traveling speed Vp of the canvas K1 is 500 m / min or more, preferably 500 to 1800 m / min, and more preferably 500 to 1300 m / min, similar to the transport speed of the wet paper X.
- the length K of the canvas K1 is 20 to 80 m, preferably 40 to 70 m. If the length K of the canvas K1 is less than 20 m, the canvas K1 may be easily consumed, and if the length K of the canvas K1 exceeds 80 m, the apparatus becomes huge and requires space. In the method of spraying the chemical solution, by setting both the traveling speed Vp of the canvas and the length K of the canvas within the above ranges, the productivity is improved and the paper product can be manufactured at a lower cost. ..
- the time Tc in which an arbitrary point on the surface of the canvas K1 is in contact with the wet paper X is 0.03 seconds or more, preferably 0.05 seconds or more, and more preferably 0.05 to 5 seconds. ..
- the time Tc in which the canvas K1 is in contact with the wet paper X is less than 0.03 seconds, the difference from the prior art is small, and the special effect according to the present invention cannot be obtained.
- the time during which an arbitrary point on the surface of the canvas K1 travels is not particularly limited.
- the distance traveled while the arbitrary point on the surface of the canvas K1 is in contact with the wet paper X is 0.5 to 16 m.
- the drying of the wet paper X is a part of the dryer roll as compared with the case where the distance is within the above range. Therefore, there is a drawback that uneven drying is likely to occur, and when the distance traveled while the arbitrary point on the surface of the canvas K1 is in contact with the wet paper X exceeds 16 m, the distance may be within the above range. In comparison, there is a drawback that the device becomes large.
- the chemical solution is sprayed onto the canvas K1 by the nozzle device S at the position of the arrow P shown in FIG. That is, after the canvas K1 deviates from the wet paper X and before it comes into contact with the first outer canvas roll OR, the nozzle device S sprays the chemical solution onto the canvas K1.
- This makes it possible to transfer the drug solution to the outer canvas roll OR that is in contact with the front side of the canvas K1.
- the effect based on the chemical solution can be imparted to the outer canvas roll OR as well. Since the transfer of the drug solution to the outer canvas roll OR is saturated, the amount of the drug solution transferred to the outer canvas roll OR on the surface of the canvas K1 is reduced, so that a sufficient amount of the drug solution remains on the surface of the canvas K1. It becomes possible.
- the number of contacts N is the number of times one cycle is repeated during the time Tn.
- the number of contacts N is 20 to 80 times, more preferably 30 to 60 times.
- the number of contacts N is less than 20, the amount of the chemical solution absorbed by the wet paper X decreases, while the amount of the chemical solution remaining in the canvas D1 increases, so that the solid content contained in the chemical solution itself contaminates the canvas K1. If the number of contacts N exceeds 80 times, the amount of the chemical solution absorbed by the wet paper increases, and the canvas K1 may partially become insufficient in the amount of the chemical solution.
- the material of the cambus K1 is not particularly limited, but for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyacrylic, polyamide, polyphenylene sulfide, Nomex, copolymers thereof, polymer alloys thereof and the like are preferably used. Further, as the structure of the canvas K1, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, a braid, or the like can be appropriately adopted.
- the type of canvas K1 is not particularly limited, but for example, a woven canvas using monofilament, multifilament or spun yarn for warp and weft, and a spiral using a plurality of spiral coils made of synthetic resin and a core wire of multifilament.
- a canvas or the like is preferably used.
- the air permeability of the canvas K1 is preferably 2000 to 50,000 cm 3 / cm 2 ⁇ min.
- the air permeability of the cambus K1 is less than 2000 cm 3 / cm 2 ⁇ min, the contaminants are more likely to be clogged than when the air permeability is within the above range, and the contaminants cannot be removed by normal cleaning.
- the air permeability of the cambus K1 exceeds 50,000 cm 3 / cm 2 ⁇ min, the wet paper X is sufficiently pressed against the dryer roll side in the first guide as compared with the case where the air permeability is within the above range. There may be cases where it cannot be done.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing a state in which the nozzle device is spraying the chemical solution onto the canvas in the method of spraying the chemical solution according to the present embodiment.
- two nozzle devices S arranged at regular intervals while the canvas K1 is running are attached to a rail L extending in the width direction of the canvas K1.
- the two nozzle devices S spray the chemical solution onto the canvas K1 while reciprocating along the same speed.
- the spraying area in charge of each nozzle device S can be reduced. This makes it possible to efficiently apply the chemical solution to the canvas K1.
- the amount of the chemical solution sprayed on the surface of the dryer roll during operation is 0.1 to 500 mg / m 2 and 0.3 to 500 mg / m 2 as the amount of the active ingredient. It is preferably 1 to 250 mg / m 2 , more preferably 1.5 to 95 mg / m 2 .
- the "active ingredient amount” means the total amount of components other than water, such as oil, surfactant, resin, and inorganic salt, in the chemical solution.
- the sprayed amount means the amount of the active ingredient contained in the chemical solution given to the canvas K1 per 1 m 2. If the sprayed amount of the chemical solution is less than 0.3 mg / m 2 as the amount of the active ingredient, the chemical solution is absorbed by the wet paper X, and the effect based on the chemical solution cannot be sufficiently exhibited. Further, if the sprayed amount of the chemical solution exceeds 500 mg / m 2 as the amount of the active ingredient, the solid content contained in the chemical solution itself may cause contamination.
- the two nozzle devices S have the same structure, and both of them are reciprocated in the width direction along the rail L by a belt (not shown) built in the rail L. ing.
- the nozzle device S on one side reciprocates from the position P1 of the rail L corresponding to one end of the wet paper X to the position P3 of the rail L corresponding to the center of the wet paper X.
- the nozzle device S on the other side reciprocates from the position P3 of the rail L corresponding to the center of the wet paper X to the position P2 of the rail L corresponding to the other end of the wet paper X.
- the nozzle device S momentarily sprays the chemical solution onto the canvas K1 in a fan shape in a front view.
- the front view means that the canvas K1 is viewed from the upstream side or the downstream side in the traveling direction. Therefore, the nozzle device S sprays the chemical solution in a fan shape or radially spreading in the width direction of the canvas K1.
- the spray width W of the chemical solution in the canvas K1 is preferably 1.5 to 15 cm, more preferably 3 to 9 m.
- the spraying width W means the maximum width of the sprayed portion of the chemical solution in the width direction of the canvas K1.
- the one-way distance that each nozzle device S moves corresponds to half of the paper width R of the wet paper X. That is, the reciprocating distance that the nozzle device S moves corresponds to the paper width R of the wet paper X.
- the wet paper X preferably has a paper width R of 5 m or more from the viewpoint of productivity, and more preferably 5 to 13 m from the viewpoint of yield.
- FIG. 3 and (b) of FIG. 3 are development views for one rotation of the canvas when the chemical solution is sprayed on the canvas in the method of spraying the chemical solution according to the present embodiment.
- the nozzle device S continuously sprays the chemical solution while moving in the width direction while the canvas K1 makes one rotation. Therefore, as shown in (a) of FIG. 3 and (b) of FIG. 3, the chemical solution forms a sprayed portion having a parallel quadrilateral shape in the developed view for one rotation of the canvas.
- the nozzle device S reciprocates along the rail L at a constant speed Vc. It should be noted that the folded portions on both sides are accompanied by deceleration and acceleration, but do not exceed the constant speed Vc.
- the constant speed Vc can be set by dividing the moving distance H of the nozzle device S by the time for one rotation of the cambus K1 (the length K of the cambus K1 / the traveling speed Vp).
- the moving distance H of the nozzle device S during one rotation of the canvas K1 is preferably 0.5 to 45 cm, more preferably 0.5 to 30 cm.
- the moving distance H is less than 0.5 cm, it takes a longer time for the nozzle device S to reciprocate and respray, as compared with the case where the moving distance H is within the above range, and the contact with the wet paper X described later.
- the number of times is large, and when the moving distance H exceeds 45 cm, the spray width end, which has a weak impact, scatters and the adhesion efficiency to the target is higher than when the moving distance H is within the above range.
- the average moving speed Va of the nozzle device S is set in consideration of the above-mentioned constant speed Vc and deceleration and acceleration of the folded portion. Specifically, the average moving speed Va of the nozzle device S is preferably 0.5 to 6 m / min. In this case, the nozzle device S enables stable spraying of the chemical solution.
- the time required for one-way movement is the time required for the nozzle device S to move back and forth in half, and it does not matter whether the one-way movement is an outward trip or a return trip.
- the time Tn can be calculated in this way, for example, even if the paper width changes due to a change in the setup of the wet paper, it is sufficient for the surface of the canvas by adjusting the moving speed of the nozzle device or the like. It is possible to leave an amount of chemical solution.
- the time Tn required for the nozzle device S to move one way is preferably 0.5 to 10 minutes, and more preferably 1 to 8 minutes. If the time Tn is less than 0.5 minutes, the friction between the nozzle device S and the rail L may be large and cause a failure. If the time Tn exceeds 10 minutes, the nozzle device S reciprocates to discharge the chemical solution. It takes a long time to re-spray, and it tends to be difficult to obtain the effect based on the chemical solution. It is also possible to fix the time Tn required for the nozzle device S to move one way within this range and change the paper width R of the wet paper or the average moving speed Va of the nozzle device S so as to satisfy the above equation. ..
- the absolute value of the zeta potential of the chemical solution is preferably 3 to 100 mV, preferably 20 to 80 mV. Is more preferable.
- the absolute value of the zeta potential is less than 3 mV, the amount of the chemical solution remaining in the cambus K1 is not sufficient because the adsorption force of the chemical solution to the cambus K1 is smaller than that in the case where the absolute value of the zeta potential is within the above range.
- the zeta potential may be sufficient, and the zeta potential is more adsorbed to the cambus K1 than when the absolute value of the zeta potential is within the above range.
- the amount of the remaining chemical solution becomes too large, and as a result, the solid content contained in the chemical solution itself may contaminate the cambus K1.
- the chemical solution used in the method of spraying the chemical solution examples include a contamination inhibitor composition, a release agent composition, a cleaning agent composition and the like.
- the chemical solution is preferably a pollution control agent composition containing at least a pollution control agent and water.
- the anticontamination agent preferably contains at least one selected from the group consisting of amino-modified silicone oil, epoxy-modified silicone oil, polyether-modified silicone oil, polybutene, vegetable oil and synthetic ester oil, and is preferably amino-modified silicone oil, synthetic. It is more preferable to contain ester oil or vegetable oil.

Abstract
Description
N=(Tn・Vp)/K
Tn=R/2Va
N=(Tn・Vp)/K
N=(Tn・Vp)/K
Tn=R/2Va
