Abstract

L'objet de la présente invention est un appareil de fabrication d'un rouleau de matériau de remplissage serti pour articles en forme de tige, comprenant une unité (4) pour fournir un brin continu du matériau de remplissage et une unité de sertissage (5) pour sertir le matériau de remplissage. L'appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'unité (4) pour fournir le brin continu du matériau de remplissage et l'unité de sertissage (5) se trouve une unité de coupe (23) pour couper le brin continu du matériau de remplissage (20) en sections (22), et en ce que l'unité de sertissage (5) est conçue pour sertir la section découpée (22) du matériau de remplissage transversalement à la direction de déplacement de la section de matériau (22). L'appareil est en outre caractérisé en ce que l'unité de formage (16, 46, 51, 61) est conçue pour former un rouleau (22X, 22Y) à partir de la section sertie découpée (22) du matériau de remplissage sous la forme d'une tige sensiblement cylindrique. L'objet de la présente invention est également un procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de matériau de remplissage serti pour des articles en forme de tige.
