在一实施例中,卷绕组件2还包括加热装置23,加热装置23安装于机架1上,加热装置23位于矫直装置21和成型装置22之间,加热装置23包括加热箱231和设置在加热箱231内的电加热丝,电加热丝用于对钢丝100加热,便于后续对钢丝100的卷绕成型。在其他实施例中,卷绕组件2还包括降温装置25,降温装置25 安装于机架1上且位于成型装置22的上方,用于对成型后的弹簧101进行冷却降温。在一实施例中,降温装置25包括喷头251和与喷头251连接的水管,水管与自来水管相连通,喷头251朝向弹簧101设置,能够将水喷至弹簧101上,水在弹簧101上受热蒸发带走弹簧101的热量而使弹簧101降温冷却。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,抹油组件3包括拉伸装置31和喷油装置32,拉伸装置31和喷油装置32均安装于机架1上,拉伸装置31设置为对成型后的弹簧101进行一定程度的拉伸,使弹簧101上出现缝隙,便于后续油脂进行涂抹。喷油装置32朝向拉伸后的弹簧101设置,以将油脂喷涂在拉伸后的弹簧101上。
在一实施例中,拉伸装置31包括拉伸气缸、第一连接座311和第二连接座312,拉伸气缸安装于机架1上,第一连接座311固定连接于机架1上,第二连接座312连接于拉伸气缸的输出端上。成型后的弹簧101被移至拉伸装置31上,弹簧101的第一端连接于第一连接座311,弹簧101的第二端连接于第二连接座312,实现弹簧101位置的固定。当弹簧101固定后,拉伸气缸动作将弹簧101一定程度拉伸,使得弹簧101上出现缝隙,有利于使油脂能够全面喷涂在弹簧101表面,有利于提高弹簧101表面油脂涂覆的均匀性。
在一实施例中,喷油装置32包括喷油部321和驱动部322,喷油部321连接于驱动部322上,喷油部321设置为向弹簧101喷射油脂,驱动部322能够带动喷油部321沿弹簧101长度方向往复移动。在一实施例中,喷油部321包括喷油支架3211和喷油器3212,喷油器3212连接于喷油支架3211上,喷油器3212上设有过孔,弹簧101穿设于过孔中,油脂从喷油器3212的过孔喷向弹簧101表面,使弹簧101表面覆满油脂。在一实施例中,驱动部322包括第二驱动器3221和滚珠丝杠,第二驱动器3221固定连接于机架1上,滚珠丝杠的第二丝杆连接于第二驱动器3221的输出端,滚珠丝杠的第二螺母连接于喷油支架3211上,使得第二驱动器3221能够通过滚珠丝杠带动喷油器3212沿弹簧101的长度方向往复移动,使得喷油器3212能够在弹簧101表面均匀喷涂有油脂,防止弹簧101表面氧化。在一实施例中,第二驱动器3221为伺服电机,滚珠丝杠的第二丝杆连接于伺服电机的输出端,伺服电机能够带动第二丝杆正向或反向转动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹簧制造机,包括:
    机架(1);
    卷绕组件(2),包括设置于所述机架(1)上的矫直装置(21)和成型装置(22),所述矫直装置(21)包括矫直箱(211)和矫直轮(212),所述矫直轮(212)设置于所述矫直箱(211)上,多个所述矫直轮(212)上下交错设置在所述矫直箱(211)上,钢丝(100)穿过多个上下交错的所述矫直轮(212)之间被矫直;所述成型装置(22)设置于所述矫直装置(21)的下游,所述成型装置(22)包括第一驱动器(221)、旋转部(222)和转动辊(223),所述旋转部(222)与所述第一驱动器(221)的输出端连接,所述转动辊(223)连接于所述旋转部(222)远离所述第一驱动器(221)的一端,所述钢丝(100)能够卷绕于所述转动辊(223)上;及
    抹油组件(3),包括拉伸装置(31)和喷油装置(32),所述拉伸装置(31)和所述喷油装置(32)均安装于所述机架(1)上,所述拉伸装置(31)设置为将成型后的弹簧(101)进行拉伸;所述喷油装置(32)朝向拉伸后的所述弹簧(101)设置,以将油脂喷涂在拉伸后的所述弹簧(101)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述卷绕组件(2)还包括设置于所述机架(1)上的加热装置(23),所述加热装置(23)位于所述矫直装置(21)和所述成型装置(22)之间,所述加热装置(23)包括加热箱(231)和电加热丝,所述电加热丝设置在所述加热箱(231)内,所述电加热丝设置为对所述钢丝(100)加热。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述转动辊(223)靠近所述旋转部(222)的一端设有连接板(224),所述连接板(224)分别与所述旋转部(222)和所述转动辊(223)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述转动辊(223)上设有固定件(225),所述固定件(225)位于远离所述连接板(224)的一端,所述固定件(225)上开设有卷绕孔,所述钢丝(100)的一端能够插入所述卷绕孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述卷绕组件(2)还包括切割装置(24),所述切割装置(24)包括进给机构和切割刀具,所述进给机构包括气缸,所述切割刀具连接于所述气缸的输出端上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述转动辊(223)上设有开关件(226),所述开关件(226)位于靠近所述旋转部(222)的一端,所述开 关件(226)设置为控制所述气缸动作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述卷绕组件(2)还包括降温装置(25),所述降温装置(25)包括喷头(251)和与所述喷头(251)连接的水管,所述水管与自来水管连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述喷油装置(32)包括喷油部(321)和驱动部(322),所述喷油部(321)连接于所述驱动部(322)上,所述喷油部(321)设置为向所述弹簧(101)喷射所述油脂,所述驱动部(322)能够带动所述喷油部(321)沿所述弹簧(101)长度方向往复移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述喷油部(321)包括喷油支架(3211)和喷油器(3212),所述喷油器(3212)连接于所述喷油支架(3211)上,所述喷油器(3212)上设有过孔,所述弹簧(101)穿设于所述过孔中,所述油脂从所述过孔喷向所述弹簧(101)表面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的弹簧制造机,其中,所述驱动部(322)包括第二驱动器(3221)和滚珠丝杠,所述滚珠丝杠的第二丝杆连接于所述第二驱动器(3221)的输出端,所述滚珠丝杠的第二螺母连接于所述喷油支架(3211)上。
